This study was conducted to identify disaster awareness, disaster preparedness, and ego-resilience in the college of nursing students', and to analyze correlation between study variables. The study subjects were 300 nursing students in four universities in two cities. Data were collected between April 1 and April 30, 2019 using by completing structured self report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS/WIN 22.0. In correlation analysis, significant positive correlations were found between disaster awareness, disaster preparedness, and ego-resilience. Therefore, we propose to develop convergence education programs to imp rove disaster awareness, disaster preparedness, and ego-resilience in order to improve competency related to disaster management of nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the disaster nursing preparedness of nursing students. A descriptive survey study was carried out from June 12 to October 16, 2017, the subjects were junior and senior grade nursing students. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. The influencing factors on the disaster nursing preparedness were lower confidence of disaster nursing (β =-.21, p<.001) and disaster nursing knowledge (β=.15, p=002). 10.2% of the variance in disaster nursing preparedness was explained by these two factors on multiple regression analysis. In order to improve the preparedness of nursing students for disaster nursing, nursing students' confidence in disaster nursing should be improved, and a systematic and practical disaster nursing curriculum should be developed.

Objectives: The purpose of the study was to identify the factors influencing the nursing students' core competencies on disaster nursing. Methods: A sample of convenience was 224 nursing students, and a questionnaire was used to measure their disaster awareness, disaster preparedness, ego-resiliency, and core competencies on disaster. Results: A significant positive correlation was found among core competencies, disaster awareness, disaster preparedness, and ego-resiliency. Disaster preparedness(${\beta}=.413$), grade of which the participant was in(${\beta}=.165$), satisfaction on clinical practice(${\beta}=-.160$), ego-resiliency(${\beta}=.159$), and disaster related education experience(${\beta}=-.120$) were significant predictive variables of which accounted for 38.5% of the variance in core competencies. Conclusions: The results from this study can be used to develop programs for core competencies on disasters nursing.

본 논문은 재해경감을 위한 기업의 자율 활동 지원에 관한 법률의 기업재난관리표준에 따라 재해경감활동관리체계를 수립함에 있어 최초 단계인 재해경감활동 준비상태(성숙도) 조사의 효과성을 분석하고자 함이 목적이다. 일반적으로 기관의 준비상태(성숙도) 조사 결과를 바탕으로 재해경감활동의 도입 수준이 결정된다. 그러나 현재 수행되는 준비상태(성숙도) 조사 문항은 문항 간의 중요도를 고려하지 않아 결과에 대한 신뢰성 및 변별력 저하, 재해경감활동관리체계 수행 단계별 차별성이 고려되지 않은 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공기업 'K사'의 준비상태(성숙도) 조사의 사례에 대해 기존 결과와 조사 문항의 가중치를 반영한 결과의 차이점을 분석하였다. 그 결과 문항 간 변별력 부재로 인한 결과의 신뢰성 부족과 그로 인한 준비상태(성숙도) 조사 대상자의 동일 응답 가능성을 배재할 수 없음을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was conducted to identify the effect of a disaster nursing convergence education program on disaster knowledge, preparedness, and self-confidence. A quasi-experimental was conducted using nonequivalent control group pretest posttest design. The subjects were senior grade nursing students who were in B metropolitan city. The education program was provided using disaster management, disaster nursing practice, disaster psychosocial support. The experimental group was participated on program 56 hours during 2 weeks, from June 26 to July 7, 2017. The experimental group showed significant differences in disaster nursing knowledge(F=81.41, p<.001), preparedness(F=110.62, p<.001) and self-confidence(t=7.27, p<.001). Therefore this convegence program could be a good extra-curriculum and it is necessary to develop more variable contents.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on the development of disaster nursing training program by analyzing disaster nursing knowledge, preparedness, core competencies of disaster nursing in hospital nurses. This study was conducted in 177 nurses in an university hospital in C area. The results of the study showed that the significant positive correlation(r=.787, p<.001) between core competencies of disaster nursing and disaster preparedness, and disaster preparedness(${\beta}=.791$) was the factor affecting the core competencies of disaster nursing, and explanatory power was 62.3%. In this way, it is necessary to develop and education program of disaster nursing education in the form of simulation training in order to improve the core competencies of disaster nursing in hospital nurses.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factor Disaster Nursing Core Competencies in nursing college students. A descriptive correlation study design was used. The subjects were 144 university students of a university located in D and K city. The study used a Educational Needs on Disaster Nursing, Disaster Nursing Knowledge, Disaster Preparedness, Self-efficacy and Disaster Nursing Core Competencies. Data were collected from February 25 to March 15, 2019 and analyzed with t-test, pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple response analysis, stepwise multiple regression by using SPSS IBM 22.0 Program. The findings are follows: First, among the disaster nursing education methods, simulation based practice were the highest. Second, Disaster Nursing Core Competencies was positively correlated with Disaster Preparedness, self-efficacy and Disaster Knowledge. Third, the influencing factors in Disaster Nursing Core Competencies were Grade(β=0.343), Self-efficacy(β=0.329), Disaster Preparedness(β=0.282), Experience of practice in ER(β=0.159), adjusted R²=.532. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an Customized Disaster Program that can improve the Disaster Nursing Core Competencies of nursing college students based on the factors affecting the Disaster Nursing Core Competencies and Educational needs.

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship among self-efficacy, disaster preparedness and self-leadership of university students. Data were collected through questionnaires from 141 students and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and Pearson's correlation coefficients with the SPSS/WIN 19.0 program. The participant's scores for self-efficacy and self-leadership were 3.51 and 3.53, respectively. Disaster preparedness was significantly correlated with self-efficacy and self-leadership of university students, while self-efficacy was significantly correlated with self-leadership. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy and self-leadership should be carefully considered when developing an intervention program to improve disaster preparedness among university students.

최근까지 강원도 일대에서는 산불재난으로 큰 곤욕을 치렀다. 본문의 표1의 자료에서 나와 있듯이 2000년대 이후 대한민국은 지속적인 산불재난으로 인해 세대에 걸친 중대한 피해를 입고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라, 산불재난을 바라보는 인식의 변화가 필요할 것이며, "불가피성의 자연재해"라는 사후조치성 위주의 기존인식을 확장하여 사전조치성 예방 및 준비단계에 관심을 기울일 필요성이 있다고 생각된다.

This study was a descriptive survey study for nursing college students to identify disaster awareness, attitude, disaster preparation, nursing professionals, social support, and disaster nursing capabilities, and to prepare measures to improve disaster nursing capabilities by identifying predictors of disaster nursing capabilities. Data collection was collected from 160 nursing students in G-do from March 27 to April 7, 2023, and a total of 158 copies were finally analyzed. Using the SPSS Win. 25.0 program, technical statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression were analyzed. The result show that fourth grade(β=.20, p=.027), disaster nursing education is 'existent'(β=.15, p=.041), disaster readiness(β=.27, p<.001) nursing professional(β=.21, p=.012) was found to be a significant predictor of disaster nursing competency. Disaster preparation was found to be the best predictor of disaster nursing competency, followed by "nursing professionals," "fourth grade," and "disaster nursing education" with 26.3% of explanatory power. According to the findings of this study, it is necessary to develop an integrated education program for disaster nursing practice that can enhance awareness of disasters, attitudes toward disasters, disaster preparation, nursing professionals, and social support.
