원자로압력용기강 용접열영향부(HAZ)의 샤피시험편 노치 위치설정에 대하여

  • 조사전 및 감시시험시 용접열영향부(heat affected zone, HAZ)의 인성평가를 위해 제작되는 샤피(Charpy) 충격시험편의 노치(notch) 위치에 대하여 현재의 규정에 대한 타당성을 검토하였다. 적용규정은 HAZ 시험편의 노치위치를 용접용융선(fusion line, FL) + 모재측 0.8 mm 로 제한하고 있다. 그러나, 본 연구결과, 이 부위는 다층(multipass) 용접시 후속열이력에 의해 결정립이 미세화되어, 인장강도와 경도 및 충격인성이 모재나 용접부에 비하여 양호하게 나타났다. 한편, FL + 4 mm 이상의 다른 위치에서는 강도와 경도 및 충격인성이 모두 모재와 용접부에 비하여 낮은 값을 보였다. 이는 다층용접에 의한 후속열이력 및 용접후열처리(post weld heat treatment, PWHT)에 의해 금속조직학적 영향을 받은 것으로 판단되었다. 일련의 시험결과로부터, 조 사전 및 감시시험용 샤피충격시험편의 HAZ 에 있어서의 노치위치에 대한 현재의 규정을 재검토할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

Study on Spatial Morphology Change and Protection Strategy Construction Considering Environmental Problems of Busan Coastliney (부산 해안선 환경문제에 대한 공간형태 변화 및 보호대책 구축에 관한 연구)

  • This paper puts forward protection strategies for the environmental problems of Busan coastline, providing theoretical basis and guiding standards for the tourism development and environmental transformation of the coastline. The order of research is to deduce the factors that affect environmental problems from the theoretical coastline development characteristics. The investigation method of spatial structure combined with time axis is adopted, and historical images and image processing techniques are used to find the characteristics of morphological changes of Busan coastline. The three types of natural coastline, artificial coastline and ecological restoration coastline are analyzed through the five factors that affect the fluctuation, extensibility, greening rate, concealment and vision of space. According to the above discussion, international competition examples are introduced to find solutions. Finally, environmental protection schemes are put forward from five aspects of tourism, accidents, development, culture and transformation. In the future research, it will focus on the transformation of coastline space to provide a more humanized activity space for coastline residents.

A Study on the Dynamic Fracture Toughness of Welding Structural Steels by Instrumented Impact Testing (계장화 충격시험법에 의한 구조용강 용접부의 동적 파괴인성에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, investigations were conducted in calculating parameters of elastic-plastic fracture mechanics using single specimen. The validity of these testing methods was judged by the confirmation of multiple specimen method of stop block test. The results were as follows: In order to measure a fracture toughness using the instrumented impact test, two general requirement must be considered; One, setting up proper impact velocity considered the effect of loading and the other, the necessity of low blow test for obtaining true energy by the compliance correction. It was possible to detect a crack initiation point by calculating the compliance changing rate from a load-defection curve. Criterion of a stable crack growth, $T_{mat}$ could be estimated by using key-curve method for a base metal. and combining Kaiser's rebound compliance with Paris-Hutchison's $T_{appl}$ equation for the brittled zone of welding heat affected.at affected.d.

A Case Study on Application of the NABI Program to Realize the 'Practice Centered Mechanism of Manifesting Character' ('실천 중심 인성 발현 메커니즘' 구현을 위한 NABI 프로그램의 적용 사례)

  • Today, in accordance with emphasizing the importance of character education, science educators have tried to implement character education in the field of science education. Therefore, this research aims to confirm the possibility of the realization of 'Practice Centered Mechanism of Manifesting Character' developed on the basis of character education theory through the application of the NABI Program based on Nature-Study. For this, the NABI program was applied to 24 3rd grade students of an elementary school for a period of ten months. Qualitative data was collected like students' reports, journals, and video recording of the classes. This data was classified into 'value, judgment, action,' the steps of 'Practice Centered Mechanism of Manifesting Character,' and text was written by interpreting the data. The research resulted in the following: First, students formed 'value' by making a connection with the objects. And the various values - individual, interpersonal, social, ecological, and spiritual - are formed according to the type of objects with which the students felt a connection to. Second, students need to judge the problems of the real world at the 'judgment' step. Third, at the 'action' step, students practice moral behavior in relation to the sympathy or feeling they felt with the objects that they made a connection to. In conclusion, 'Practice Centered Mechanism of Manifesting Character' can be realized through the application of the NABI Program. The NABI Program can be a definite way to implement character education in the field of science education.

The Implications of Seodang and So-Hak on Character Education (서당과 소학의 전통교육이 현대 인성교육에 주는 함의)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine So-Hak(小學) and Seodang(書堂) education, which were at the heart of child-adolescent education in Cho-Sun dynasty, and their implications on character education. In other words, this research is an attempt to review a traditional education from a modern character education perspective. So-Hak contains as major educational concepts Hyo(孝) and Kyeong(敬), guiding principles of daily lives. In this research, two basic concepts of So-Hak were reinterpreted from a modern perspective, namely, Soe-So-Eung-Dae-Jin-Tae(灑掃應對進退) and Ye-Ak-Sa-Eu-Seo-Su(禮樂射御書數). One of major implications of So-Hak lies on the habituation of what is learned, for habit leads to continuation of action, out of which the development of character emerges. As such, the role of habituation in character education is twofold, namely, basic educational content and method. Seodang is a school in which the teachings of So-Hak is realized. From an educational method perspective, Seodang's teaching-learning methods of reading, writing, and calligraphy methods were examined. As a result, three implications of So-Hak and Seodang were drawn, the habituation of what is learned, unification of knowledge and morality, and individualized learning based on one's own level.

Education program development for early childhood character through Nuri curriculum (누리과정 중심의 그림책 활용 유아인성교육 프로그램 개발)

  • This research analyzes the character factor in picture book, so the purpose is to develop the early childhood character program through Nuri curriculum. Picture book is the most familiar media for childhoods, and we are available it naturally in our lives. For this first, we analyze 6 elements(consideration, respect, cooperation, sharing, order, filial duty) in teacher's guide of the Nuri curriculum. Next, consulting the analyzed factors, the 12 picture books which will be utilized this program are chosen by the standard like literary, artistic, educational value. The chosen picture book devised total 12 times education plan to design each 2 times education plan in the factors for teacher's guide of Nuri curriculum. Lastly, it was finally developed through validation process by 2 teachers and 2 the professors of early childhood education. The developed program is needed later field application and It is required of the effectiveness verification after we apply 12 times activities on each age of childhoods for 3 to 5 years od in education field, so it may improve elements like consideration, respect, cooperaion, sharing, order, filial duty as childhoods experience this program personally. Also, this can provide it to teachers in childhood eucation field as study guidance plan.

  • Seongri scholars of the Joseon Dynasty said that portraits were revered as academic teachers, and that the personal meaning was typical. Portraits in the latter phase of Joseon Dynasty have been popular in various contexts, especially in the sense of the texture, the religious church, and the ritual service. The etiquette and written aspects contained in portraits can point out the problems of contemporary society's individualism and attitudes through the expressive and personal approach to the art of painting. The purpose of education is to explore relationships with others, to coordinate myself with others, to have respect for others, and to change the inner workings of individuals. Through this, we can explore and explore personality education elements and find ways to achieve personality education through the exploration of figures using portraits as educational material, the process of making portraits, and the discovery of meaning. Therefore, for systematic appreciation, we are planning to set up an appreciation standard by proposing a 3-step review process applied to the 2015 revised education course.

A Study on the Analysis of Reflective Journal of the Character Development Program of Christian University (기독교 대학의 인성 함양 프로그램 성찰저널 분석 연구 : K대학교의 밀알훈련 사례를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the journal of reflection of students who participated in the character improvement education program. And it is a study that suggests ways to develop the program according to the results of analysis. Then, by collecting 208 reflective journals of students who participated in Milal training at K University, After the analysis was performed in the process of transcription, coding, and subject discovery, reliability was secured by calculating the Kappa coefficient for the analysis frame and analysis suitability. According to the results of the analysis of reflection journal. Through Milal training, the Milal spirit was understood as sacrificial service (sacrifice, devotion, lowering, serving, death, decay) and Milal (reproduction). We confirmed that It will have a life attitude related to the themes of labor (hardwork, work, patience, patience, perseverance). It can be said that through Milal training, self-reflection activities can be promoted, community character and collaboration skills can be cultivated, and the spirit of sacrificial service can be acquired. Through the results of this reflection journal analysis, it is necessary to further enhance the Milal training program, and it will be possible to provide implications to the character cultivation programs of other universities.

Effect of Mechanical and Toughening Characteristics of Epoxy/Carbon Fiber Composite by Polyamide 6 Particles, CTBN Addition Technology (Polyamide 6 입자 및 CTBN 첨가 기술에 따른 에폭시/탄소섬유 복합재의 강인화 효과 및 기계적 특성)

  • Epoxy-based carbon fibers reinforced plastic (CFRP) exhibit limitations in their suitability for industrial applications due to high brittleness characteristics. To address this challenge, extensive investigations are underway to enhance their toughness properties. This research focuses on evaluating the toughening mechanisms achieved by Polyamide 6 particles(p-PA6) and Carboxyl-Terminated Butadiene-Acrylonitrile (CTBN) elastomer, with a specific emphasis on utilizing minimal additive quantities. The study explores the impact of varying concentrations of p-PA6 and CTBN additives, namely 0.5, 1, 2.5, and 5 phr, through comprehensive Mode I fracture toughness and tensile strength analyses. The inclusion of p-PA6 demonstrated improvements in toughness when introduced at a relatively low content of 1phr. This improvement manifested as a sustained fracture behavior, contributing to enhanced toughness, while simultaneously maintaining the material's tensile strength. Furthermore, the investigation revealed that the incorporation of p-PA6 affected in particle aggregation, thus influencing the overall toughening mechanism. Incorporation of CTBN, an elastomeric modifier, exhibited a pronounced increase in fracture toughness at higher concentrations of 2.5 phr and beyond. However, this increase in toughness was accompanied by a reduction in tensile strength, resulting in fracture behavior similar to conventional CFRP exhibiting brittleness. The synergy between pPA6, CTBN and CFRP appeared to marginally enhance tensile strength under specific content conditions. As a result of this study, optimized conditions for the application of the p-PA6, CTBN toughening technology have been identified and established.
