VTS 관제사의 선박모니터링 외 부가적인 업무 경감과 효율적인 선박교통 정보 관리를 위해 VTS 관제사 의사결정 지원프로그램 도입이 필요하며, 일부 VTS 센터에서는 이 장비를 도입하여 운영중이다. 본 논문에서는 VTS 관제사의 의견을 수렴하여 새로운 VTS 관제사 의사결정지원 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 개발한 프로그램의 주요 기능은 AIS 선박교통데이터, PORT-MIS 및 도선 정보를 연계하여 관제구역 내 선박 입항시 ETA 자동 계산, 선박 위험구역 진입 및 충돌위험시 경보, 선박입항 스케쥴 및 도선정보 표시 등 관련 정보 연계이다. 또한 VTS에서 수년간 수집되고 있는 선박교통 데이터의 딥러닝 학습을 통해 데이터기반의 선박교통밀도 및 선박목적지 예측 모델을 제안한다.

다 단계 의사결정지원시스템, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)는 다수 대안에 대하여 다 면적인 평가기준과 다수 주체에 의한 의사결정을 위해 설계된 의사결정지원방법의 하나이다. AHP 시스템은 먼저 주어진 시스템을 구성하고있는 요소를 세분하고 그 분할된 요소를 계층적으로 구성하며 다음으로 계층간 각 레벨에 있는 요소의 상대적 중요도에 대한 판단을 종합하는 과정을 거친다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 AHP방법을 실용화하기 위하여 사용자가 Web기반에서 활용하기 쉽도록 GUI-tyre 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 검증하였으며 예제를 들어 보였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 소프트웨어는 크게 다음과 같이 3 가지 구조로 구성하였다. 단계 1 : 대안 평가의 아이디어 창출 단계(Brainstorming), 단계 2 : 다 단계, 다 기준 의사결정지원시스템(AHP), 단계 3 우선 순위 종합모델(MRM)

국내의 효율적인 수자원 관리를 위해서는 하천의 실시간 수량과 수질 정보에 바탕을 둔 수자원 공급 시스템에 대한 과학적이고 표준화된 물 공급 운영 방식과 국제적으로 경쟁력 있는 물관리 운영 시스템의 개발의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수자원의 효율적인 공급 및 배분을 위해 기상, 유출, 저수지 운영, 수질 모형과 수자원 정보가 통합되고, 국내외 임의의 수계에 모두 적용가능한 범용성 있는 유역통합 물관리 의사결정지원 시스템을 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서의 유역통합 물관리 의사결정지원 시스템은 범용성 확보를 위해 3-tier기반의 서버-클라이언트(C/S) 구조로 설계하였으며, 실시간 자료와 해석결과 등이 저장되는 데이터베이스 서버와 해석모형 수행을 위한 사용자 프로그램, 데이터베이스 서버와 사용자 프로그램 연결을 위한 미들웨어 서버 프로그램으로 구성된다.

This research studied future directions of Internet technology toward supporting group decision making. From the previous research, this study classified requirements of group decision support systems into three categories which are information transfer, information provision, and communication control. For each of the category, this study analyzed the limits of current Internet functions. Next, this research discussed technological solutions, for each of the OSI 7 layers, toward supporting group decision making. Additional functions in Internet which are required for group supporting are tracing communications, application dependent coding, selection of communication modes, and security handling. For high speed data communication in Internet, this research discussed the potential of cell-switching technology for the lower level link in Internet. The conclusions of this research can be used for designing future group decision support systems and development of Internet.

This study examined the effects of courage on happiness and the mediating effects of the decision making ability on the relationship between courage and happiness. The courage Inventory for Young Children (Park & Lee, 2011), The Children's decision making ability Scale (Park, 2012) and the happiness Questionnaire (Kim, 2008) were administered to 220 young children (112 boys, 108 girls, 5 year of age). The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and a sobel test using the computer program, SPSS/PC 21.0. The results were as follows. First, there were significant positive relationships among courage, decision making ability, and happiness. Second, courage was an important factor in predicting the happiness of young children, and the decision making ability had mediating effects on the relationship between courage and happiness.

The TIPS, a representative public-private cooperative project to revitalize the start-up ecosystem, is a government supported policy that promotes successful commercialization through various start-up support for technology-based startups. The purpose of this study is to analyze the investment decision factors of the TIPS program and to derive priorities. In order to achieve the research purpose, first, the investment decision factors were derived through literature analysis, a Delphi surveys were conducted on investors and experts participating in the evaluation of the TIPS program, and an AHP analysis was conducted on 20 VCs to empirically analyze the priority of factors on investment decisions. As a result of the analysis, the importance of critical factors was confirmed in the order of entrepreneurs(team) > market > product/service > finance > network. The importance of detailed factors was found in the order of entrepreneur's reliability and authenticity > market growth and scalability > team members' expertise and capabilities > adequacy of current market size > new market creation. This study presented the capabilities of technology-based startups preparing to participate in the TIPS program by deriving factors that influence investment decisions from an investor's perspective and comparing and analyzing the importance. It is also meaningful that basic data on determinants of private-led investment decision-making were presented to stake-holders such as venture capital, accelerator, and start-up support institutions.

본 연구는 통합의사결정지원시스템을 위한 3-단계 모델과 이를 사용자가 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 웹 기반의 전산 프로그램을 개발하고 응용 사례를 들어 보았다. 의사결정문제의 대안 선정, 대안을 평가시스템 및 여러 평가 위원들의 평가 결과를 종합하는 문제들을 포함하였으며 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 방법과 Fuzzy AHP방법을 활용하여 평가구조 평가인자 구성 및 각 가중치 등 개관적인 방법을 사용하였다. 이러한 3단계의 통합의사 결정방법은 1) Brain storming 단계서 대안 및 평가구조를 도출하고, 2) AHP 및 Fuzzy-AHP 방법으로 각 대안을 평가하여 의사 결정의 기반을 삼으며, 3) 여러 평가자들의 평가 결과를 합리적으로 통합하여 최선의 대안을 도출하는 방법이다.

Recently, accelerators are attracting attention as a new startup incubator. This study empirically analyzed the relative importance and priority of decision-making factors when a startup selects an accelerator using the AHP technique. As a result, startup founders recognized the importance of decision-making factors in the order of funding factors, program factors, and accelerator characteristic factors. there was a difference in the relative importance of detailed factors between startup founders and accelerator workers, depending on the location of the business site and the presence or absence of sales performance. This suggests that accelerators need to strengthen the financial support capabilities and improve customized services to meet the needs of startups. This study can be used as a decision-making criterion when a startup selects an accelerator, and can be used as basic data for additional research on the accelerator program.

Recently, as high level of interest for the city regeneration, large-scale projects are planned or being performed such as reconstruction project. These mesa-projects have different characteristics from a single project in the design phase. It is a number of companies involved in design phase of mega-project and principal decision-making entity manage the project from the initial stage of an ongoing business by coordinating an opinions between design companies. The absence of a decision making support system reflected those characteristic causes a variety of problems such as a loss of cost and schedule. Therefore the final object of this paper is to propose a decision making support tool and system interface.
