The Effects of Cooperative Labor-Management Relations Climate on Organizational Performance: Moderating Effects of Strategic Human Resource Management (협력적 노사관계분위기가 조직성과에 미치는 영향 - 전략적 인적자원관리의 조절효과 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide academic and practical implications through empirical analysis on the moderating role of SHRM that is relatively lacking in the relationship between CLMRC and performance. In order to achieve the research purpose, data were collected from 123 CEOs of Korean companies. The reliability and validity of the collected data were examined and the hypothesis was verified by hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study show that CLMRC has a meaningful positive(+) effect on both net profit and sales per person, and SHRM has shown to have a moderating effects between CLMRC and sales per person, CLMRC and net profit. Through this analyzes, CLMRC can enhance the management performance, and in this process, the more strategic the human resource management(HRM) is, the more the impact on the management performance is strengthened. Implications for CLMRC and SHRM, limitations of the study and suggestions for future researches are discussed.

The Causal Relationship Between Coaching Behavior of Golf Leaders and Leader Trust and Re-Registration (골프 지도자의 코칭행동이 지도자 신뢰 및 재등록 간의 인과 관계)

  • In this study, 223 people were sampled from February 1 to March 11, 2022, and causal relationship analysis (SEM) was performed. First, a causal relationship was established between coaching behavior and leader trust, and second, a causal relationship was established between leader trust and re-enrollment. Finally, although it was partially adopted between coaching behavior and re-registration, an indirect effect was also derived that the effectiveness of behavior existed as an indirect effect of trust in the leader in the relationship between autonomous behavior and re-registration. Therefore, coaching behavior perceived by customers is influenced by various variables, and trust in leaders appears to exert a huge influence on golf course management performance, emphasizing that human service is a part that needs attention in the changing golf market. It is thought that a management strategy based on the results and this study is necessary.

Analysis of Human Factors Behind Maritime Traffic-Related Accidents Using the m-SHEL Model (m-SHEL 모델에 의한 해상교통 관련 사고의 배후 인적 요인 분석에 관한 연구)

  • Research indicates, about 80% of maritime accidents are caused by human error. Further investigation of the human factors behind maritime casualties is essential in order to establish preventive measures. The main purpose of this study is to identify and analyze human factors behind maritime traffic-related accidents using the m-SHEL model. Since the m-SHEL model used in other fields is based on generic human factors, it has expanded in this study to accommodate ship operating systems and define human factors. In addition, the validity of the expanded model was verified by reliability analysis using SPSSWIN. A classified table for this extended m-SHEL model was then used to analyze human factors behind maritime traffic-related accidents extracted from a written verdict by the Korean Maritime Safety Tribunal. Human factors were arranged in the order L, L-E, L-H, L-m, L-L, and L-S. This paper contributes to the prevention of maritime traffic-related accidents caused by human factors by presenting useful analytical results that can be applied to build a maritime safety management system.

  • 우리나라는 현재 재난의 유형을 자연재난과 사회재난으로 구분하여 관리하고 있다. 하지만 최근 재난 사고 사례를 살펴보면 단일재난으로 인한 피해보다 자연재난이 발생한 이후 사회재난으로 재난이 전파되는 복합재난의 형태가 종종 나타나고 있다. 복합재난은 단일 재난에 의한 피해(인적, 물적) 보다 크게 나타나고 복합재난의 발생원인 및 전파과정을 분석하기 어려워 이에 대한 다각적인 분석과 동시에 재난상호간의 연관성을 도출하는 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 과거 재난사고정보를 분석하는 연구는 일반적인 통계기법을 활용한 분석에 머물러 있으며 수집된 재난사고사례가 많지 않아 분석에 신뢰성을 보장할 수 없었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 복잡하게 나타나는 재난 사고를 분석하기 위하여 최근 각광받고 있는 인공지능 분석기법을 연구에 고려하였다. 본 연구의 과정은, 첫째로 재난사고정보 분석에 인공지능을 활용한 사례를 조사하고 여타 연구분야에서 적용되고 있는 인공지능 분석기술을 재난사고정보 분석에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 둘째로 수집가능 한 재난사고정보를 수집하고 인공지능 모형에 적용가능 한 형태로 변환하는 과정을 수행하였다. 셋째로 변환된 재난사고정보를 대표적인 인공지능 알고리즘을 활용하여 다양한 질문(목적)에 부합하는 재난사고정보 분석모형을 구축하고자 하였다. 마지막으로 다양한 인공지능 알고리즘을 적용한 모형의 신뢰성을 비교하였으며 이를 통하여 재난사고정보 분석에 적용가능 하며 질문(목적)에 부합하는 최적 인공지능 알고리즘을 도출하고자 하였다.

인적판매원을 활용한 구매시점고광고 연구: 정보전달형태에 따른 효과 분석

  • 이 연구의 목적은 소비자의 구매의도를 자극하고, 판매를 촉진시켜주는 구매시점광고(POP Ad: Point Of Purchase Advertising)의 소매판매 유통점 활용영역에서 정보전달형태 변화에 따른 광고효과 차이가 있는지를 연구하는데 있다. 연구의 배경과 방법은 통상의 구매시점광고가 정보전달 방법에 있어서 소비자 구매활동 장소 내 외에서 단순 비치, 설치된 상태로서 기능과 역할을 수행하고 있음을 착안, 광고소구형태를 시각, 청각 그리고 인적판매원이 관여된 혼합(시각, 청각)형으로 분류하여 정보를 전달 한 후 소비자의 태도 및 매출 비교를 위해 실증적 실험을 했다. 본 연구의 핵심 가설은 '인적판매원이 개입된 혼합형(시각, 청각) 구매시점광고가 소비자 태도(신뢰도/호감도/구매의도) 및 매출( + / -)영향도가 더욱 높게 나타날 것이다'이다. 이는 소비자에게 시각, 청각이 동시에 전달되는 혼합소구유형은 정보전달력이 우수하고, 광고 효과성이 높을 것이다를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 본격 연구 전에 실시한 1차 사전적 실증 실험결과 소비자가 지각하는 관점에 따라 시각형(광고의 정보내용을 인쇄물로 제공), 청각형(광고의 정보내용을 소리전달형태로 제공), 시각, 청각 혼합형(인적판매원이 시각형 정보를 활용 광고내용을 직접 전달)분류한 3가지 유형간 정보전달 효과의 차이는 없는 것으로 나왔다. 하지만, 본 연구는 생계형 소매유통 창업현장에서 활동하고 있는 소상공인들이 구매시점광고를 광고의 활용측면에서 능동형 마케팅 활동 도구로 사용할 수 있는지에 대한 실증적 사례 분석을 했다는 것에 의의를 두고자 한다. 업종별 차이는 있지만 대부분의 소상공인들의 마케팅 환경은 열악하다. 마케팅 전담 인력의 부재, 마케팅 지식의 부족, 전방위적 마케팅 전개 시간의 한계 등으로 인해 체계적으로 마케팅활동을 펼 칠 수 없는게 현실이다. 이에 현장 활용성이 높은 효율적이고 효과적인 구매시점광고의 광고정보전달 연구 및 개발이 요구된다고 보며, 이에 관한 지속적인 후행적 연구와 노력이 필요하다고 사료된다.

A Study for Improving the Traffic Accident Management System with regard to the Driver's Human Factor (운전자 인적요인을 고려한 교통사고 조사양식 개선방안 연구)

  • This study aimed to improve the Traffic Accident Management System's validity and reliability, so the system could help classify and judge the human factors that correlate with traffic accidents. We took traffic accident research and analysis systems of United States and United Kingdom and certain related, former studies into account in building our test system. Next, we used the test system's criteria to re-analyze 502 Gyeonggi province accident records from 2008. We compared the results to existing systems' results to verify the test system's validity and reliability. These results indicated the necessity of removing some uncertain items from the existing systems and adding in some new items from the test system. This should help improve understanding of what happens at traffic accident scenes and of the sources of drivers' abnormal, reckless behavior. We introduce suggestions for improving the Traffic Accident Management System and research concepts for further studies.

  • This study aims to vitalize and develop community enterprises through an empirical research on what factors are required to improve the performance and to achieve the sustainable growth of community enterprises. To this end, we surveyed community enterprises located in Busan and verified the fact that social entrepreneurship, organizational justice, organization trust, psychological ownership, network activities, human resource development(education) are required to improve organizations' performance and its sustainability. We intended to find the implications of the study result and draw policy-based support programs to provide supplement points and countermeasures, to set conditions for the vitalization of Community Enterprises, and to create Community Enterprise-friendly environments.

  • Traditionally intangible assets have been neglected in measuring management performance in the area of business. However as knowledge based times is coming, the importance of intangible assets have been evermore attentive then before. The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship between management performance and intangible assets of resort condominium in Korea. This paper categorizes intangible assets into customer relations asset, cooperative business partner asset, and service operations competence based asset and find relationship between these assets with management performance.

  • This paper suggests the evaluation sheet to ensure the objective and detailed information based on a classification table of PIF (Performance Influencing Factor). And this paper shows the results of HEP(Human Error Probability), using a quantitative method with the evaluated data as a result of estimating the likelihood of . human errors in the gas industry facility together with the evaluation sheet. Finally, these results are programmed to be operated in personal computer so that field workers an apply it in easy and convenient manner. The results of this study offer two key benefits; sharing reliable information on human errors with the Data Base and establishing a strategy to reduce human errors as well as to improve working proficiency.

  • The development and operation of the MASS (Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship) is being actively discussed for more efficient and safer maritime transportation solutions. The autonomous navigation technology has positive aspects such as the prevention of marine accidents, improvement of fuel efficiency of ships and cost reduction, and negative aspects such as job loss, task change, and security problems. It is expected that there will be new human element issues such as the situation awareness of remote operators, because the shore-based control will be conducted when fully autonomous ships are in operation. In this paper, we consider major human element issues that should be factored in the development and operation of MASS, and suggest a method of HRA (Human Reliability Analysis) for P IFs (Performance Influencing Factors) of the remote operators that are expected according to the shore-based control.
