38년간을 교육계에 몸 담아온 표동종 경상남도 교육감은 '교육의 본질을 추구하는 교육의 현장'이 이루어져야 한다는 소신으로 경남의 교육을 주도해 왔다. 그의 일상은 바른 교육을 통해 인성과 창의력을 갖추고 새천년을 주도할 인재를 길러내는 방안을 고심하고 추진하는 일로 시작되고 끝난다. 경남 교육이 맑아졌다는 소리를 듣기까지의 표 교육감이 추진해 온 교육 정책을 들어본다.

대학의 경쟁력이 곧 국가의 경쟁력으로 이어질 만큼 핵심 지식인프라인 대학은 국가경쟁력의 원천으로서 중요시되고 있다. 이에 세계 각국은 대학의 경쟁력 강화와 대학교육의 질 향상을 위한 다양한 정책들을 추진하고 있다. 국제사회에서 대학평가는 대학교육의 질 보증 및 경쟁력 강화를 위한 필수 기제로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 현재 대학교육협의회에서 실시해 오고 있는 대학평가의 의의와 그 추진실적에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

With the development of social media services in the era of Web 2.0, the public opinion formation site has been partially shifted from the traditional mass media to social media. This phenomenon is continuing to expand, and public opinions on government polices created and shared on social media are attracting more attention. It is particularly important to grasp public opinions in policy formulation because setting up educational policies involves a variety of stakeholders and conflicts. The purpose of this study is to explore public opinions about education-related policies through an empirical analysis of social media documents on education policies using opinion mining techniques. For this purpose, we collected the education policy-related documents by keyword, which were produced by users through the social media service, tokenized and extracted sentimental qualities of the documents, and scored the qualities using sentiment dictionaries to find out public preferences for specific education policies. As a result, a lot of negative public opinions were found regarding the smart education policies that use the keywords of digital textbooks and e-learning; while the software education policies using coding education and computer thinking as the keywords had more positive opinions. In addition, the general policies having the keywords of free school terms and creative personality education showed more negative public opinions. As much as 20% of the documents were unable to extract sentiments from, signifying that there are still a certain share of blog posts or tweets that do not reflect the writers' opinions.

The purpose of the study was to develop achievement criteria of Creativity and Personality in Expressive Activity. For the study, a Delphi survey was conducted with the selected Delphi experts including doctors of sports pedagogic, physical education teachers and doctors of dance studies who have more than 10-year teaching experience in the expressive activity. In this way, the following study result was obtained. First, 27 elements of creativity in the expressive activity were suggested such as originality, sensitivity, trust, courage, moderation. Second, 54 achievement criteria which were drawn up based on the 27 Creativity and Personality-elements. Achievement criteria of creativity and personality was presented in a modular fashion that could be applied in the creation, representation, appreciation which was composed of main content in expressive activity. By using these modules, physical education teachers could plan a lesson by choosing a various factors of creativity and personality, depending on the intended educational goals.

This study is to select educational films suitable for enhancing creativity and personality in order to develop educational contents aimed at pre-service early childhood teacher. First, three film critics based on sub-elements of ego-identity selected final 59 films. Next, three education experts classified the 59 films into small groups based on components each for creativity and personality. As a result, first, films classified according to pre-service early childhood teacher' sub-elements of ego-identity, educational components for creativity, and educational components for personality were 8 in job, 7 in religion, 6 in politics, 7 in philosophical life style, 8 in friendship, 8 in relationship, 7 in gender role, and 8 in leisure activity. Second, verifying suitability of film critics and education experts using Delphi method in order to select educational films to enhance pre-service early childhood teacher' creativity and personality based on films was effective in increasing validity of the results of this research.

The policy regarding school sport club participation that was implemented in 2007 to mitigate reductions in fitness has been reported to be satisfactory at improving the physical, mental, and social health of elementary, middle, and high school students by the students as well as by their teachers and parents. The purpose of this systematic review is to investigate the association between participation in school sport club and character-building among adolescents in Korea, and to provide evidence to inform physical education policies in the future. Using "School Sport Club" as the key word, the Korean electronic databases were searched, and this systematic review included a total of 13 articles. School sport club participation among school students is closely correlated to character-building, prevention of school violence, attitude towards life and attitude toward education. The findings of this study support the Ministry of Education's new policy (2015) to extend and expand school sport club participation and highlights the importance of physical activity.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of ethical values and ethical sensitivity on character in junior and senior nursing students. A total of 356 surveys were analyzed using SPSS version 20. T-test, ANOVA/Kruskal-Wallis test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used. The results of the study showed that the main factors influencing character was patient oriented care in ethical sensitivity (${\beta}=0.258$), followed by nurse-colleague relationship among ethical values (${\beta}=0.153$), religion (${\beta}=0.131$), professional responsibility in the ethical sensitivities (${\beta}=0.101$), and the above variables accounted for 43.3% of character (F=44.960, p<.001). This study confirmed that ethical values and ethical sensitivity are important variables affecting character and convergence course integrating above factors needs to be provided for nursing students.

Multimedia materials were developed to creative children's songs to elementary schoolers so as to improve favorable personality. To this end, we selected elementary school students to select appropriate songs for the cultivation of humanity, and produced multimedia including various image materials such as animation, documentary, chorus, dance performances, and interviews. Above all, we have created a teaching - learning process and presented the program so that teachers can easily guide students to agitation. As a result, the change of personality of elementary school students was positively shown through sway broadcasting, and I tried to give practical examples of practical application for cultivation of creativity and personality that should be emphasized at elementary school.

Recently, school violence has come to the fore as a social phenomenon. "Comprehensive countermeasures for eradication of school violence" as a policy safety are created by Safety Administration bureau and Ministry of Education, Science and Technology under the chairmanship of the Office of Prime Minister on Feb,2012. This policy is supposed to be test-operated for a year from March, 2012. but voices of concern about effectiveness have been brought up by some critics greatly. So 172 teachers in high school in Seoul were surveyed in order to examine the effectiveness of "Comprehensive countermeasures for eradication of school violence" with a questionnaire composed of 5 point Likert-type. Among the fundamental measures, there were a total of 12 countermeasures about 'Practices for personality education' (with the exception of unrelated one question). 'Expanding opportunities of various art education and Supporting reading activities' of them ranked highest on average. Then, 'Reflecting results of special feature related to character develops to the Selection of Admission officers and Self-directed learning was the next. And among the three countermeasures about 'Reinforcement of roles of the family and society', 'Pan governmental conducting annual campaign related to broadcast, press, civic group to combat school violence was highest. Finally, among the 7 countermeasures about 'Countermeasure about harmful factors of games and internet addiction', 'Reinforcement of preventive discipline about game and internet addiction' was highest and 'Development and Promotion of various educational contents for preventive discipline about game and internet addiction' was the next.

Objective: The purpose of this study is developing parents' character competency reinforcement program for the prevention of child abuse based on the critical competencies suggested by Character Education Promotion Act. Methods: For the development of the program, the literature review about child abuse prevention program in domestic and international research was conducted. Also, we conducted focus group interviews with kindergarten (n = 3) and elementary school (n = 4) teachers who experienced abusive parents for grasping their characteristics as a qualitative data collecting strategy. Results: As a result, parents' character competency reinforcement program for the prevention of child abuse was composed of a total of 7 activities; 'Understanding me and child', 'Anger management training for parent', 'Improving effective communication skill with child', 'Practicing two-way communication with child', 'Arts and Culture experience with child', 'Understanding my and child's feelings', 'We need a whole village to raise a child'. This program curriculum can be greatly four parents' character competency parts; self-management competency, communication competency, sensitivity competency, community competency. Conclusion/Implications: The program developed in this research can utilize the basic framework of the program to strengthen parent's toughness ability and it is crucial to develop customized toughness capacity increasing plan according to parent's characteristics It will be essential information.
