  • 중국 장홍화는 해발 1500m~3000m에 자생하는 고원식물이다. 장홍화에 함유되어 있는 크로신은 암세포를 파괴시키어 종양세포를 줄이는 작용을 하며, 카로티노이드 성분이 항산화 활성과 면역을 증진시키어 항암효과를 가져다 준다. 또한 다량의 칼륨을 함유하고 있어서 나트륨배출에 효과적이어서 혈압을 떨어뜨리는 작용을 한다. 중국 홍경천은 극한의 생육환경으로 고산병 예방, 피로회복, 작업능력향상, 운동능력향상과 세균의 저항력향상, 진정작용과 강심작용, 조혈작용, 항산화작용등이 신경전달물질의 활동을 증진시키어서 스트레스 해소와 치매 및 인지력을 높여준다고 알려져 있다. 본 실험에서는 홍경천과 장홍화 혼합추출액의 총 폴리페놀 함량과 항산화 물질 활성을 조사했던 바, 홍경천과 장홍화 혼합추출액에서 양호한 반응을 보였다. 또한 에탄올 추출물과 메탄올 추출물 처리구에서도 매우 양호한 항산화 반응을 나타내었다.

A Study on the Strength Rating of Continuous Composite Plate Girder Bridges by ALFD (ALFD방법에 의한 연속합성판형교의 강도평가에 대한 연구)

  • Elastic-plastic methods have been used for the better prediction of the actual behavior of continuous-composite plate girder bridges in the overload and maximum load analysis. The structural evaluation using ALFD(Alternate Load Factor Design) uses the elastic-plastic analysis. The plastic rotations that remain after the load is removed can be occurred by the yielding locations of the maximum moment section. This situation can occur due to the residual stresses even if the moment is below the theoretical yield moment. The local yielding causes positive automoments that assure elastic behavior under subsequent overloads. In this study, the automoments at the piers occurred due to the unit plastic rotations and other locations were calculated by the conjugate-beam method and three-moment equation, using the nine design span with progressively smaller pier sections. The automoments were determined by the developed computer programs in this study in which the moments and plastic rotations from the continuity and moment-inelastic rotation relationships must be equal. And also the ratings of 3-span continuous composite plate girder bridges with non-compact section were carried out according to the Korean Highway Bridge Specification.

Growth and Aromatic Constituents of Wild and Domesticated Codonopsis lanceolata Grown at Two Different Regions (야생 및 재배더덕의 재배장소에 따른 생육 및 향기성분)

  • Growth characteristics and aromatic constituents of wild and domesticated Codonopsis lanceolata grown in different regions were investigated to find the best cultural condition for quality improvement. The results were as followings: Air temperature of wild region was lower to 4~8 and soil temperature was also lower to 3 compared with domesticated region. Soil of wild region had about three times richer organic matter with lower pH. Chromosome number of wild and domestcated species was 2n=16, ovary number was 3, but seed number of wild species was 132 vs domesticated showing 62. Recovery yield of wild species grown wild region had 0.55%, besides that, the wild species grown in domesticated region had 0.34. But the domesticated species in wild and domesticated regions was the same as 0.28. Inorganic element contents of domesticated region showed much higher than that of wild region. Major aromatic constituents were specified in wild Codonopsis lanceolata as dimethyl benzene, 3-ethyl-5-2-(ethylbutyl)-octadecane, benzaldehyde, 14, 14-dimethyl-hexadecanoate, methylhexadecenoate of which was not detected in domesticated species.

집단적 과제 수행에서 구성원들의 상호작용 기능과 요소에 따른 역할 분배 양상

  • 본 연구는 에너지와 물질 순환을 주제로 한 대학생들의 집단적 과제 수행 상황에서 구성원들의 상호작용 기능과 요소에 따른 역할 분배의 양상을 밝히고자 하였다. 집단 내 구성원에게 개별적인 역할이 주어져 있지 않은 상태에서 과제가 부여되었을 때, 집단 내에서 자연스럽게 형성되는 역할의 종류를 상호작용 기능과 양상에 따라 유형화해보았다. 연구 참여자는 9명의 환경 교육 전공 대학생으로, 2008년 11월에 열린 한중일 환경교육 캠프에 참여한 한국 학생들이다. 캠프 활동 중 하나로 충남 홍성 문당리 환경농업마을의 에너지와 물질 순환에 대해 토의하고 그 결과를 그림으로 표현하여 발표하는 활동이 있었는데, 본 연구에서는 발표를 위해 준비하는 과정을 연구 맥락으로 하였다. 그리고 약 2시간에 걸친 과제 수행 과정을 촬영 후 전사하여 연구 자료로 삼았다. 관련 선행 연구 고찰과 연구 자료에의 적용 및 수정을 통해 상호작용 기능과 요소를 코딩하기 위한 분석틀을 마련하였으며, 문제가 제기되고 그 문제에 대한 합의가 이루어지는 대화를 분석의 단위로 정하였다. 대화 단위별로 구성원 간 말차례가 오고간 모습을 화살표로 도식화하여 대화 패턴을 분류하였으며, 대화를 말차례별로 상호작용 기능과 요소에 따라 코딩화하였다. 화살표로 도식화된 대화 패턴과 상호작용 코딩 결과에 따라 집단 내에서 자발적으로 형성되는 구성원의 역할을 분류하고 명명하였다. 이렇게 집단적 과제 수행 상황에서 학생들에 의해 자생되는 역할을 상호작용의 관점에서 유형화해봄으로써 협동 학습이나 토의 활동 등 집단적 상호작용을 통한 과제 수행에 있어서 학생이나 교사의 역할에 대해 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

Grinding Steel and Iron Materials with Cu-Sn-co Bonded CBN Grinding Wheels (Cu-Sn-Co본드 CBN휠에 의한 철강재료 연삭)

  • 다이아몬드와는 달리 CBN은 철족 재료 연삭시 화학적 마모가 거의 없다. 이러한 장점으로 인해 CBN휠이 철강 재료 연삭에 널리 사용되고 잇는 것이다. 그러나 CBN 휠의 성능은 CBN을 붙잡고 있는 결합제에 크게 의존한다. 오늘날 널리 사용되는 결합제인 주석 청동 합금은 내마모성에 한계가 있다. 주석 청동 합금의 내마모성을 증대시키기 위해 Co를 첨가하였다. 이러한 기지합금에 젖음성을 향사시키기위해 Co코팅 CBN을 사용하였다. 기지합금에 20%co를 첨가한 것이 입계에서 연속적인 $\delta$상생성, 취성 증가에 따라 자생작용이 활발하였다. 가장 높은 연삭비를 나타낸 것은 Cu-15wt%Sn, cu-33wt%Sn, co를 40:40:20으로 제작한 휠이었다.

Development of Multi-Porous Diamond Wheel for Smooth and Mirror Finishing of Die Materials (금형재료의 정밀연삭을 위한 다기공 다이아몬드 숫돌의 개발)

  • Development of diamond wheel with fine grains and multi-pore structures were newely attempted to be studied in this paper. Wheels, that are employed for the smooth and mirrow finishing of die materials such as tungsten carbide alloy using tool and die materials, must have both performances to remove tool marks efficiently and to contact elastically with curved surfaces. Diamond abrasive grains were bonded firmly by a melamine to prevent the decrease of machining efficiency due to grain sinking within the bond materials. Also, highly foamed structures were developed to increase the flexibility of the wheel, and to induce active self-sharpening by increasing contact pressure between the wheel and work sufaces. In this paper, melamine-bonded diamond wheels are trial manufactured, then the forming method of wheels are explained.

  • The maximum moment may occur at interior supports of continuous bridges. If the bigger moment is applied on them, a local yielding at interior supports may occur. They may show plastic behaviors, and the moment will be redistributed. The strength design, L.F.D., redistributes 10% of the negative moment which is obtained from the elastic analysis. However, A.L.F.D method computes the moment which is redistributed. This moment is called automoment. The moment-rotation curve is needed to find automoment. In this paper moment-rotation curve for compact sections suggested from AASHTO Guide Specifications is used to find automoment. Based on A.L.F.D. limit states specification method, a three-span continuous bridge is designed.

Analysis of Genetic Relationship Among Native Taraxacum and Naturalized Taraxacum species using RAPD (RAPD를 이용한 자생 민들레 종과 귀화 민들레 종간의 연관계 분석)

  • The genetic relationships between 4 Korean native Taraxacum and 2 naturalized Taraxacum species were analyzed using the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) method. Because 141 polymorphic bands were generated from 30 random primers selected through the primer screening, it was possible to analyze the genetic relationship among 6 Taraxacum species. In RAED with the primer OPC12, OPD16, OPK16, OPK17, OPK20, OPS1 or OPS8, many specific polymorphic bands have been appeared in each species. Especially RAPD with the primer OPS8, a specific polymorphic band at 564bp was appeared only in the naturalized Taraxacum officinale. Based on RAPD analysis, Korean native Taraxacum and naturalized Taraxacum species are divided into two groups. T. officinale and T. laevigatum are classified into group I which is a naturalized Taraxacum species group, and T. mongolicum, T. hallasanensis, T. ohwianum and T. coreanum are classified into group II which is a Korean native Taraxacum species group. The result from the RAPD method was very similar to the result from the Bootstrap method. From the examination of the physical characteristics of 6 Taraxacum species populated in Korea, flowering period of Taraxacum species in group I are longer than Taraxacum species in group ll, and the direction of involucral bract of Taruxacum species in the group I was also different comparing to the group ll. Because the flowering color, leaf direction, and the specificity of seed germination of T. coreanum were different compared to the other species in the group II, T. coreanum would be genetically divergent and showed the highest dissimilarity index score.
