This study was conducted to check critical thinking disposition, academic self-efficacy, and self-directed learning ability, and to understand the effect on self-directed learning ability for nursing students. Data were collected from 268 nursing students in the 3rd and 4th grades of two universities. As a result of the study, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between critical thinking disposition, academic self-efficacy, and self-directed learning ability of nursing students. The factors affecting the self-directed learning ability of nursing students were critical thinking disposition, academic self-efficacy, major satisfaction, and personality disposition, which accounted for 68% of self-directed learning ability. Therefore, in order to improve self-directed learning ability, it will be improved if the critical thinking disposition can be improved through the curriculum, and academic self-efficacy and major satisfaction are increased by applying various teaching and learning methods and programs.

Recently, as education on the use of smart devices increases, there are many side effects such as dependence on smart devices, addiction, and decline of learning effects. This study analyzed the structural relationship between stress and stress coping to understand why dependence on smart devices occurs. Structural equation modeling using Amos was performed to verify the hypothesis. First, it was found that the higher the perceived stress of university students, the higher the stress coping. Second, the higher the active coping, the lower the dependence on smart devices, and the higher the passive coping, the higher the dependence. Third, it was found that there was a difference in the structural relationship according to mindfulness.

This paper presents an enhancement method of document restoration capability which is robust for security, loss, and contamination, It is based on two methods, that is, encryption and DnCNN(DeNoise Convolution Neural Network). In order to implement this encryption method, a mathematical model is applied as a spatial frequency transfer function used in optics of 2D image information. Then a method is proposed with optical interference patterns as encryption using spatial frequency transfer functions and using mathematical variables of spatial frequency transfer functions as ciphers. In addition, by applying the DnCNN method which is bsed on deep learning technique, the restoration capability is enhanced by removing noise. With an experimental evaluation, with 65% information loss, by applying Pre-Training DnCNN Deep Learning, the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) shows 11% or more superior in compared to that of the spatial frequency transfer function only. In addition, it is confirmed that the characteristic of CC(Correlation Coefficient) is enhanced by 16% or more.

This descriptive survey study identified the factors influencing the abiliy of healthcare perceived by high school students. The survey was conducted from May 7, 2020, to Sep. 17, 2020 for 119 high school students in City D. SPSS WIN 22.0 program was used to for t-test and one-way ANOVA with Pearson's correlation coefficients and hierarchical regression analysis. The ability of healthcare perceived by high school students had a static correlation with the sub-domains of family function, that is, family cohesion(r=.65, p<.001) and family adaptability(r=.54, p<.001). For male students(β=.17, p=.012), those who reported a high level of perceived health status showed a high level of ability of healthcare(β=.25, p<.001). Significant influencing factors on high school students' health management ability were identified as gender (β=.17), their own health status perception (β=.23), and family cohesion (β=.45), and the explanatory power of the model was 50%. appear. Further research is hereby suggested for validation of the mediating role and effects of health care education programs to improve the family function perceived by high school students, encourage their practicing of health care management and help them to enter into healthy adulthood.

Recently, with the widespread expansion of convergence based on digital connectivity, the transportation and mobility fields are rapidly changing, and research related to this is also diversifying. This study aims to analyze the research trends in the mobility field and identify key research areas and topics. Topic modeling analysis has been proved as a useful approach for analyzing the research trends. The abstracts of 142 research papers concerning mobility from the Korean academic citation index were analyzed, derived 9 research topics and linked to 6 key elements of research framework. The result showed that 'Advanced vehicle and transportaion technology' and 'Linkage and integrated services among means for mobility' were most actively studied research fields. It also found that research on insurance, law, regulation for securing user's safety and conflict-resolving with the existing industry has been conducted.

This study intends to analyze the learning effect of asynchronous online classes used in education fields around the world after the COVID-19 pandemic. To this end, we compared and analyzed the lecture evaluation and final exam questions of the HTML5 web programming course, which was conducted offline in 2019 and asynchronously online in 2020 due to COVID-19. As a result of the analysis, no significant difference was drawn between the two teaching methods in the lecture evaluation score and final exam score. However, contrary to concerns about the application of online classes to the entire curriculum, the lecture evaluation and final exam scores of the video-based online classes were high, suggesting the possibility that online classes could be more effective than offline classes if well organized and managed in the future.

This study was conducted to understand the degree of personality and interpersonal relationships among dental hygiene students. The survey was conducted from April 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021. As a result of the study, personality was 3.42 points and interpersonal relationships were 3.46 points. In general, there was a statistically significant difference in both personality and interpersonal subdomains in interpersonal satisfaction and college life satisfaction (p<.05, p<.001). The more experience they had in clinical practice, the lower their scores for friendship and professorship among interpersonal relationships. Among the sub-domains of personality, morality and sociality were analyzed as having the highest positive correlation (r=.674), and in interpersonal relationships, the relationship between friends and professors was analyzed as high (r=.606). Therefore, for the holistic growth of dental hygiene students as preliminary dental hygienists and their adaptation to the dental care field, a long-term strategy and continuous educational approach are needed at the university for cultivating character and interpersonal relationships, which are the basics. In addition, various programs related to the duties of dental hygienists should be developed and methods to be applied should be sought.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived stress, anxiety, depression of suicide ideation in nursing students. Data were collected from 224 nursing students in B city and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. The degree of suicide ideation in nursing students was 3.33±5.28. There were significant differences in suicide ideation with number of friend(F=4.114, p=.007). There was negative correlation between suicide ideation and perceived stress(r=.404, p<.001), anxiety(r=.480, p<.001), depression(r=.580, p<.001). The factors affecting suicide ideation of the study subjects were anxiety(β=.158, p=.040), depression(β=.463, p<.001), number of friend(β=.109, p=.044), with an explanatory power of 36.8%. Through the result of this study, it is necessary to development various education and program that can control the suicide ideation of nursing students.

This study seeks to find ways to improve the volunteer fire brigade as the role and importance of the voluntary fire brigade, which can prevent various disasters including fire at all times and respond most quickly in case of disaster, increases. As a result of analyzing and deducing the problems of the current legal, administrative, and financial aspects of the volunteer fire brigade for this study, first, as a legal improvement method, it is necessary to raise the status of the volunteer fire brigade mission, flexible operation of the garden, and increase the professionalism of education and training. should be improved Second, as an administrative improvement plan, it is necessary to reorganize the character of the volunteer fire brigade, expand its role as a regional disaster prevention leader, enhance the professionalism of the volunteer fire brigade selection process, and expand the number of volunteer fire brigade members through group membership rather than individuals. Third, as a financial improvement plan, it is necessary to introduce appropriate remuneration and severance pay for volunteer firefighters, and insurance to be covered in case of injury or injury.

As social problems related to the digital divide are increasing, the elderly are facing various problems as an information alienated group. In particular, there is a need to strengthen the ability to critically understand and accept information. In this study, using the 2020 media panel survey, the effects of digital literacy in the elderly on critical thinking disposition of information were analyzed, focusing on the moderating effect of need for cognition. As a results of the analysis, it was confirmed that the operational and the information skill had a positive effect on the critical thinking disposition of information. Also, as a result of analyzing the moderating effect of NFC(Need for Cognition), it was found that NFC strengthens the influence of operational skill and reduces the influence of information skill. This suggests that the digital literacy education for the elderly needs to change from strengthening accessibility to improving information judgment.
