축구 비디오를 분석하고 이를 팀 전략 수립에 활용하는 축구 비디오 분석관의 역할이 강조됨에 따라, 축구 비디오에서 주요 이벤트의 탐지와 같은 절차적 기능에서 부터 고수준의 해석 방법에 이르는 다양한 기능들이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 축구 웹 캐스트에서 실시간으로 제공하는 텍스트 정보를 기반으로 메타데이터 키워드 매칭을 통하여 축구 경기의 다양한 속성들을 추출하고 텍스트 마이닝의 대표적 해석 기법인 연관규칙 마이닝을 사용함으로써 축구 경기의 전략 수립이 가능한 고수준의 해석 방법을 소개한다. 실제 2010년 월드컵의 스페인 경기를 중계한 웹 캐스트의 텍스트 정보를 대상으로 제안된 방법론의 타당성을 검증한다.

C＃ 언어로 작성된 프로그램을 정적으로 분할할 때 기존의 객체 지향 프로그램에 이용하던 방법을 일반적으로 적용할 수 있다. 그러나 기존의 두 경로 그래프 도달 가능성 분할 알고리즘을 적용하였을 때 프로시져들 간의 전지적인 종속 관계를 표현하는 요약 간선만을 이용하면 두 번째 경로에서 역추적 할 때 모호성이 발생한다. 이러한 모호성 C＃의 이벤트, 델리게이트(delegate)들과 메소드의 다형적 호출 관계에서 발생될 수 있다. 본 논문은 호출된 프로시져의 호출하는 문맥을 설명하기 위하여 호출 지점에서 요약간선 및 경로 간선을 이용하여 C＃에서 다형적 호출에 대한 시스템 종속성 그래프(system dependence graph)에 대한 새로운 표현을 제안한다. 이 방법은 다형적 호출에서 발생하는 모호성을 해결할 수 있다.

This study examined the analysis of the present condition, structure of fundraising activities, the effect of resource development and strategy for nonprofit social service organizations. This study investigated the fundraising and resource development activities of 356 non-profit organizations and community welfare centers nationwide. The results showed that a period of foundation of non-profit organization and community welfare center in Korea, was 10~14 years and organized with 13~19 workers. The community welfare centers were well prepared for the internal environment for resource development system such as workers, department, management for sponsors and computer program, while others were not prepared. Their recognition for the importance of fundraising activities was higher than the satisfaction of actual condition. The non-profit organization needs management sponsors, planning, public relations, fundraising skills and preparation proposal as the theme of education for fundraising activities. Their plans of the fundraising activity were events, proposal application, fundraising focus on companies, cause-related marketing. The non-profit organization complained of the difficulty about insufficiency manpower and skills of fundraising, external resource development and a budgetary deficit.

This paper examined the settlement and evolution of the Namdo Food Festival holding in Nakan folk village since 1994. The Namdo Food Festival is a representative event tourism in Chonnam which beautifully displays Nakan eup-sung's folk landscape and Namdo's traditional food, a prime tourist resource. Since 1994, the Namdo Food Festival has steadily evoloved in the scale aspects of the program budget, and the number of visitors participating in festiva. In addition, the period of the food festival was fixed for a week, early in October. The majority of visitors to the festival was from Kwangju. Moreover, visitors from other provinces have steadily increased, in particular visitors from Yeongnam province such as Pusas and Kyeongnam provinces have increased since 1996. In order to settle down and develop the Namdo Food Festival, the followings should be done change of the ownership from public to private sector, training of professional entertainers, development of programs which can reinforce historical aspects and placeness of Nakan folk village, adoption of management technoques for the local economic activities, and extension of linkage with tourists places around Nakan folk village, reflection of tourists interests and needs through a continuoua tourist's behaviour analysis.

As the role of soccer game analyst who analyzes soccer games and creates soccer wining strategies is emphasized, it is required to have high-level analysis beyond the procedural ones such as main event detection in the context of IT based broadcasting soccer game research community. In this paper, we propose a novel approach to generate the high-level in-depth analysis results via real-time text based soccer Webcast and text mining. Proposed method creates a metadata such as attribute, action and event, build index, and then generate available knowledges via text mining techniques such as association rule mining, event growth index, and pathfinder network analysis using Webcast and domain knowledges. We carried out a feasibility experiment on the proposed technique with the Webcast text about Spain team's 2010 World Cup games.

Successful hosting of mesa-events such as the universiade games usually brings many external changes such as more domestic and foreign travelers, image improvement of the host country and region as well as promotion of the local economy through improving the infrastructure for the contest. This longitudinal study analyzed the effects of the winter universiade games, which were held at Muju in 1997, on the hosting rural area, based upon a multidimensional study. As a result, the inhabitants sensed that hosting the winter universiade games had large-scale investment effects on both the tourism industry and the regional development. On the other hand, hosting this kind of event was not quite successful in terms of activating the local economy, and the environment of Togyusan National Park was harmed.

하천과 저수지의 수질을 예측하고 관리하는데 수리 수질예측모형이 널리 활용되고 있다. 수질예측모형은 유역이나 수체 내의 오염물질 이동경로나 농도를 수치해석 방법으로 계산하여 사용자가 필요로 하는 지점과 시점에서의 수질자료 생산하는데 활용되고 있다. 수질예측모형은 검 보정을 통해 정확도를 확보하며, 정확도의 확보를 위해서는 높은 수준의 전문성을 필요로 한다. 특히 시행착오법으로 모형을 보정하는 경우 많은 시간과 노력을 필요로 하게 되며, 보정계수를 과대 혹은 과소로 모형에 적용하는 오류를 범하기 쉽고 모델러의 주관이 관여되기 쉽다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 CE-QUAL-W2모형의 조류항목에 대한 모형 보정을 위하여 Chl-a와 남조류세포수에서 주로 활용되고 있는 보정계수에 대한 민감도 분석 결과를 토대로 매개변수별 모의결과 변화율을 산정하였으며, 시기적 경향성을 재현하기 위해 Ensemble-Bagging 기법과 머신 러닝 기법을 적용하여 모형 구동횟수를 최소화 할 수 있는 방법으로 구성하였다. Chl-a를 보정하기 위한 매개변수는 9개를 선정하였으며, 규조류, 남조류, 녹조류에 총 27개 매개 변수를 민감도 분석으로 도출 한 후 예상 변화율 대비 이벤트별 모의치와 실측치 간 %difference가 유사하도록 매개변수를 조정하였다. 또한 각 이벤트 조합의 매개변수 빈도수와 매개변수별 예상변화율, 시기적 조류특성을 고려하여 가중치를 도출하였으며, 1회 보정에 맞춰 Chl-a 모델 실행결과를 %difference로 평가한 후 "good"등급을 만족할 때까지 반복 적용하였다. 남조류세포수의 경우 Chl-a에 맞춰 매개변수 최적화 이후 남조류세포수 농도를 세포수로 환산하기 위한 CACEL에 대해 머신러닝 기법을 적용하였으며, CACEL 추정변화율 회귀식에 따라 평가 한 후 %difference "good"등급 이상을 만족할 때까지 반복 수행하는 방법을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 수질예측모형의 정확도를 확보하기 위하여 최적화 기법을 적용하였으며, 이를 통해 모형을 보정하는 과정에서 요구되는 시간과 노력을 줄일 수 있도록 하였으며, Ensemble기법과 머신러닝 기법을 적용하여 모형보정계수 적용에 객관성을 확보할 수 있도록 하였다.

In the early 20th century, Japan built theaters to take possession of colonial culture while establishing the Imperial University, libraries, and museums to accumulate and spread the knowledge of "imperial" Japan. Many different genres made a hit in theaters including theatrical troupes, theatrical companies, and motion pictures. One of the various features of expositions was "spectacles" or unusual events. They were integrated with a national festival in celebration of "5th anniversary of political commencement." In 1915, the longest hit series in Keijo (Seoul) was the dance performance by professional Japanese beauties and entertainers, whose songs delivered the legitimacy of governance. This study focused on the performance in the space of "cultural" spread called theaters, thus examining the "imperial" cultural waves they were in charge of. The study also focused on the tensional relations of Hierarchie along those cultural borders. The performance at the theater Engeikan(演芸館) in 1915 was especially an epoch-making event in the Japanese theatrical community of Keijo (Seoul): first, it marked the emergence of large-scale performance hall called Engeikan(演芸館); secondly, the performance kept its ongoing, stable streak for about 50 days; and it led to the appearance of leading troupes including Geijutuza(芸術座), which put on a show in Keijo (Seoul) in November, 1915. The study examined the issues of theater Engeikan(演芸館) performance in 1915 involving the art company, performance genre, and audience composition, showed that there was the coexistence of entertainment and governance through cultural ruling while securing amusement and entertainment, and found it was accompanied by the organized operation of "Keijo Sponsorship Council（京城協贊會）" which brought together the cultural capabilities of Japanese people living in Joseon. The performance at theater Engeikan(演芸館) in Keijo (Seoul) in 1915 fully reflected the issues involving the tensional relations between different artistic genres, the competing relations between the subjects of performance, and the cultural power.

The museum, run by the archives, should show historical facts about the president through objective records that are not fully evaluated. The wartime atmosphere should maintain solemnity to highlight the evidential value of records about history, but include an interesting element that allows visitors to come comfortably. It would be possible to accommodate 360 viewers at the same time, and it would be an option to limit the number of visitors considering the operation of weekend events and the donor honor hall. In this study, we established and presented an image integration plan centered on the color plan and the signature plan. Although the real image integration plan is a case study that starts with symbols and logos and is conducted through an integrated and systematic system through the basic design and application design system, it is considered to be a meaningful study in terms of practical use.
