Difference in Acceptance Level of Smart Work among Tendencies of Personal Leadership Styles (조직 내 개인의 리더십 유형별 경향성에 따른 스마트워크 수용의도 차이)

  • Necessity of smart work that can change environment of working in organizations has been emphasized. Lots of organizations, however, wish to do work with smartness through adoption of smart work technologies, those are not sure whether smart work will be successful or not till now. Especially, viewpoints of leaders concerning efficiency and effectiveness of smart work who operate the organizations may be different in many circumstances such as industries, characteristics of work, etc. Therefore, hopefully, this research want to investigate whether differences among leader and non-leader group, tendencies of personal leadership styles in work exit or not by empirical and exploratory approach. Totally, 118 questionnaires had been collected and performed test of mean difference between groups. As a result, some items such as working place, working methods, flexible time and tension of smartwork showed significant differences between level of leadership styles and non-leader and leader groups. And, futhermore, from this research I believe that we can have a few insights for successful smart working environment in organizations.

  • Due to COVID-19, the concept of Zero Trust, a safe security in a non-face-to-face environment due to telecomm uting, is drawing attention. U.S. President Biden emphasized the introduction of Zero Trust in an executive order to improve national cybersecurity in May 2021, and Zero Trust is a global trend. However, the most difficulty in introd ucing new technologies such as Zero Trust in Korea is excessive regulation of cloud and network separation, which is based on the boundary security model, but is limited to not reflecting all new information protection controls due to non-face-to-face environments. In particular, in order for the government's policy to ease network separation to b ecome an effective policy, the zero trust name culture is essential. Therefore, this paper aims to study legal improve ments that reflect the concept of zero trust under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.

  • Zero Trust, characterized by the principle of "Never Trust, Always Verify," represents a novel security paradigm. The proliferation of remote work and the widespread use of cloud services have led to the establishment of Work From Anywhere (WFA) environments, where access to corporate systems is possible from any location. In such environments, the boundaries between internal and external networks have become increasingly ambiguous, rendering traditional perimeter security models inadequate to address the complex and diverse nature of cyber threats and attacks. This research paper introduces the implementation principles of Zero Trust and focuses on the Micro Segmentation approach, highlighting its relevance in mitigating the limitations of perimeter security. By leveraging the risk management framework provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), this paper proposes a comprehensive procedure for the adoption of Zero Trust. The aim is to empower organizations to enhance their security strategies.

  • The background of this study is that machine learning administrative services are recently attracting attention as a major policy tool for non-face-to-face administrative services in the post-corona era. This study investigated the types of work expected to be effective when introducing machine learning administrative services for Seoul Metropolitan Government officials who are piloting machine learning administrative services. The research method is a machine that can be introduced by organizational unit by distributing and collecting questionnaires for Seoul administrative organizations that have performed machine learning-based administrative services for one month in July 2020 targeting Seoul public officials using machine learning-based administrative services. By analyzing the learning administration service and application service, the business characteristics of each machine learning administration service type such as supervised learning work type, unsupervised learning work type, and reinforced learning work type were analyzed. As a result of the research analysis, it was found that there were significant differences in the characteristics of administrative tasks by supervised and unsupervised learning areas. In particular, it was found that the reinforcement learning domain contains the most appropriate business characteristics for machine learning administrative services. Implications were drawn. The results of this study can be provided as a reference material to practitioners who want to introduce machine learning administration services, and can be used as basic data for research to researchers who want to study machine learning administration services in the future.

  • Network separation is an important policy that Cyber Incident prevent cyber and protect data. Recently, the IT environment is changing in software development, such as remote work, using the cloud, and using open sources. Due to these changes, fintech companies' development productivity and efficiency are lowering due to network separation regulations, and the demand for easing network separation continued. The government revised the regulations electronic financial supervision(hereafter EFS) in response to needs for mitigation of network separation in the IT environment and fintech companies. Some amendments to the EFS, which took effect on 01/01/2023, mitigate network separation only for research and development purposes in cloud environments. If software developed in a cloud development environment is applied to an operating system through a distribution system the existing perimeter-based security model will not satisfaction the network separation conditions. In this Study, we would like to propose a way to maintain the DevOps system in a network separation environment by Using the zero trust security system.

  • 메타버스 서비스란 '가상', '초월' 등을 뜻하는 영어 단어 '메타(Meta)'와 우주를 뜻하는 '유니버스(Universe)'의 합성어다. 현실세계와 같은 사회.경제.문화 활동이 이루어지는 3차원의 가상세계를 의미한다. 코로나 상황 속에서 비대면 소통의 수단 중 하나로 주목받으며 업무, 친목, 각종 행사 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 2022년 신년 사업 계획에서 메타버스 단어가 들어가지 않은 곳이 없다고 한다. 그만큼 핵심 키워드로 떠오르고 있다. 즉, 메타버스는 현실을 초월한 가상의 세계로 스마트폰, 컴퓨터 등 디지털 미디어에 담긴 세계를 뜻한다. 세상은 점차 바뀌어 가고 있다. 글로벌 통계 전문 업체 스태티스타는 2021년 307억 달러(약 35조 3265억 원) 규모이던 메타버스 시장 규모가 2025년에는 약 2969억 달러(약 341조 6428억 원)까지 커질 것으로 예측하였다. 현재 시장에서 통용되고 있는 메타버스에 대한 정의는, '현실세계의 사회·경제·문화적 활동이 유사하게 실현되거나, 현실에서 제공하지 못하는 경험을 제공하는 3차원 디지털 가상공간'으로 요약된다. 2021년의 메타버스는 더 이상 상상의 영역이 아니며, 현실세계 영역으로 침투하고 있는 것이다. 현실세계와 연결되는 가상세계, 실재감을 느낄 수 있는 가상공간이 점점 현실이 되어가고 있다. 1990년대 처음으로 등장한 메타버스 개념이 2020년대에 재부상 하였는데, 과거의 메타버스보다 몰입감과 실재감 있는 경험을 제공할 수 있는 XR 기술의 결합에 대한 기대감 때문이다. 지나온 30여 년간 메타버스가 뜨거운 주목을 받게 된 이유는 기술의 발전에 있다. 초고속인터넷 5G 상용화와 더불어 6G 출현, 가상현실, 증강현실이 일상에 스며들었기 때문이다. 이러한 기술 발달은 현실세계의 물리적 객체와 가상의 객체가 상호 작용할 수 있는 혼합현실까지 발전시키는 촉매제가 되었다. 여기에 지난 2년 동안 전 세계를 강타한 코로나19로 인해 비대면, 온라인 서비스가 확산되면서 메타버스는 개념이 아닌, 우리 일상의 한 부분으로 인정받게 되었다. 현재 우리 사회는 과거에는 불가능하다고 생각했던 사회적 거리두기, 재택근무, 온라인 수업 등을 진행하면서 이렇게도 사회가 돌아갈 수 있다는 것을 점차 느껴가고 있다. 더불어 현재 코로나로 인해 멀게만 느껴졌던 메타버스 세계를 반강제적으로 경험하고 있기도 하다. 이처럼 본 고에서는 최근에 나타난 메타버스를 이해하고 방송미디어(계)와 접목된 유형과 기술적, 서비스 사례를 파악하고, 주요 기업들의 추진 방향, 주요 시사점 및 결론으로 도출해보았다.

A Study on the relationship between work from home and sleep disturbances among workers: using the 5th working environment survey (제5차 근로환경조사를 통해 조사된 재택근무와 수면장애 간의 연관성 연구)

  • This study aimed to analyze the correlation between working from home and sleep disorders among domestic workers using data from the 5th Working Environment Survey in 2017. Out of the total 30,108 wage workers, 818 employees work from home and 4,090 work in an office. A random sample of 1:5 pairs, considering gender and occupational group, was selected from these employees as the study subjects. The analysis included personal characteristics, occupational characteristics, work-from-home arrangements, and sleep disorders. Age, education, employment status, years in the workforce, weekly working hours, work-life balance, self-perceived health, depression, and anxiety were all adjusted as potential confounding variables. Conditional logistic regression analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between working from home (independent variable) and sleep disorder (dependent variable). This analysis aimed to analyze the correlation between working from home and sleep disorder. The analysis revealed that working from home was associated with sleep onset latency disorder OR=3.23 (95% CI=2.67~3.91), sleep maintenance disorder OR=3.67 (95% CI=3.02~4.45), and non-restorative sleep OR=3.01 (95% CI=2.46~3.67), which showed a statistically significant relationship with all three types of sleep disorders. Factors influencing the correlation between working from home and sleep disorders included work-life balance, social isolation, and anxiety.

On-site Investigation of Work Cease Rights Conducted by Employers to Ensure Worker Safety (근로자 안전을 확보하기 위해 실시하는 사업주에 의한 작업중지권 현장 실태조사)

  • Purpose: According to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, in order to prevent industrial accidents, the right to stop work must be exercised in the event of an imminent danger. This study conducted a fact-finding survey on whether employers fulfilled the right to suspend work in the workplace when an imminent danger, such as a typhoon, was encountered. Method: For two days from August 9 to October, when the impact of Typhoon Khanun No. 6 was significant, it was confirmed by wire whether or not the work suspension was carried out at the workplace, and the subjects of the survey were 1,649 construction sites, 830 manufacturing sites, and 278 other industries, for a total of 2,757 sites. Result: As a result of the fact-finding survey, 56% (1,555 locations) on August 9th and 77% (2,142 locations) on August 10th carried out full or partial work suspension. In particular, on August 10, when the typhoon landed, 40% of all workplaces completely stopped work. Conclusion: Through this study, it was confirmed that the right to suspend work by employers is being used in actual workplaces. In the future, when there is an imminent danger, in addition to the right to suspend work, flexible and telecommuting, working hour adjustments, etc. must be actively used to ensure the safety of workers and protect their lives.
