The femto fusion technology refers to not only the technology for femtosecond($10^{-15}$ second) laser and but also the fusion technology of its application. This technology is comparable to the nano technology, the extreme technology on the space, and is of extreme time-domain technology. Now, we need to develop the hyperfine and high-precision femto fusion process technology which allows to miniaturize and highly integrate the products of mobile, semiconductor and display industries, the national main focusing growth industries. However, The femtosecond laser fabrication technology is essential in the development of fusion technology, but only a few of domestic researchers can handle the former. Under this condition, our government plans to develop the "femto fusion technology infrastructure project" as one of the ICT research infrastructure. So the purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of this project. We applied AHP(analytic hierarchy process) for this study. The final result shows that all the repondent's score is over 0.55 and the aggregated score is 0.846. And as a consequence, we can conclude that to do this project is feasible.

The purpose of this study was to examine validity of developed Logo-Autobiography for College students (LAC). The LAC was developed based on Frankl's logotherapy and Logo-Autobiography program for middle-aged women. Eleven college students participated in 6 sessions of LAC after 3 psychiatric nurse practitioners confirmed content validity of the program. Focus group interviews were conducted to identify participation experiences and to examine validity of the program sessions. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis method. A total of 9 themes were emerged from the data; 1)Realizing my existence, 2)Discovering my uniqueness of existence, 3)Thinking my future, 4)Experiences of encounter, 5)My uniqueness, 6)Experiences of successful coping, 7)Realizing freedom of attitude choice, 8)Needs of self-transcendence, and 9)Discovering my existence. The emerged 9 themes were all evaluated to be consistent with the objectives and topics of each session. We suggest a randomized experimental study to examine effects of LAC on college students' mental health.

The feasibility evaluation of public projects has been carried out mainly in the economic analysis. However, items of political, technological and balanced regional development aspects are further evaluated by applying analytic hierarchy process, This paper suggests to analyzes preliminary feasibility study of construction and research & development project during the past three years and to verify correlation between B/C ratio and AHP weight. The result shows that the correlation between cost benefit ratio and the weight of the hierarchy is 0.744 in construction projects and 0.899 in research & development project. Namely, AHP weight be under the control of B/C ratio and is devoted to its role against expectation. Therefore it must be sufficiently discussed in various designs of studies to maximize the effects of AHP analysis.

This study was conducted to test the assessment validity and examine the cut-off scores for driving risk as a part of the Self-report Assessment Forecasting Elderly Driving Risk (SAFE-DR) development project. The 132 senior drivers were categorized as either risky of 58 or safe of 74 drivers through the Drivers 65 Plus. Based on this initial assessment, we analyzed the risk prediction cut-offs. Furthermore, we tested the construct, content, and predictive validity. The cut-off score for the prediction of driving risk was found to be 74.5 points. The positive predictive value was 88.6%, and the negative predictive value was 86.3% about the cut-off score, signifying an excellent level of discrimination. Convergent validity, nomological validity, and content validity were found to be appropriate. Therefore, this study confirms that SAFE-DR is an appropriate assessment that can be used to screen dangerous elderly drivers.

Korea Meteorological Administration has promoted the next generation urban and rural smart weather service project. The purpose of this project is to provide the necessary information to urban and rural districts by using the subdivided meteorological information. This study attempts to assess the value of the next generation urban and rural smart weather service project by using contingent valuation method. According to estimating result, annual mean willingness to pay per household for the next generation urban and rural smart weather service project is 2,947 won.

The purpose of this study was to explore the prerequisites for securing the convergence validity of qualifications and the development of a lifelong education support system for the disabled. The research method consisted of the procedure of collecting and analyzing previous research literature and conducting expert meetings. The content of this study is based on the limitations and reflection of the current promotion of the qualification system for lifelong education professionals for the disabled, establishing the academic foundation and concept system for lifelong education for the disabled, designing a career development path for the professional competency of developing and operating the lifelong education curriculum for the disabled. Also, Restructuring of related institutions based on the curriculum for lifelong education for the disabled, and enhancement of qualification types for nurturing professionals for lifelong education for the disabled were suggested. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the value and function of qualifications are very important in the comprehensive category of developing a lifelong education support system for persons with disabilities, and conclusively, the viewpoint of university foundation and the application model for nurturing professionals for lifelong education for persons with disabilities should be reviewed.

This study was set up hypothesis "NCS recognition ➩ NCS training needs ➩ Performance of the NCS training". The survey was conducted to explore the need for Security-related NCS education at university and awareness of the NCS for Security Studies students. Results of analyzing the internal consistency, this study showed that ensure internal consistency is calculated Chronbach's Alpha coefficient of more than 0.8. Validation of the survey was investigated by secured Convergent validity and discriminant validity among the variables calculated all over the reference value. This study showed that the model is appropriate with results using the structural equation modeling to validate the research model The correlation analysis of this hypothesis was very high as calculated the standardization factor 0.726 and 0.870 for each relationship by hypothesis testing results.

본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명에서 가장 중요하게 대두될 수 있는 융합R&D정책에 대해 소셜 네트워크 분석을 통해 새로운 대안을 제시하려고 한다. 연구장비, 연구성과의 자료들을 활용하여 연구장비 네트워크 분석을 실시하여 융합R&D의 특성 및 구조분석을 실시하며, 연구장비 공동활용 및 다학제 협력연구를 통해 창출될 수 있는 새로운 융합R&D정책에 대한 접근을 시도하려고 한다. 나아가, 연구개발과 사업화 사이에서 더욱 중요한 역할을 할 수 있는 분석과학기술에 대한 정책적 플랫폼 구축관점 대한 시사점을 찾아내려고 한다. 이를 위해 계량적 접근과 비계량적 접근을 동시에 활용하여 연구주제에 대한 타당성을 확보할 것이며, 앞으로 미래산업 및 유망기술에 대한 전략적 선별에 있어 일부 근거를 제시해줄 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 우리나라 기초과학 및 기초과학인프라에 대한 발전적 정책방안과 융합연구 및 융합연구의 사업화에 대한 정책적 관점을 제시하도록 한다. 분석자료는 한국기초과학지원연구원(KBSI) 현황자료를 중심으로 살펴보며, 분석방법은 소셜네트워크분석(SNA:Socail Network Analysis)을 활용한다.

Recently, large-scale projects are required in the water resources sector considering safety and publicitythe due to uncertainty of securing water resources and changes in the ecological environment by climate change. Among these large-scale projects, the projects that fall under the preliminary feasibility study are determined by comprehensive analysis based on economic analysis, policy analysis, and balanced regional development analysis. However, most of the results of the preliminary feasibility study showed a tendency to depend heavily on economic analysis. For this reason, projects in non-metropolitan areas sometimes fail in the preliminary feasibility study. To supplement this point, the Korea Development Institute revised the standard guidelines for preliminary feasibility studies for water resources sector projects that place a high weight on policy feasibility analysis. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the cases of the preliminary feasibility study conducted previously and to suggest the direction of policy analysis in the preliminary feasibility study for water resources sector projects. For this, we analyze preliminary feasibility studies conducted for 18 years from 2002 to 2019, and suggest direction of policy analysis method using the benefit items not included in the economic analysis.

대학의 지역 공헌활동에 대한 역할 증대, 학령인구의 지속적 감소와 이에 따른 재정문제에 대비한 대학의 수익원 창출 노력 등, 대학을 중심으로 재정, 지역연계 역할, 정부 및 연구기관과의 활동 등 대학과 지역의 상호발전을 위한 현실적 과제가 증가됨에 따라 대학 스스로 내부자원을 활용한 발전계획을 기획하고 시행할 필요가 있다. 뿐만 아니라 중앙 또는 지방정부의 대학재정 지원 시, 이러한 활동의 표준을 정해보고 활동에 대한 측정 등을 할 수 있는 지표 설정이 필요하다. 기존 대학의 지역연계 활동과 성과지표 선정 등에 대한 다양한 보고서와 논문 등을 선행연구로 하고 대학 중심의 창업지원과제 등을 중심으로 대학을 중심으로 한 다양한 창업혁신활동 주체를 도출, 이들과의 협력관계에 대한 내용을 선별하고 이를 투입, 활동, 실적, 성과 등으로 구분하여 보았다. 활동 및 주체의 타당성 확보를 위해 학계, 창투사, 연구기관의 창업관련 다양한 전문가를 대상으로 측정변수에 대한 타당성 측정 및 AHP 분석을 통한 변수의 적합도를 분석하여 창업활동 주체 및 평가지표 등을 도출 하였다. 본 논문을 통하여 대학은 지역의 기업, 정부/공공기관, 연구기관, 투자기관 등과 협업 연계할 수 있는 주체간의 연관가능 활동과 해당 기관의 자원을 연계하여 지역발전에 기여할 수 있는 모델 및 이를 측정할 수 있는 지표 및 주요 내용을 도출 할 수 있었다.
