Mediating Effect of Cognitive Trust and Emotional Trust on Satisfaction of Mobile Easy Payment Services According to Gender (성별에 따른 모바일 간편결제서비스 만족도에 영향을 주는 인지적 신뢰 및 감정적 신뢰의 매개 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of mobile payment service quality(system quality, service quality) on the formation of trust(cognitive trust, affective trust) and the effect of trust on satisfaction. In addition, we examined gender differences in the process of trust affecting satisfaction. The 188 sets of data collected, those were tested against the model using PLS. The results showed that system quality affected cognitive trust, service quality affected cognitive trust and affective trust, and both cognitive trust and emotional trust had an effect on satisfaction. In addition, the influence of cognitive trust on satisfaction was stronger for males, and affective trust had more influence on satisfaction for females.

Causal Role of Emotionally based Satisfaction and Service Reputation in Explaining Relationship between Service Quality, Satisfaction and Service Loyalty in Mobile Telecommunication Company (이동통신사의 서비스품질과 만족 및 서비스충성도 관계에서 감정적 만족과 서비스명성의 인과적 역할)

  • The purpose of this paper is to identify the causal role both emotionally based satisfaction and service reputation by examining the relationships among each dimensions of service quality, cognitive satisfaction, emotionally based satisfaction, service reputation and service loyalty in mobile telecommunication company. The results of the study are as follows: First, conviction quality had not influence on both cognitive satisfaction and emotionally based satisfaction, but tangibles quality had more influence on cognitive satisfaction than emotionally based satisfaction and responsiveness quality had more influence on emotionally based satisfaction than cognitive satisfaction. It found that there was a significant positive relationship between dimensions of the service quality, cognitive satisfaction and emotionally based satisfaction, and dimensions of the service quality affect satisfaction either directly or indirectly through emotion. Second, consumer satisfaction had more effect on service loyalty through service reputation than direct effect. Therefore, service loyalty can be build by increasing emotionally based satisfaction and service reputation to customer who is perceived as good service.

Perceptual Quality-based Video Coding with Foveated Contrast Sensitivity (Foveated Contrast Sensitivity를 이용한 인지품질 기반 비디오 코딩)

  • This paper proposes a novel perceptual quality-based (PQ-based) video coding method with foveated contrast sensitivity (FCS). Conventional methods on PQ-based video coding with FCS achieve minimum loss on perceptual quality of compressed video by exploiting the property of human visual system (HVS), that is, its sensitivity differs by the spatial frequency of visual stimuli. On the other hand, PQ-based video coding with foveated masking (FM) exploits the difference of the sensitivity of the HVS between the central vision and the peripheral vision. In this study, a novel FCS model is proposed which considers both the conventional DCT-based JND model and the FM model. Psychological study is conducted to construct the proposed FCS model, and the proposed model is applied to PQ-based video coding algorithm implemented on HM10.0 reference software. Experimental results show that the proposed method decreases bitrate by the average of 10% without loss on the perceptual quality.

Effects of Service-environment and Waiting Time on Customers' Quality Perception in Fast-food Type Restaurants (패스트푸드 레스토랑의 서비스 환경과 대기시간이 고객의 품질인지에 미치는 영향)

  • Service environments are known to have effects on quality recognition in fine-dining and family type restaurants. The current study explores that the effects are also likely in the fast-food type ones. To verify the research method factor and reliability analysis of SPSS version 18.0 are applied. The program is also used to test the influences among variables. With multiple regression analysis the study finds that there is a significant effect of service environment on quality recognition in fast-food type restaurants. The study also finds that employees' uniform and cleanliness are more influential than waiting time which is generally known as a key factor in fast food service restaurants.

  • 본 논문에서는 인간의 시각 인지 능력(Human Visual System; HVS)을 기반으로 하는 영상 품질 측정 방법을 제안한다. 보다 구체적으로 제안하는 시각 인지 기반의 영상 품질 측정 방법은 기존의 객관적인 품질 평가 방법인 PSNR 품질 측정 방법에 1) HVS 에 기반한 foveated contrast sensitivity 을 이용하여 집중 영역으로부터 거리에 따른 인식률 저하를 반영하였으며, 이와 동시에 2) Just Noticeable Distortion(JND)을 통해 영상의 휘도 대비 차이에서 오는 인식률 차이를 반영하여 사용자가 인지하는 품질을 계산하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 특히 대형 영상의 부호화 과정에서 양자화 및 bit allocation, 또는 기 부호화된 영상의 전송 과정에서 차등화된 오류 보호 기술 등에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

A Study on the User Satisfaction of Records and Information Management System in Construction (건설 기록정보관리시스템 이용만족도에 관한 연구)

  • To be able to present authenticity, or to cope with patent related cases or any possible law suite for intellectual. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting the satisfaction of records and information management system on the construction industry. Data was collected through a survey of 129 employees who work for A engineering company. Independent variables in this study included system quality, information quality, and service quality. Latent variable was selected as easy of use and usefulness. Dependent variable was user's satisfaction for the system. The results of analysis of structural equation modeling showed that system quality was found to have both direct and indirect impacts on user's satisfaction. On the other hand, information quality was significant only in direct impact on ease of use. Service quality was not statistically significant in the effect on user's satisfaction.

  • The goal of this study is to explore the factors that influence on intention to use UHDTV Service. Research problems has been designed to Structural equation model by Technology Acceptance Model. The Perceived quality, Price sensitivity, Innovativeness are adopted as independent variables. And Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use are adopted as intervening variables. A result of analysis, Perceived quality and Price sensitivity influenced the Intention to use via Perceived usefulness and Perceived ease of use. But in case of Innovativeness, it did not influence the Perceived usefulness while it influenced the Perceived ease of use. Meanwhile, the influence of Perceived quality to Perceived usefulness had more impact than the other path between the other factors.

The Structural Relationships among the Related Variables of University Students' Satisfaction (대학생의 만족도와 관련된 변인들 간의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the structural relationships among the related variables of university students' satisfaction. This study utilized nation-wide survey data previously collected from 1400 students distributed across 32 universities in Korea. NCSI model was used as a theoretical framework. Using the AMOS 17.0, the structural relationships among six variables were tested, including students' expectancy level, perceived quality, perceived value, satisfaction, complaint rate, and loyalty. The major findings of the study are as follows: First, students' expectancy level had a positive effect on perceived quality; but had no significant effect either on perceived value or on satisfaction. Second, perceived quality had positive effects on perceived value and satisfaction; and perceived value also had a positive effect on satisfaction. Third, students' satisfaction had a negative effect on complaint rate; but had a positive effect on loyalty. Fourth, students' complaint rate had a negative effect on loyalty. The study results imply that among the related variables of students' satisfaction, perceived quality and value of the products work as critical variables, and complaint rate and loyalty directly relate to students' satisfaction. The study suggested that in order to enhance students' satisfaction, universities employ the total quality system and the students' complaints resolution system.

직무성과에 대한 인지적 및 비인지적 능력의 영향: 대학생의 학업성과를 중심으로

  • 조직이나 기업에서 높은 수준의 직무 성과는 뛰어난 지적 능력과 더불어 다른 요소들의 영향에 의해 결정된다고 광범위하게 인식되고 있다. 따라서 인사선발시 인지적인 능력뿐만이 아니라 성격과 같은 비인지적 능력을 평가하는 시도가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이를 실증적으로 검증하고자 수행되었다. 즉, 본 연구에서는 서울지역에서 재학 중인 대학생 (n=260) 을 대상으로 하여 인지적 능력은 입학성적으로, 비인적 능력은 Big Five 성격 특성으로, 직무성과는 학업성과(예, 학업평점, 대학 및 학과에 대한 만족도, 동아리 활동, 등) 로 각각 측정하여 이들의 관계성을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 인지적 능력과 더불어 Big Five 성격 특성 중 성실성과 개방성이 다양한 학업성과와 상관관계를 보여주었다. 본 연구는 추가적으로, 학업성과 중 동아리 활동이 대학생활의 만족도와 상관관계가 있음을 보여주고 있다. 이러한 결과는 인사선발 과정에서 지원자의 잠재적 직무성과를 예측할 때 지적 능력 같은 인지적 측면뿐만이 아니라 성격과 같은 비인지적 측면을 동시에 고려해야 한다는 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

Effects of Information System Quality on the Technology Acceptance Model and User Intention (정보시스템품질이 기술수용모형과 사용자의도에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, in order to find out how the quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the importance of IT security which had been recently emerged by including the security in the system, information and service is considered as the factors of information system quality. To verify how the information system quality affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the study was conducted with expanded information system by classifying the technology acceptance model with perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and classifying user intention with acceptance and utilization whether user had only acceptance intention or both acceptance and utilization intentions. The study results are as follows. First, the hypothesis that quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model significantly was partially adopted. Second, the hypothesis that the technology acceptance model affected user intention significantly was adopted.
