This study examined service failure and recovery of domestic ethnic food restaurants based on a model of the repercussions of service failure dealing with seriousness and control and the cause-and-effect relationships among the variables relevant to the quality of relationships -trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. This study provides valuable information for Korean restaurant managers regarding food service failure and response plans by collecting data from actual Japanese tourists visiting ethnic food restaurants. The results suggested that it is important to develop a strategy to present the distributional fairness to customers who recognize the seriousness of service failure to control the situation promptly. These results can be used to establish more systematic business plans, improving customer management and firm performance. The advantage of this research is that it is time for substantial research data on the booming domestic restaurant industry and service quality to overcome the current recession and grow and solidify the current restaurant market.

The 3DTV services can be seen as a general case of the multi-view video that has been receiving a significant attention lately. However, the key factors that influence the success of 3DTV are the availability of content, the ease of use, the quality of contents, and the reduction of cost. This paper deals primarily with the perceptual improvement in image quality, especially based on human factors. An optimal asymmetrical coding method for binocular and multi-view images is presented. The quantitative value of asymmetrical rate to maintain optimized subjective image quality is explored. Also we analyze how edges of 2D images affect on 3D perceptions and propose an edge-preserving algorithm to perform perceptual improvements. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm enhances subjective image quality much better than conventional methods.

This research verified the effects of anchors' reputation and brand equity evaluation of news on the continuous watching intention for general news channels such as KBS, JTBC, and YTN. Data collection was conducted on nationwide 539 adults who were watching news for each channel, and Hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to analyze the impact of the anchors' reputation and news brand equity evaluation factors. As a result, first, KBS showed continuous watching intention as viewers are men, their academic background is lower, they are more conservative, viewing frequency is higher, anchor awareness is higher, and news awareness and news preference are higher. Second, JTBC showed continuous watching intention as viewers are more advancing, viewing frequency is higher, anchor confidence, news awareness, and news preference, and evaluation on news quality are higher. Third, YTN showed continuous watching intention as their viewing frequency is higher, anchor confidence and anchor attraction are higher, news preference and evaluation on news quality are higher.

A totally 178 housewives in Gyeongnam were surveyed on consumer's purchase behavior and perception of branded pork. The degree of consumers' perception and reliance on the branded pork was still low. Consumers' consideration quality factors when buying pent is higher in order of safety/hygiene>taste/tenderness>meat color, In taste, consumer preferred Korean native pig meat when compared to the common meat. But the consumers have a notion that the price of Korean native pig meat was too expensive. The consumer preferred consumer group to government agency as a official approval organ for pork quality assurance. The consumers had different behavior in information channel, purchase frequency and place depending on age, income. In the development of branded pork, further studied are required on consumers' purchase behavior, perception, preference choice and decision-making process of branded pork.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of information system factors and organizational factors on procedural management performance in small and medium-sized venture companies in the Seoul metropolitan area. In the previous study was conducted mainly on large companies and general SMEs. In this study, the research was conducted considering the characteristics of SMEs. The results showed that system suitability, system quality, and IT assets had a positive effect on procedural management performance, and manager perception and human resource capacity had a positive effect on procedural management performance. But the evaluation and compensation did not have a positive effect on procedural management performance. The results of this study showed almost the same results as those of the previous studies. Venture firms have poor financial ability, technology, and organizational management ability than general SMEs. However, the introduction and diffusion factors of new information systems were not significantly different from those of general SMEs.

There should be no problem in the measurement system for scientific quality management. In this paper, we want to correctly identify the factors that can affect the measurement results during the measurement process and identify what causes them when the measurement results cause problems in terms of location and variation. Variations in the measurement system are largely described in terms of location and dispersion. Location-related attributes are accuracy, stability, and linearity while dispersion-related attributes are reproducibility and repeatability. Analyzing the factors associated with dispersion is an R&R analysis, in which the size of repeatability and reproducibility is represented by a range of differences between multiple measurements and a range of differences between measurements, and 99% of dispersion is determined. Experimental design can also be used for measurement system analysis. Proper analysis is performed only when the factors causing the fluctuation, the worker and the product, are correctly identified as random or fixed factors.

In this paper, we propose a CAC exploring a RA based dynamic spectrum hole grouping for secondary users' QoS enhancement in multi-classes cognitive radio networks. The RA based dynamic spectrum hole grouping uses SU multi-classes overlaying spectrum structure suggested here. Multiclass SUs are divided into real and non real, and real SUs have a priority for resource utilization against non real. The amount of resource required by real SUs is supported by Wiener prediction and the dynamic spectrum hole grouping, and that required by non real SU is supported by the remained available amount without prediction. In the simulations, we compare the proposed CAC performances using the dynamic spectrum hole grouping in terms of SU connection's blocking(dropping) rate and resource utilization efficiency according to multi-classes traffic characteristics, and then we show the proposed CAC can guarantee the desired QoS of multi-classes secondary users.

Identify the effects of ISO quality management system on the durability of the enterprise by applying it to early startups and small - and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, the quality management system of a technology start-up small and medium sized companies is important in applying the management system to the financial, management and quality control services rather than to research and development. The quality management system is applied to the medical equipment manufacturers, mobile phone brokers, foreign Chinese companies, and components manufacturers for diesel engines.Try it. Check the case where the quality management system has been applied to the company concerned and the nonconformities have been improved. In addition, the success of the project was determined by applying the quality control system to maintain the stability and perpetuation of the company through the case of the failed selection. The company explains that recently, it must appoint internal auditors to carry out continuous improvement activities and that those who want the development and continuity of the company must reflect the quality management system.

There is a wide variety of data quality attributes such as the ones proposed by the ISO/IEC organization and also by many other domestic and international institutions. However, it takes considerable time and costs to apply those criteria and guidelines to real environment. Therefore, it needs to define data quality evaluation attributes which are easily applicable and are not influenced by organizational environment limitations. The purpose of this paper is to derive data quality attributes and order of their priorities based on customer requirements for managing the process systematically and evaluating the data quantitatively. This study identifies the customer cognitive constructs of data quality attributes using the RGT(Repertory Grid Technique) based on a Korean quality standard model (DQC-M). Also the correlation analysis on the identified constructs is conducted, and the evaluation attributes is prioritized and ranked using the AHP. As the results of this paper, the consistent system, the accurate data, the efficient environment, the flexible management, and the continuous improvement are derived at the first level of the data quality evaluation attributes. Also, Control Compliance(13%), Regulatory Compliance(10%), Requirement Completeness(9.6%), Accuracy(8.4%), and Traceability(6.8%) are ranked on the top 5 of the 19 attributes in the second level.

Since assembled temporary equipment is widely used for construction work that should be carried out before this construction begins, it is essential to secure quality during assembly and prevent safety accidents caused by assembled temporary equipment after installation. However, it was investigated that most construction site managers are not aware of its importance, such as recognizing the quality management of assembled temporary equipment as a task of managing temporary structures that are dismantled after installation for this construction. The quality management work of assembled temporary equipment at the construction site is carried out in different ways for each construction site because there is no formalized procedure and the subject of performing. In addition, it is analyzed that the manager of the general construction company inspects and reflects the parts that need to be inspected without evidence, so transparency is not guaranteed and the result leads to a serious disaster. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to establish a document preparation-oriented system that provides systematic quality evaluation and management procedures for securing the quality of assembled temporary equipment, develops a checklist for quality evaluation and management, and supports history management on the web.
