Development of U-project Teaching-Learning Model for the Successful Green Growth (녹색성장의 성공적 추진을 위한 u-프로젝트 교수·학습 모형 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and suggest u-project teaching and learning model in order to effectively practice multidisciplinary and practical green growth conversion education, In order to achieve the purpose of study, the researchers conducted surveys to middle and high school teachers (189), teachers-to-be (285), and middle school students (358) on green growth perception, and analyzed relation between the ten green growth strategic directions and the 2007 and 2009 curricula. The extraction of the teaching and learning contents for the ubiquitous green growth conversion education and the development of a TUGG (Teaching Ubiquitously for Green Growth) model that is suitable for middle school application were also pursued. This study will increase the understanding of the necessity and propriety of green growth and also promote multidisciplinary and practical green growth conversion education.

Structural Equation Modeling on Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy in High school Girl in the Creative Convergence Curriculum (창의융합 교육과정 여고생의 진로결정효능감 구조모형)

  • Purpose: This study was to analyze a structural equation model of parents attitudes, family function, self-management, and career decision making self-efficacy in high school girls. Method: The high school girls was asked to complete a questionnaire, and 255 data units were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling. Result: The hypothetical model fit indices for the model revealed a fit at a recommended level(χ2/df=2.84, GFI=0.91, SRMR=0.05, NFI=0.91, CFI=0.93, RMSEA=0.08), and 6 of the 9 paths were statistically significant explaining 48% of the variance. Conclusion: In order to improve the career decision making self-efficacy for high school girls, it is necessary to be able to develop and practice self-management through the improvement of home and family functions.

  • This paper aims to analyze the production efficiency in Korea's ten service sectors using DEA and its determinants utilizing a truncated-Tobit regression model and a censored-Tobit regression model in 2010-2019. This paper found: First, the Korean service sector's production efficiency in general has been significantly low and polarized. Especially, the inefficiency resulted from the scale inefficiency in the 'sewerage waste management industry.' Second, in the determinants analysis, the results show the positive effect of the investment and R&D expenses on technical efficiency, while FDI and lobbying expenses illustrate the negative impact. Moreover, it seems that the larger the industry, the higher the efficiency. Thus, the future Korean government's economic policy for the service sectors requires a mixed and integrated policy of the macroeconomic aspect such as active investment and R&D activities with microeconomic aspect including a convergence of FDI and human capital.

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the physical activity planning behavior theory model of rehabilitation center users. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted for sports athletes who visited the sports rehabilitation hospital and rehabilitation center in the metropolitan area. A total of 203 questionnaires were used for the actual analysis. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. In this way, we confirmed that intention has a significant direct effect on the behavior in the application of the physical activity planning theoretical model based on the social cognitive theory of rehabilitation center participants.

A Study on the Instructional Model utilizing Scratch for Introductory Programming Classes of SW-Major Students (SW전공자 프로그래밍 입문 수업의 스크래치 활용 수업 모형 연구)

  • The programming language is a core education area of software that is becoming increasingly important in the age of the fourth industrial revolution, but it requires mathematical knowledge and logical thinking skills, so that many local private university and college students with low basic skills are having difficulties learning it. This problem occasionally causes SW-major students to lose interest and confidence in their majors during the introductory course of programming languages; making them change their majors, or give up their studies. In this study, we designed an instructional model using Scratch for educating C-language which is a typical programming introductory language. To do this, we analyzed the concepts that can be trained by Scratch among the programming concepts supported by C-language, and developed the examples of Scratch for exercising the concepts. In addition, we designed an instructional model, by which the programming concepts are first learned through Scratch and then C-language is taught, and conducted an experiment on the SW-major freshman students of a local private university to verify the effectiveness of the model. In the situation where SW education is becoming common, we expect that this study will help programming language education of security IT students.

The Effect of Compassion on Job Performance: Focusing on the Creating Research Model through Qualitative Research (공감(compassion)이 업무성과에 미치는 영향 : 질적 연구를 통한 연구모형 개발을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to reveal the causal relationship between core categories experienced by firefighters in the organization based on the grounded theory as a method of qualitative research. In this study, we interviewed 50 firefighter information providers who work in Seoul in 2014, 2017, and 2018, and conducted a research model that shows the causal relationship of core categories through open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. As a result, compassion experienced by information providers is revealed as a core category, and this compassion has a positive effect on positive work related identity, collective self esteem, and job performance. Therefore, the theoretical implication of this study is that it has derived a research model that shows the causal relationship between compassion and job performance based on grounded theory as a qualitative research methodology. This study will contribute to the formation of the organizational culture that enables firefighters who desperately need compassion in the fire department organization to more actively exchange compassionate actions.

  • In the N-Screen environment, HTML5 standard-based content development is inevitable. However, it is still passive the development of HTML5 manipulation type contents due to high development cost and insufficient infrastructure. Therefor we propose an efficient contents development model by convergence multimedia contents (such as video and audio) with HTML5 documents that can implement dynamic manipulation for user interaction.   • There are many software reliability models that are based on the times of occurrences of errors in the debugging of software. It is shown that it is possible to do asymptotic likelihood inference for software reliability models based on infinite failure model and non-homogeneous Poisson Processes (NHPP). For someone making a decision about when to market software, the conditional failure rate is an important variables. The finite failure model are used in a wide variety of practical situations. Their use in characterization problems, detection of outliers, linear estimation, study of system reliability, life-testing, survival analysis, data compression and many other fields can be seen from the many study. Statistical Process Control (SPC) can monitor the forecasting of software failure and there by contribute significantly to the improvement of software reliability. Control charts are widely used for software process control in the software industry. In this paper, we proposed a control mechanism based on NHPP using mean value function of log Poission, log-linear and Parto distribution.

  • The objective of this study is to draw implications and also to design an evaluation model suitable for vocational education in college based on the literary consideration of the quality management of curriculum and the case analysis on the quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department in college, and then to seek for the measures for the systematic quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department applying the evaluation model. To the core of this study, as the evaluation measures for systematically approaching the quality management of curriculum in the aspect of department, this study presented a curriculum quality management model for early childhood education department of college which was mixed with CIPP model as a program evaluation model that has been a lot used for the evaluation of domestic/foreign curriculums in the evaluation(C) stage of PDCA with the use of PDCA procedure as a school administrative process, and then suggested the roles and quality culture of members. The results of this study could be used as the basic data for the quality management of curriculum of early childhood education department in college, desired by diverse institutions and projects for the institutional support in the future.

A Process Mean Shift Model Considering The Increasing Maintenance Cost and The Decreasing Production Volume (보전비용 증가와 생산량 감소를 고려한 공정평균이동 모형)

  • The problem of determining the maintenance point which minimizes the process-related total cost is called the 'process mean shift problem'. By expanding and integrating the existing maintenance models that have been partially progressed, we present a expanded and integrated maintenance model which reflects the production site where various situations occur. To implement this, we set both the upper and lower limits of the product specification, and adopted the quality loss function for conforming items. Also, we set the process variance of the wear level as a function rather than a constant. In this study, we developed two general functions to the wear level. One is about the production volume and the other is maintenance cost. As a result, this study is expected to be a maintenance model that can be applied to various processes. In the future, this study can be developed as a profit maximization model by adding profit items from product sales, and expansion to a maintenance model that introduces failure to the model of this study can be considered.
