Neuro-controller design for the line of sight stabilization system containing nonlinear friction (비선형 마찰이 존재하는 조준경 안정화 시스템의 신경망 제어기 설계)

  • 본 논문에서는 비선형 마찰이 존재하는 조준경 안정화 시스템에 대해서 마찰력 보상과 성능개선을 위한 신경망제어기의 설계방법을 제시한다. 제안한 신경망제어기는 비례, 적분, 진상(PI/LEAD) 제어기와 신경회로망과의 병렬로 구성되며, 제어 목적은 비선형 마찰과 외란이 존재하여도 안정거울의 각속도 추적성능과 안정화 성능의 향상에 있다. 신경회로망의 입력으로 안정거울의 각속도 추적오차와 추적오차의 적분, 제어입력이 필터를 통과한 신호가 사용되며, 신경호로망은 간접학습구조에 의해 학습된다. 조준경 시스템의 비선형 마찰력인 쿨롱마찰력의 크기가 외부환경에 따라 변하는 경우와 시스템으로 외란이 인가되는 경우에 대하여도 제안한 병렬제어기는 기존의 PI/LEAD 제어기보다 추적과 안정화 성능면에서 우수함을 컴퓨터 모의 실험으로 확인한다.

New Dead Time Compensation Method in Voltage-Fed PWM Inverter (전압형 PWM 인버터에서의 새로운 데드 타임 보상 기법)

  • This paper has proposed a new dead time compensation method for a voltage-fed PMW inverter. In the voltage-fed PMW inverter, a voltage distortion is generated by the dead time effect and the nonlinear characteristics of the switching devices. Especially, the distorted voltage causes 5th and 7th harmonics in the stationary phase currents, and 6th harmonic in the synchronous phase currents. As a result, the integrator output of the synchronous PI current regulator has the ripple corresponding to six times of the inverter output frequency. In this paper, the signal of the integrator output of the d-axis current regulator is used as the control signal for the dead time compensation. The experimental and simulation results are presented to verify the validity of the proposed method.

  • This paper presents a new design method of optimal continuous deadbeat controller by using second-order smoothing elements. The continuous deadbeat controller is made of a serial integral compensator and a local feedback compensator introduced into the state feedback loop. The decision method of the damping factor and the natural angular frequency of the smoothing element is described. A numerical example is given to show how well input-output characteristics are improved. Especially according to the variable input and disturbance, corresponding CDBC design method is suggested. By computer simulations, control inputs and system outputs are shown to have desirable property such as smoothness.

  • A 8 MA/m-class pulsed field magnetometer has been constructed by composing a pulsed field magnet, a pickup coil, analog integrators, a digital storage oscilloscope and a personal computer. For precision measurements, a 3-axis compensation principle has been applied for the fabrication of pickup coil, and the compensation level of the order of $10^{-6}$ and the sensitivity of $5{\cdot}10^{-7}\;Am^2$ for magnetic moment have been obtained. The high sensitivity of the magnetometer is good enough for measurements of magnetic properties of rare earth magnets in small size or thin films shorter than $3\;mm{\phi}$ in diameter.

  • 단상 계통 연계형 전력 변환기에서 계통과 연계하기 위해서는 계통의 위상 정보를 정확히 측정하여 전력 변환기의 출력 주파수와 위상이 동일한 상태로 전류가 공급 되도록 해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 단상 d-q 좌표 변환 기법을 통한 위상 동기화 기법을 적용하여 왜곡된 계통전압이 d축 전압에 야기 되는 에러 성분을 최소화 하는 보상 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 동기 d축 전압을 일정한 주기로 적분하여 에러 성분을 최소화 한 후, PI제어를 통해 d축 전압을 0으로 수렴하게 하는 기법이다. 제안된 기법은 추가적인 하드웨어를 요구하지 않는다. 본 논문의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 3[kW]급 단상 계통 연계형 전력변환기 시작품을 제작하고 실험을 통해 증명하였다.

  • In order to eliminate the phase errors caused by the finite GB product of operational amplifiers, novel integnator circuits are proposed. These circuits are characterized by their positive phase error angles and integrator selectivity. The positive sign of the Q and of the circuits compensates the negative selectivity and phase error angles, inherent in the integrated operational amplifiers. Miller inverting intergrator of a biquad circuit realized by Thomas is replaced by the proposed circuit and the band-pass frequency response of the modified biquad network is experimentally analyzed. A considerable improvement is recognized to such extent that the center frequency of the band-pass filter is allowed to be shifted up to 20KHz, which has been infeasible with conventional biquad networks.

A Study on a Two-Degree-of-Freedom Servosystem Incorporating an Observer (관측기를 갖는 2자유도 서보계의 구성에 관한 고찰)

  • In order to reject the steady-state tracking error, it is common to introduce integral compensators in servosystems for constant reference signals. However, if the mathematical model of the plant is exact and no disturbance input exists, the integral compensation is not necessary. From this point of view, a two-degree-of-freedom(2DOF) servosystem has been proposed, in which integral compensation is effective only when there is modeling error for disturbance input. The present paper considers the design problem of 2DOF servosystem incorporating an observer. It is shown that if a state feedback gain and a observer gain satisfy a condition, the integral effect does not appear when modeling error or disturbance input exists. This result means that the servosystem does not behave as a 2DOF servosystem.

  • A scheme of IESFVSC(Integral Error State Feedback Variable Structure Controller) is proposed for a DC servo position control system with the disturbances which do not satisfy the matching condition. The proposed control system is composed of servo compensator and state feedback VSC. The servo compensator enhances the robustness of the control system against various types of disturbance, and makes effective tracking possible without using error dynamics. The IESFVSC is applied to the practical design of a robust DC servo control system and the control performances are verified through theoretical analyses and simulations.

  • 자속밀도를 측정하기 위한 방법으로 Hall 효과; NMR, Fluxgate 등의 다양한 방법등을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 가장 많이 사용되는 방법이 Faraday 전자기 유도 법칙을 이용하여 자속밀도를 측정하는 방법이다. 이 경우 탐지코일에 유도되는 기전력이 자속의 시간 변화율에 비례하기 때문에 자속을 측정하기 위해서는 탐지코일에 유도되는 기전력을 적분을 하여야 한다. (중략)
