IT융합 산업의 도약전략

  • 융합의 현상은 기술간, 디바이스간, 산업간 등으로 확장되고 있으며 그 유형도 매우 복잡하고 다양하다. IT융합도 기술의 발전과 함께 다양한 산업 곳곳으로 확산되며 정보화 사회를 넘어 모든 산업에 IT가 융합되는 지능기반(Smart) 사회로 IT산업의 패러다임이 변화하고 있다. 또한 IT융합 시장 규모도 점차 성장할 전망이다. 세계 IT융합 시장 규모가 2010년 1.2조 달러에서 2020년 3.6조 달러로 연평균 11.8%의 고성장이 전망되고 국내 IT융합시장 규모도 2020년에 1,237억 달러로 세계시장 성장률보다 높은 13%대의 성장을 예측했다. 이미 미국, EU, 일본 등 선진국들도 IT를 중심으로 산업간 융합전략을 추진하고 있다. IT융합은 자동차, 조선, 건설, 의료, 섬유 등 다양한 전통산업과 IT가 접목되어 새로운 혁신의 장을 만들고 있다. 우리 정부도 'IT융합 확산전략'을 발표하고 새로운 도전을 시작했다. 선진 일류국가 도약을 위해 IT산업 경쟁력을 기반으로 주력산업과의 융합을 촉진하여 신 시장을 개척해 나가야 한다. 정보통신산업 진흥원도 IT융합시대를 이끌 견인차가 되기 위해 2011년에 IT융합정책의 전략목표로 (1) IT융합 인식 확산 및 제도 개선 (2) 다양한 IT기술과 산업협력 모델 발굴 (3) 신 시장 창출을 통한 IT융합 확산 (4) 창의적 IT융합인재 양성을 선정했다. IT융합 전략의 성공적인 추진과 미래 산업사회의 요구를 충족시키기 위해 산업계의 목소리에 귀 기울이고 정부와 산업계를 잇는 가교 역할을 충실히 할 것이다.

The advent of big data and knowledge-based analysis began to have great significance in the field of strategic planning for information systems specially constructed. The organization factors that affect the strategic planning of information systems through the application and practical Many researchers, technology, environmental have been introduced specifically. Input factors that affect the planning of information systems of these. In this study, it found the elements of the communication mechanism that exists between information and factors, the process of when developing a plan for information systems, and to study its relevance and convergence.

  • 최근 급격한 기술변화와 함께 기술간 융합이 가속화되고 에너지 고갈과 고령화 진전에 따른 사회 경제 문제가 심화 되고 있다. 이러한 환경변화와 더불어 IT산업정책은 이제 IT산업 자체뿐만 아니라 전 산업과 경제사회의 당면과제를 해결하는 방향으로 선회가 필요한 시점이다. '뉴 IT전략'은 이러한 변화된 경제적 사회적 환경에서 IT산업이 치열한 글로벌 경쟁에서 살아남고 우리 경제의 지속적 성장동력이 되기 위해 마련한 IT산업의 새로운 성장전략으로서, IT산업 자체의 고도화를 바탕으로 전(全)산업과 IT가 융합하여 제조업을 고부가가치화시키고, 친환경 고령화 등 경제사회 문제해결에 IT산업이 기여하는 전략을 담고 있다. 기술간 산업간 융합을 통해 IT산업 성장의 한계를 극복하고 타산업 발전에 기여하는 '뉴 IT전략' 추진을 통해, 오늘의 경제 위기 상황을 극복하고 우리나라 산업 선진화에 핵심적 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다.

Effects of Interpretation Strategies and Consumers' Goals on Consumers' Response to Hybrid Products (해석 전략과 소비자 목표가 융합제품에 대한 소비자 반응에 미치는 영향)

  • Extending the findings of Rajagopal and Burnkrant (2009), this research examines the moderating role of consumers' goals (i.e., head category-relevant goal vs. modifier category-relevant goal) in the effects of two different interpretation strategies (i.e., relational interpretation vs. property interpretation) on product beliefs and attitudes toward hybrid products. In the current research, we make two predictions. First, we predict that both head category and modifier category beliefs will be higher under property interpretations than under relational interpretations in the modifier category-relevant goal priming conditions, whereas there will be no significant differences between each product category beliefs across the two interpretation conditions in the head category-relevant goal priming conditions. Second, we predict that attitudes toward hybrid products will be higher under property interpretations than under relational interpretations in the modifier category-relevant goal priming conditions, whereas there will be no significant differences between the attitudes toward hybrid products across the two interpretation conditions in the head category-relevant goal priming conditions. These predictions are tested and confirmed in two experiments. Finally, we discuss theoretical and practical implications of our findings and develop directions for future research.

The Study of Factors on Information System Success through Web Assimilation (웹 기술 융합을 통한 정보시스템 성공 요인)

  • This study examined that the assimilated web technologies can contribute to IS(information system) success. Through hierarchical regression analysis, the following findings are identified. First, top management championship, strategic investment rationale, and computer use and access affected web technology assimilation, and then web technology assimilation influenced on IS development success positively. Second, top management championship had more influence than other independent variables in strategies dimension of web technologies assimilation while strategic investment rationale did in activities dimension. Third, the strategies assimilation was more dominant than the activities assimilation for IS success. Thus it is concluded that IT including web technologies brings organizations a powerful business tool and high profit.

  • I studied on the application of creativity to reading instruction in this paper. Reading strategies and creative thinking skills are categorized. And these are incorporated in the time process of reading instruction. In pre-reading process, Using Prior Knowledge and Reasoning of reading strategies are used and these are incorporated in Fluency and Creativity of the divergent thinking skill. In reading process, Increasing Sensitivity to Text Elements with the Highest Information Load and Structuring and Recognizing Structures of reading strategies are used and these are incorporated in Flexibility and Creativity of the divergent thinking skill. In post-reading process, Reasoning of reading strategies are used and these are incorporated in Creativity of the divergent thinking skill and convergent thinking skill.

  • 기술집약적 산업의 급격한 기술혁신 속도 및 환경변화에 따른 기술수명 주기의 단축, 기술간 경쟁을 통한 시장지배력의 우위를 선점하기 위해 기술융합을 통한 연구전략 수립은 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 최근 4차 산업혁명 기반의 반도체산업이 이러한 예이며, 이와 같은 기술집약적 산업의 기술융합이 매우 중요해짐에 따라, 관련 전략수립을 위한 다양한 방법이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 기반의 논문 특허 분석을 통해 반도체산업의 플라즈마 기술이슈의 기술융합 동향 및 특허 동향 분석과 이를 통한 특허 전략 수립 사례를 제시하고자 한다.

Digital Convergence Teaching Strategy System using Spearman Correlation Coefficients (스피어만 상관계수를 이용한 디지털 융합 강의 전략 시스템)

  • Since educating digital convergence is to unite various sciences and technologies with computer as the central figure, it has different range and methods of education. Therefore, it has problems with recommending limited conceptual information because of difficulties to standardize education plan and teaching strategies. In this paper, I propose education plan and teaching strategy system by using Spearman correlation coefficients. This system is to find a solution against disadvantage of recommending limited conceptual information by ranking relations of teaching strategies from the information based on the demand of industrial and academic fields, and then provides lists of teaching strategy information suitable for user's atmosphere and characteristics. Performance test is to compare effects of precision and recall with existing service systems. The test shows 90.4% of precision and 77.6% of recall.

A Study on Modeling Framework of Convergence Business (융합 비즈니스 모델링 프레임워크에 관한 연구)

  • Compared to the wide spread of convergence in government and industries there are still lack of theoretical foundation and effective methodologies to successfully implement it. Especially, there are few remarkable results on the ideal types of convergence business model (BM) in both domestic and foreign researchers. In this paper we show theoretical types, strategic alternatives, and design steps of convergence BM could be developed based on '4WH1H model' which is a conceptual framework of a BM. 4W1H model includes 5 constituents of a BM, i. e., customer value, value proposition, operation, target market, and supply capability. We derive 5 theoretical types of convergence BMs depending on the focus of innovation, i.e., value, product, operation, market, and capability. After defining the constituents and types (i.e., structural aspects) of convergence BM, we also show a BM could be linked with business strategy by defining the interaction among 5 constituents (i.e., behavioral aspects) of convergence BM.

Combining Multiple Strategies for Sleeping Bandits with Stochastic Rewards and Availability (확률적 보상과 유효성을 갖는 Sleeping Bandits의 다수의 전략을 융합하는 기법)

  • This paper considers the problem of combining multiple strategies for solving sleeping bandit problems with stochastic rewards and stochastic availability. It also proposes an algorithm, called sleepComb(${\Phi}$), the idea of which is to select an appropriate strategy for each time step based on ${\epsilon}_t$-probabilistic switching. ${\epsilon}_t$-probabilistic switching is used in a well-known parameter-based heuristic ${\epsilon}_t$-greedy strategy. The algorithm also converges to the "best" strategy properly defined on the sleeping bandit problem. In the experimental results, it is shown that sleepComb(${\Phi}$) has convergence, and it converges to the "best" strategy rapidly compared to other combining algorithms. Also, we can see that it chooses the "best" strategy more frequently.
