현장탐방 - 신세계 동대구역 복합환승센터

  • 동대구역 복합환승센터는 교통과 상업시설이 복합 개발되는 국내 첫 프로젝트로서 KTX, 도시철도, 고속 시외버스 등 모든 대중교통을 한곳에서 갈아탈 수 있는 원스톱 환승체계 구축은 물론 쇼핑, 문화, 컨벤션, 테마파크 등 복합문화 시설이 융합된 대구 경북지역의 랜드마크다. 12월 15일 동대구역 신세계백화점 오픈과 함께 준공 예정인 동대구역 복합환승센터는 동남권의 신교통 중심지이자 지역사회 활성화 등 새로운 미래를 여는 기폭제라는 의미에서 대구 시민뿐만 아니라 전국에서도 관심을 모으고 있다. 이 복합환승센터가 완공되면 직접고용 6천여명에 간접고용 포함 1만8천여개의 일자리 창출에 기여할 것으로 전망돼 대구시 전체 경제에 미치는 영향은 생산유발효과 2조4천억원, 부가가치 유발효과 4조2천억원에 달할 것으로 기대된다. 150여개의 백화점과 이마트의 풍부한 시공 노하우로 미래를 선도하는 신세계건설이 종합시공을, 쾌적한 환경 조성으로 삶의 질 향상에 적극 앞장서는 (주)우진아이엔에스(대표 홍평우 손광근)가 주요 기계설비를 시공하고 있다. 본지는 백화점 오픈 및 복합환승센터 준공을 위해 마무리작업에 박차를 가하고 있는 신세계건설 문길남 상무(현장소장)와 이종국 기계설비 부장, (주)우진아이엔에스 전명규 현장소장을 만났다.

  • 본 논문은 최근 울산항만에 물류 차량과 사람이 충돌하는 위험이 수반되어 특별 안전대책에 따라 사각지대 없는 안전관리 체계의 일원으로 차별화된 울산항만과 선박 사이의 스마트 안전 정류장 구축과 이를 연계한 인공지능 기반의 무인 자율 이송 트램을 구현하는 프로젝트이다. 플랫폼 기반의 하드웨어로 각종 사물에 센서와 통신 기능을 내장하여 인터넷에 연결하는 사물인터넷(IoT)와 안드로이드 기반의 앱으로 사물인터넷에서 측정된 정보를 제공하거나 스마트 정류장과 연계하여 안전하게 이동할 수 있도록 서비스를 제공하며 이를 위해서 사물인터넷(IoT)을 분석한 데이터 정보는 인공지능 기반의 무인 자율 이송 트램의 사고를 방지하기 위해 꼭 필요하다.

  • 2022 개정 교육과정에서 정보과 융합 선택 과목인 소프트웨어와 생활이 신설되었다. 교과의 '가치를 창출하는 소프트웨어' 단원은 소프트웨어 스타트업의 프로젝트 수행 과정에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 소프트웨어 구현능력을 성취 기준으로 제시하고 있다. 그러나, 고등학생 대상 소프트웨어 스타트업 교육 방법에 대한 국내연구가 거의 없어 교과용 도서 개발에 어려움을 주고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2022 개정 교육과정과 소프트웨어 스타트업 교육에 대한 국외 연구를 분석하여 고등학생 대상 소프트웨어 스타트업 교육의 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 내용은 소프트웨어와 생활 교과용 도서를 개발하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • The new STEAM program suggested in this paper aims at helping students to have interest in information security engineering experts and to design their career creatively through the project on future promising career. The program was designed to help teachers and students understand the jobs and capabilities required for information security experts through direction and execution of the information security expert project. Teaching tools of information security through simulation hacking play activities based on hexagon cell is designed to provide students with the chance to indirectly experience the job of a computer security expert through an unplugged education. Because the content of cyber security is unfamiliar and difficult to understand, the program is designed to allow students to access the key principle of the job, rather than to describe the technical part. Using this program, students will be able to communicate with each other to solve the problems, to have interest in computer security experts, and to design their careers in a creative manner.

  • The purpose of this study is to enhance the quality of APEC Edutainment Exchange Program (AEEP) that was developed for Korean multicultural students and implemented in Philippines. Based on literature review and data analysis, we designed and developed edutainment-based contents for their team projects. The participants of the AEEP which was carried out between Aug 12th and 19th in 2012 were 34 elementary and secondary school students with program coordinators. Data collection included survey, video, interview, report and episodes. The data analysis of AEEP activities revealed the features of global experiential learning and edutainment in the K-pop and cooking projects where the Korean-Philippino students exchanged their cultural activities with joyful cooperation. The data also confirmed the Korean students' positive changes toward multi-cultural understandings and attitudes.

  • Since the 21st century a free-form building has been noticeably constructed. Now the definition "the monumental architecture is a free-form one." has come to be established. As a free-form building became a landmark of the city and a factor rising a value of the building all around the world, it is currently required to consider a more efficient design process. Therefore this research aims to learn approaches of the lasting free-form design process by considering the design process of Dongdaemun Design Plaza(DDP) designed by 'Zaha Hadid' that is a typical free-form building of Korea and the correlation between the design in the conceptual stage and the BIM(Building Information Modeling) design in practical stage.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the practical effectiveness of the constructivism education theory in building information modeling (BIM)/integrated project delivery (IPD) collaboration education by determining education methods that are most relevant to collaboration in the interaction process. We propose a BIM training model that enhances students' satisfaction in class and collaboration. We aim to identify interrelationships between BIM collaboration education and constructivism theories, examining constructivism methods in BIM/IPD classes to discern which are the most suitable for improving and enhancing collaboration and the proposed education model.

  • Projects applying the CDM methodology AM0035 of the $SF_6$ Emission Reductions in Electrical Grids should provide direct monitoring of all the key parameters that are related to estimation of baseline and project emissions including detailed explanations of key operating conditions and procedures, and an explanation addressing uncertainty as the result of EB meeting 41. Through this study, recovery ratio during maintenance, purity of $SF_6$ before and after disposal, replacing, loss rate of $SF_6$ before and after reclamation, leakage emission from electricity consumption and fossil fuel combustion, considered conservatively the key parameter of various monitoring. Consequently, confirmed the reduction in the amount of reduction due to the baseline emission decrease, project emission increase.

  • Regional airborne magnetic survey is very cost-effective mapping tool. Magnetic anomaly maps have abundant information, which are an important tool for understanding the geological evolution and mineral exploration. For this reason, the governments of many countries have made significant investment in the acquisition of airborne geophysical data over many decades. KIGAM (Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources) began nationwide airborne magnetic mapping programme in 1982, and completed in 2017. The obtained magnetic data was reprocessed and magnetic database was built in 2018. In addition, the magnetic anomaly map of Korea with a scale of 1:1,000,000 was published. In this paper, we introduced a new magnetic anomaly map of Korea through describing the changing survey parameters during data acquisitions and history of data processing.

Implications and Roles of Blockchain for Smart City (스마트도시에서 블록체인이 갖는 함의와 그 역할)

  • Modern cities are changing to 'smart cities' dramatically with the introduction and development of the fourth industrial revolution technologies. Among these technologies blockchain is unique because it not only embraces technological innovation but also societal revolution. Therefore, blockchain is expected to play a pivotal role for contributing comprehensive development of smart city. The current research and policy atmosphere in Korea, however, is that blockchain is just a new technology and its broader impacts are overlooked. This study argues that blockchain has significant effects on smart cities not only from technological perspectives but also from social, economic, institutional, governmental perspectives. Further, this study suggests three categories that blockchain can help the development of smart city: technology, socio-economic, and governance, with examples of existing blockchin projects. However, these projects have been builting separately without any interaction under the common hood of 'smart city'. To emhance influences of blockchain on smart cities in positive ways, private companies, policy maker, and citizend are supposed to consider and discuss about publi sector's blockchain that is commonly used in at the smart city level.
