Social Motivational Factors Influencing the Intention to Use of Blog (블로그 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 사회 동기적 요인)

  • Blogs are a new type of media that have recently become popular on the World Wide Web and have influence throughout society. The purpose of this study is to examine social motivations influencing intention of blog usage. Based on Technology Acceptance Model and Motivation Theory, this study considered perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, reputation, reciprocity, enjoyment of helping, social identity as the determinants of influencing the intention to use of blog. The suggested model was empirically evaluated using online survey data collection from 342 users of popular blog site in Korea (NAVER Blog, Cyworld minihompy, Daum Blog, and Yahoo Blog). The results revealed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, reciprocity, and social identity affect directly the intention of blog usage. Furthermore, social identity has moderate effect via reciprocity and enjoyment of helping on blog usage. This study contributes to a theoretical understanding of the factors as social motivation that affects the usage of blogs. Also, the results of this study provide blog service providers useful strategic insights and service guidelines to enhance user's intention of blogs practically.

The Effect of Perceived Anthropomorphic Characteristics on Continuous Usage Intention of Artificial Intelligence Voice Speaker : Based on the Integrated Adoption Model (인공지능 음성 스피커의 의인화 특성 지각 정도가 지속적 이용 의향에 미치는 영향: 통합 수용 모델을 기반으로)

  • AI voice speaker has played an important role in forming an early market and development for AI-based goods and service with growing attention from many people. In this context, this research examined factors affecting continuous intention of AI voice speaker based on the integrated adoption model, which combined two factors of perceived playfulness and innovation resistance with extended technology acceptance model. It was also examined whether three perceived anthropomorphic features(i.e., perceived rational support, perceived intimacy, perceived cognitive openness) have influences on continuous intention of AI voice speaker. The data was collected by an online-survey and were responses of those who are in their 20s and 30s and have experienced in using AI voice speaker. They were analyzed by using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results showed that all of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived playfulness and innovation resistance had significant influences on continuous intention of AI voice speaker. In addition, all of perceived rational support, perceived intimacy and perceived cognitive openness as perceived anthropomorphic features had significant influences on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness. The implications of found results in this research was also discussed.

Exploring Types of Elementary School Students' Failures in an Engineering Design Process and How Students Cope with Them (공학적 설계 과정에서 초등학생들이 마주하는 실패 경험과 이에 대한 대처 행동의 특징 탐색)

  • This study explored types of failure encountered by elementary school students during the engineering design process and how they coped with them. To achieve this goal, we developed and taught engineering design lessons on water shortages to four fourth-grade classes, observing and interviewing seven focus groups. Our analysis revealed that student failures can be categorized into two main types: those caused by cognitive factors and those influenced by environmental factors. While cognitive failures are typically within students' control, environmental factors are beyond their reach. Our findings also showed that students tended to avoid discussing the root causes of failure and instead relied on ad hoc solutions. Additionally, some students lowered their expectations for success to avoid failure. Based on our findings, we offer practical recommendations for educators to help students learn from their failures in a constructive manner.

  • The study sought to reveal the impact of focusing attitudes and cognitive emotion regulation on post-traumatic growth for adolescent athletes with trauma experiences. A preliminary survey was conducted on 215 middle and high school athletes in the S city and K provinces. The impact of focusing attitudes and cognitive emotion regulation on post-traumatic growth was verified using validated questionnaires. The results for the purpose and method of study are as follows. Focusing attitudes and cognitive emotion regulation of adolescent athletes affect post-traumatic growth. Positive reappraisal was the most influential factor affecting post-traumatic growth, followed by the factors influencing the aware, acceptance, accept, reflect and positive refocusing. In order to experience post-traumatic growth through the results of this study, it is important to understand the overall understanding and tactics of focusing attitudes and cognitive emotion regulation. Therefore, effective psychological training methods will be needed to positively control the level of focusing attitudes and cognitive emotion regulation among adolescent athletes.

  • 사회적기업의 브랜드를 추구하는 패션 소비층은 개인적인 가치 기준을 바탕으로 합리적인 소비생활을 하며 브랜드 이미지를 중시하고 자신만의 감도를 찾는 공통된 특징을 가지고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 패션 사회적 브랜드는 새로운 각도에서 소비자들을 이해하며 환경변화에 능동적으로 대응할 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 패션 사회적 브랜드-소비자 관계의 세부적 요인이 브랜드 자산 구성요소들에 미치는 구조적 관계에 대해 규명하며, 연구결과를 기준으로 패션사회적 브랜드가 소비자의 구매행동을 예측하여 보다 효율적인 브랜드 전략을 진행하는데 있어 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2015년 4월 1일부터 30일까지 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ 패션 사회적 브랜드 상품구매경험자를 800명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, SPSS 20.0, AMOS 20.0을 사용하여, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석 및 경로분석을 실시하였다. 이상을 바탕으로 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 브랜드-소비자 관계의 행위적 몰입, 인지적 믿음은 브랜드 인지도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 감성적 유대는 브랜드 인지도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 브랜드-소비자 관계의 행위적 몰입, 감성적 유대, 인지적 믿음은 브랜드 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 패션 사회적 브랜드 이미지는 브랜드 태도 및 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 패션 사회적 브랜드의 지각된 품질은 브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 태도, 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 패션 사회적 브랜드 태도는 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

  • 본 연구는 기업간 전자상거래 수용에 영향을 주는 요인을 밝혀내고 실증적으로 분석하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 기존 기술수용모형(TAM) 기반 연구는 수용의사결정 수준이 개인 단위에 국한되었으며, 영향요인도 인지된 혁신특성인 경우에 비해 본 연구에서는 i) 인지된 이익 ii) 조직의 준비 iii)외부 압력 등 세 관점에서 살펴보았다. 37 개 업체를 대상으로 실증 분석한 결과 인지된 이익, 조직의 준비 및 외부압력은 모두 B2B EC 수용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Application of Theory of Reasoned Action in u-Tour System (유투어 시스템에서의 합리적 행동이론 적용)

  • The objective of this study is to propose the implications using theory of reasoned action(TRA) on u-Tour system. This research model through TRA is consisted as three constructs: user-friendliness(cognitive), perceived usefulness(cognitive) and purchase intention(affective). This study analyzes with a total of 153 respondents and used PLS-SEM method considering the small number of samples. Also, with the analysis, WarpPLS software is used in order to ferret out non-linear relationship between the constructs of research model. As a result of analysis, this research model shows statistical level significantly on proposed hypotheses and the applicability of TRA model in u-Tour system. Furthermore, additional analysis presents the possibility of non-linear relationship on each path between the constructs of research model showing J-shape. Also, the result showes the fact that the relationship had partly negative (-) effect on dependent factor. Additional analysis proposes that income variable as base of purchase intention has a moderating effect on all paths of research model.

  • 유비쿼터스 환경 하에서 새로운 첨단 핵심기술 및 서비스가 하나의 제품 안에 집중되어가는 시대적 요구가 대두되고 있다. 이에 부응하여 탄생한 컨버전스 제품인 텔레매틱스의 전망 역시 두드러지고 있다. 본 연구는 Davis[14]가 제안한 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model:TAM)을 통하여 텔레매틱스 사용의도에 관한 수용모형을 제시하였다. 기술수용모델의 내부 요인인 사용의도, 인지된 유용성과 인지된 이용용이성 외에도 업체 신뢰도, 정황 인식성, 자기 효능감의 외부 요인으로 확장하여 요인 간의 구조적 관계를 위한 모형을 개발하였다. 실증분석을 한 결과 정황 인식성, 자기 효능감이 각각 인지된 유용성과 이용용이성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 텔레매틱스의 이용자에게 중요시 되는 특성에 대해 논의하였다.

The Influence of Childcare Teachers' Empathy Ability and teaching flow on Happiness (보육교사의 공감능력 및 교수몰입이 행복감에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effects of childcare teachers' empathy, teaching commitment, and feelings of happiness. The subjects were 111 childcare teachers in U city. The frequency, reliability, and correlation analysis were performed using the SPSS 22.0 program, and regression analysis was performed on the causal relationship between the variables. First, the childcare teacher's cognitive empathy factor had a positive effect on the sense of happiness. On the other hand, the emotional empathy factor, a sub-factor of the empathy ability, did not affect the feeling of happiness. Second, the childcare teacher's teaching commitment had a significant positive effect on happiness. This means that a higher cognitive empathy factor, a sub-factor of the childcare teacher's empathy ability, resulted in a higher sense of happiness. Moreover, a higher instructional commitment factor indicated a higher sense of happiness. This study provides basic data for preparing measures to improve the sense of happiness of childcare teachers by grasping the relationship between childcare teachers' empathy ability, teaching commitment, and feelings of happiness.

  • In this research, the object is to analysis the impact of the four dimensions of Marketing Mix, product, price, place and promotion on store attitude. At the same time as mediating factors of relationship between Marketing Mix and customer attitude, experience factors, such as sense experience, feel experience and think experience are also analyzed. The results show that the promotion has a significant effect on sense experience, and place also has a significant effect on sense experience, feel experience and think experience. Another important result is, experience factors, such as sense experience, feel experience and think experience have significant effect on store attitude.
