This study facility use and satisfaction of the users of Han River Citizen's Park in Ttuksum district in order to provide foundational data necessary for planning and designing to enhance general user satisfaction when building new riverside parks or reorganizing existing riverside parks. In order to do so, the study surveyed and analyzed the user satisfaction of 374 men and women who use Ttuksum district located in Han River Citizen's Park. For this study, data were collected by self-administration method from 374 samples selected by the convenience sampling method. The results are as follows. 1) Users of Ttuksum district than male. The distribution of related accessibility, those residing within 5 kilometers the site it frequently. 2) Use it for walk, relaxation, or exercise. Are often accompanied by friends or family. Also, about the facility use by the purpose of use or characteristics of conpany, the grass square was utilized the most. 3) About user satisfaction with the park facilities in Ttuksum district, it was higher in the grass square(3.95), sport facilities(3.73), and music fountain(3.72) in order. Regarding the specialized park facilities, satisfaction was mostly low except for the music fountain. Also, about the satisfaction with the usability or view, accessibility(4.03) and night view(3.90) were. Based on the results of this study, it to proceed with positive verification processes in the follow-up research order to enhance reliability of those results.

The purpose of this study was to design and evaluate a metadata system for internet-based syllabi in computer science. The study constructed two prototype systems for the experiment. One was constructed using only Dubline Core (DC) elements and the other was a DC-expanded system with additional eight elements that are not the part of DC elements. The thlrty subjects were chosen from those who majored in Computer Science. Two retrieval tasks were assigned to them. One was to find syllabi in which they are' interested and the other was to find relevant course syllabi for a given course title. After the search, they were asked to evaluate the systems in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and their satisfaction of the system. The result of the first experiment indicates that DC-based system performed significantly better in terms of search time and DC-expanded system in terms of satisfaction measure. An additional experiment was conducted to test efficiency of the browsing categories. The interview with subjects was carried out to find any difficulties associated with the current browsing scheme. The subjects expressed much1 satisfaction about assigning a course to multiple browsing categories.

Rapid changes in information technologies are forcing dramatic shifts in how business are conducted in various industry sectors. This pace of change is increasing all around the world. Accordingly, there is a need for the libraries to provide the information services with agility, which emphasizes on the prompt reaction to the changes, which are almost impossible to predict. Especially, the digital libraries higher education institutions require more agility as their main mission is providing a wide range of cutting edge information for the research and education activities. In this study, the notion of 'agility' is examined then the relationship between the digital library's e-service measure evaluation factors and the capability, which is defined as agility, is explored. In addition, the impact of agility in user satisfaction is analyzed. Based on these analyses, the factors to consider in managing digital libraries in higher education institution, are suggested.

The participants in an urban and housing redevelopment project were categorized as construction companies, government employees, and housing cooperatives. This study analyzed how a public management system affects the continuous participation intention using comprehensive project satisfaction. The specific factors for the evaluation items of a public management system were composed using advanced research. A hypothesis and research model was set up and verified using the PLS-SEM model to analyse how the continuous participation intention is affected by the public management system via comprehensive projects satisfaction. Setting the project plan and selecting the project tool, as well as post management and sustainability affect the comprehensive projects satisfaction meaningfully in the case of construction companies. The participation of the user, and post management and sustainability affect the comprehensive project satisfaction meaningfully in the case of government employees. The operating organization and using and participation of the user affect the comprehensive project satisfaction meaningfully in the case of a housing cooperative. The comprehensive project satisfaction affects the continuity of the participation meaningfully in the case of all of project participants.

Because the mobile services is composed of heterogeneous attributes, it is hard to find out customer's potential needs and more difficult to analyze customer's satisfaction factors toward mobile services. Therefore, this study approached this issue from a new viewpoint and applied Kano Model in analyzing customer's satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors toward mobile services. By using Kano Model, it tried to find out how differently customers perceive the mobile services. Firstly, we found out perception gaps of Korean and American customers toward mobile services. While Korean customers perceived most mobile services as indifferent service attributes, American customers perceived them as attractive service attributes. We could find main reasons of these perception differences from different national backgrounds and adoption rates of smart phones between two countries. Secondly, based on TRI scores, we categorized subjects into four groups and named as Pioneers, Explorers, Skeptics and Laggards. And then we examined the perception differences to mobile services among four groups. We found that there were no significant perception differences among four groups.

Uncertainties are unavoidable in engineering applications. In this paper we propose an alpha reliable multi-variable network design problem under demand uncertainty. In order to decide the optimal capacity enhancement, three performance measures based on 3E(Efficiency, Equity, and Environmental) are considered. The objective is to minimize the total budget required to satisfy alpha reliability constraint of total travel time, equity ratio, and total emission, while considering the route choice behavior of network users. The problem is formulated as the chance-constrained model for application of alpha confidence level and solved as a lexicographic optimization problem to consider the multi-variable. A simulation-based genetic algorithm procedure is developed to solve this complex network design problem(NDP). A simple numerical example ispresented to illustrate the features of the proposed NDP model.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the user's perception and usability of the unmanned smart library and to derive the improvements. After reviewing the literature on smart technology and smart equipment, we surveyed users who use unmanned smart library installed in Sejong City and Pohang City, and questioned the use, operation and service satisfaction of unmanned smart library. Based on the results of the analysis, we suggested ways to improve the unmanned smart library and draw users to the library. Unattended smart library users varied in age and educational background, and they were most interested in borrowing books and were satisfied with their overall use.

This study is to analyze a cost-benefit and a cost-effectiveness on the basis of number full-text downloaded from IDEAL in the electronic journals consortium of Y University Library during 2000. The result of this study shows that Y University Library used more the combined print and electronic journals than only electronic journals, and in the case of the analysis on the cost-benefit, there was no benefit, but the cost-effectiveness was very high. Based upon the result of this study, it suggests that academic libraries request a trial from the information agency and carry out user instruction analysis of varied use statistics, user satisfaction survey so as to promote use of electronic journals.

This research is aimed at comprehensively evaluating the condition of a road surface of a highway in satisfaction of its users. This research conducted an overall evaluation of a road surface condition by adding qualitative data, or a driver's satisfaction to the existing quantitative elements, whereas the existing research put its focus on a correlation analysis with quantitative factors and qualitative factors through a statistical method. As for an evaluation method, this research conducted an overall evaluation by using Grey System Theory which makes possible an integrated evaluation. The analyzed results make it possible to diagnose the current conditions of each section of object roads and to predict the potentially changeable conditions for the time to come. In addition, these analyzed results could hopefully be applied to the maintenance of freeways through diverse methods. It is hoped that the evaluation of a road surface condition of a highway in satisfaction of its user could be helpful to keeping up the satisfaction of a driver and passenger on the highway by more than a certain level. In addition, the analyzed data on the influence of data value observed by comprehensively evaluating a variety of elements could be used as a secondary means of the decision-making process in relation to road maintenance. On top of that, it could be used as a means of improving road maintenance system and offering the improved driving environment of the highway.

"Customer satisfaction"has been investigated in all the fields of public administrative offices including public libraries by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. This study analyzed on the results of the survey which was implemented by the Government and raised several problems. These are 1) emphasizing physical environmental matters such as facilities and equipments in the questionnaire 2) doing sampling errors such as selection of the large portion of study room users and avoidance of adult users 3) finding halo effects in responses.responses.
