A Study on the Analysis of Performance for a Real-time Distributed Control System with Reliability (신뢰성 있는 실시간 분산제어 시스템의 성능분석에 관한 연구)

  • As the network technologies advance, the control systems progress from a centralized architecture to a distributed one. However, these control systems were designed mostly based on the general-purpose operating systems(OS) and have many problems for assurance of a real-time property required for plant processing fields. Therefore, the control systems far a plant process upon real-time OS hare been increased gradually. In this paper, the real-time OS emphasizes on the realization of real-time processing capability, reliability of real-time response, and multi-processing functionality which are prerequisites for a distributed control system. And on the basis of this OS, the number of executable loop and logic, the functions of main plant processing, was analyzed and its validity was also evaluated. The system in this paper was designed not to effect on processing data while online, and the time spent on switching was measured.

  • An optical modulator Ti:LiNbO$_3$optical waveguide and CPW electrode structure were fabricated. The optical modulator was packaged using components such as ferrules, dirmy LN block and glass, vibration and shock absorbption pad, and alumina feeder through processings of pigtailing. Au wire bonding, epoxing, SMA connecting, sealing. The electrical and optical characteristics were measured after packaging. The electrical properties of S$_{21}$ and S$_{11}$ were obtained as 9.8 GHz at -3 dB and -8.9dB at 14.4GHz, respectively. Optical waveguide prepared met requirements for a single mode at a 1550nm wavelength range. Insertion loss was 4.3dB at room temperature after packaging, and was varied 4.3~6.4dB at various temperatures, 5~45$^{\circ}C$. E-O bandwidth measurement showed 3dB optical response at 7.8GHz, which means that it is applicable for 10Gbps optical communicationon

  • 가스센서는 사내 및 산업 환경에서의 유독성 또는 폭발성 가스 검출, 환경 모니터링, 질병 진단 등 매우 다양한 응용분야에서 큰 관심을 가지고 있다. 반도체 금속산화물(SMOs) 기반의 센서 분야에서는 이들의 감도 및 선택성을 향상시키기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이는 센서의 선택성을 부여하게 되면 다양한 가스들이 존재하는 환경에서도 검출자가 원하는 가스만의 응답을 얻을 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 MOF(Metal-Organic Framwork) 기반 멤브레인으로 ZIF-8(Zeolitic Imidazolate Frameworks 구조들 중 하나) 멤브레인 쉘 층을 이용하여 ZnO 나노선에 형성하였다. ZnO 나노선은 VLS공정 (Vapor-Liquid-Solid)을 이용하여 패턴된 전극을 갖는 $SiO_2$-grown Si 웨이퍼 상에 성장되었고, 성장된 ZnO 나노선은 2-methyl imidazole과 methanol이 포함된 고용체에 넣고 폐쇄된 압력용기 속에서 가열시켜 얻게 된다. 이렇게 얻어진 ZIF-8@ZnO 나노선의 ZIF-8 멤브레인은 분자 체 구조(molecular sieving structure)를 갖게 되며, 이들의 pore 크기는 약 $3.4{\AA}$을 갖는다. 따라서 이보다 더 큰 동적 직경을(kinetic diameter) 갖는 가스 종은 이 멤브레인을 통과할 수 없음을 나타내므로 제작된 시편은 $H_2$(kinetic diameter : $2.89{\AA}$), $C_7H_8$(kinetic diameter : $5.92{\AA}$), 그리고 $C_6H_6$(kinetic diameter : $5.27{\AA}$) 가스들을 각각 사용함으로써 ZIF-8@ZnO 나노선의 센서 특성을 조사했으며, 보다 정확한 비교를 위해 순수한 ZnO 나노선 역시 동일한 조건에서 측정되었다. 결과를 통해, 수소 가스를 제외한 다른 가스들에 대해서는 반응을 하지 않고, 오직 수소 가스에 대해서만 반응을 나타냈으며, 순수 ZnO 나노선의 수소 감응도보다 낮은 감응도를 나타내었다. 이는 멤브레인 쉘 층을 형성함으로써 ZnO 나노선의 표면적이 감소해 가스 분자와의 접촉점을 감소시키기 때문이라고 판단된다. 이와 같은 MOF 멤브레인의 캡슐화 전략은 가스센서뿐 아니라 바이오 센서 및 광촉매 등과 같은 이온 선택성을 필요로 하는 다양한 응용분야에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The Analysis of the Korean Middle School Students' Responses to Chemistry Problems Under the 6th National Curriculum in the Third International Mathematics and Science Study-Repeat (TIMSS-R) (제3차 수학 · 과학 성취도 국제 비교 반복 연구(TIMSS-R) 중 제6차 교육과정상의 화학 문항에 대한 우리 나라 중학생의 응답 분석)

  • In this study, the chemistry achievement of the Korean 8th grade students in the Third Inter-national Mathematics and Science Study-Repeat(TIMSS-R), which was administered internationally in 1999,was analyzed. By the 6th national curriculum, 31 chemistry problems were selected from the categories of 'classification of matter', 'structure of matter', 'chemical reactivity and transformations', 'physical properties and physical changes of matter', 'heat and temperature', 'subatomic particles', 'pollution', 'scientific method',and 'scientific measurements' among the total 143 problems. Based on the analysis of the percentage of cor-rectness on each problem, the weak and strong points of the 6th curriculum were discussed. The implications for the development of national curriculum and textbook are suggested.

A Study on the Photo-Degradation Properties of the Spiropyran Using THz-TDS (테라헤르츠 시간 영역 분광법을 이용한 스피로파이란의 광 퇴화 특성 연구)

  • The spiropyran is a typical material having photodegradation properties in the process of photochromism. The spiropyran has been utilized in various applications such as optical switch, optical memories, and biosensor because of its remarkable stability, fast responsive time, stronger color change, and photo-induced controllability. However, the spriropyran is photodegraded by the repetitive optical irradiation. The photodegradation of spiropyran have been investigated by using UV-Visible spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and Raman spectroscopy. Herein, the properties of spiropyran were characterized by using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) in the terahertz frequency region. In terahertz region, the measured absorbance of spiropyran was increased due to the photodegradation induced by the repetitive UV irradiation. The absorbance tendency of spiropyran in the terahertz frequency region was compared with that in the visible region, and they were completely opposite to each other.

  • The In doped ZnO(ZnO:In)thin films sensitive to $NH_3$ gas were prepared by the double layer depositions of In film by vacuum evaporation and ZnO film by rf magnetron sputtering method onto a $SiO_2$/Si wafer substrate, and subsequent heat treatment process. The structural and electrical characteristics of the ZnO:In thin films were studied as a function of heat treatment temperature by x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and 4 point probing method. And the dependence of the sensitivity, the selectivity and the time response of the thin films on heat treatment temperature was investigated. The thin film heat-treated at $400^{\circ}C$ showed the highest sensitivity of 140% at an operating temperature of $300^{\circ}C$. The sensitivity towards CO, $NO_x$, gases observed in the same temperature.

  • 과거 1990년대에 인터넷 이용이 전 세계로 확산되면서 World Wide Web를 이용하여 다양한 웹 서비스 기술의 구현 및 유통은 현재에도 개발되고 있다. 일반적으로 오늘날의 서비스는 XML 및 인터넷을 통하여 웹 서비스로 구현한 응용프로그램간의 연동을 가능하게 하는 기반기술이다. 이는 단순 객체 접근 프로토콜(SOAP), 웹 서비스 기술 언어(WSDL), 전역 비즈니스 레지스트리(UDDI) 등의 표준 기술을 사용하여 네트워크에 연결된 다른 컴퓨터 간의 분산 컴퓨팅을 지원하는 소프트웨어 및 기술이다. 이러한 웹 서비스의 발전으로 웹 서비스의 성능이 웹 서비스 제공자의 성패를 좌우하게 되고, 제공하고 있는 웹 서비스에 대한 검증이 필요하게 되었다. 웹 서비스에 대한 검증은 미국 Bloor NA(Bloor Research-North America)에서 웹 서비스 아키텍처의 단점을 발표하여 서비스의 품질과 신뢰성 및 개선점에 대하여 제시되어 활발한 연구가 진행 중에 있다. 그러나 사용자 관점에서 웹 서비스의 성능을 측정하고, 단순한 서비스 제공자의 서비스 검증 목적만이 아닌 서비스 제공자의 성능을 서비스 사용자에게 제공하는 검증 방법에 관한 연구가 많지 않은 실정이다. 하천공간정보에 대하여 웹 서비스 방식 중 통신 프로토콜인 HTTP 등을 이용한 인터넷상의 메시지 교환을 가능하게 하는 통신 프로토콜인 SOAP 및 WWW와 같은 분산 하이퍼미디어 시스템을 위한 소프트웨어 아키텍처의 한 형식인 REST(Representational State Transfer)를 실행하여 이에 따른 검증 프로세스를 수립하였다. 하천공간정보 웹 서비스에 대한 테스트 시나리오는 응답시간, 임계성능, 이용가능성, 신뢰성 및 접근성에 대하여 검증하며 하나 이상의 웹 서비스들 간의 호환성 표준의 준수 여부와 상호 운용 가능 여부를 테스트 하는 상호운용성 테스트, 신뢰성 메시징 및 분산 환경에서의 트랜잭션 처리 성능을 검증하는 웹 서비스 프로세스 품질 테스트를 실시하는 방안을 도출하고자 한다.

The Analysis of Preservice Teachers' Perception of TPACK (TPACK에 대한 예비 교사의 인식 분석)

  • The aim of this study was to measure preservice teachers' perceptions of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). The researcher analyzed responses on the TPACK scale of 307 students in A University located in Chungcheongbuk-do. During the statistical analysis, IBM SPSS 21 program was used to implement Independent Samples T-test, One-way Analysis of Variance, and Multiple Regression Analysis (Enter method). The results are as follows. First, for the mean difference by gender, the mean of female students was higher than that of male students in Pedagogical Knowledge, Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Technological Pedagogical Knowledge, and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge. Second, for the mean difference by grade level, the mean of the 1st, 3rd and 4th graders was higher than that of the 2nd graders in the Content Knowledge at a statistically significant level. Third, toward Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Pedagogical Knowledge of .11 beta value, Pedagogical Content Knowledge of .11 beta value, and Technological Pedagogical Knowledge of .715 beta value were found to be statistically significant predictors. Finally, the researcher discussed development of the TPACK implementation manual and workbook and provision of various technology practice opportunities.

A Study on the NOx Reduction According to the Space Velocity Variation and Binder Content of Metal foam SCR Catalyst for Cogeneration Power Plant Application (열병합발전소 적용을 위한 Metal foam SCR촉매의 공간속도와 바인더 함량에 따른 NOx 저감에 관한 연구)

  • To develop a high performance SCR catalyst which has better specific surface area, lightness of weight and fast temperature response than those of existing commercial SCR catalyst, metal foam type SCR catalysts were prepared by washcoating with vanadium, tungsten and binder. The de-NOx performance test of the prepared catalysts was carried out on atmospheric micro-test unit at lab. scale according to space velocity variation and temperature change, and the characteristics of them were analyzed by Porosimeter, SEM(scanning electron microscope), EDX(energy dispersive x-ray spectrometer), ICP(inductively coupled plasma) and Stereomicroscope. The NOx reduction performance decreased as the space velocity increased and was found to be the best at 3.5 wt.% contents of the vanadium and tungsten. It was found that the larger amount of binder was added, the worse the NOx reduction performance was, which was considered to be that the number of active sites of the prepared catalyst surface was occupied by the binder. We found that the amount of binder to be added to prepare the catalyst should be properly controlled by the condition of coated catalyt surface.

Entrepreneurial Orientation of Owner Managers and Innovation Performance of Firms : Focusing on mediation effect of user innovation (소유경영자의 혁신지향성과 혁신성과: 수요자 혁신의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study is designed to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship orientation of owner managers on product innovation performance through user innovation participation by using Korea Innovation Survey 2014 (KIS 2014) conducted by STEPI (Science and Technology Policy Institute). The findings show that entrepreneurial orientation of owner managers measured by a proxy variable of ownership ratio has positive relationship with innovation performance of firms. They also present that user innovation activity has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the entrepreneurial orientation of owner managers and innovation performance of firms. This study suggests that the higher the entrepreneurial orientation of the owner manager, the higher the innovation performance. The innovation performance can be intensified when the open innovation strategy is implemented through the user participation.
