효율적인 수자원 관리를 위하여 전국유역조사, 수자원 장기종합계획 등 다양한 사업이 수행되고 있으며, 이를 위하여 유출해석은 필수적인 항목이라 할 수 있다. 유출해석을 위하여 수문모형 또는 관측소의 유량자료가 활용되고 있으나, 이는 기존에 관측된 유량자료를 바탕으로 구축된 수위-유량관계 곡선식(Rating-curve)을 활용하여 재생산된 자료라 할 수 있다. 즉, 수위자료는 매시간 관측소에서 측정이 되지만, 유량자료의 경우 측정이 어려울 뿐만 아니라 변동성 및 불확실성이 크기 때문에 시계열 수위를 곡신식을 통해 유량으로 변환하여 활용하고 있다. 이와 같이 수위-유량관계 곡선식의 정확성이 수문자료 생산에 핵심 요소임에도 불구하고 이에 대한 연구는 제한적이며, 특히 홍수터 등의 영향을 고려하여 분할된 곡선의 천이점 접합시 곡선식의 정확도 향상을 위한 연구도 드문 편이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 구간 분할된 곡선의 최적 천이점 선정을 위하여 Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)기법을 활용하였으며, 총 5개 구간까지 구간별 목적함수로 RMSE, RSR, 결정계수 적용시 특성변화에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 구간에 대하여 절대적인 오차를 산정하는 RMSE를 활용하는 경우 저수위 부분에 대한 오차가 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 상대적인 오차인 RSR, 결정계수를 활용하는 경우 전체 구간에 대한 오차를 보완할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. PSO기법을 활용하여 도출된 곡선식에 대해서는 구간 및 전체구간에 대한 오차(RMSE, 결정계수, RSR, MAPE)를 활용하여 불확실성을 검토할 수 있도록 하였고, 잔차분석을 통한 이상치 및 회귀곡선에 대한 정규성 검토를 수행할 수 있는 툴을 개발하였다. 레이팅 커브를 작성하는데 있어 최적화 알고리즘을 활용하여 구간분할시 천이점 선정의 자동화로 천이점 선정에 소요되는 시간을 대폭 감축할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 구간별 오차를 종합적으로 고려하여 우수한 품질의 레이팅 커브를 도출할 수 있는 기반을 구축하였다.

The study is aimed to investigate the relationship between physical competence and physical education class satisfaction. For this purpose, 556 questionnaires were used for the final analysis by using convenience extraction method for middle and high school students. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics for each factor were presented using PASW ver. 18.0 program, and exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted for factor extraction and item internal consistency confirmation. Furthermore, a multiple regression analysis was conducted to clarify the relation between physical competence and satisfaction of class, and the results were as follows: First, feedback factors influenced the relationship between physical competence and teaching behavior. Second, athletic performance, victory, peer comparison factor, etc. influenced the relationship between physical competence and satisfaction of class. Third, the feedbacks and the experience factors influenced the relationship between the physical competence and the physical environment. Fourth, feedback factors also influenced the relationship between physical competence and athletic ability.

The purpose of this study was conducted to identify differences of nursing professionalism and nurse's image before and after convergence-based nursing history and culture program. Study subjects were 29 juniors in B nursing college. The convergence-based nursing history and culture programs had been provided 6 times. In this study, the score of nursing professionalism and nurses' image were significantly increased after program. Among the sub-items of nursing professionalism, the self-concept of professionalism, the social awareness, the professionalism of nursing showed significant improvement, and among the sub-items of nurse's image, the role of nurse, the interpersonal relationship of nurse were statistically significant improvement after program. Nursing professionalism and Nurse's image had significant positive relationship with each other. Therefore this program could be a good extra-curriculum and it is necessary to develop more variable contents.

This study is aiming tu clarify the factors that influence the interpersonal relationship of nurses and to use them as basic data for the development of educational programs to help nurse 's interpersonal relationship in the clinical field. The subjects were 179 nurses working at 3 hospitals B city and Y city. The results showed that the interpersonal relationship of the subjects were 3.51 points out of 5 points, emotional intelligence had 3.44 points out of 5 points, job enthusiasm was 3.15 points out of 5 points, and moral sensitivity was 4.5 points out of 7 points. The emotional intelligence (${\beta}=.551$, p = .000) was the predictor for the nurse's interpersonal relationship, and emotional intelligence was 37.3% explained by interpersonal relationship of the nurse. In conclusion, higher emotional intelligence, job engagement, and moral sensitivity of nurses showed higher interpersonal relationship, Emotional intelligence was the factor influencing interpersonal relationship. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an educational program to enhance the emotional intelligence of individual nurses to improve interpersonal skills of nurses.

This study a Empirical research to examine the relationships among Coaching leadership, Directive leadership, Self-Efficacy and Cohesion, On the focus of Marine Corps Soldiers. The data was collected from 370 Soldiers located at Pohang, January 18 to 25, 2016. Descriptive statistics, frequency, t-test, ANOVA, scheffe test, and Pearson correlation analysis were performed using SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. In Cohesiveness, there were significants differences in Age, Branch of Service and Rank. As the result of Pearson' correlation, the relationships between leadership style, Self-efficacy and Cohesion were positive significants. The implications of these findings for effective leradership of Platoon Leader and future research on develop leradership program and curriculum were then discussed.

This study analysis the effects of the relationship between LMX and affiliation-OCB, challenge-OCB which is voluntary behavior of organizational members. For this study, the effect of LMX on AOCB and COCB, as well as the mediating effect of AOCB behavior, the moderating role of toxic leadership, were analyzed. The results of studies are as follows. First, LMX had a positive effect on AOCB and COCB, respectively. Second, AOCB has a mediating-effect between LMX and COCB. and Third, toxic leadership confirmed the moderating-effect between LMX and AOCB, and finally the moderated-mediating-effect through AOCB in the relationship between LMX and COCB. Therefore, it was analyzed that the quality of the relationship between leader and member in the organization is an important factor in expanding the positive and voluntary behavior of members in the organization. In addition, since toxic leadership weakens positive and voluntary civic behavior for organizational members, it suggests the need for strategy to overcome toxic leadership for an efficient organization management.

This study is a descriptive study to identify the burden of family burden, general characteristics, and disease characteristics of patients undergoing cranial nerve rehabilitation in hospitalized rehabilitation hospitals and to identify the factors influencing the integration. The questionnaire was administered to 113 family members who were the primary care providers of rehabilitation in rehabilitation hospitals and analyzed using the SPSS statistics 22 program. The results of this study showed that the level of burden of the patient family was 3.16, the burden of the family was significantly different in the age of the caregiver, the educational level, and the relationship with the caregiver. There was no difference. Finally, the factors influencing family burden were identified as predictors of carer's age, education, religion, and relationship with the patient. It will be necessary to consider general characteristics in the development of an intervention program that lowers the burden of family rehabilitation.

The purpose of this study is to identify the creative growth mindset, major satisfaction, and creative convergence capabilities of nursing students, their correlation, and factors affecting the creative convergence capabilities of nursing students. The subjects of the study were nursing students attending nursing schools located in District G. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire, and data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 22.0 program using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and Stepwise multiple regression. The factors that have the greatest impact on the creative convergence capabilities of nursing students are creative growth mindset and major satisfaction, and it is necessary to develop programs to improve these.

미디어 융합과 포화의 문화에서 미디어의 전경과 미디어를 매개로한 문화는 과거와 다른 새롭고 다양한 양상으로 전개되고 있다. 하나의 미디어는 고립되어 존재하지 않으며, 다른 미디어들과의 관계 속에서 형성되고 이용자 수준에서는 다양한 미디어들과 연계를 통해 새로운 경험과 문화를 형성한다. 이런 관점에서 본 연구는 디지털 카메라와 디지털 사진 이미지를 미디어와 미디어 이용의 차원에서 이론적으로 또 경험적으로 접근하고 설명하려는 한 시도이다. 디지털 카메라는 미디어로서 과거와 동시대의 다른 미디어들과의 관계 속에서 미디어 및 관련기술들의 발달에 따른 영향을 주고받으며 더 나은 카메라로 개선되고 카메라 이상의 또 다른 미디어로 변화되어 가고 있다. 이용자 수준에서 디지털 카메라로 생산된 디지털 사진 이미지는 미디어들의 연계를 통해 관리, 유포, 감상, 소비되면서 다양한 유형의 경험과 새로운 이미지 문화를 형성하고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 카메라의 변화에 대한 이론적 분석과 디지털 카메라 이용자들에 대한 미디어 이용 조사를 통해 하나의 미디어로서 디지털 카메라가 다른 미디어들과 어떤 관계를 맺고 있으며, 이용자 수준에서 디지털 사진을 매개로한 미디어 연계를 분석했다. 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 미디어 융합과 포화의 문화에서 미디어 변화와 미디어 연계의 한 사례를 설명하고자 한다.
