정부의 IT839정책과 함께 유비쿼터스 환경이 실현되고 있는 요즘, 홈 네트워크 산업은 크게 성장하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 발맞추어 홈네트워크 산업의 활성화를 위해 정책 제안이나 현황 보고와 같은 연구들이 많이 이루어졌다. 그러나 이용자들의 입장에서 홈네트워크 서비스에 대한 관심이나 선호분포에 관한 연구는 부족하다. 따라서 븐 연구의 목적은 홈네트워크 서비스들에 대한 이용자들의 선호도를 조사하는데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 다양한 홈네트워크 서비스들을 특성에 따라 분류한 후 잠재 이용자들을 대상으로 각 서비스에 대한 호감도를 조사하였다. 그 후 잠재 이용자들의 특성에 따라 홈네트워크 서비스들과 대응일치분석(Correspondence Analysis)을 하였다. 연구 결과 모든 잠재 이용자들이 안전관련 서비스에 높은 관심을 표하였으며 특히 고령일수록 그 관심은 더 높게 나타났다. 그리고 인터넷을 거의 사용하지 않는 집단은 홈네트워크 서비스에 낮은 관심을 보였다.

The user-centered EV charging infrastructure construction policy the government is aiming for can increase convenience for electric vehicle users and bring new electric vehicle users into the market. This study was conducted to provide an in-depth understanding of the charging behaviors of actual electric vehicle users, which can be used as basic information for the electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Based on charging diary data collected for a week, the charging of electric vehicles was analyzed on a daily and weekly basis, and sequence analysis and latent class analysis were used. As a result, five daily charging profiles and four weekly charging profiles were identified, which are expected to contribute to revitalizing the electric vehicle market by providing key information for decision-making by potential electric vehicle users as well for establishing user-centered charging infrastructure policies in the future.

차세대 전화로 각광을 받고 있는 유선 VoIP는 국내에서 저렴한 요금과 다양한 부가서비스를 통하여 AII-IP 시대를 주도할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 특히 2008년도는 시내전화 번호이동성으로 인해 본 서비스가 크게 확산될 가능성이 높아졌다. 본 글에서는 조사자료를 바탕으로 국내 유선 VoIP 이용자, 잠재 이용자, 비지용자의 수용특성과 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 세분된 고객군인 이용자, 잠재 이용자, 비이용자간의 인구통계나 기존 통신비 이용특성이 차별화 되었으며 주된 이용 이유는 역시 저렴한 요금수준으로 나타났고 품질과 부가서비스의 개선, 번호이동성으로 인한 식별번호의 해결이 서비스 촉진요인으로 드러났다. 특히 현 유선전화와 비교하여 20-30% 정도 저렴한 요금이 유선 VoIP의 WTP로 나타났다. 본 분석 결과를 바탕으로 국내 유선 VoIP 시장확산을 위한 전략적 시사점을 본 글에서 제시하였다.

기록물관리기관은 현행 이용자뿐만 아니라 잠재적 이용자에게도 기록물이 효과적으로 이용될 수 있도록 정책과 방안을 수립해야 한다. 효과적인 기록정보의 활용은 국가 정책수립과 행정, 집행에 필요한 정보를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 연구 학술에 필요한 정보를 제공하고, 더 나아가 국민의 알권리를 충족시켜 준다. 따라서 기록물관리기관은 잠재적인 이용자를 개발하여 미래의 지원과 자원을 확보할 수 있는 아웃리치 서비스가 필요하다. 본 연구는 아웃리치 서비스 중의 하나인 출판서비스의 현황과 개선방안을 알아보기 위해 국내외 출판서비스를 비교 분석하였고, 문헌 연구 및 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 출판서비스의 현실태와 수준, 인식도를 살펴보았다.

본 연구는 현재 공공도서관 비이용자이나 향후 이용할 가능성이 있는 잠재적 이용자의 공공도서관 비이용 원인이 무엇인지를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 이를 위해 도서관 이용 중단자 및 비이용자 3명을 대상으로 한 심층면담의 내용을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 잠재적 이용자들의 이용/비이용에 영향을 미치는 요인들로서 '동기', '도서관 지식', '만족', '접근성', '대용채널'의 5가지를 파악할 수 있었으며, 공공도서관에 대한 요구사항이 개선되었을 경우 이용할 의향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

온라인 상에서 불특정 타인과 관계를 맺을 수 있는 서비스로 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service : SNS)가 새롭게 떠오르고 있다. 1990년대에 등장한 SNS는 최근에는 스마트폰을 이용한 모바일 서비스로 인해 이용자의 수가 급격히 늘어나고 있다. SNS에서는 '친구 찾기' 라는 서비스를 제공하는데, 이는 이용자의 개인정보를 분석하여 이용하여 친구를 찾아주는 서비스이다. 기존의 '친구 찾기' 서비스는 이용자가 제공하는 정보만을 다른 이용자의 정보와 비교하여 친구를 찾았다. 그러나 이용자가 제공하는 정보는 한정적이기 때문에 비교할 수 있는 정보의 양도 한정되어 찾을 수 있는 친구의 수에도 한계가 생긴다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 단순한 개인정보 비교를 통한 친구를 찾는 방법이 아닌 이용자가 제공하는 시공간 데이터를 활용하여 추론을 통해 친구를 추천해주는 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify a potential user's need for use and operational of the elderly day care center and to identify the problems and suggest development directions. The data collection was conducted on 320 ordinary people living in J-do through a questionnaire, and sought to understand the operational status of in-depth interview institutions for the heads and employees of six center. As a result of the analysis, a potential user's ware not aware of the functions and specific roles of day care center, the cost of facilities was covered by the government, and that facilities and the environment were important factors when using the center. In-depth interviews show that the current policy or system is far from reality and does not fit the status or role of the workers and the operational status of the agency, requiring the re-establishment of the on-site system. Based on the research results, the development direction of day care facilities requires active promotion and strengthening of family support for improving and enhancing awareness of day care facilities to citizens at the national level. Second, the quality of nursing services should be enhanced through improvements in facilities and the environment that reflect users' needs. Third, The government should improve the quality of nursing services by improving the poor employment conditions and treatment of workers to fit the reality.

오늘날 정보자료의 디지털화 및 빠르게 확산되고 있는 정보기술의 활용과 이에 따른 정보이용행태의 변화로 이용자들은 자료실에 직접 올 필요성을 느끼지 못하고 있다. 따라서 기존 물리적 공간을 단순히 자료열람의 공간으로서만이 아니라 이용자들이 매우 필요하고 중요한 지적센터와 커뮤니케이션장으로 인식하고 이용할 수 있도록 역할이 바뀌어져야 하며 이와 더불어 이용자들을 위한 정보서비스도 잠재 이용자의 요구와 정보추구행태변화를 수용하여 이용자 개개인을 위한 맞춤서비스로 전환될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 변화에 맞춰 KT 신사업기획본부 자료실이 실제 어떻게 바뀌고 있는지를 크게 물리적 공간과 정보서비스 두가지 측면에서 제시하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the application of the Latent Growth Model to measure the outcomes of public library. For outcome measurements, library circulation data were collected to identify longitudinal changes of library users' reading habit. The latent growth model was applied to statistically test the changes over time. The circulation data of 95,962 users registered in some public libraries in Seoul, ranged between 2010 and 2015, were analyzed using unconditional model, conditional model, and growth mixture model which all are called the latent growth model. The results show that the intercept of the model is 4.19 and the slop is 0.24 in the linear growth model. The gender difference in two latent variables including intercept and slop was a shade difference. The result from the growth mixture model analysis, additionally indicates that the number of books checked out by children under age 10 is rapidly increased. The application of the latent growth model in library fields is expected to widely spread out for the longitudinal data analysis.
