Structural Analysis of Relations among Adult learners' Participatory Motivation, Program Satisfaction, and Social Capital (성인학습자의 참여동기, 프로그램 만족도, 사회적 자본에 관한 구조적 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural causal relationship between adult learners' participation in lifelong learning, education program satisfaction, and social capital. Also, the study reviews how education program satisfaction variables mediate the relationship between adult learners' participatory motivation and social capital. Subjects included 425 adult learners who participated in lifelong education, and the research hypothesis was verified through structure equation modeling analysis. Results are as follows: First, adult learners' participatory motivation had a positive (+) effect on social capital and education program satisfaction. Secondly, education program satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on social capital. Thirdly, education program satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between adult learners' participatory motivation and social capital and showed a significant indirect effect. This study suggests that it is necessary to develop various programs that can satisfy learners as well as improve social capital, participation motivation, and satisfaction of programs provided by lifelong educational institutions. Based on these results, this study suggests not only the role of lifelong education institutes, but also ways to improve social capital of adult learners within the lifelong education field.

A Success Factors Analysis on Social Enterprise in the Field of Crafts: Focused on the Case of Industree Crafts in India (공예분야 사회적기업의 성공요인 분석: 인도 인더스트리 크래프트의 사례를 중심으로)

  • This paper is to analyse how Industree Crafts, social enterprise in the field of crafts, could generate profit and create a sustainable growth for the last 30 years out of dependence on government grants in India. Success factors was drawn from the findings as follows. First, bringing stakeholder value: it preferred social mission as a goal for generating the value of stakeholders respectively and shared value mutually. Second, building distinctive internal business processes: it adapted unique business model and 4P strategy into its internal organization system and introduced the way of management to support the independence of self-help groups aimed at creating greater added value. Third, promoting learning and innovation culture: it challenged with the help of new design strategies continuously, was unafraid of change, and promoted learning culture to turn trial and error into the organization learning. Finally fourth, securing right finances and resources: it obtained proper finances and resources such as trying joint-sale, attracting investment from a private company, and acquiring enough skilled artisans at every scaling up.

The Effects of Service Fairness Service and Service Quality on Airline Reuse Intention -Moderating Effect of Value-Orientation - (항공사의 서비스공정성과 서비스품질이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 -가치지향성의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of service value in the effect of service fairness on service quality and structural causal relationship between service quality and reuse intention of domestic airlines. The impact between the variables was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 based on a survey of 320 airline users. The results are as follow. First, all the three factors of airline service fairness had a significant effect on service quality. Second, out of the three service fairness factors, distribution fairness and interactivity, had a positive effect on reuse intention. On the contrary, interactive fairness had no significant effect on reuse intention. Third, airline service quality had a significant effect on reuse intention. Finally, there was a moderating effect of value orientation in the relationship between service fairness and service quality.

Factors Affecting the User Satisfaction with e-Authentication (전자인증 서비스의 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • E-authentication is one of the key functions for electronic transactions with the identification function made through the information systems. With the abolition of the mandatory use of public certificates, various private e-authentication services have emerged, and are developing to provide various additional services in addition to e-authentication. In this study, we explored the factors that affect user satisfaction with e-authentication services, compared the relative influence among the factors that we explored, and produced implications that could contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of e-authentication services. Based on the characteristics of e-authentication service, we searched and found four factors such as availability, convenience, added functionality and security. After that, we established and analyzed our research model to analyze the causal relationship between these four factors and user satisfaction. The analysis results showed that availability, convenience and security had significant effects on user satisfaction, but added functionality had no significant impact. In addition, compared to availability and convenience, security had a very strong impact on user satisfaction. This study suggests that e-authentication service providers should make efforts to make users aware of the usefulness of additional services while enhancing security.

A Comparative Study of Influencing Factors on Shopping Satisfaction and Repeat Purchase Intention Between Internet Shopping Mall Types (인터넷 종합쇼핑몰과 전문쇼핑몰의 쇼핑만족 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향요인 비교연구)

  • This study attempts to investigate the difference between the internet shoppingmall types. The main purpose of this study is to verify the relationships among shoppingmall evaluation criteria, shopping satisfaction, revisit frequency, and repurchase intention across the shoppingmall type. The following results were shown by testing eleven hypotheses using LISREL. First, shoppingmall evaluation criteria such as entertainment, product authentification, economical prices and on-time delivery were significantly related to shopping satisfaction in general merchandise shoppingmall. Second, in specialty shoppingmall, evaluation criteria like informativeness, economical prices and on-time delivery significantly affected shopping satisfaction. Third, as contrasted with the expectation, site design and product assortment did not have significant impact on satisfaction in both internet shoppingmall types. Fourth, shopping satisfaction was significantly related to revist frequency and repeat purchase intention. Finally, some theoretical and managerial implications were discussed.

The Effects of Role Conflicts on the Work-related Flow of Childcare Teachers (어린이집교사의 역할갈등이 일 플로우에 미치는 영향)

  • The present study examined the relationships between work related flow (i.e., absorption, work enjoyment, and intrinsic work motivation) and role conflict causes (i.e., teacher's belief, teaching and interaction with young children, comradeship, relationships with parents, workload, supervision, and social awareness of the job). A canonical correlation analysis was performed on the data from a sample of 154 childcare teachers. The results are as follows (1) there was a reciprocal-causal relationship between teachers' role conflict causes and their work-related flow; (2) canonical function 1 showed that absorption and work enjoyment are strongly associated to a teacher's belief and supervision of conflict causes; and (3) canonical function 2 showed that intrinsic motivation has a relatively strong relationship with workload and supervision of conflict causes. It can be concluded that it is important for childcare teachers to have sufficient job resources to promote their flow at work. Further research is needed for investigation of teacher's flow at various conditions of work.

A Study on the Magnetic Properties of Polycrystailine${(Fe,In,Eu)}_2O_3$ (다결정${(Fe,In,Eu)}_2O_3$계의 자기적 성질에 관한 연구)

  • The magnetic properties of the polycrystalline ${(Fe_{2}O_{3})}_{1-x-y}{(In_{2}O_{3})}_{x}{(Eu_{2}O_{3})}_{y}$(x=0.01, y=0.02과 x=0.02, y=0.03) have been studied by the methods of X-ray diffraction, $M\"{o}ssbauer$ effect, and magnetic hysteresis measurement. The X-ray diffraction patterns show that the samples have a same crystal structure as $\alpha-Fe_{2}O_{3}$. From the analysis of the temperature dependence of the quadrupole splitting and average half-width, it is found that the Morin transition occurs in the sample of x=0.01 and y=0.02 and the spin angle defined as the angle between the [111] crystal axis and antiferromagnetic vector, changes from about $35^{\circ}$ to the (111) plane as increasing the temperature in the sample of x=0.02 and y=O.03. The temperature dependence of magnetic hyperfine field is analyzed by using the spin-wave theory. The isomer shift values at room temperature are found to be given by about 0.35mm/s for the samples which means that the Fe ions belong to $3^{+}ion$. The temperature dependence of isomer shift was analyzed by using the Debye model.

Factors Affecting Information Protection Efforts for Preventing Deviant Behavior of Adolescent in Cyber Space (사이버 일탈행위 예방을 위한 개인 정보보호 노력의 영향요인 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of planned behavior of adolescent, toward information security and cyber crime prevention. A survey methodology was used to investigate a proposed model of influence, and regression analysis was used to analyze the results. The hypothesized model was largely supported by this analysis, and the overall results indicate that the intention to actively participate in information security and cyber crime prevention is mostly influenced by the fear for cyber crime and the perceived usefulness of information security and cyber crime prevention activity. In addition, it was found that the perceived easy of use for information-security related ICT skill, fear for cyber crime, and social norm for information security influence the level of usefulness, but that the prior experience with information leaking was statistically insignificant factor to the level of usefulness and fear for crime. Useful suggestions for promoting information security and cyber crime prevention are also provided.

한국주식시장(韓國株式市場)에서의 주가지수(株價指數) 선택(選擇)에 따른 기업규모효과(企業規模效果)의 실증결과(實證結果) 비교분석(比較分析)

  • Banz(1981)와 Reinganum(1981)에 의한 실증연구에 의한 소기업과 대기업간의 수익률차이는 자본자산가격결정모형(CAPM)에 의하여 설명될 수가 없는 결과 즉, 과거의 체계적 위험과 기업규모를 기준으로 보면 도구변수(instrumental variable)인 기업규모는 추정된 CAPM의 베타에 대하여 통제한 연후에도 포트플리오간의 평균수익률에 대하여 통계적으로 유의적인 설명력을 가진다는 것이다 이것은 주식의 위험조정후수익률(risk-adjusted return)이 기업규모와 부(負)의 관계에 있다는 것으로서, CAPM으로서는 설명되지 않는 이상(異常)수익률 현상이다. Banz와 Reinganum 이후 미국학계에서 그동안 수많은 연구들이 규모효과에 대한 설명을 시도하였으나 아직도 완전한 설명은 존재하지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 주식시장에서의 규모효과 존재여부에 관한 기존의 몇몇 연구들이 갖고 있는 방법론상의 문제점들을 제거함으로써 규모효과의 존재여부를 새로이 검증하였다. 특히, 동일가중지수수익률(equal-weighted index return)은 효율적 포트폴리오수익률이 나 종합주가지수수익률은 비효율적 포트폴리오수익률이라는 황선웅 이일균(1991)의 연구 결과를 고려하여, 시장수익률 대용치로서 종합주가지수수익률을 사용할 경우 규모효과의 검증결과가 어떠한 영향을 받는지도 아울러 분석하였다. 1980-90년의 기간을 대상으로 하여 실증분석한 결과, 먼저 동일가중지수수익률을 시장수익률로 사용할 경우 체계적위험 추정치와 기업규모간에는 부(負)의 관계가 존재하고 있음이 관측되고 있으며, 기업규모포트폴리오의 초과수익률 추정치도 대형주는 물론 소형주의 경우에도 통계적으로 유의하게 영(零)과 다르지 않다. 그 결과 최소한 1980-90년의 경우 우리나라 주식시장에는 규모효과가 존재하였다는 실증적 증거가 발견되지 않는다. 그러나 종합주가 지수수익률을 시장수익률로 사용하면 소형주에 대한 체계적위험이 대형주의 경우보다 오히려 작게 나타나고 있으며, 그에 따라 통제적으로 유의한 규모효과가 존재하는 것처럼 나타나고 있어 종합주가지수수익률은 시장수익률 대용치로 적절하지 않음을 제안하고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the social support system for social integration by analyzing the effect of multicultural experiences on multicultural perception and stereotype and the meditating effect of multicultural perception. The research result is summarized as follow : First, multicultural perception is differently influenced according to multicultural experiences. That is, multicultural experiences have found to have the positive effect on multicultural acceptance and the negative effect on rejection about other cultures or prejudice about other cultures. Second, the result which analyzed the effect of multicultural perception on stereotype has found that acceptance about other cultures doesn't have any effect on stereotype. However, it can be found that the prejudice and rejection about other cultures are verified to be the variables which have the positive effect on stereotype. Third, the result which analyzed the direct effect of multicultural experiences on stereotype and the indirect effect through multicultural perception has found that multicultural experiences don't have any direct effect on stereotype, but do have the indirect effect through multicultural perception.
