In recent days, lots of social commerce newly emerged business types of e-commerces are on the basis of social network. Therefore social commerce with social network might be powerful communication channel among customers and has suggested new paradigm in transaction model on the internet. In general, major roles of social commerce sites are to promote transaction with high discount rate and/or lots of event and to activate markets of local area. As characteristics of social commerce such as dynamic, rapid, and open, this research was assumed that design factors of sites that are different from existing e-commerce sites might be influential elements in decision making of purchase. This research is to empirically investigate which factors affect purchase decision making behaviors for 20s respondents who are major users of social commerce services. As a result major factor, easy-to-use, affecting decision making factors was identified and this result can give implication to researchers and persons in charge of fields who have interests in commerce site design and upgrade.

Realistic facial animation research field which communicates with human and computer using face has increased recently. The human face is the part of the body we use to recognize individuals and the important communication channel that understand the inner states like emotion. To provide the intelligent interface. computer facial animation looks like human in talking and expressing himself. Facial modeling and animation research is focused on realistic facial animation recently. In this article, we suggest the method of facial modeling and animation for realistic facial synthesis. We can make a 3D facial model for arbitrary face by using generic facial model. For more correct and real face, we make the Korean Generic Facial Model. We can also manipulate facial synthesis based on the physical characteristics of real facial muscle and skin. Many application will be developed such as teleconferencing, education, movies etc.

This study suggests a sentence generating method to help those who have language impediment with their communication. The method suggested in this study was constructed into a system in order to be applied to AAC system. AAC system is a personal portable device that generates sentences. Those who have language impediment need another communication method, causes inconvenience when used in a conversation with those who don't have the same trouble. The method of inputting both consonants and vowels can be inconvenient and time consuming for a conversational communication because of the number of the key strokes. The lexical information for the sentence generating of this study defines the user's domain, collects the adequate words and sentences, and extracts and classifies the characteristics of the collected words. The comparison between the number of key strokes for sentence generating using the system and that of inputting consonants and vowels using a keyboard was made in order to evaluate the usefulness the sentence generating method.

In this study, the number of non-English speaking visitors is increasing day by day, and accordingly, there was a limitation in language communication and communication during radiographic examination. To this end, after distributing the handbook produced for inspection, the improvement effect of before and after explanation was examined. The score scale was not statistically significant as to whether it was the test site or not, and the degree of discomfort of the test, the degree of understanding of the breathing guidelines, and the satisfaction of the test description were improved and the score scale was improved before and after the description of the guide. Non-English-speaking foreign visitors were more satisfied with explanations in their own text than in English or Korean, and the method was also able to conduct effective inspections by informing the foreign guests when to control their breathing by using the lighting signals in the laboratory. In the future, the quality of medical services and imaging medical examinations can be improved only when communication methods are implemented from various perspectives, such as developing various language interpretation programs, developing guides for various test sites, and developing tools and improving foreign language skills of radiologists and medical staff. There will be. In the future, it may be used as a basic resource to prepare a manual that can be used to examine non-English speaking foreigners who do not understand English or Korean in other radiology labs.

음성은 가장 익숙하고 편리한 의사 소통 수단으로 스마트폰과 같이 크기가 작은 모바일 기기의 입력 인터페이스로 적합하다. 서버 기반의 음성 인식은 서버를 방문하는 다양한 사용자들을 대상으로 음성 모델을 구축하기 때문에 음성 인식률을 높일 수 있고 상용화가 가능하다. 구글 음성인식, 아이폰의 시리(SiRi)가 대표적인 예이며 최근 스마트폰 사용자의 증가로 이에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 서버 기반 음성 인식 기법에서 음성 인식은 스마트폰과 인터넷으로 연결되어 있는 원격지 서버에서 이루어진다. 따라서, 사용자는 스마트폰에 저장된 음성 데이터를 인터넷을 통하여 음성 인식 서버로 전달해야 된다[1, 2]. 음성 데이터는 사용자 고유 정보를 가지고 있으므로 개인 인증 및 식별을 위한 용도로 사용될 수 있으며 음성의 톤, 음성 신호의 피치, 빠르기 등을 통해서 사용자의 감정까지도 판단 할 수 있다[3]. 서버 기반 음성 인식에서 네트워크로 전송되는 사용자 음성 데이터는 제 3 자에게 쉽게 노출되기 때문에 화자의 신분 및 감정이 알려지게 되어 프라이버시 침해를 받게 된다. 본 논문에서는 화자의 프라이버시를 보호하기 위하여 사용자 음성 데이터로부터 개인의 고유 특징 및 현재 상태를 파악할 수 있는 감정 정보를 제거하는 기법을 설계 및 구현하였다.

Nowadays Internet is the greatest and most participating media of prompting expression with 37 million users in Korea. Internet enables collective communications between social members and contributes to form sound public opinions and to develop democracy while it has negative aspect to distribute massively crime by illegal posting which is forbidden by the Criminal Act. Criminal actors who involve to diffuse information on Internet consist of three categories of information provider, user and internet service provider. Illegal posting generated on Internet is originated from IP and the criminal regulation on it is useless and meaningless because of its countless of users and ambiguous boundary with liberty for expression. Accordingly, the only criminal policy means to prevent danger by illegal posting on Internet is to regulate ISP which saves illegal posting and mediates contacts among users. In spite of it, legislation to regulate ISP is unprepared. The prudent legislative review should be done. And it should be accordance with the doctrines of propriety and vagueness of the principle of "nulla poena sine lege".

The virtual avatar is a principal way as media for communicating language and affective feelings in virtual environment. As similar purpose, this study evaluates user's visual feeling according to the changes of iris color and pupil size of virtual avatar which is considered as new factors for representing realistic avatar. Virtual avatars were configured by pupil accommodation and iris color(green, brown). After presenting above image to 32 participants, a questionnaire(18 items) based on previous studies was created, and reported as a 5-point scale. Experimental result showed that the case of adopting pupil accommodation induced more realistic visual feeling of subjects. This result can be regarded as a basis for designing realistic virtual avatar by confirming the effectiveness of pupil accommodation of avatar in terms of representing visual presence.

While E-mail has become an important way of communications in IT societies, it creates various social problems due to increase of spam mails. Even though many organizations and corperations have been doing researches to develop spam mail blocking technologies, more cost and system complexities are required because of varieties of blocking technologies. In case of adopting spam blocking technologies, system reliability largely relies on the False-positive error rate with the order of employing spam blocking filters. In this paper, a False-positive mail recovery technique based on privacy information is proposed and implemented in order to improve the reliability of spam locking filters. Through the implemented prototype, recovery procedure for False-positive mails is verified and the results are summarized and analyzed.

As social work practice for the disabled is still centered in provider's perspective in Korea, this study started with concerns for consumerism that is emerging as an alternative for the social work practice for the disabled. Consumerism is rooted in organization process of the disability rights movement, and considered as an ideology that protects actively the rights and influence of consumers. However, consumerism is not operating as an accomplished ideology yet, but as a type of the practical discourse. Consumerism is interpreted in multiaxial meanings and the conscituents of consumerism is used ambiguously in practice. This is because theoretical reviews on the conceptual thinking of consumerism are scant and empirical inquiries into conceptual cognition of social workers who uses this concept as a professional are scarce. After analyzing the data using Q methodology, the result shows that social workers' major cognitive types on consumerism perspective consists of four types; Empowerment type, Market-mechanism type, Multi-opening type and Traditional-value type. These types are classified by the dimension of 'specific/extended', 'traditional/reformative' and 'instrumental/autotelic'. This result will attribute to develop consumer-intimate policy, practice program and professional training program and to give facilities for lucid communication among policy, practice field, theory and movement in social welfare for disabled as it materializes the explicit conception of consumerism that is understood ambiguously in Korea.

Even though internet community is becoming the basic communication tool with rapidly changing internet environment, its damage is on the rise due to increasing spam messages of unspecified individuals. Currently, various methods to block spam mails, but studies on block spam messages from being automatically posted in community are still insufficient. This study suggested methods to block spam messages in internet community by collecting spam messages posted in internet community to analyze characteristics and frequencies of the messages and create block regulations. It collects spam messages of all messages saved in database of internet community, analyze the collected messages to create normalized rules that can define spam messages, and inspect spam messages among posted messages by using the regulations to block them. The suggested method has a structure that can block various types of spam messages by using information of spam messages collected and flexibly deal with changing spam message types.
