This study was performed to determine the occupational stress and its association with human nature factors, mental health factors and fatigue among some hospital administrative staff. The survey was administered to 189 staff in Jeonbuk area from June 1st to July 31th, 2014. The level of occupational stress was positively correlated with human nature, mental health and fatigue. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis show the following. The occupational stress of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: a group of female, a group that chance locus of control is higher, a group that external locus of control is lower, a group of the lower self-esteem, a group of higher situational fatigue, a group of higher psycho-social stress, and a group of higher depression. Their explanatory power was 60.4%. With the analysis of covariance structure, we could confirm relationship among the four factors such as human nature, mental health, fatigue and occupational stress. Also, the analysis showed that human nature factors were more influential on the occupational stress than mental health factors and fatigue.

In order to understand the character of university students, this study confirmed the gender tendency of whether there is a difference in the character of university students according to gender, and if there is a difference, what characteristics there are. It was confirmed through which pathways the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral factors, which are the character factors of university students, affect them. The research results are as follows. First, according to gender, the character of university students was found to be different in all areas of cognition, emotion, and behavior. It was confirmed that female students were higher than male students in all areas. Second, as for the pathways of university student character factors, it was confirmed that the higher the level of the cognitive domain, the higher the level of the affective domain, and the behavioral domain was improved. The results derived from this study can be objective basic data for developing a character education course or program for university students.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the Christian characters of Korean church members. In addition, this study also examined the virtues and measurement index of Christian characters, general factors of church members and relationship between 9 virtues of Christian characters of church members and related influences. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted with one to one interview through the assistance of church officials. The results based on the survey showed no significant differences in Christian characters according to the personal factors and church factors. However, it was identified that the church satisfaction among the church factors affected the Christian character. In order to improve the negative image of Korean church through this study, this study tries to show the relationship with Christian characters and the importance of Christian characters in the church and to suggest the necessity of education. This study seeks to review the correlation that the faith of Korean Christians, their status and title within the church, length of year they've had faith and their satisfaction with church life have with their well-rounded character as a Christian, what factors or values affect the personality of Christians in Korean chruches, and what programs or action steps can be taken to provide the most optimal and feasible way to promote a better well-rounded character in Korean Christians.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors and reasons for hiring kindergarten teachers and to provide information for successful employment to the college. 12 private kindergarten chiefs over 10 years of experience were conducted in - depth interviews. In-depth interview data were analyzed using open coding analysis. 11 sub - factors of each core concept were derived, and they were nominated as 4 outline (character, sociality, personality & professionalism factors). All of the researchers perceived the sincerity, interpersonal stability, honesty, and ability to perform the curriculum as the most important factors to consider, and the teacher with good personality was perceived as the precondition of successful teacher's job performance. In the college, through the production of portfolios by subject, we raised the necessity of institutionalization of educational volunteer activities such as vacation - based education in addition to on - the - spot education at school and development of liberal arts curriculum to develop capacity for community life. And to develop and operate a field-oriented comparative education program to strengthen the competence of the majors.

This study aims to theoretically and empirically establish the characteristics and component factors of creativity character of college students. Putting together preceding researches related to the concept and structure of creativity character through the theoretical approach, the in-depth interview and open survey were conducted targeting 70 specialists in education, education engineering, consultation meeting, and researchers' meeting about creativity character of college students. In the results, as creativity character for college students, creativity was classified into cognitive creativity and affective creativity while character was classified into moral character, social character, and emotional character. Especially, the creativity character of college students emphasized the importance of character more than creativity. Through such results, it aims to suggest a new perspective on creativity character of college students, and moreover to provide basic data to set up the research direction to develop a tool to measure creativity character of college students for follow-up researches. Also, it is considered to establish the theoretical, empirical foundation contributing to the establishment of teaching-learning method and education engineering qualitatively enhanced in the site of college.

Educating for character was emphasized in 2009 reformed Korea national mathematics curriculum. Thus, in this study we basically conducted to realize the character education. This study aimed to develop the teaching and learning materials for character education in middle school. For the purpose of this study, the following study was carried out. First, we investigated the concept of character education. Second, based on this, we extracted the three factor(altruism, rationality, course orientation) for character education in mathematics teaching and learning. Third, we developed five teaching and learning models for character education. The five kinds of models are 'Respect model', 'Self-directed model', 'Cooperation-centered model', 'Self-interest model, 'Story sympathy model'. Finally, We have developed a teaching and learning materials in accordance with the models. And, we applied to the classroom and confirmed its effectiveness.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors associated with character of nursing students using ecological theory. A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted with 296 nursing students. Collected data from self report questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression with SPSS WIN 21.0. The Results of this study were as follows. A total of 2 models were examined according to individual, microsystem in ecological system theory. In the first model including individual factors, positive emotion, communication ability were significant factors explain character of nursing students. In the second model adding micro system factors family strength and major satisfaction found to be significant factors. The prediction factors of nursing student' character were communication ability (${\beta}=.431$, p<.001), major satisfaction (${\beta}=.310$, p<.001) and family strength (${\beta}=.176$, p<.001). The explanation power was 55.6%. These results showed that factors affecting character of nursing students are communication ability, major satisfaction, and family strength. Therefore, we suggest to develop various character education programs considering these factors.

폐부종은 심인성, 혹은 비심인성 요인에 의해 발생한다. 심인성폐부종(Cardiogenic Pulmonary Edema, CPE)은 심질환, 좌심방 압력의 증가, 폐정맥과 폐모세혈관의 압력 증가와 관련있다. 이와는 대조적으로 비심인성 폐부종(Noncardiogenic Pulmonary Edema, NCPE)은 좌심방의 압력증가에 의해서 혹은 기저질환인 심장 질환과 관련없이 발생한 국소적인 정수압의 증가하여 발생하거나, 폐포나 모세혈관내 피표면의 투과도의 변화에 의해서 발생한다. 혹은 국소적인 정수압 및 투과도의 복합적인 변화 모두에 의하여 발생한다. NCPE의 환축을 적절하게 치료하기 위하여 CPE와 반드시 감별되어야 한다. 또한, 심인성 및 NCPE의 감별 및 적절한 처치를 위하여는 철저한 환축의 병력, 신체검사, 흉부방사선 촬영 등의 검사를 실시하여야 한다. NCPE는 원발요인과 치료반응에 따라 예후가 달라질 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of job stress between childcare teacher personality and child abuse, and provides basic data on personality education and coping strategies for childcare teachers' job stress. A survey was conducted on 326 childcare teachers working at daycare centers in Incheon, Korea. The collected questionnaires were subjected to regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Sobel's Z-test according to the research purpose with using SPSS 20.0. The research results are as follow. First, it was found that job performance, a sub-factor of childcare teacher personality, had an effect on child abuse. Second, it was found that the sub-factors of childcare teacher personality, humanity, creativity and personality, social relations, and job performance had an effect on job stress. Third, it was found that childcare activities, the sub-factors of job stress, and the relationship with parents had an effect on child abuse. Fourth, it was found that childcare activities, sub-factors of job stress, partially mediated between job performance and child abuse, a sub-factor of childcare teacher personality. These findings suggest that in order to prevent and contain child abuse by childcare teachers, specific plan must be actively prepared to improve job performance skills related to childcare teacher personality and reduce the burden of child care activities which is a sub-factor of job stress.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the pre-service early childhood teachers' personality on their children's rights perception. The subjects of this study were 253 early childhood education majors in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The statistical analysis of this study was analyzed using the SPSS V.22.0 program. The result of the study is summarized as follows. First, the result of the current study reveals that personality and perception of children's rights are correlated. Also, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between personality and perception of children's rights. Second, it was found that the 'social relationship' sub-factor in personality affected the pre-service early childhood teachers' perception of children's rights. Therefore, it is necessary to promote personal development in order to enhance pre-service early childhood teachers' perception of children's rights.
