This study aimed to provide basic data for the promotion of flourishing by analyzing whether welfare and hope mediated and double-mediated in the relationship between boss incivility and flourishing with 400 childcare teachers. The subjects of the survey were collected through offline questionnaires. The data were analysed using SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0 and PROCESS macro. Frequency, reliability, correlation, and double mediation effect analysis were performed. As a result of the study, first, experience of incivility from bosses showed a negative correlation with welfare, hope, and flourishing. welfare, hope and flourishing showed a positive correlation with each other. Second, welfare and hope played a double mediating role in the relationship between boss and co-worker incivility and flourishing. Welfare and hope played a role in partially offsetting the negative (-) effect of incivility on flourishing. The conclusion of this study confirmed that the promotion of flourishing can be promoted by using the dual mediating role of welfare and hope.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of childhood trauma, rejection sensitivity, and emotional recognition clarity on displaced aggression An online survey was conducted with 208 adults at H cyber university. Correlation analysis and double mediation effect analysis were performed through SPSS Win 25 and SPSS Process Macro, and the results are as follows. First, childhood trauma and rejection sensitivity showed positive correlations with displaced aggression, and emotional recognition clarity showed negative correlations. Second, in the relationship between childhood trauma and displaced aggression, rejection sensitivity was found to indirectly mediate, but emotional recognition clarity did not. Third, in the relationship between childhood trauma and displaced aggression, rejection sensitivity and emotional recognition clarity were found to be double-mediated. These results are expected to be used as basic data to reduce the displaced aggression of those who have experienced childhood trauma.
This study aims to identify the relationship between ADHD trait and game addiction among high school students, and to examine the double mediating model of hardiness and emotional use of music on that relationship. Participants were 254 male and female high school students. World Health Organization ADHD Self-Report Scale, Short Form of Hardiness Questionnaire, Use of Music Inventory, and Internet Gaming Use-Elicited Symptom Screen were used for this study. PROCESS Macro 3.5 Model 6 was used to analyse a double mediating effect. Results revealed that ADHD trait was negatively correlated with hardiness of high school students, and positively correlated with emotional use of music and game addiction. And, hardiness of high school students was positively correlated with emotional use of music and negatively correlated with game addiction, whereas emotional use of music was negatively correlated with game addiction. It was found that hardiness and emotional use of music were sequentially mediating ADHD trait and game addiction among high school students. These findings suggest that hardiness and emotional use of music play some special roles in the path in which adolescents' ADHD trait affects game addiction.

This study tested the effects of stress on smartphone addiction via depression and self-efficacy among college students, and the analysis results were as follows: setting mediator and extra variables significantly correlated with the criterion variable as covariates and applying the regression analysis and SPSS Macro as well as bootstrapping method, to verify the mediating effects of depression and self-efficacy in stress and smartphone addiction. This study analyzed the direct effects of stress on the depression, self-efficacy, and smartphone addiction of college students and found that stress had direct effects on their depression and self-efficacy and also indirect effects on their smartphone addiction via depression and self-efficacy. Both depression and self-efficacy had dual and partial mediating effects on the influences of stress on their smartphone addiction. Stress had significant dual mediating effects on their smartphone addiction via the indirect paths of depression and self-efficacy, and high stress also had significant direct effects on their smartphone addiction, thus validating the dual mediation model. These findings demonstrate the need to develop programs to mitigate the stress and depression of college students and enhance their self-efficacy in order to reduce their smartphone addiction.
This study aimed to demonstrate the dual mediating effect of psychological safety(PS) and silence climate(SC) in the process of team leader's self-deception behavior(SD) influencing team learning(TL). We conducted a survey of 294 workers in domestic companies and analyzed the data statistically using SPSS 21 and SPSS Process Macro for hierarchical regression and bootstrapping. The results are as follows: 1. all correlation coefficients are significant showing that SD has positive correlations with SC and negative correlation with PS and TL, 2. simple mediation effects(SD-PS-TL and SD-SC-TL) are all significant, 3. the dual mediation effect of psychological safety and silence climate on the relation between team leader's self-deception behavior and team learning(SD-PS-SC-TL) is verified. This study showed that the authenticity of team leaders could be an crucial element for organizational communication and effectiveness. Finally, limitations and suggestions for future research were discussed.
This study investigated the effects of SW-efficacy on computational thinking STEAM literacy and the dual mediation effects of interest and student engagement in the relationship between SW-efficacy, computational thinking and STEAM literacy in robot-utilized SW convergence education. For achieving this purpose, robot-utilized SW convergence education targeting 146 middle schools students were carried out, post-survey regarding SW-efficacy, computational thinking, STEAM literacy, interest, and learning engagement were conducted. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS macro process for analysis of the dual mediation effect. Results were as follows: first, SW-efficacy had a significant effect on computational thinking and STEAM literacy. Second, interest did not mediate the relationship between SW efficacy, computational thinking and STEAM literacy, while student engagement mediated it. Third, SW efficacy had a significant effect on computational thinking and STEAM literacy dual-mediating effect of interest and student engagement. These results imply the roles of SW efficacy, interest and student engagement to improve computational thinking and STEAM literacy in robot-utilized SW education and provide implications with regard to robot-utilized SW education and instructional directions.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of behavior type of dance art instructors in elementary dance education on class satisfaction focused on mediations of flow and perceived competence between commanding and positive reward types. A total of 453 questionnaires were analyzed for this study. For the analysis of the data, SPSS 18.0 version was used and double mediation model operating in serial, proposed by Hayes and a bootstrapping method were used. First, instructor's commanding type and positive reward type were statistically positive effect on class satisfaction. Second, the indirect effect of instructor's commanding type, and positive reward type on class satisfaction through the flow was statistically positive significant. Third, the indirect effect of instructor's commanding type, and reward type on class satisfaction through the perceived competence was statistically not significant. Lastly, the indirect effect of instructor's commanding type, and positive reward type on class satisfaction through the flow and perceived competence was statistically positive significant.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job-seeking stress and somatization symptoms and to explore the mediating effects of maladaptive self-focused and emotional dysregulation in college students. The SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 were performed to analyze the path relationship between variables. First, maladaptive self-focused mediated the relationship between job-seeking stress and somatization symptoms. Emotional dysregulation mediated the relationship between job-seeking stress and somatization symptoms. Second, maladaptive self-focused and emotional dysregulation partial dual mediated the relationship between job-seeking stress and somatization symptoms. It suggests that college students with job-seeking stress tend to be maladaptive self-focused, therefore they have difficulty in emotion regulation and eventually expose somatization symptoms.
The purpose of the research was to verify the mediating effect of social support and cognitive emotional regulation strategy when office worker's emotional expressive ambivalence influences on interpersonal stress. A survey was conducted with 422 office workers from August to September of 2018. SPSS, AMOS and Mplus were used for descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, verification of structural equation modeling and mediated effect. There was a partial mediating effect in emotional expressive ambivalence of self-defense model, a complete mediating effect in relational emotional expressive ambivalence model. In both self-defense and relational emotional expressive ambivalence model, double mediation effect of passing through support and cognitive emotional regulation strategy in the relationship between emotional expressive ambivalence and interpersonal stress was significant. This study sought ways to reduce interpersonal stress by increasing the level of perception of social support and using adaptive cognitive emotional control strategies for office workers.
