본 연구를 진행함에 있어 도심지역과 인근지역에서 태양 복사에너지 감쇠 효과와 특징에 대하여 보다 면밀히 연구할 필요성을 느낄 수 있었으며, 겨울과 여름 두 계절을 통해 대구 가톨릭대학교 옥상과 대구기상대에서 관측된 수평면 일사량을 비교한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 1) 대구 도심은 인근 하양 지역에 겨울철에 비해 여름철에 태양 복사에너지의 감쇠가 더 크다. 2) 대구 도심은 인근 하양 지역에 비해 맑은 날 보다는 여름철 흐린 날에 태양 복사에너지의 감쇠가 더 크다. 3) 겨울철은 인근 하양지역과 대구 도심에서 태양 복사에너지 차이가 거의 나타나지 않았다. 4) 여름철 오후 대구 도심 지역 대기는 인근 하양 지역에 비해 태양복사에너지 대기투과율이 감소하였다.

A new town attracts a large population in the short period due to its excellent residential conditions, and forms a local economy. However, if the new town is constructed in an inferior area, it would cause a negative effect to neighboring areas by absorbing population and firms from them. Nevertheless, the relocation of Chungnam provincial office from Daejeon, a metropolitan area to Naepo belongs to the key project of constructing Naepo. If the officers and their family members move to Naepo following the relocation and form a new consumer group of a local economy, the construction of Naepo would cause a positive effect to its neighboring areas. This paper empirically analyzes the effect of Naepo on the local economy through the change in differences of the new openings of restaurants between areas (defined either by donut-shaped area with 500-meter width or by Eup, Myun, and Dong) inside and those outside of 10km from the border of Naepo. The results from regression equation estimation where difference-in-differences framework is applied imply that the construction of Naepo new town caused a positive economic effect to its neighboring areas.

It can be advantage as well as disadvantage to use the spatial weight matrix in a spatial regression model; it would benefit from explicitly quantifying spatial relationships between geographical units, but necessarily involve subjective judgment while specifying the matrix. We took Incheon City as a study area and investigated how the fitness of a spatial regression model changed by constructing various spatial weight matrices. In addition, we explored neighborhood segmentation in the study area and analyzed any influence of it on the model adequacy of two basic spatial regression models, i.e., spatial lagged and spatial error models. The results showed that it can help to improve the adequacy of models to specify the spatial weight matrix strictly, that is, interpreting the neighborhood as small as possible when estimating land price. It was also found that the spatial error model would be preferred in the area with serious spatial heterogeneity. In such area, we found that its spatial heterogeneity can be alleviated by delineating sub-neighborhoods, and as a result, the spatial lagged model would be preferred over the spatial error model.

In this study, the 'preservation of Jeonju Hanok Village Improvement Project' in earnest in promoting itself as the official land price changes in Jeonju Hanok Village and surrounding area thereby affect land prices to some extent in order to identify the time series analysis, t-black dispersion analysis showed the following results were obtained. First, time series analysis, and the Hanok Village, but the average official land price rises, and the area has been stead ilyrising. Second, the time series of the Official price year-over-year change in the average rate of the Hanok Village(+)rising, and the area is a gentle rise sooner or later (+)is expected to be an increase in conversion. Third, the number of tourists visiting Jeonju Hanok Village and sharply increased since 2008, was. Fourth, in order to use local official land price rises in the commercial area of highest priority that requires strategy was analyzed.

The purpose of this study is to explain the neighborhood region "gimpo northwest area" connection development make use of a core tourist area "kanghwado" of visitor behavior characteristics. this is a foundation data for research of kanghwado behavior characteristics. For this research, the description of the current study were as follows. First kanghwado revisitors of high potentialities visit gimpo northwest area. so its demanded same or different attraction development and make an target marketing from kanghwado revisitors. Second the gimpo northwest keep the accent on development history and experience education of housewives families. Third publicity board parking area and infrastructure is demanded on the 48th street. Forth Han river and Imjin river meeting point gimpo north area, each other kanghwado gimpo west put opposite Yeomha river there can see point the west sea. therefore we need waterside attraction.

한전계통의 구조는 원거리 발전단에서 부하 밀집지역인 수도권 지역으로의 장거리 송전을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 765kV 송전선로 신가평-신태백 2회선 상정사고에 대하여 수도권 및 인근지역에 대한 순동 무효전력을 확보함으로써 계통 전압을 0.96 p.u - 1.03 p.u 사이로 전압안정도를 유지할 방안과 순동 무효전력 투입위치와 투입량 산정방안에 대하여 모의 연구하였다.

Notwithstanding the importance of investigating the perception of residents in the seaport neighborhood area on the socio-economic effects of a seaport, so far few studies examined it. Accordingly, this study aims to examine the impact of Busan New Port on neighborhood area by conducting in-depth interviews with various stakeholders including residents as a qualitative case study. To conduct systematic interviews, the semi-structured interview questionnaires were prepared. Total 13 interviews were conducted. According to the results, there are some positive socio-economic impacts of seaport on neighborhood area, and also some negative socio-economic impacts exist. The results of this study can help port policy makers to formulate future port policy.

This study aims to reveal how a port affects the living conditions of its neighborhood area with a case study of Pusan New Port and to suggest several implications to port policy. PLS-SEM reflective measurement model satisfies the criteria on reliability and validity, and also structural model meets the criteria in terms of R2, path coefficients' significance and predictive relevance(Q2). The results of PLS-SEM support the hypotheses of this study: The expansion of Pusan New Port contributes to the improvement of living conditions of Gangseo-gu(nearby area) through its significant and sequential effects on the employment and population increase of Gangseo-gu. The originality of this study can be found in enunciating that a port plays a role as a driving force of the betterment of living conditions of its nearby Gu-level area. In terms of policy, central and local governments and port related companies should cooperate with each other to reinforce the acceptability of port policy through the improvement of the living conditions of port neighborhood area. To evaluate comprehensively the influence of a port on its neighborhood area, a further study needs to identify how a port affects the quality of life of the area or what kinds of socio-economic effects a port has on the area.

The Misiryeong East-West road opened in July 2006, after the opening of the Expressway between Seoul and Yangyang in June 2017, has led to a recession caused by a decrease in the number of visitors to nearby region, leading to the emergence of economic crisis in the surrounding region. Against this background, in order to revitalize the Healing Road in Misiryeong, we study to find a way to revitalize the region by creating a landmark in Ulsanbawi Rock. In order to create a landmark of Ulsanbawi Rock, an observation cafe, exhibition facilities, and convenience facilities were built, and a monorail was used to view Ulsanbawi Rock, and a healing plaza, resting area, and outdoor performance hall were installed to promote the local economy.
