Aid to navigation is a navigational aid facility that informs a sailing vessel of its location and direction as well as a location of a specific obstacle by means of a light, shape, color, sound, radio wave, etc. It can be valuable in improving the safety of day and night vessel navigation at sea. For the safety of the tug boat, the minimum equipment requirements for each type of tug boat are arranged. Despite these preparations, the collision accidents between tug boats, barges, and light buoys can occur when the tug boat turns due to the length of the tow-line, tidal current, and the barge's momentum etc. The purpose of this study was to propose the basic system that analyzes the physical relationship between two vessels regarding the tug boat-barge-light buoy dynamics and propagate the corresponding data through the aid to navigation management & operation systems in use at each regional oceans and fisheries.

Sergei Eisenstein explains pathos as the basic principles of artistic creation in "The Structure of the Film" written in 1939. The definition of pathos is embodied as effect to leap the audience in ecstasy. Pathos aiming at qualitative configuration of the audience's emotions is film form and the core of cinematic expression as important as montage. Eisenstein as one of the greatest film directors sought to theorize cinematic art. He wanted to fuse the creative and theory of film through principles such as the collision montage, intellectual image, and construction of pathos. This study explores the background of the discussion that Eisenstein going beyond the status as an artist wanted to experiment with montage to lead the change in audience and build pathos effect in the extended. This article examines the meaning of pathos in works of art he explained. It should also be understood the construction of pathos for changing the emotion of the audience through the example of the film he analyzed.

The calculation of the optimal trajectory of the stepped top-down robot was made using a genetic algorithm and a computational torque controller. First, the total energy efficiency was minimized using the Red-Cold Generic Algorithm (RCGA) consisting of reproductive, cross, and mutation. The reproducibility condition related to the position assembly of the start and end of the stride and the joints, angles, and angular velocities are linear constraints. Next, the unequal constraint accompanies the condition for preventing the collision of the swing leg at the corner with the outer surface of the stairs, the condition of the knee joint for preventing kinematic peculiarity, and the condition of no moment in safety in the traveling direction. Finally, the angular trajectory of each joint is defined by fourth-order polynomial whose coefficient is to approximate chromosomes. This is to approximate walking. In this study, the energy efficiency of the optimal trajectory was analyzed by computer simulation through a biped robot with seven degrees of freedom composed of seven links.

This study shows that reality in interactive documentaries can be distinguished between narrative reality and visual reality, which can be defined as a feature of reality-based interactive documentaries. This study reveals the visual reality in that all audiences who visually watched "The Maribor Uprisings" were immersed in the movie presented by the producer, and thus sympathized with the problems of non-violent protests and social conflicts through two-way communication between the audience and the actors. This study also confirms that epic reality in that it can selectively participate in the narrative of movies through questions about democracy in action. Besides, this study finds that the reality expressed in the interactive documentary deepens the audience's 'immersion', showing that the direction of the narrative can be determined by reflecting the opinions of the audience on an event or narrative of the movie. In this process, the audience was found to have the characteristics of being able to recognize and rediscover events in the movie as if they were close to them.

This study examines the concepts and characteristics of Interculturalism and extracts artistic expressions of intercultural characteristics shown in Nouvelle Danse and Non-Danse, which were the birthplace of the contemporary dance flow in Europe. The discussion and composition of these dances will be analyzed from an intercultural perspective by selecting three works by each choreographer representing Nouvelle Danse and Non- Danse. In doing so, we would like to examine what creative acceptance was achieved based on the values and understanding in the clash and encounter between different cultures in art. Dance and interculturalism emphasize exchanges and encounters between one's own culture and other cultures. In addition, it has the potential to contribute to dance studies through the humanistic perspective of dance, as it also contains issues about diversity and identity due to exchange between cultures at the center of globalization. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to read the artistic expressions of choreographers in Nouvelle d'Anse and Non-d'Anse through intercultural understanding with an in-depth understanding and to interpret them by adding multi-layered time to the study.

Comics uses words to convey its content and meaning, while the comic image conveys the content as a narrative function to represent how language is combined with the text. This paper makes a comparison and analysis of the comics of Japan and South Korea, in terms of words and image expression, narrative techniques, and the way of communication, to study the characteristics of image narrative. The comic image of Jing ke is the other as a flow of narrative and getting rid of the current screen, to resonate with the readers. Go U-yeong's comics and Sumeragi Natsuki's set up a virtual narrative time and space through the line, surface, space and shade, to realize the reproduction of unhistorical facts and the significance of narrative with the artist's imagination. Sumeragi Natsuki's comics uses historical facts to represent exquisite narrative like still-life paintings. She focuses on the description of the objective facts of history, to seek the sensitive comic image beyond reality. The image narration of Go U-yeong's comics is a clash between his historical narrative among the subjective romantic image and the readers' awareness narrative flow that they insist inside. Therefore, he tries to keep balance. The instant image in his comics is not a reproduction of the historical real moment, but a reproduction image of the reality reconstructed by his own pursuit of narrative.

Since the third inter-Korean summit, the inter-Korean summit in Pyongyang and the U.S.-North Korea summit in Singapore and Hanoi, denuclearization negotiations are under way that will determine the fate of the Korean Peninsula. However, the negotiations are stalled and some skepticism is expected due to the conflicting U.S.-North Korea stance over the terms of denuclearization. The reason why it is difficult to realize the complete denuclearization of North Korea is that there are a variety of variables such as the traditional security dilemma in Northeast Asia, the hegemonic competition between the U.S. and China, and the formation of a new cold-war system. At a turning point when three inter-Korean summits and three U.S.-North Korea summits were held in the wake of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, North Korea's complete denuclearization has become a must-do historical task for Northeast Asia and world peace beyond the Korean Peninsula. In this sense, the inter-Korean summit in Pyongyang is seen as a historic occasion for presenting a new milestone for the denuclearization of North Korea and the development of inter-Korean relations through the 9.19 Pyongyang Joint Declaration and the Military Agreement. Meanwhile, Constructivism, which has become the main paradigm of international political theory, presents the view that ideological variables such as ideology, history and culture define material factors, identity and interests of state actors, and that the structure of international relations can be changed through interaction. In this study, the historical meaning of the 9.19 Pyongyang Declaration, which is now past its first anniversary, was considered from a constructivist perspective. To this end, the development process of constructivism theory and analysis model and the development process of inter-Korean relations were briefly reviewed, and the military implications of the 9.19 Military Agreement were presented.

The movie content, which is more firmly established as the best popular art, is the main entertainment content that reflects the current trend based on the most common contents and consensus on the culture of the global community. However, since modern films are more sensitive to popular tastes that appeal to amusement and stimulating emotions, reduction of opportunities for intellectual pleasure through appreciation of artistic expressions is inevitable and unavoidable. In this paper, however, we try to analyze the symbolic meaning of the short in the film, to grasp the inner nature of the film projected in the film, and ultimately to express the theme message. Effective symbolism exposes emotions to create moods and moods, and to express deeply with the audience, expressing the inner psychological state and will of the person. By conveying the meaning behind the surface image to the audience unconsciously, it is possible to transmit the message intentionally more effectively and strongly. This study examines several evolutionary and alternative aspects of the system of existing education and suggests a more specific approach to the development of recent education that has evolved to the recent service economy era and a new approach to the human capacity of the World Economic Forum (WEF). We propose a stage of education system. We will change the meaning and choice of the job according to the rapid development of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Future occupational education also needs to be changed according to the expectation that job movement will happen frequently. The new education requires a model to prepare for the phenomenon of various convergence as technology collapses with the existing culture. And a higher-level educational philosophy is needed for human competence and the environment to actually connect industrial and social issues. The purpose of this study is to show the necessity of introduction of New Service Learning as a new system of education for super mobility. New Service Learning can be divided into five concepts: Innovation, Modernity, Sustainability, Humanity, and Technology. In future research, it is necessary to complement the research by empirically analyzing the concept of New Service Learning.
