A Study on the Establishment of Cybercrime Business Model(CBM) through a Systematic Literature Review (체계적 문헌 연구를 통한 사이버범죄 비즈니스 모델(CBM) 구축)

  • Technological innovations and fast-growing new internet businesses are changing the paradigm of traditional business management, having various impacts on society. The development of internet technology is also increasing the adverse effects on technological innovation, and in particular, cybercrime related to computers continues to increase with each technological innovation. The purpose of this study is to construct a cybercrime business model (CBM) by using the business model canvas (BMC) theory for cybercrime in order to reduce cybercrime, and this model is applied and analyzed based on types of Korean cybercrimes. For this study, a systematic literature review was conducted to determine the components of cybercrime, and 60 relevant documents were classified through a keyword-based literature search. Besides, qualitative research in the classified literature has led to the derivation of cybercrime into 18 sub-blocks and nine building blocks. This study applies BMC theory to this derivation of cybercrime and builds the CBM through proper redefinition. Lastly, the developed CBM could be applied to cybercrime in Korea to help cyber incident-response staff understand cybercrimes analytically. This study contributes to the development of a new analysis framework that can reduce cybercrime.

A Design of u-Learning's Teaching and Learning Model in the Cloud Computing Environment (클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 u-러닝 교수학습 모형 설계)

  • The cloud computing environment is a new trend of web based application parts. It can be IT business model that is able to easily support learning service and allocate resources through the internet to users. U-learning also is a maximal model with efficiency of the internet based learning. Thus, in this research, we proposed a design of u-learning's teaching and learning model that is applying the internet based learning. Proposal method is to fit u-learning and has 7 steps: Preparing, planning, gathering, learning process, analysis and evaluation, and feedback. We make a cloud u-learning server and cloud LMS to process and manage the service. And We also make a mobile devices meta data to aware the model.

Flow and Brand Equity on the Internet Auction (인터넷 경매에서 플로우의 형성요인과 브랜드 자산에 미치는 영향)

  • The topic on Flow is generating increased interests in e-commerce studies. Flow has been identified as a key component in e-commerce. Studies on Flow have so far focused on internet shopping mall, but scarcely looked at the Flow of Internet auction. The purpose of study is to find out which factors play a major role in building Flow on internet auction and how the built-up Flow affect Brand Equity. Therefore, the research model investigates what factors influence Flow. Furthermore, the research is designed to understand how the Flow influences Brand Equity. The antecedents of Flow classifies into three types such as personal (Challenge, Skill), IT characteristic, Internet Auction characteristic. The results of this empirical study shows that three characteristics significantly affected the flow:personal (Challenge), IT (information quality, system quality), and Internet Auction (interactivity). And also Flow has significant effect on the brand equity. This result indicates that customer's optimal experience is important to increase brand equity. That is, the flow is influenced by multi-dimensional factors and plays an important role in increasing brand equity. Finally, the finding of this study suggests that personal challenge, information quality, system quality, and interactivity should be enhanced preferentially.

Process Governance Meta Model and Framework (프로세스 거버넌스 메타모델과 프레임워크)

  • As a sub-concept of corporate or organization governance, business governance and IT governance have become major research topics in academia. However, despite the importance of process as a construct for mediating the domain between business and information technology, research on process governance is relatively inadequate. Process Governance focuses on activities that link business strategy with IT system implementation and explains the creation of corporate core values. The researcher studied the basic conceptual governance models of political science, sociology, public administration, and classified governance styles into six categories. The researcher focused on the series of metamodels. For examples, the traditional Strategy Alignment Model(SAM) by Henderson and Venkatraman which is replaced by the neo-SAM model, organizational governance network model, sequential organization governance model, organization governance meta model, process governance CUBE model, COSO and process governance CUBE comparison model, and finally Process Governance Framework and etc. The Major difference between SAM and neo-SAM model is Process Governance domain inserted between Business Governance and IT Governance. Among several metamodels, Process Governance framework, the core conceptual model consists of four activity dimensions: strategic aligning, human empowering, competency enhancing, and autonomous organizing. The researcher designed five variables for each activity dimensions, totally twenty variables. Besides four activity dimensions, there are six driving forces for Process Governance cycle: De-normalizing power, micro-power, vitalizing power, self-organizing power, normalizing power and sense-making. With four activity dimensions and six driving powers, an organization can maintain the flexibility of process governance cycle to cope with internal and external environmental changes. This study aims to propose the Process Governance competency model and Process Governance variables. The situation of the industry is changing from the function-oriented organization management to the process-oriented perspective. Process Governance framework proposed by the researcher will be the contextual reference models for the further diffusion of the research on Process Governance domain and the operational definition for the development of Process Governance measurement tools in detail.

  • 초고속 인터넷의 보급 확산과 IT기술의 급격한 발전으로 우리 사회에서 인터넷 이용이 보편화를 넘어 필수적인 요소로 자리 잡고 있다. 이러한 현상에 따른 이용자 증가로 인해 최근 들어 패킷 망에 음성을 실어 보내는 VoIP(Voice Over Internet Protocol) 기술이 주목을 받고 있다. 이 기술로 인해 저렴한 통신비용 및 다양한 부가 서비스의 제공 가능성에 따라 새로운 비즈니스 모델이 증가할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 그러나 VoIP 서비스는 기존 인터넷망에서 발생할 수 있는 보안 취약성뿐만 아니라 인터넷 전화 트래픽 통과 문제 및 VoIP스팸이나 도청 같은 기존에 없었던 새로운 형태의 보안 이슈들이 많이 발생할 것으로 예상한다. 본 논문에서는 VoIP 신규 보안 위협을 분석하고, 분석된 보안 위협을 바탕으로 VoIP 공격 패킷 발생 도구를 구현하여 실제 공격 시 기존 보안 장비 시스템의 대응 여부에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

  • 정보화 시대를 맞이하여 정보 인프라의 확충과 이를 기반으로 한 다양한 비즈니스 모델이 출현하면서, 인터넷 비지니스는 우리 산업의 중심으로 확산되고 있다. 이에 따라 개인과 개인, 기업과 기업, 기업과 개인간에 새로운 커뮤니케이션 수단으로 부상한 전자메일은 이제 우리 사회를 윤택하게 만드는 필수도구로 자리잡았다. 더군다나 전자메일은 그 파급효과나 비용절감의 측면에서 수많은 인터넷기업의 마케팅 수단으로써 범용적으로 활용되고 있다. 그러나 최근들어 불법 스팸메일과 유해성 메일이 급증하면서 전자메일 환경이 급속도로 악화되고 있어 그 위험수위가 극에 달해 있다. 이러한 불법 스팸메일은 전자메일 마케팅에 대한 신뢰도를 하락시켜 기업 활동을 위축시키고 있으며 유해성 메일에 무방비로 노출되어 있는 청소년 보호와 인터넷상의 개인정보보호 차원에서도 반드시 척결되어야할 “공공의 적”이라는 인식이 확산되고 있다. 하지만 최근 인터넷상의 공개된 전자메일 주소를 수집, 가공하여 스팸메일을 대량으로 발송할 수 있는 자동화된 프로그램의 개발로 인하여 스팸메일을 더욱 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 문제정점을 인식하고 자동화되어있는 전자메일 추출 프로그램으로부터 전자메일 주소를 보호할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

  • Computing systems in the modern era are expanding rapidly to include mobile-based businesses that make us of the various convergence distributed business process. This has lead to growing interest in the field of mobile embedded software development methodology, which has in turn lead to the proliferation of the embedded mobility. The use of CBD (Component Based Development) provides reusability, maintainability and portability, all of which are very important and focus issues to the business process. It also comes with the inherent productivity, quality and reliability of CBD. To make efficient use of CBD, though, clarified interface definitions for component integration are necessary. These definitions should be made up of collaborative hierarchical and horizontal architecture layers. Successful definitions should apply an effective framework made up of the architecture and process. In this paper, we describe an interface specification for small grained mobile embedded components(MEC) for the mobile embedded domain to meet maximum user requirements. We build and deploy the reconfigurable design patterns and components (in business domain categories) to make a component hierarchy and business logics for mobile embedded software. Proposed components specification plays a major role in development of the software for handling inconsistency in existing specification. It also includes plenty of specification information, using semantics and modeling based mechanisms to support business processes. We propose a development model of mobile embedded software using CBD for very complex and dynamic mobile business. We can apply it in a plug and play manner to develop the software. We verify that our framework supports very good productivity, quality and maintainability to meet the user's requirements in mobile business.

  • 새 천년이 시작하면서 자본주의의 새로운 기업 모델로 e-Biz가 각광받았다. 하지만 곧바로 사양되었으며, 이 시점에서 새로운 대안으로 떠오른 것이 바로 모바일 인터넷 비즈니스였다. M-Biz는 편재성(Ubiquity), 접근성(Reachability), 보안성(Security), 위치확인(Localiz ation), 즉시 연결성(Instant Connectivity), 개인화(Personalization)의 모바일 인터넷 장점을 이용하여 뚜렷한 수익모델로 가능해졌기 때문이다. 이런 모바일 컨텐츠 서비스는 정보제공(Information), Entertainment, 상거래(Transaction), 단문메시지 (Communication) 등을 현재 제공하고 있으며, 이러한 기능들을 현재 개발되고 있는 홈 오토메이션 시스템과 결합하여 새로운 형태의 홈 오토메이션을 기반으로 하는 모바일 서비스 지원 기법을 본 논문에서는 논하였다.

  • 인터넷 이용의 급증에 따라 전자상거래가 시간적, 공간적 제약을 극복한 새로운 경제활동으로 부각되면서 국가 경제, 사회의 변혁을 주도하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래의 기본 의미를 설명하고, .NET과 Biztalk Server 2000을 이용한 기업간(B2B) 전자상거래 시스템을 연구, 인터넷을 이용한 효율적인 전자상거래 모델을 개발하고자 한다. Visual Studio .NET으로 애플리케이션을 만들고, BizTalk Server를 통해 비즈니스 프로세스를 조율하여 기업간(B2B) 전자상거래 시스템을 설계 연구해보고 기업 내부 시스템과의 통합을 이루어 효율적인 전자상거래 모델을 개발하는데 목적을 두고 있다.

  • At present, several artificial intelligence projects in the healthcare and medical field are competing with each other, and the interfaces between the systems lack unified specifications. Thus, this study presents an artificial intelligence platform for healthcare and medical fields which adopts the deep learning technology to provide algorithms, models and service support for the health and medical enterprise applications. The suggested platform can provide a large number of heterogeneous data processing, intelligent services, model managements, typical application scenarios, and other services for different types of business. In connection with the suggested platform application, we represents a medical service which is corresponding to the trusted and comprehensible tracking and analyzing patient behavior system for Health and Medical treatment using Internet of Behavior concept.
