기존의 ICT기술과 콘텐츠 융합을 통해 스마트 콘텐츠는 차세대 디지털 라이프의 필수적인 요소로 인식되면서 보조적인 요소에서 주도적인 요소로서 그리고 새로운 변화의 주요 동인으로 역할을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 기술의 저변에서 흐르고 있는 스마트화의 관점에서 스마트콘텐츠 요소기술 및 동향과 이를 기반으로 한 차세대 지역 스마트콘텐츠 산업 활성화 방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the oral health education effect considering the integrated factors of oral health and education for children in some community child center. The subjects in this study were 124 selected children, on whom a survey conducted from May 12 to August 13, 2014. The data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0. The finding of the study were as follows: First, change of rolling method and change toothbrushing in the gum and the tongue by after oral health education(p<0.05). Second, change of dietary control behavior and attitude(p<0.05). Third, change of method of preventing a dental caries behavior and attitude(p<0.05). Fourth, as for the level of oral health awareness and change of attitude were more aware than before oral health education(p<0.05). Given the findings of the study, the continuous oral health education and development of programs intending for children in some community child center seems necessary.

This study classified the categorization process of convergence products as a rule-based and a similarity-based categorization process. And we examined that how the categorization process was determined according to information types(visual vs. visual + verbal) about the components of two prototypes before convergence and thinking styles(holistic vs. analytic). The result of this study showed: (1) The rule-based categorization process appeared more in case of visual information with verbal information than only visual information. (2) Analytic thinkers chose a rule-based categorization process more than holistic thinkers. These findings provide the theoretical and practical implications to comprehend the categorization process of convergence products and the judgement for consideration set from various convergence products.

언젠가 한 번쯤 "뉴스에서 발생하는 소식들은 주가변동에 어떤 영향을 줄까?" 하고 궁금해 본 적이 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 궁금증을 해소하기 위해 뉴스기사에 따른 주식시장의 변동을 연구분석한 내용을 소개한다. 이를 위해 뉴스기사를 크롤링하고 자연어 처리 기술을 통해 긍정적 기사와 부정적 기사를 분류하고 해당 날짜의 주가변동 그래프를 분석하여 뉴스에서의 긍정적 요소와 부정적 요소가 주식시장에 얼마나 영향을 주는지 머신러닝 알고리즘을 통해 알아보았다.

소프트웨어와의 융합을 통한 새로운 가치 창출이 모든 산업에서 핵심 경쟁요소로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 가운데 최근 건설산업도 BIM(Building Information Modeling)과 스마트 하우스 스마트 빌딩 등을 중심으로 소프트웨어와의 융합 급진전되고 있다. 건설사업 추진 과정에서 소프트웨어 업체들과의 전략적 제휴도 확산 추세를 보이고 있다. 건설과 소프트웨어와의 융합은 세계적 트렌드로 경쟁력 확보를 위해 이러한 추세에 적극 대응해 나가야 할 것이다. 여기서는 여기서는 포스코경영연구소 한강수 패밀리경영연구센터 책임연구원의 '건설산업의 신트렌드 HW와 SW의 결합' 보고서를 통해 건설산업과 소프트웨어와 융합화 동향과 시사점에 대해 살펴본다.

본 논문에서는 얼굴의 특징 추출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 입력 영상을 이진 영상으로 처리한 후, 얼굴 요소 후보 블록의 면적, 둘레, 원형도, 종횡비를 이용하여 불변하는 눈, 코, 입의 특징 요소를 추출한다. 사람의 얼굴에 대한 특징 요소를 추출하기 위하여 우선 이진 영상을 생성한다. 하나 하나의 고립된 영역으로 분리하기 위하여 화소 레이블링을 한 후 만들어진 얼굴 요소 후보 블록 단위로 면적을 구하고, 윤곽선 추적 방법에 의하여 둘레를 구한 다음 면적, 둘레, 원형도 및 종횡비의 유사도를 구한다 블록의 종합 유사도, 대칭적 거리, 위치의 유사도를 활용하여 눈, 코, 입을 추출한다. 추출된 각 특징 요소간의 거리와 각도를 이용하여 12개의 특징 인수를 구하는 제안 알고리즘을 수행함으로써 얼굴의 특징 인수들을 추출한다. 각 특징점 사이의 거리와 각 거리간의 기울기를 이용하여 100명으로부터 획득한 297개의 원 영상을 대상으로 12개의 특징 파라미터를 추출한 결과 92.93%의 추출 성공률을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 외부 환경의 영향을 덜 받는 눈, 코, 입의 위치 관계의 블록을 근거로 특징 요소를 추출할 수 있도록 제안 알고리즘을 구성하였던 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of AI convergence education program. To this end, the "Elementary Science AI Convergence Education Program for Machine Learning" developed in previous research were taught to elementary school students in the fourth to sixth grades in eight times. The quantitative changes of each factor were analyzed by R program, and the effectiveness of education was analyzed by Pearson correlation and paired samples t-test. As a result, there is a deep correlation between "Attitude to AI technology, Scientific preference and STEAM Literacy" and technical average has improved in many factors. Therefore, AI convergence education program is meaningful in terms of education, and if AI education and AI convergence education are implemented into the primary formal education curriculum, they will have a positive effect.

기술융합은 연구자간 사회적 상호작용의 결과 일어나는 일종의 기술혁신 현상인데, 융합과정에서 수명주기가 존재한다. 기술능력을 가진 개인이나 조직의 학습${\rightarrow}$기술의 통합 및 혁신 ${\rightarrow}$안정화 과정을 거치는 융합 수명주기를 갖는다. 조직학습(집단학습)은 기술융합의 주요한 성공요소로 작용한다. 이 때문에 기술융합의 성공을 위해서는 프로젝트 리더의 리더십이 중요하다. 기술융합 프로젝트 리더는 개별연구자나 연구그룹이 보유하는 인지맵(cognitive map)을 통합하는 노력이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 조직 및 개인의 네트워크 구축과 학습역량 강화가 중요하다. 정부는 기술융합 촉진을 위해서 학회, 협회 등 중심연계조직을 육성해야 한다. 그리고 프로젝트 리더의 리더십 함양프로그램을 운영해야 한다. 장기적인 관점에서는 학제간 벽을 뛰어 넘는 대학원 교육의 혁신이 필요하다. 공공부문은 창의적이고 개방적인 연구환경을 조성해야 하겠다.

In this study, the inhomogeneous material composed of CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced plastic) and structural metal of SM45C is used for the light material. The finite element analysis on the basis of compact tension test was carried out by using the composite material for sandwich type bonded with the unidirectional CFRP that differs in fiber stacking angle at both sides with the core of SM 45C. CT test is the representative method to confirm the fracture behaviour due to crack in material under the load. The effect on crack and hole must be investigated in order to apply inhomogeneous material to mechanical structure. As the result of this study, the fracture behaviour by CT test of the composite material for sandwich was studied by simulation analysis. The sandwich composite of unidirectional CFRP with the stacking angle of [0/60/-60/0] has the superior strength and the maximum equivalent stress of about 182GPa.Also, the esthetic sense can be shown as the designed factor of shape with composite material is grafted onto the convergence technique.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, talents should not be subordinated to a particular discipline, but must be able to converge a variety of disciplines. It is important to have a fused thinking because elementary school students are likely to make various changes. Therefore, when selecting elementary gifted students, they are selecting students for fusion gifted students. This study examines the effects of creative problem solving ability, document evaluation, and interview factors on student selection when selecting students for gifted students. The results show that creative problem solving ability has the most influence on selection. In the case of the fifth graders, the creative problem solving ability and the document evaluation influence the selection. In fourth graders, the creative problem solving ability and interview affect the selection. In the case of female students, it was found that creative problem solving ability and document evaluation influenced selection. In addition, there was a gender difference in the evaluation of documents in the gender difference analysis. There is no significant difference between the three groups in the grade-by-grade difference analysis.
