Despite an astronomical budget for public diplomacy, China is experiencing successive failures in public diplomacy. The unfavorable feeling towards China is increasing every year in the world and China needs a new public diplomacy to resolve anti-Chinese sentiment. Here, we found that viewers of Korean-Chinese student YouTuber Deemd formed a friendly image towards China after watching Deemd's China vlog. Therefore, in this study, we tried to examine whether Deemd's vlogs affect the improvement of China's country image theoretically guided by the theory of mere exposure effect. In addition, we examined whether the improvement of a country image causes the 'Halo effect' that leads to an increase in the intention to visit China and purchase intention of Chinese products. It is expected that the results of this study can serve as a new digital media diplomacy solution for countries, including China, that want to capture the hearts of foreign public in the era of a new digital public diplomacy.

City image improvement is very important, particularly in city tourism development because tourism depends on image. Some cities have made efforts to develop a positive city image with local festivals. The purpose of this study was to assess the tourists' satisfaction of local festivals. First, the city image was focused on three factors; city satisfaction, experience and convenience. Second, the city image was influenced significantly by city satisfaction and direct or indirect experience. These results show that effective strategies are needed for the successful IT implementation in local festivals. The use of mobile applications and GIS-based sensors provide local festival information for tourists who receive information, Finally, a well made city image combines city identity and originality, which will attract many tourists and visitors.

Digital morph expresses the imaginary beyond the representation of reality by expressing the narrative effect characteristically. In particular, the effect of affect can be considered to be a characteristic of digital cinema as a post-cinema. In (2013), Morphing image prominently shows the characteristics of post-cinema. By actively utilizing software technology, this film gives a shocking effect by expressing the magical image. Paying attention to the post-cinematic characteristics of morphing different from classical film, this article treated the characteristics of digital morphing. The digital morphing presents the flow of affect visualizing uncanny phenomenon of body transformation. This evokes concept of neuro-image which Patricia Pisters distinguished the neuropsychiatric pathology that appears actively on the contemporary digital screen. The Neuro-image goes beyond the temporality of Deleuze's time-image presenting future. Allegedly, the morphing of presents the neuro-images when Nina's body changed to hybrid body with black swan. Digital Morphing technique provides a shocking effect, showing delirium when the body bizarrely deformed while dancing ballet. This is different from the attraction of the morphing in film, it expresses the emotion of the neoliberal era beyond representation. In conclusion, the digital morphing presents the neuro-image system modulating the shock. This shows the characteristics of digital film which interacting and controling the shock effect as post-cinema.

The slope of the ramp generator in a single slope ADC(analog-to-digital converter) suffers from process and frequency variation. This variation in ramp slope causes ADC gain variation and eventually limits the performance of the ISP(image signal processing) in a CIS(CMOS image sensor) that uses the single slope ADC. This paper proposes a ramp slope BISC(built-in-self-calibration) scheme for CIS. The CIS with proposed BISC was fabricated with a $0.35{\mu}m$ process. The measurement results show that the proposed architecture effectively calibrate the ramp slope against process and clock frequency variation. The silicon area overhead is less than $0.7\%$ of the full chip area.

본 논문에서는 효과적으로 블록 크기를 변화시키는 움직임 예측에 대하여 제시하고 있다 블록안의 움직임의 정도에 따라 블록 크기를 채택하는 방식으로, 임의의 프레임에서의 블록의 수는 정확한 움직임을 나타내기 위해 변화된다. 이것은 움직임과 보충적인 데이터사이의 비트할당이 가변적이 되고, 프레임에 기초한 전체적인 비트율 역시 변화하게 된다. 특히, 본 논문은 동적 블록 크기 방법의 대표적인 쿼드 트리(quad fee) 방법의 단점을 보완하는 방향에서 연구되었으며, 성능 향상을 위한 새로운 방법도 아울러 덧붙여져 있다. 즉, 보통 사용하는 쿼드 트리 방식의 분할 대신에 각각의 쿼드 부분의 프레임 차를 이용하여 가장 큰 블록의 동질성 테스트를 실시하여 분할한다. 또한, 분할과 재결합 방식을 함께 적용하여 불필요한 블록의 개수가 많아지는 것을 방지하여, 큰 계산량 감소와 높은 이미지 질을 달성하도록 하였다. 자연히, 계산량은 기존 방법보다 약 20-70％ 정도 감소했으며, 이미지 질도 크게 향상되는 결과를 가져오게 되었다

JPEG2000[1][2]은 DWT(Discrete Wavelet Transform)[3] 변환을 기반으로 하는 이미지의 새로운 표준으로 오류가 빈번히 발생하는 네트워크상의 전송을 위한 오류 제어 기법들을 제공한다. JPEG2000에서 제공하는 오류 제어 기법은 스트림 내에서 오류를 발견하고 오류 전파를 제어하지만, 손실된 웨이블릿 계수를 복원하지는 못한다. 본 논문에서는 DWT 변환 후 각 부대역 및 이웃의 상호 연관성을 이용하여 오류로 인해 손실된 웨이블릿 계수를 효과적으로 예측하여 이미지의 화질을 향상시키는 오류 은닉 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법의 성능을 무선네트워크 환경에서 모의 실험한 결과 기존의 오류 제어 기법보다 성능이 뛰어났고 특히 이미지 내의 변화가 적은 경우 부대역 및 이웃 웨이블릿 계수의 상호 연관성이 크므로 더욱 효과적인 성능을 보였다.

본 연구는 환경 요인이 통제되어 있는 실험실 데이터에 산업 현장에서 발생하는 유사 잡음을 노이즈로 추가하였을 때, SNR비에 따른 노이즈별 STFT Log Spectrogram, Mel-Spectrogram, CWT Spectrogram 총 3가지의 이미지를 생성하고, 각 이미지를 입력으로 한 CNN 결함 분류 모델의 성능 결과를 확인하였다. 원본 데이터의 영향력이 큰 0db 이상의 SNR비로 합성할 경우 원본 데이터와 분류 결과상 큰 차이가 존재하지 않았으며, 노이즈 데이터의 영향이 큰 0db 이하의 SNR비로 합성할 경우, -20db의 STFT 이미지 기준 약 26%의 성능 저하가 발생하였다. 또한, Wiener Filtering을 통한 디노이징 처리 이후, 노이즈를 효과적으로 제거하여 분류 성능의 결과가 높아지는 점을 확인하였다.

Aromatherapy는 향을 이용하여 생리적 및 심리적 효과를 나타내는 치료법이다. 향의 종류에 따라 여러 효과들이 나타나고 있는데 본 연구에서는 이완 유도향 제품을 개발하기 위해 자율신경계로부터의 신호인 Galvanic skin resistance(GSR), 피부온도, 심박수 등과 뇌파에서의 변화를 측정하여 이완의 정도를 측정하고자 하였다. 실험방법은 4 종류의 aromatherapy용으로 조제된 복합향(#2033, #2026, #11, #13)을 이용하고 피검자는 후각기능이 정상이며 물리적 및 심리적 stress가 없고, 음주, 담배를 3일전까지 경험이 없는 군을 택하였다. 향을 주는 시간은 1분으로 하였으며 순서에 의한 효과를 없애기 위해 4 종류를 random order에 의해 실시하였다. 대조군으로는 증류수를 이용하여 실험 전, 실험 중, 실험 후에서 각각 측정하였으며 또한 각성효과가 좋은 jasmine과 이완 효과를 보이는 lavender를 같은 protocol로 시행하여 이완의 효과를 비교하였다. 뇌파는 FFT분석에 따라 각 주파수 영역 즉 beta, alpha, theta, delta로 나누어 분석하였다. Jasmine과 lavender의 이완 효과에서는 GSR의 변화와 HRV의 변화를 보고한 바 있다(백,1998). 또한 심리불안 효과와 향 이미지 검사를 동시에 시행하여 주관적지표로 삼았다. 실험 결과에서는 이러한 4 종류의 향은 모두 GSR의 현저한 감소 효과를 보였으며, 심박수와 피부온도의 감소경향을 나타내었다. 자율신경계 반응에 따라 4 종류 향의 이완 효과의 순서를 결정할 수 있었다. 주관적 검사와의 상관관계도 잘 나타났으며 이미지는 이완 정도와 섬세하다 항목이 잘 반영되었다. 뇌파의 변화에서는 의미 있는 변화는 보이지 않았다. 결론적으로 relaxation 효과는 GSR를 비롯한 자율신경계지표에서 잘 반영되었다.^2$=.792가 되었다. 설명되는 누적분산값은 67.18%였다.주관적 평가의 결과와 객관적 평가 결과를 이용해 마직물의 태를 평가하는 산출식을 제시하였다. 태 평가치의 경우 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법과 stepwise 방법, 또 Kawabatark 사용한 순차적 군 회귀법의 세가지 방법의 회귀식 중 16가지 특성치를 모두 넣는 방법의 결정계수가 가장 높았다.tosterone농도는 107.7$\pm$12.0 pmol／l이었고, 남성의 타액내 농도는 274.2$\pm$22.1 pmol／l이었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 본 연구에서 정립된 EIA 방법은 RIA를 대신하여 소규모의 실험실에서도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사려된다.또한 상실기 이후 배아에서 합성되며, 발생시기에 따라 그 영향이 다르고 팽창과 부화에 관여하는 것으로 사료된다. 더욱이, 조선의 ${\ulcorner}$구성교육${\lrcorner}$이 조선총독부의 관리하에서 실행되었다는 것을, 당시의 사범학교를 중심으로 한 교육조직을 기술한 문헌에 의해 규명시켰다.nd of letter design which represents -natural objects and was popular at the time of Yukjo Dynasty, and there are some documents of that period left both in Japan and Korea. Because modern people are not preferred on the relationship between the brand and there is no reliable target in accordance with the traditions and community collapse, the public stable state of mind in a world that changes rapidly as the exit filled through the psychological emptiness, the relationship between consumers and brands, which this time occurs It will be able to maintain. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of the convergence apartment brand relationship quality influence on the relationship between brand loyalty. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the image of the brand showed a positive (+) effects on loyalty. Second, the image on the brand showed a positive(+) effect on the relationship quality. The third relationship quality brand image and brand loyalty will be mediated. Results in apartment construction companies as a result of the mediating effects influence the quality of the relationship between consumers and the brand image and loyalty and feel to consumers and to enforce effective marketing strategy may also be pursued strategies accordingly.

Robust face recognition under various illumination environments is difficult to achieve. For robust face recognition with respect to illumination variations, illumination normalization of face images is usually applied as a preprocessing step. Most of previously proposed illumination normalization methods cannot handle cast shadows in face images effectively. In this paper, We propose a new face illumination normalization method based on the illumination-separated face identity texture subspace. Since the face identity texture subspace is constructed so as to be separated from the effects of illumination variations, the projection of face images into the subspace produces a good illumination-normalized face images. Through experiments, it is shown that the proposed face illumination normalization method can effectively eliminate cast shadows as well as attached shadows and achieves a good face illumination normalization.
