The purpose of this study is to observe the influencing factors of elderly users of senior citizen centers' life satisfaction from an integrative perspecrive. In order to do so, 25 senior citizen centers located in the city of Seoul were selected as a sample on which a direct survey was conducted. A total of 448 were chosen as the final study subjects. The following are the study results. Firstly, although program satisfaction did not affect the life satisfaction of elderly users of senior citizen centers, senior citizen center user satisfaction and service quality had a positive influence on life satisfaction. Secondly, welfare satisfaction and self-worth had a positive influence on life satisfaction. Thirdly, existentiality, certainty and responsiveness had a positive influence on life satisfaction. In conclusion, this study aims to contribute to discussions for policies and the development of active programs that can improve the self-worth of elderly users by fulfillling leisure welfare satisfaction and achieving facility expansion, as well as vitalizing communication among elderly users.

The rapidly aging society entails the increases of medical service utilizations among the elderly. Medical services utilized by the elderly influence their life satisfaction. However, little is known about the effects of medical service utilizations on life satisfaction. Much less is known about whether the effects of medical service utilizations on life satisfaction tend to vary by the presence of chronic health conditions. Including 3,944 individuals aged 65 and over who participated in the 3rd wave of Korean Welfare Panel Study, the current study aims to examine (1) the relationships between medical service utilizations and life satisfaction and (2) whether the effects of medical service utilizations on life satisfaction vary by the presence of chronic health conditions. Data were processed through structural equation modeling(SEM) and multi-group SEM. Results indicate that (1) levels of both outpatient and inpatient service utilizations are related to life satisfaction, whereas levels of health monitoring service utilizations are not and (2) the effects of medical service utilizations varied by the chronic health condition status of the elderly. These results indicate that, in order to enhance levels of life satisfaction, medical services should be strategically utilized by the elderly depending on their chronic health condition status. Based on the findings, we discussed implications for practice and policy, suggesting future research directions based on the limitations of the current study.

This study aims to investigate the effects of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. In order to test this relationship, two surveys were conducted involving 360 college students at two universities in Seoul. The results of the first survey show that after controlling for the educational service satisfaction and facilities satisfaction, there is a significant influence of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. The second study added variables for the three components of library service quality (librarian service quality, library resources and service quality, and library facilities and environmental quality). The results of the second survey show that there is a significant influence of library service quality on college library satisfaction, and again a significant influence of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. Moreover, the results of two group analysis show that the influence of college library satisfaction on college life satisfaction is stronger in high usage group than low usage group. The theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.

목포항은 과거부터 서남권 도서를 연결하는 여객선 교통의 충추적인 역할을 담당해왔다. 최근 국민의 삶의 질 향상과 여가시간 증가로 섬을 찾는 관광객이 증가하고 있다. 이에 목포항 연안여객터미널의 이용객 만족도를 조사하여 어떤 시설, 서비스를 중요하게 여기고 있는지 조사, 분석하였다. 그 결과 다양한 연령층이 목포항 연안여객터미널을 이용하고 있었으며, 그 가운데 20대와 50대의 이용객이 많았다. 연안여객터미널 접근성은 좋다고 했으나 타 교통수단에 비해 다소 비싸게 느끼고 있었다. 연안여객터미널 시설의 중요도와 만족도에 있어서 매표소 시설, 대기실 공간, 화장실 여건은 중요하다고 인식하고 있었고 목포항 연안여객터미널의 만족도도 대체로 높았다. 그러나 상업시설과 주차장은 중요하게 인식하고 있었으나 만족도는 낮게 나타나 이에 대한 보완이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 연안여객선의 운영서비스에 있어서는 운항간격, 출항시간 준수, 운항 소요시간 준수, 편의시설 관리, 안전관리 수준, 이용서비스 대비 운임, 차도선 이용 편의성에 있어서 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 이 연구는 향후 목포항 연안여객터미널 운영에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the usability of parents of developmental rehabilitation services for disabled children. To that end, 120 disabled children and 120 parents were surveyed in 17 cities, including nine cities in Gangwon Province, welfare centers and private institutions in the military. Data analysis used SPSS Statistics 18 and the main findings are as follows. First, there was a significant difference in the type of supply and demand in the general characteristics of parents using the developmental rehabilitation service. Second, the service use characteristics of the developmental rehabilitation service showed a statistically significant difference in the service satisfaction of the private care institution, and third, the process and effect of the service provision of the developmental rehabilitation service were shown to be significant in the service satisfaction level. Fourth, the effect of choice on service satisfaction was significantly shown in the accessibility of developmental rehabilitation services. The significance of the research results is to confirm that the service provision and access to the services of developmental rehabilitation services increases the satisfaction level of disabled children's parents. Accordingly, the discussion and implications for improving the satisfaction level of the use of parents using the developmental rehabilitation service were presented.

With the introduction of long-term care insurance, the number of long-term care facilities and the elderly using it is increasing. Nevertheless, there was a lack of concern and research on elderly abuse and how to affect the life of the elderly in long-term care facilities. The study analyzed the data collected from 278 senior citizens of 44 long-term care facilities in two regions. The analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship among elderly abuse, service quality, service satisfaction and life satisfaction. An analysis showed that some of the elderly experienced elderly abuse, especially sexual abuse. The experience of abuse affect the perception of the service quality, service satisfaction and life satisfaction of the elderly. The elderly experienced abuse was undervalued in service quality, service satisfaction and life satisfaction. Based on these findings, the implications to prevent elderly abuse of long-term care facilities are suggested.

Drawing on Bronfenbrenner's ecological system, the study explored the effect of the ecological variables affecting library satisfaction for mothers of early school-age children. The study used the eighth wave(2015) of Panel Study on Korean Children and conducted correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, and stepwise regression analysis. Researchers selected ecological variables for each ecological system based on previous studies. Results showed that mothers had moderate satisfaction with libraries, and their satisfaction with libraries was affected by library accessibility, satisfaction with public services, type of residence, children's reading time, and supportiveness of parenting policy. The study showed that external factors such as family, community, and policies could affect library satisfaction along with internal factors in the sociocultural context. The study suggested a possible practical implication for library policy.

The purpose of this study was to investigate factors related to parental satisfaction of the Time-Extended Daycare. The subjects of this study were 1,000 parents(mothers or fathers) or caregivers whose child range in age from 0 to 5. The questionnaire was comprised of Quality of Time-Extended Daycare, Parental Satisfaction of Time-Extended Daycare, and a demographic questionnaire. The data analyses used SPSS 20.0 which employs basic statistics, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analyses. The results of this study indicated a correlation between parental satisfaction and program(r=$.60^{***}$), safekeeping(r=$.56^{**}$), nutritious meals and health care(r=$.63^{**}$). Specifically, nutritious meals and health care could predict Parental satisfaction of the time-extented daycare.

생활수준이 높아지면서 단순히 먹고 사는 수준을 넘어서 삶의 만족도에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 통계 정보를 살펴보더라도 근로여건 만족도, 녹지환경 만족도, 의료서비스 만족도, 소득만족도, 소비생활 만족도, 여가활동 만족도, 학생의 학교생활만족도 등 다양한 만족도 지표를 발견할 수 있다. 본 연구는 지방자치단체 통합데이터베이스 및 e지방지표를 이용하여 지방자치단체에 속한 구성원들의 다양한 만족도 지표의 연관성을 분석하고자 한다.

목적: 한국은 지역사회 기반 통합 돌봄(커뮤니티케어)을 통해 노인들을 위한 보건 및 사회복지 서비스의 확대를 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 노인의 경로당 이용에 대한 인구사회인적 요인, 삶의 만족도, 건강상태 등이 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 연구방법: 2017년 노인실태조사 자료를 이용하여, 횡단 분석 연구가 실시하였다. 이용패턴을 파악하기 위해 기술통계를 하였고, 경로당 이용과 관련된 요소들을 결정하기 위해서는 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 지난 12개월간 노인 1만299명 중 22.7%가 경로당을 이용하였다. 경로당을 이용하는 이유 중 가장 많은 응답은 경로당 동료들과 여가를 보내기 위함이었으며, 대상자의 95% 이상이 제공되는 서비스에 만족하고 있었다. 사회인구학적 특성에 대해서는 여성(AOR=1.20; 95% 신뢰 구간(CI), 1.05-1.38), 80세 이상 노인(AOR= 3.94, 95% CI, 3.30-4.71), 문맹자(AOR=5.27; 95% CI 3.80-7.30), 교육 수준이 낮거나 읍면 지역 출신(AOR=6.42; 95 % CI, 5.72-7.20)이 경로당을 이용할 가능성이 가장 높았다. 생활 만족도 부분에서는 재정적 만족도(AOR=1.21; 95% CI, 1.06-1.37), 문화에 대한 만족도(AOR=1.49; 95% CI, 1.24-1.79) 및 친구들과 사회에 대한 만족도(AOR=4.24; 95% CI, 3.17-5.66)가 높은 사람이 경로당을 더 많이 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 질병이 없다는 응답자에 비해 만성 질환을 2개 이상 보유한자(AOR= 2.01; 95 % CI, 1.60-2.53)의 경로당 이용률이 2 배 더 높았다. 결론: 정부의 지역사회 기반 통합돌봄 정책 수립을 위하여 경로당 이용에 영향을 미치는 인구사회학적요인, 삶의 만족도, 건강상태와 관련된 요인들을 고려하여, 이용률을 높이고, 건강관리를 위한 통합 돌봄 시설이 될 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.
