디지털 사이니지의 위치기반 서비스 기술의 현황 및 전망

  • 최근 디지털 사이니지 분야는 광고분야의 한정적 매체 특성을 벗어나 첨단 기술과 서비스 콘텐츠를 결합하여 다양한 분야에서 새로운 형태의 매체로 변화하고 있다. 특히, 광고 업계의 침체와 기존 단순 영상 송출의 한계를 증강현실, 동작인식, 다양한 매체간 목적성 연동, 위치기반 맞춤형 서비스 등을 제공하며 융합적, 결합적 서비스 매체로 진화하고 있다. 2000년대 초 디지털 사이니지의 국내 보급은 국외를 포함해서 보급이 매우 빨랐다. 디지털 사이니지는 광고 목적으로 시작됐지만, 외형적 성장 속도에 비해 매체를 통해 제공되는 콘텐츠, 서비스, 운용 기술 및 S/W 개발 등의 질적 성장은 상대적으로 소극적이었다. 그러나 최근 아시아를 중심으로 한류 열풍이 확산되면서 K-POP, 화장품, 의류, 바이오 등 산업을 중심으로 디지털 사이니지의 수요가 증가하는 추세이며, IT와 융복합되면서 교육, 정보 제공, 예술분야에 적극 활용됨에 따라 국내 디지털 사이니지 산업이 새로운 전기를 맞고 있다. 특히, 위치 기반 서비스는 2000년 후반 차량용 네비게이션 시장을 시작으로 현재 스마트폰에 기본으로 장착되면서 이제는 서비스 전분야에 직/간접적으로 활용되는 다양한 기술이 개발되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같이 디지털 사이니지는 첨단 기술과 결합하여 다양한 형태의 지능적 처리 능력을 이용함으로써 현재 광범위하게 사용되는 위치 기반 기술과 서비스를 결합한 새로운 매체 인프라로 생활 공간에서 급속히 확산되고 있다. 본고에서는 현재 뜨거운 화두가 되고 있는 디지털 사이니지와 위치 기반 기술의 기술 및 시장 현황을 살펴보고, 기술 및 서비스 융복합에 따른 앞으로의 디지털 사이니지 분야와 결합된 위치 기반 서비스의 미래를 전망해 본다.

A Study on Convergence system of IT Technology and Exercise Rehabilitation (IT기술과 운동재활의 융복합 체계 연구)

  • Recently, the technology and services make progress in IT sector to facilitate the rehabilitation, as well as the exercise that aims to promote the health. To provide the opportunity for new services, various challenges have to be fulfilled, including the blurring boundaries among industries, spread of new technologies, and various demands. Seizing on this opportunity, the fusion and convergence have been accelerated. The trends towards the fusion and convergence are inherent in content industry and spreading to other sectors, which makes the cultural desire of customers fulfilled in a more diverse manner. In particular, the research has been conducted, using the game, in the new technology cultural contents which have shown noticeable fusion and convergence between IT and exercise rehabilitation areas. Such games can be classified into the motion-based game, serious game, and virtual reality game. Those game contents are forming the market fast based on the contents for education, sports, exercise rehabilitation, healthcare, etc., and have very great potential for growth. This study is intended to analyze the fusion and convergence system of exercise rehabilitation through those games and present a direction for future development.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the management performance of the companies in the auto parts production requirements of new management techniques ISO9001 quality management system requirements for management innovation perspective in convergence age. For this purpose, we conducted a survey visiting the auto parts manufacturers. The results were as follows. First, among the details of the four key requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management systems in small and medium component suppliers, managers and responsible resource management showed a positive impact on business performance. In addition, based on the results of the investigation of the differences by grade, the higher rank group executive responsibilities, sub-grade group showed a low awareness of the quality management according to ISO 9001. This will contribute to establishing the guidelines and Improvement Consulting Strategies to improve productivity in small and medium automotive rubber bellows automotive parts production.

A Study on the Convergence of CATV Networks for Ultra High Speed Internet Service (초고속 인터넷 서비스를 위한 CATV 망의 융복합 연구)

  • The broadcasting communications service will accelerate its development with the convergence of broadcasting media and internet service. In the field of CATV network related technology, only those service providers will be able to survive in future, and they can combine available services in the most effective and economical way. This research aims to explain the CATV status of Korea and China and its technology trends. It also analyzes CMC(Cable Modem Concentrator) technology, suggested as one of the high-speed internet technology. CMC technology has the advantages of enhancing the transmission speed while using the existing basic structure of HFC network and expanding service area by adding amplifiers within CMC. The distance between coaxial cables is getting shorter with more concentrated areas in large cities in Korea. However, in China, the demand for long distance transmission service is increasing. CMC technology satisfies both short and long distance service subscribers without any geographical limitations. With these advantages, CMC technology is expected to generate lots of economic benefits if applied for the CATV network in the area of China, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

  • As a result of growth of digital music market in Korea, Creator's rights and interests have been at the heart of the debate in terms of legal system. In the music industry, digital music revenue has now overtaken records sales and compared to download service it is now clear that music streaming and subscription is mainstream model in the rise of the worldwide market of digital music. This trend is also indentical to the domestic and withholding regulations for music service and creator's rights and interests have become an ever growing issue. Ministry of Culture, Sports ad Tourism decided the revision of withholding regulations for the digital music service in 2013. The amendment is to change its policy of charging music service from the flat rate pricing to a usage-based system. This paper brought forward some disputable points such as fair division of profit, reasonable pricing for consumers etc. about the revision. Therefore, improvement of system and change in the perception of such copyrights are still required for both the encouragement of creator's activities and the high consumer satisfaction.

  • The global game market is growing evenly across a variety of platforms, but in the Korean game market is a decline in growth rates on PC and mobile platforms, which account for more than 80% of the total Korean game market, which requires an alternative. In this study, propose a multi-platform launch of IP-based games as a way to increase the growth rate of the Korean game market. It has been analyzed that multi-platform launch methods can be divided into Stand-alone Multi-platform method, Interlocking multi-platform method, and Upgrade-interlinking Multi-platform method, respectively, and the effect of expanding, providing more satisfactory game play environment and preventing them from escaping to competitive games. Given the limited case analysis in this study, further studies are needed to propose more effective multi-platform utilization measures.

  • This study investigated the perception of beauty-agriculture convergence industry for businesses in senary industries in Jeju Special Self-governing Province. Currently this area is in the stage right before the suggestion of a convergence-based win-win industrial development model. The ultimate goal is to provide basic data to beauty-agriculture convergence industries. Agricultural products are used as main ingredients in the cosmetics industry and recently, farmers have been focusing on certain areas of the beauty industry, such as the internal production of beauty products and the attraction of customers. According to a comparative analysis on the beauty-agriculture convergence industry between employees and non-employees, a statistically significant difference was found in the following: Possibility of creating high profits, personal interest in the beauty industry and the possibility of utilizing natural resources. In terms of the reasons for beauty-agriculture convergence industry development potential such as added value, leading industry, product competitiveness, aesthetic lifestyle and market size, as well, a significant difference was found. In the perception of the necessity of government supports such as financing, facilities, technology, education and PR marketing, no significant difference was observed. Since creative and diverse contents are needed for beauty-agriculture convergence, high-quality technical support and continuous education are essential. Therefore, diverse government supports including funds and facilities are needed.

  • 2007년 애플의 아이폰 출시 이후에 본격적으로 터치센서 시장이 성장하면서, 최근에는 스마트폰 뿐만 아니라 태블릿 PC, 노트북 PC, AIO(All-in-One)-PC 및 DID(Digital Information Display) 등 각종 디스플레이 제품으로 응용이 확대되고 있다. 터치패널 시장은 장기적으로 이러한 IT 제품을 넘어 자동차 시장과 같은 타 분야로 확대될 잠재력이 높다. 터치센서 기술은 슬림화, 경량화, 다기능화 등을 지향하는 고기능화 전략과 시장지배력을 확보하기 위한 저가격화 전략이 상충되면서 단일 전극층 터치센서, 플랙시블 터치센서, 내장형 터치센서, 대면적 터치센서, 지문인식 및 디지타이저 등이 내재화된 다기능 융/복합 터치센서의 개발이 촉진될 것으로 예측된다. 본고에서는 이러한 터치센서 기술동향과 산업동향을 기술하고자 한다.

A Study on the Utilization of Intellectual Property Rights Convergence in Mobile Games through Market Analysis (시장분석을 통한 모바일게임 융복합 지식재산권 활용 연구)

  • In this study, look into the future prospects of mobile games produced using IP, in the domestic market and to present more effective IP selection criteria when producing new mobile games using IP. To this end, classified IP-enabled mobile games and analyzed IPs used for IP-enabled mobile games by each type for games that are located in the top 200 in sales ranking of Google Play Store. According to the analysis, the mobile game using IP has shown significant performance in terms of sales performance, and the trend will continue in 2020. It was analyzed that 'Game' types of IP using games(based on domestic games) can achieve the highest sales results. Since the success of a game affects a variety of factors other than IP, further research is needed in more diverse ways on the impact of IP on the success.

  • The The government has recently announced its mid- to long-term plans for promoting art. With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution, contemporary art contents that are integrated with Intelligent Information Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR), and Big Data are being introduced, and social interest in humanities and creative convergence is rising. In addition, the industrialization of the art market is expanding amid the rising popularity of art among the general public and the growing interest of art as an investment replacement system, along with the strengthening of the creative personality education of our Education Ministry. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a strategy for transparency and revitalization of the art market by providing comprehensive information such as search functions, analysis data, and criticism by writer and price. This paper has established an information system plan for the establishment of an online supply system for art transaction information, providing auction transaction information for art market, providing report and news for art market, providing public relations platform, and providing art market analysis service and membership relationship management service. To this end, the future model was established through environmental analysis and focus analysis of the art market, and strategic tasks and implementation plans were established accordingly.
