We need problem solving abilities based on the information abilities in information-oriented society. New curriculum is demanded by new technology and circumstance to need the core competencies. Korea Association of Information Education has studied new curriculum and suggested new plans that contents of information education classified by 'Software', 'Computer System' and 'Convergence Activities.' Therefore, we studied on 'Problem Solving' topic of the 'Software' section of first grade to ninth grade. In this paper we firstly categorized 'Problem Solving' as 'Problem Comprehension and Analysis', 'Data Management', 'Strategy Establishment for Problem Solving', 'Problem Solving Method Seeking and Development' and 'Examination of Problem Solving Method.' We nextly suggested the achievement goals, teaching-learning methods and evaluation methods of 'Problem Solving' topic. We expect that the achievement goals and teaching-learning methods we suggested about 'Problem Solving' topic will contribute to training talented individuals.

Over the recent industry -wide virtual world and the real world, broadcasting and telecommunications, IT technology and traditional industries, such as the fusion research has been conducted in a variety of fields. And training in the field of education is changing the paradigm of creativity to break the intrusive training center. In addition, the quality of interactive educational content technology to foster self-directed future talent is a situation that is required. The market has already surpassed the smartphone PC, smart devices and e-learning technologies are appearing new service called 'smart learning' as a new form of convergence of the educational system. In this paper, based on the direct development of a content authoring applications and Web sites, and cloud environments to the students collect and analyze patterns. Utilizing this information, we studied the curation service plans that recommend the appropriate content to fit the tastes of the learner.

The purpose of this study was conducted to identify the effect of a disaster nursing convergence education program on disaster knowledge, preparedness, and self-confidence. A quasi-experimental was conducted using nonequivalent control group pretest posttest design. The subjects were senior grade nursing students who were in B metropolitan city. The education program was provided using disaster management, disaster nursing practice, disaster psychosocial support. The experimental group was participated on program 56 hours during 2 weeks, from June 26 to July 7, 2017. The experimental group showed significant differences in disaster nursing knowledge(F=81.41, p<.001), preparedness(F=110.62, p<.001) and self-confidence(t=7.27, p<.001). Therefore this convegence program could be a good extra-curriculum and it is necessary to develop more variable contents.

The purpose of this study IS to suggest the failure factors and the success factors of technology-based startups(TBS). This study surveyed 327 startup companys on the general obstacles of starting business and the entrepreneurship policy of the Government. The failure factors of TBS are 1) overconfidence of TBS in their technology, 2) lack of cost management, 3) lack of concentration on the sales revenue of their activies, 5) many unplanned challenges, and 5) lack of strategic decision. And the success factors of TBS are 1) CEO's leadership having a clear business concept, 2) development of innovative products and services, 3) flat and flexible organization structure, 4) leveraging outside business resources and networks, and 5) strengthening the human resources by the hybrid agent.

우리나라 특성화고는 산업사회의 각 분야에서 종사할 유능한 인재를 양성하고 합리적이며 능률적인 직업인을 육성하려는 목표로 1998년에 도입되었다. 2010년에는 독일, 스위스, 오스트리아 등에서 자리 잡은 마이스터고 제도를 도입하여 변화를 시도하였다. 유럽에서의 마이스터고는 창업 성공률이 98%에 이를 정도로 창업의지가 높은 학생들로 구성되었다. 우리나라 또한 특성화고 학생들의 창업의지를 높이기 위해서 정부와 민간 기관에서 다양한 시도를 하였다. 창업진흥원의 기업가 마인드 확산 교육 비즈쿨(2002년), 한국시민자원봉사회의 특성화고 대상 창업 마인드 확산 경진대회 Be the CEO(2004년), 아산나눔재단과 어썸스쿨의 앙트러프러너십 교육 히어로스쿨(2014년) 등이 사례이다. 본 저자도 2011년부터 중소벤처기업부와 SK가 공동으로 주최하는 고교생 앱 개발경진대회를 직접 운영하면서 특성화고 학생들의 창업의지를 높이기 위한 방안에 대해 오랫동안 고민하였다. 본 연구에서는 특성화고 학생들의 앙트러프러너십이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 앙트러프러너십의 구성요소는 Miller(1983)가 주장한 위험감수성, 혁신성, 진취성에 기회인지를 추가하였다. 또한, 특성화고 학생들이 학교 교육과 다양한 외부활동을 통하여 접하고 있는 창업멘토링이 앙트러프러너십 구성요소와 창업의지간에 조절효과가 있는지 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 491개(2017년 말) 특성화고등학교 중 지역별로 안배하여 14개 학교 학생들을 대상으로 설문을 시행하였으며, 설문서 287부를 실증분석에 활용하였다. 연구분석 결과 특성화고 학생의 기회인지, 위험감수성, 혁신성, 진취성은 모두 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 기회인지, 위험감수성 등 앙트러프러너십 요소와 창업의지 관계에서 창업멘토링의 조절효과는 진취성에만 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 창업멘토링의 조절효과가 진취성에만 국한된 것은 특성화고는 창업보다는 취업 중심의 정책을 운영 중이어서 앙트러프러너십은 높으나 창업의지가 희박한 학생이 많았고, 기존의 창업멘토링 내용이 학생들의 창업의지를 높이는데 실제적인 도움이 되지 못하였으며, 창업을 가로막는 제도 때문에 멘토링 만으로는 창업의지를 높이는데 한계가 존재하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 우리나라 특성화고 학생들의 창업의지를 높이는 방안에 대한 연구를 촉발하는데 조그만 보탬이 되기를 바란다. 또한, 창업의지가 높은 특성화고 학생들이 창업을 실행할 수 있는 환경이 구축되고, 특성화고가 취업중심의 정책에서 창업친화적인 정책으로 개선하는 데 촉매제가 되기를 바란다.

Accidents for information disclosure occurred in a steady increase, so many information security department has been established recently. But there was a lack of differentiation between department of IT department and they cannot train appropriate students for companies. This research examined the Workforce framework and competencies, the related research for improving information security curriculum. And then this research analyzed status and characteristics of the curriculum to the information security department, based on the Workforce framework and competencies presented by NICE. The result of the research confirmed that the current curriculum mainly consists of courses dealing with development of products that secure information, so the curriculum is needed to improve by focusing on workforce framework competencies. The result will be utilized as fundamental research for improving the curriculum of information security major in the future.

School libraries are one of the essential parts for high quality education. The Seventh Educational Cumiculum emphasizes the development of creative and autonomous students who can solve problems in a self-directed way. The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development come into forcing the installation of school digital library since 2001. Also, the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development has presented the Master Plan of School's Activation in July 2002. In this situation, the research and discussion on effective model of school digital library are very important. Thus, This study aims to design a model of school digital library differentiated School's sizes depending on primary and secondary school's current status. This study is proposed 4 facility model of school digital library based differentiated school's sizes and designed A-type, B-Type model on individual model.

In order to cultivate human resources to live in the 4th industrial revolution era, software (SW) education became mandatory in the 2015 revised curriculum. Furthermore the science mathematics informatics education promotion law was enacted to emphasize the importance of software convergence education. Therefore, it is necessary to study how to converge and educate mathematics and science with software education to solve problems in real life and various disciplines. This study is to find the directions and effectiveness of software convergence education through content analysis of the software mathematics science convergence teaching and learning materials, which are recently developed and distributed by the Ministry of Education et al. The results of this research are expected to suggest implications to future researches about software, mathematics and science convergence education.

The purpose of this research is to present an opinion on the development of a systematic program for the training of talented students at domestic universities for overseas employment, effective usage of overseas field practice and internship, and the importance of the programs that can provide prepared future Taekwondo professional with the opportunities to be successfully employed by desired overseas institutes worldwide. The objects of research were 15 persons who experienced overseas internship. The results of the research obtained through in-depth interviews were; firstly, the merits and demerits of internship; secondly, the changes made after experiencing internship; and thirdly, what they want to say to their juniors who are preparing for internship.

Recently rapid changes in the industrial environment require new talents in companies. Flipped learning is drawing attention as an effective teaching-learning method. The existing traditional lecture teaching-learning method have various problems that the dropout rates of the student is high and the creative problem solving ability is hindered. In the case of the IT engineering college, most of the major theoretical courses require prior learning of the prerequisite coursework subjects. Therefore, effective teaching-learning methods must be developed to improve student participation and academic achievement. This paper proposes the flipped learning model consisting of five sets that combine the flipped learning and practice to improve student motivation and self - directed learning. Also, this paper analyzes the learning effect by applying it to the algorithm lecture of computer engineering and presents problem and utilization plan according to the result.
