Analysis of the AI Convergence Science Education Research Trends Using Text Mining (텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 AI융합 과학교육 연구 동향 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the trends of research focusing on artificial intelligence and the science education and derive important problems, topics, and research trends,. The analysis of the AI convergence science education research trends targeted 83 articles on the awareness of artificial intelligence, research trends, design, development, and application of the education programs related to artificial intelligence. The analysis data was collected through the RISS. The collected data was refined using Excel and Textom, and the main keywords were identified and analyzed through the frequency analysis and keyword network analysis. The connection centrality of the keywords was confirmed using the CONCOR analysis. The research results showed that the AI convergence science education research was expanding in both quantitative and qualitative aspects, and that the main keywords were identified as 'AI,' 'AI convergence education,' 'AI convergence science education,' 'AI education,' 'science education,' 'science,' 'machine learning,' 'elementary school,' 'generative AI,' and 'educational program.' Through the connection centrality analysis and CONCOR analysis, it was confirmed that the clusters were formed around the 'naming,' 'content and method,' 'elementary,' and 'data' in the AI integrated science education. Based on the results, the main topics and trends of the research integrating artificial intelligence into the science subjects were derived and the implications and directions for follow-up research were set forth.

  • In recent years, artificial intelligence using big data has become a big issue in IT. Various studies are being conducted on services or technologies to effectively handle big data. The educational field, there is big data about students, but it is only a simple process to collect, lookup and store such data. In the future, it makes extensive use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and statistical analysis to find meaningful rules, patterns, and relationships in the big data of the educational field, and to produce intelligent and useful data for the actual students. Accordingly, this study aims to design a program to predict the career of students using a decision tree algorithm based on the data from the student's classroom observations. Through a career prediction program, it is believed to be helpful to present application paths to students ' counseling and to also provide classroom behavior and direction based on the desired courses.

  • 본 논문에서는 인공지능과 빅데이터 클라우드 등 다양한 4차 산업혁명시대의 기술과 교육을 융합한 에듀테크를 기초로 하여 에듀테크에 대한 교사의 학습 방향을 제시하며 전체적인 클라우드의 개념 및 분류체계, 교육의 활용을 제시하였고 클라우드 기반 교육용 소셜 플랫폼과 R. M. Gagne(1985)의 9가지 이론을 토대로 정보교과 추상화 단원의 학습 지도안을 설계 후 성취도 평가를 제시하였다. 연구 내용 분석 결과 기술의 발전성과 교육현장에서의 개인정보 교육 및 정보보안 교육의 필요성이 강조되며 확고한 플랫폼 구축과 빅데이터 확보 및 분석하여 개인에게 맞춤형 서비스 제공이 필요하다. 또한 사용자 편의성 극대화 서비스 및 UX 간결이 요구된다. 본 논문을 토대로 에듀테크의 일부분인 클라우드 기반 소셜러닝의 다양하고 체계적인 선행연구 활성화에 시발점이 되었으면 한다.

The Analysis on Research Trends in Data Education for K-12 students (초·중·고등학생 대상 데이터 교육 연구 동향 분석)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 초·중·고 정보교육에서 이뤄지고 있는 데이터 교육 연구 동향을 분석하여, 향후 데이터 교육의 연구 방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2015년부터 2023년 5월까지 게재된 국내 논문 중 데이터 교육 관련 논문 45편을 발행 연도, 연구 대상, 연구 분야, 데이터 리터러시 요소별로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 데이터 교육은 초등학생을 대상으로 집중적으로 이뤄지고 있었고 개발 및 적용 관련 연구가 가장 많이 이뤄지고 있었다. 또한 데이터 리터러시의 전 요소를 포함한 연구와 인공지능과 관련된 연구의 비중이 높음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구를 바탕으로 SW·AI 교육을 위한 데이터 교육이 활발히 이뤄지길 기대한다.

  • 새로운 기술혁명의 시대가 열리며 제4차산업혁명의 시대 속 소프트웨어 기술을 기반으로 생성되는 디지털 연결성이 사회를 근본적으로 변화시키고 있다. 미국, 독일, 영국, 일본, 중국 등 주요국가들은 국가의 미래를 걸고 있을 정도이다. 국내 4차산업혁명 주요기술수준이 미국 대비 빅데이터플렛폼 76.3%, 사물인터넷 80.9%, 소프트웨어 76.7%, 3D 프린터 73.1% 라 한다. 국내 빅데이터와 인공지능(AI) 전문가 확보에 나선 기업들은 국내 연구진이 턱없이 부족하다 한다. 인재 품귀 현상에 4차산업혁명 인프라구축을 위하여 국내 외 대학에서의 융합인재 양성현황과 대학교육의 방향에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.

  • Recently, in the defense field, efforts are being made to collect data by building data centers to incorporate artificial intelligence technology. Weapon system training data can be used as input data for artificial intelligence models and can be used as high-quality data to maximize training performance and develop military strategies. However, training data contains personal information such as the names and military numbers of the personnel who operated the equipment, and training records that reveal the characteristics of the weapon system. If such data is passed on to the enemy, not only the specifications and performance of the weapon system but also the proficiency of each operator may be exposed. In this paper, we propose a pseudonym processing methodology for education and training data security and also suggest a direction for revising related laws.

  • This study developed WA3I, which is automated computer scoring system in open-ended assessment using artificial intelligent and discuss how to utilize WA3I as a learning-support tool. To do this, previous research dealing with automated computer scoring system has been reviewed and explained the development process of WA3I in Korea. We developed thirty on open-ended questions and collected the students' responses. Among the 31 questions, nineteen questions showing the high agreement between computer and human scoring were selected and scoring model was developed. In additions to selected nineteen questions, eleven questions were added as the prototype of web-based WA3I ver.1. We discuss how it can be improved in order to facilitate the effective teaching and learning. This paper is expected to give an implication to the science teachers' assessment plan and practice.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존 AI 기능을 탑재한 교육용 프로그래밍 언어 기반의 서비스들의 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 머신러닝 학습을 위한 교육용 프로그래밍 언어 기반 실습 플랫폼을 제안한다. 이번 연구에서는 기존 교육용 프로그래밍 언어 기반 서비스의 대표주자인 Scratch 3.0과 Tensorflow를 접목하여 AI에 대한 높은 이해도를 가질 수 있도록 하는 학습 방향을 제시하고 Gray-Box 형태의 학습 모델 서비스를 구현한다.

A Study on the Data Literacy Education in the Library of the Chat GPT, Generative AI Era (ChatGPT, 생성형 AI 시대 도서관의 데이터 리터러시 교육에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to introduce this language model in the era of generative AI such as ChatGPT, and to provide direction for data literacy education components in libraries using it. To this end, the following three research questions are proposed. First, the technical features of ChatGPT-like language models are examined, and then, it is argued that data literacy education is necessary for the proper and accurate use of information by users using a service platform based on generative AI technology. Finally, for library data literacy education in the ChatGPT era, it is proposed a data literacy education scheme including seven components such as data understanding, data generation, data collection, data verification, data management, data use and sharing, and data ethics. In conclusion, since generative AI technologies such as ChatGPT are expected to have a significant impact on users' information utilization, libraries should think about the advantages, disadvantages, and problems of these technologies first, and use them as a basis for further improving library information services.

  • In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the use of information based on AI APIs has a great influence on industry and life. In particular, the use of artificial intelligence data in the medical field will have many changes and effects on society. This paper is to study the necessary components to implement the "Cognitive Health Advisor model (CHA model)" and to implement the "CHA model using chatbot" based on this. It uses the open Cognitive chatbot to analyze and analyze the health status of users changing in their daily lives. The user's health information analyzed by the biometric sensor and chatbot consultation delivers the information to the user through the chatbot. And it implements a cognitive health advisor model that provides educational information for users' health promotion. Through this implementation, it intends to confirm the possibility of future use and to suggest research directions.
