  • 정보 기술의 발전으로 금융 채널의 다양화를 이루게 되었으며, 최근 인터넷 뱅킹에 이어 모바일 뱅킹이 도입되면서 금융 채널의 다양화와 급속화가 진행되고 있다. 이는 차별적 고객 채널의 도입과 운용의 필요성을 제시하며, 고객의 특성 및 거래액, 고객이 느끼는 각 채널별 특성을 고려하여 고객 만족 전략을 전개할 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 다양화된 금융 매체의 특성과 금융 업무 처리를 수행함에 있어 각 매체별 사용량에 영향을 미치는 요인의 차이는 어떤 것이며, 금융 채널의 사용에 영향을 미치는 매체의 특성들이 반영된 상황 발생시 상황에 얼마나 부합되는 금융 채널을 선택하는지에 대해서도 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과, 오프라인 매체라 할 수 있는 은행 창구와 ATM은 입지에 민감한 금융 매체임에 따라 편리성이 사용량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 온라인 매체라 할 수 있는 폰뱅킹, 인터넷 뱅킹, 모바일 뱅킹은 입지나 위치와는 상관없는 기술적 안전성이 보장되어야 하는 신뢰성이 사용량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 금융 매체별 사용량에 영향을 미치는 특성을 파악함으로써 금융 기관의 차별적 고객 채널의 도입과 운용의 필요성을 제시하고 있다.

  • A analysis on the spatial features is required for exploratory spatial data analysis of information about space location(population ecological factor, social ecological factor) to manage the store factors, the service industry, etc. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide correlation analysis method between the types of service trade using dependence between spatial objects on the geographical space and statistical correlation and to analyze the spatial features through the deduction of correlation analysis between the types of the neighborhood trade area.

  • This study analyzed the influencing factors for urban redevelopment projects with a relatively long project duration in the context of Seoul's increasing urbanization rate and aging. Among the business areas that have been designated since 2005 and have been approved for the management and disposal plan of the entire Seoul area, 75 business areas have been set as targets. A hedonic price model was used to analyze the project area, economic, and locational characteristics as independent variables with the project duration from designation of zones to approval of management and disposal plans as dependent variables. As a result of the analysis, the smaller the project area, the larger the area occupied per union member, the larger the land price change rate, and the smaller the KOSPI index, the shorter the required period. This study has the distinction of empirically analyzing the effect of characteristic variables considering size and economic and locational characteristics on period. It provides implications that the area of the business area, the number of union members, and economic conditions should be considered when establishing a business area.

  • The aim of this study is to specifically understand the officetel market by empirical analysis for the determining factors that affect determining the price of the officetel in Busan. In my opinion, it can help officetel providers to select the appropriate size and location that analysis for the factors determining officetel price with market price, and also it can help customers officetel to choice depending on the purpose. So I was conducting this study. In this study, I analyzes the factors determining the price of Officetel using a OLS linear regression, semi-log model, and a robust regression-Busan area Officetel Real Transaction Price as the dependent variable and factors representing the physical characteristics, locational characteristics and regional characteristics as independent variables.

  • We aim to investigate the morphological and environmental characteristics of royal tombs of Chosun Dynasty by using GIS technique and remotely-sensed data. Most of the royal tombs are located on the banded gneiss and granite and over the south- and east. facing slopes and have altitudinal ranges of 150 to 200 meters. Due to the time gaps, exact locational preferences of the royal families can not be understood at this moment and also proximity to the running water is hard to be quantified. Close examination of Gwangneung indicates that the artificial modification and weathering have severe impacts on the slope and stone artefacts. The results from this research can be useful to preserve the valueless cultural heritages.

  • A methodology to evaluate the performance analysis for micro hydropower sites has been studied. It consists of two main parts; flow duration function which can describe micro hydropower sites and performance analysis to estimate the output characteristics of micro hydropower plants. The output performance characteristics for Magok stream was analyzed, using developed model. Also, primary design specifications such as design flowrate, installed capacity, operational rate and annual electricity production were estimated and dicussed. Additionally, it was found that the developed model in this study is useful tool to estimate feasibility assessment for micro hydropower sites.

The Effects of Franchisors' and Franchisees' Characteristics on the Performance and Recontract Intention in Bakery Franchise Industry (베이커리 프랜차이즈 가맹본부의 특성과 가맹점의 특성이 가맹점 성과와 재계약 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the effects of franchisors' characteristics including brand reputation, training and product related support, franchisees' characteristics including store location and management on the performance and recontract intention of franchisees in bakery franchise industry. Also, this study examine the moderating effect of CEO experience of franchisees among the franchisors' and franchisees' characteristics, and performance. To empirically test these relationships, data were collected from 386 respondents who are franchisees in the bakery franchise sector. In the verification of hypotheses, the structure equation modeling(SEM) is used. The results of this study are as follows. First, franchisors' brand reputation, training support, and franchisees' locational factor have significant effects on the financial performance of franchisees positively. However, franchisors' product related support and franchisees' management of the store have not significant effects on the performance. Second, the performance of franchisees has positive effect on the recontract intention. Third, the moderating effect of CEO experience is only significant in the relationship between franchisors' training support and the performance. Based on the findings, this study suggest the importance of building a good brand image and superior training system for franchisors to improve mutual ongoing growth. Also, franchisors should determine whether nascent franchisee entrepreneurs have CEO experiences to further improve performance. If they do not have related experiences, both opening and ongoing training supports of franchisors and the efforts of franchisees towards learning are required. Finally, this study suggest that both franchisors and franchisees should accurately analyze the conditions of possible locations and establish strategies to select beneficial location before starting a franchise business.

  • In this study, I estimated the development possibility region reflecting of characteristics on region and development projects according to various development projects in order to evaluate the usability of National Environmental Zoning Map(NEZMap). I produced the development possibility maps by rating, and evaluated whether coincidence or not by comparison with NEZMap. As a result, I was able to identity that occurs difference between the development possibility map and NEZMap. I was able to verify that NEZMap which is produced by a uniform standard the entire country did not reflect the the regional & project characteristics. In the future, In order to improve the practical usabilty of NEZMap, the system is thought to be complementary that can further analyze characteristics of region & specific development projects in the NEZMap service system.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse the formation process and spatial structure of the mountainous village in the historic process as the case study on Yowon-village, Gyeongbuk province. The findings are summarized as the follows. The traditional location of the Yowon mountain village has been strongly influenced by local topology, drinking water, the form and time of the early setters. The spatial structure of the village was changed by the construction of road and accessibility to the road after the introduction of commercial agriculture. The form of the village consists of small scale of concentrated villages and dispersed. villages. Specifically, Yowon 1 ri has been restructured as a small scale of concentrated village and Yowon 2 ri as a dispersed one. The facilities both located in the center of the traditional village and related to communal life were moved outside while those for commercial agriculture were located in the center of the village. In sum, the village had been traditionally life-oriented and closed, but it was production-oriented and open particularly after the introduction of commercial agriculture.

Agglomeration Patterns of Advertising Industries and Spatial Networks of Advertisement Production (광고산업의 집적 특성과 광고제작의 공간적 네트워크)

  • The aim of this study is to examine agglomeration patterns of advertising industries and spatial networks of advertisement production in Korea. The focus of analysis is the agglomeration pattern of advertising industries within Seoul because these are agglomerated in Seoul like other business services. Analysis methods are local Moran's I index and location quotient with the regional percentages of each sector's number of employees. Clusters in Gangnam Area are related to start-up advertising firms and global agencies entering domestic advertising markets. Network analysis is used to investigate the spatial networks of TV advertisement production between advertising agencies(AA) and film productions(FP). After transformation of AA-FP network matrix to regional matrix centrality index and brokerage scores are calculated. This analysis shows individual region's different role and position in the AA-FP network. Many agencies in or out of Gangnam Area outsource most advertisement makings to film productions in Gangnam Area. Advertising industry dusters in Gangnam Area is important as of the destination of advertisement production networks and the circulation of those networks.
