식품의약품안전처는 '의약품 표시 등에 관한 규정'을 일부 개정함에 그 취지와 주요 내용을 국민에게 널리 알려 의견을 구하고자 '행정절차법' 제46조에 따라 행정 예고한다고 밝혔다. 이번 개정은 의약품 식별표시 등록 근거를 상향 입법하는 약사법 개정 등에 따라 의약품 낱알식별표시 방법, 등록절차 등 식별표시 제도 운영에 필요한 사항은 총리령으로 정하고 신청 자료의 검토 등 세부사항은 고시에서 정하는 등 관련 규정을 정비하기 위해 마련됐다. 또 용기 또는 포장에 상호 등의 기재요령 및 식별표시 제외대상 확대 등 제도 운영에 따른 미비점을 개선 보완하려는 것이다. 주요 내용으로는 ${\triangle}$의약품 식별표시 등록 근거를 상향 입법함에 따라 하위 규정 정비 ${\triangle}$의약품의 용기 또는 포장에 상호 등의 세부 기재방법 마련 ${\triangle}$식별표시 제외 대상 확대 등이다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of describing bibliographic elements such as edition, impression, and year of publication in the current Cataloging Rules, and to present improvements to the KCR and the KORMARC Format. According to changes in the information technology environment in the library, the level and scope of the cataloging that can be provided to users should be adjusted. As data is diversified and descriptive method of metadata develops, the development of bibliographic elements and the change of the descriptive method are changing the framework of the existing standardization. As a research method, we will examine the concept of edition and impression, examine the transition process of description of edition and impression targeting KCR. And we would like to present the methods of bibliographic description to be added or modified through cataloging examples, and examine the format reflected in KORMARC. This study is intended to be limited to the descriptive form of books. The bibliographic elements of the entry in the library must be fully consistent with the bibliographic elements of the material to be catalogued. This study suggests an improvement to the cataloging rules. First, the edition of the cataloging rules shall describe the edition statement and the impression statement. In addition, the description of the year of publication describes the latest year, not the first year of publication of the edition of the material to be catalogued. The descriptive scope of the year of publication is extended to the month of publication. Second, in the KORMARC format, the description of impression in edition statement is given to the identifier in the 250 field, and is numerically described as the second impression. When presenting the month and year of publication, one identifier in the field 260 describes the year of publication and the other identifier describes the month of publication. The description for the month and year of publication is stated the latest month and year on the title page and the colophon of the publication.

기존 불법유해정보 분류체계를 비교 분석하여 재정립하고, 국내외 불법유해정보 법 제도 현황을 살펴 보았다. 이와 함께 불법유해정보 접근 차단 방안에 대한 이용자 설문 결과를 기초로 불법유해정보 차단에 대한 정책적 제언을 다음과 같이 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 기존 유해정보차단 프로그램의 문제점인 메모리 사용량 증가에 따른 컴퓨터 성능 저하현상을 개선할 수 있는 기술적인 대책이 마련되어야 하며, 청소년 이용자의 보호자 또는 학부모가 사이트별로 제한할 수 있는 기능을 추가하여 다중 필터링 시스템 환경을 조성해야 한다. 또한 기존의 불법유해정보 신고 프로그램은 신고주소, 신고제목, 증거자료 입력 등 복잡한 구성으로 인해 효율성이 떨어지므로, 신고를 원하는 사이트를 이미지화 하여 바로 저장 및 전송이 가능한 형태로 신고 프로그램을 제작하여 신고완료까지의 시간을 단축해야 할 것이다. 기존의 주민등록번호 입력 방식에서 개인식별번호를 이용한 i-PIN 도입을 의무화하고, 기존 i-PIN 사용자의 전환사용을 통해 불편함을 최소화하여 개인정보유출 방지를 위한 i-PIN 사용을 의무화해야 한다. 마지막으로 '자율 등급 서비스' 이외에도 제3의 기관을 통한 '제3자 등급 서비스'를 동시에 사용하여 정보제공자의 부정확한 등급 표시의 문제점을 보완하도록 해야 한다.

FRBR, as is new conceptual model of bibliography based on entity-relation model, direct to revision of AACR 3.JSC has progressed work to adopt FRBR conceptual model into cataloging rule, especially for solving the problem of expression level, propose to overall change of uniform title & GMD. This study considers the matters about expression level of FRBR model. And examine possibility of adoption FRBR model to domestic cataloging rule and making out practice.

The purpose of this study is to examine and propose to improve the features of a simple keyword search box and faceted navigations of KOLIS-NET operated by the National Library of Korea. A record group of '2011-2020 (776)' under 'Publication date' facet, out of 3,702 records retrieved from a search of '김훈', were examined. Major findings are as follows: (1) Five facets including 'Format', 'Publication date', 'Subject', 'Language' and 'Country' are used to limit search results only in the first step, and multiple facets cannot be simultaneously used; (2) With 'Publication date' facet formed in the span of ten years, a separate publication year cannot be identified; (3) 'Subject' facet based on KDC limits the results only in broad subject classes without sub-facets; (4) Under 'Format' facet, a special format such as large print texts cannot be identified; (5) Without 'Author' facet, authors cannot be identified; and (6) 'Publication date missing', 'Language missing', and 'Miscellaneous subject' record groups cannot be clicked and displayed, a navigation to-and-fro between a brief list and bibliographic records is not smooth, etc. Therefore an application of multiple facets in all stages of limiting the search result, a construction of sub-facets for 'Publication date' and 'Subject' facets, an accurate description and coding of 'General Material Designation', etc. are suggested to improve KOLIS-NET's faceted navigation.

전장환경에서 헬기는 헬기생존체계의 다양한 센서를 통하여 수집한 데이터를 기반으로 헬기에 대한 위협을 식별한다. 헬기의 성공적인 임무 수행 및 생존을 위하여 헬기에 대한 위협을 반복적으로 확인할 수 있는 시뮬레이터의 구현은 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 (1) 헬기의 센서가 수신하는 위협요소를 정의하는 온톨로지 생성기, (2) 전장환경과 유사한 위협을 다양한 분포로 생성하는 위협자료 생성기 및 (3) 다양한 전장 시나리오에서 센서들이 수집한 데이터를 통합하여 위협의 방향과 정도를 사용자에게 실시간으로 보여주는 그래픽 화면표시기를 개발한다. 구현한 헬기의 다중센서 위협 시뮬레이터는 다양한 위협을 생성하는 자동 시나리오 생성기를 이용하여 위협 개체의 탐지 및 분류를 반복적으로 수행한다. 위협 시뮬레이터를 활용한 실험에서 동일한 위협에 대한 통합 정확도를 측정하였다.

본 논문에서는 주행 중 차량의 상태를 실시간으로 모니터링함과 동시에, 페달 조작 여부를 확인할 수 있는 영상 촬영 및 저장 시스템을 제안한다. 개발된 차량 운행 정보 블랙박스는 블루투스 OBD2 커넥터를 통해 차량의 PID 값을 식별하고 수집한다. 이 데이터는 비동기 방식으로 처리되며, 라즈베리파이와 7인치 터치 디스플레이를 이용해 운전자에게 한눈에 보일 수 있는 형태로 정보를 제공한다. 특히, 멀티스레드를 활용하여 ECU 정보를 페달 조작 여부 영상에 표시하는 동시에 녹화하고, CSV 파일로 SD 카드에 실시간으로 저장한다. 수집된 차량 데이터와 영상 데이터는 예기치 못한 사고 발생 시 운전자의 과실 비율 측정과 대처행동을 입증하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대되며, 차량 정비 시 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the issues resulted from the process of grouping KORMARC records using FRBR WORK concept and to suggest a new method. The previous studies did not sufficiently address the criteria or processes for identifying representative authors of records and their derivatives. Therefore, our study focused on devising a method of identifying the representative author when there are multiple contributors in a work. The study developed a method of identifying representative authors using an author role dictionary constructed by extracting role-terms from the statement of responsibility field (245). We also designed another way to group records as a work by calculating similarity measures of authors and titles. The accuracy rate of WORK grouping was the highest when blank spaces, parentheses, and controling processes were removed from titles and the measured similarity rates of authors and titles were higher than 80 percent. This was an experiment study where we developed an author-role dictionary that can be utilized in selecting a representative author and measured the similarity rate of authors and titles in order to achieve effective WORK grouping of KORMARC records. The future study will attempt to devise a way to improve the similarity measure of titles, incorporate FRBR Group 1 entities such as expression, manifestation and item data into the algorithm, and a method of improving the algorithm by utilizing other forms of MARC data that are widely used in Korea.

This study was to suggest the new rules for revision of KCR4 by comparing between ISBD consolidated edition and KCR4. The study methods was to compare the rules in each element after mapping the description elements in each area of ISBD and KCR4. Resultingly, first, content forms and media types must be included for describing resource types. Second, it is needed for rules about the common title and the dependent title. Third, it is needed for rules about "parallel" such as parallel title, parallel other title information, parallel statement of responsibility relating to title, parallel edition statement, parallel statement of responsibility relating to edition, parallel numbering system, parallel place of publication, production and distribution, et. al. Fourth, the rules about material or type of resource specific area must be regulated in terms of the contents of the resource. Fifth, the home country principle must be not applied in describing the place of publication, production and distribution for the consistency. Sixth, it is needed to regulate the extent, other physical details, dimensions, and accompanying material statement for all materials instead of the material description according to material types. Seventh, rule number of notes must be agreed to number of main rules. Eighth, it is needed for detailed rules about resource identifier. This study might be contributed to revise the KCR4.
