This study examined the frequency, format, and activity of Internet references of four major journals in Library and Information Science in Korea. Sampled articles of each journal were published during 2002-2009. The results show five implications. 1) Overall 15.5% of all references were Internet references. 2) The number of Internet references has continuously increased since 2002. 3) The type of Internet references were most commonly "web document(84.3%), followed by" PDF(14%). 4) Nearly 55% of Internet reference were ".or(org)" and ".ac(edu))". 5) The percentage of inactive Internet references increased from 34.4% at 3 years to 44.1% at 5 years and to 53.3% at 10 years after publication. Although this study may not be representative of the entire field, it shows that Internet references occurred frequently and were often inaccessible within years after publication.

Researchers often cite Internet-based information as references for their research papers, and the amount of this type of citation has continued to grow, which resulted in the increased significance of Internet-based academic resources. This study first examines the current trend of citing Internet-based resources in the academic communication process of all academic fields, and then attempts to analyze the factors, such as gender and age, affecting this trend and its consequences in the specific area of LIS in Korea. For this, the author adopt both citation analysis and statistical analysis as research methods. Overall increase of citing internet-based resource is confirmed in all academic fields. Specific analysis of the LIS field revealed that gender is related with the degree of usage, and the age with whether or not adopting this type of citation. Meanwhile, the subject area of the researchers is related with both whether or not adopting this method and the degree of it. This study provides understanding current status of increased utilization of Internet-based resources in academic communications, and further makes suggestions for the effective academic communication of the future.

The purpose of this study is to identify the current trends and characteristics of Korean internet searchable Web-based biographical resources by analyzing and evaluating in practices. Four among Korean Web-based biographical resources which have the comprehensive scope are chosen and evaluated by the 9 criteria and their detailed features. This study will allow users and reference librarians to more easily choose pertinent biographical references from the many internet resources. It will be also helpful by allowing publishers to produce more effective biographical information in quality.

Short-range wireless communication systems are expanding at rapid rate, finding application in offices and homes. Development of wireless local network is accompanied by steady increase in the demand for ever higher data rates. This in turn entails the necessity to develop communication systems which operate at higher frequencies. It can be expected that short-rage wireless communication networks will soon push towards the THz frequency range. We use a 3D ray-launching for analysis of propagation environments at the indoor fixtures. We extended the approach from the modeling of the reflectivity of optically thick, smooth building materials at THz frequencies to materials with a rough surface. The simulation result of propagation environment is similar to average received power of reference paper. The RMS delay spread was calculated to be 9.11 ns in a room size of $6m(L){\times}5m(W){\times}2.5m(H)$ for the concrete plaster.

Wikipedia represents a revolutionary experiment in the sense that it allows anonymous Internet users to contribute, change, and edit Encyclopedia contents used by tens of millions of people. While a very popular information source on the Internet, because of its questionable information credibility and accuracy, citing Wikipedia articles is being regarded as a risky behavior for scholars. The present study identified 282 scholarly articles from Thomson Reuters' Web of Science citation database that cite Wikipedia at least once. Out of the millions of articles indexed in Web of Science, the proportion of articles citing Wikipedia is extremely small. On the other hand, the numbers are showing a marked increase since 2011. Wikipedia citing articles are distributed in subject areas, such as library and information science, business, psychology, education, and communication more often than in other areas. The distribution of a total of 577 citations from 267 articles for which we were able to obtain full texts shows that Wikipedia is being cited mainly in studies of Wikipedia (139 citations, 24.1%) or as a ready reference source (331 citations, 57.4%). At the same time, about 15% of total citations turned out to be cases of potentially risky behaviors in which Wikipedia is being cited as a crucial basis or data source for study.

정보기술의 급속한 발전은 기업환경에 많은 변화를 불러 왔으며 일반 기업들이 기업 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 중요한 수단으로서 정보기술을 도입하는 추세이다. 대다수 기업의 최고경영자는 기업의 경쟁력 우위를 지키기 위해 도입하는 정보기술을 선택이 아닌 필수로 인식하고 있으며 기업의 경영전략과 연계시켜 다양한 정보기술을 기업에 도입해서 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 최고경영자 특성이 정보기술에 대한 투자 선택 시 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 기존 연구 자료와 관련 문헌들을 고찰해보고 인터넷 검색 등을 통해서 학술지와 기존 논문들을 참고했으며 기업에 도입된 정보기술들과 최고경영자의 영향을 분석하기 위해 설문지 조사들 실시하고 조사결과를 분석해 보았다. 정보기술 투자 결정요인을 알아보기 위해 최고경영자의 성격과 정보기술 투자 유형과의 관계, 리더십과 투자유형과의 관계, IT에 대한 신념도와 정보기술투자유형과의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 최고경영자의 성격, 리더십유형, IT에 대한신념도 중에서, 최고경영자 리더십유형이 기업의 정보기술 투자유형에 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 기업내의 정보기술 투자유형에 대한 결정요인을 분석하고 그 결정요인을 찾아내어 정보기술 도입 전략에 도움이 되는 자료를 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

This study aims to examine the state of accidents and related issues related to Theme Groups experiential learning experiences of students and suggest ways to improve security measures to prevent future incidents. Case studies of the sunken Sewol ferry and the collapse of the gymnasium at Mauna resort in Gyeongju are conducted by analyzing the existing literature and the data collected from the media sources and related agencies. With a basis on the findings of the analyses, it is suggested that legal foundation and disaster and risk management systems (systematic revision of the laws, raised safety awareness among citizens, production and education of security managers, formation of disaster management organizations, establishment of headquarters in case of emergency and installation of first aid facilities, improved national response system, enforcement of disaster drills, introduction of assessment system, etc.) must be established to contribute to creating a safer society.

In a modern society where various kinds of cultures coexist, kidult culture seeking something pleasant and interesting in the adult culture has made an appearance affected by pop art. The goal of this study is to help the kidult culture carrying on the feature of pop art to promise a bright future in the consumer market and to help kidult marketing through the expansion of globalization of kidult culture goods. The first study method was to refer to the theoretical research material like theses or academic journals to analyze the feature of pop art and cultural phenomenon. The second one was to analyze media reports, TV programs, movies, and ads currently in issue about kidult cultures in news, media data, and internet materials to feel the kidult cultural phenomenon at the moment. The result of this study shows that, especially, popularity, vividness, and sense of humor and wit among the features of pop art have a great influence on the kidult culture. As a result, Firstly, We can expect a vitalization in the consumer market through qualitative and quantitative improvement of kidult consumer culture. Secondly, We should make an effort to expand kidult consumer culture by developing various kinds of culture goods for each age groups. Thirdly, Domestic companies should open up an adult consumer market with self-developed character products. Fourthly, We should make an aggressive marketing strategy for kidult culture goods in the world market in the flow of Hallyu.

People's leisure activities have increased due to changes in perception of social life. Camping cars are becoming popular due to the development of camping culture and traveling. However, there are not many users compared to the population of the camper due to the difficulty of economy and usability. Making it not easy to purchase or rent a camping car. Therefore, this study researches on camping service by combining shared services. It is aimed to provide a user centered camping shared service considering usage and economic efficiency. This study analyzed the concept, characteristics and current status of shared service and camping car with reference to domestic, overseas literature and internet data to provide basic data of camping car using shared service. In addition, through case study of shared vehicles, it is possible to grasp the current market. Integrate P2P, B2C, renting company and individuals to derive the design of A2P (All to People)service which connects and shares all. The user can have its own space available at the desired place and time. This study is a camping or unique mobile space service design that can be easily experienced in everyday life. It will reduce the strain of maintaining expenses and also process of pick up, return is freely making user-centered service design. This service design will lead to a diverse range of leisure activities and contribute to the upsweep of the camper industry.

The purpose of this study was to develop practical problem-based home economics teaching.learning process plans about a unit 'the youth and consumer life' of middle school eighth-grade Technology and Home Economics by applying blended learning(BL) strategy. According to ADDIE instructional design model, this study was conducted in the following procedure: analysis, design/development, implementation, and evaluation. In the stage of design and development, the selected unit was converted into a practical problem-based unit, and practical problem-based teaching. learning process plans were designed in detail by using BL strategy. An online study room for practical problem-based home economics instruction grounded in BL strategy was prepared by using Edunet(http://community.edunet4u.net/${\sim}$consumer2). Eight-session lesson plans were mapped out, and study aids for students and materials for teachers were prepared. In the implementation stage, the first-session teaching plans that dealt with a minor question 'what preparations should be made to become a wise consumer' were utilized when instruction was provided to 115 eighth graders who were in three different province, and the other one was in a middle school in the city of Daejeon. The experimental teaching was implemented for two weeks in the following procedure: preliminary program, pre-online learning, main instruction and post- online learning. The preliminary program was carried out in a session in the classroom, and pre-online learning was provided before the main instruction was given in a session in the classroom. After the main instruction was completed, post-online learning was offered. In the evaluation stage, a survey was conducted on all the learners and teachers to find out their opinions and suggestions.
