A design thinking-based collaborative workshop in which various stakeholders in the milk processing industry circulation ecosystem participated shows a new problem innovation paradigm that encourages the spread of practical prototyping culture. in the expression of empathy and collective intelligence among members on facing issues, the conversion of collaboration and communication methods, the business handling of the organization based on the design work method as 'creativity mechanism'. In this workshop, which was promoted in three stages of 'approach to problems', 're-definition of problems', and 'experience-based future vision design', participants themselves redefine real problems in terms of the accuracy of feed orders between feed suppliers and livestock farmers, ordering of feeds on time, cost reduction of feed supply and present new alternatives and expanded business areas. The results suggested in this workshop suggest the usefulness of design thinking in business innovation in that they presented how to approach the problem and a creative thinking system to find its solution to direct and indirect stakeholders of the industry as well as the improvement of supply and demand rate of livestock feed and quality.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the adult's mental health in Korea has an impact on the quality of the life. By using '2010 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey' data, 4,211 people among 20-year-old to 59-year-old adults were enrolled in this study. Frequency and percentage t-test using the SPSS WIN18.0 Multiple regression analysis was conducted and the results of this study are as follows. First, it is showed that in the 20s and 30s the females are a little more sleep than the males regarding the relationship between sleeping hours and the quality of the life of adult men and women. However, there are no differences between the 40s and 50s groups. Second, it is indicated that adult men are higher than women for the subjective health status when it comes to the subjective health status and the usual perceived stress. Although there are no statistical differences according to the gender in the 40s and the 50s, they have a little stress in general. Third, it is confirmed that only the subjective health status and usual stress perception give an beneficial influence on the quality of adult's life in the adult's mental health variations and the quality of life. In summary, this study was found that the adults in the 20s and 50s could increase their satisfaction of their life if they have more positive thinking and less stress from their life. Therefore, the systematical education and programs to manage the health and stress are required.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of smart seniors using smartphone delivery applications. We established the hypothesis by dividing the factors that will affect the satisfaction of smart seniors using smartphone delivery applications into the characteristics of the delivery app and the personal characteristics of the smart senior. In order to verify the hypothesis, we surveyed adult men and women aged 50 to 65 years old who had experience using delivery apps, and we performed confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis to perform statistical processing for data analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, we found that usefulness among the characteristics of delivery app had a statistically significant positive effect on the delivery app satisfaction of smart seniors. Second, we found that social empathy among the personal characteristics of smart seniors had a statistically significant positive effect on the delivery app satisfaction of smart seniors. Third, we found that delivery app satisfaction had a statistically significant positive effect on reuse intention. Based on research result, we suggested that in order to improve the satisfaction and use of delivery app by smart seniors, it is necessary to develop delivery app that can be usefully used by smart seniors and focus on social empathy.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among app's and user's characteristics, perceived use easiness, use intention, and actual use in mobile app of integrated electronic tax bill. Appropriate measures were developed and this study used structural equation modeling to analyze the relationships among the constructs. The results of 215 taxpayers showed that informativeness, security of app's characteristics, and innovativeness of user's characteristics have positive impacts on perceived use easiness but convenience and familiarity have negative impacts on it. Perceived use easiness, convenience, and security have positive impacts on use intention but familiarity has a negative impact on it. Use intention has a positive impact on actual use but perceived use easiness has a negative impact on it. Thus, managers should focus on the app's and user's characteristics for effectiveness and efficiency of integrated electronic tax bill.

Honey bees are a vital part of the food chain as the most important pollinators for a broad palette of crops and wild plants. The climate change and colony collapse disorder (CCD) phenomenon make it challenging to develop ICT solutions to predict changes in beehive and alert about potential threats. In this paper, we report the test results of the bee-counting system which stands out against the previous analogues due to its comprehensive components including an improved dual infrared sensor to detect honey bees entering and leaving the hive, environmental sensors that measure ambient and interior, a wireless network with the bluetooth low energy (BLE) to transmit the sensing data in real time to the gateway, and a cloud which accumulate and analyze data. To assess the system accuracy, 3 persons manually counted the outgoing and incoming honey bees using the video record of 360-minute length. The difference between automatic and manual measurements for outgoing and incoming scores were 3.98% and 4.43% respectively. These differences are relatively lower than previous analogues, which inspires a vision that the tested system is a good candidate to use in precise apicultural industry, scientific research and education.

Constructing the Metropolitan Railway Express (the GTX) may have an impact on consumer confidence and housing sales price located near the planned route. This study looked at how consumers' psychology and housing prices change as the large-scale transport infrastructure plane was planned. Also, it looked at the relationship between consumer sentiment and housing prices to analyze the impact of new transportation facilities inflows. Using a correlation analysis, the relationship between the consumer sentiment index and the actual transaction price of apartments was identified. The impact of GTX on the consumer sentiment index and the actual transaction price of apartments was looked at using the Difference-in-Differences methodology. Our finding shows that the construction plan of a large-scale transportation infrastructure in the metropolitan area affects the sentiment of housing consumption and actual transactions. In a situation where the government is speeding up the construction of a wide-area transportation network such as GTX with the goal of becoming a city where people can commute to downtown Seoul within 30 minutes, policies that can stabilize the housing market in transportation hubs should be suggested.

The objective of this study is to suggest methods to improve in-home service quality through service evaluation by long-term care workers. To achieve this objective, general characteristics of 223 long-term care workers, evaluation of service and agency, and retraining needs have been surveyed. An assessment of the survey results have resulted in the following conclusions. Though long-term care workers are not uneducated, the majority face unstable employment. And the content of supervision hoped for in producing improved long-term care services has been found to be based on the service-user's relationships. Moreover, among topics needing to be addressed for retraining, much attention has been shown for understanding of the elderly and their families, health care knowledge about geriatric diseases, and counseling techniques directed towards the affected person and their family. Findings from the research are as follow: enhancing the quality of long-term care requires a structural reassessment; upgrading the quality of care agencies requires the improvement of methods used to raise awareness of users and their guardians and the expansion of opportunities for education programs for professionalism.

This study examined what leads to smartphone addiction by looking into personal, environmental, and smartphone characteristics, to identify their influences on the degree of addiction and changes in daily life. Therefore, surveys were conducted on college undergraduates, who get easily addicted to smartphones The study hypotheses were evaluated through a structural equation model on a total of 370 collected survey questionnaires Findings revealed: first, with reference to personal characteristics, the more competent and highly related one is, the more negatively influenced one is in getting addicted to smartphones. Second, as for environmental characteristics, the bigger the social impact is, the more positively influenced one is on smartphone addiction. Third, among the characteristics of a smartphone, the ubiquity showed a positive influence on smartphone addiction. Lastly, the degree to which one is addicted to a smartphone has(either positive or negative) on the changes in one's daily life. These results are not intended to blindly inhibit smartphone use by highlighting the negative aspects of smartphones, but are expected to serve as basic data to develop a preventative and remedial program based on the degree of smartphone addiction.

The purpose of this study tried to find ways to improve service quality for customers and effective program of organizational support to increase the hotel employees' job satisfaction to empirically analyze causatively impacted relationship between the perceived organizational support, job satisfaction, and service quality in the hotel industry staff recognize. Data were collected from 217 and surveyed from 1 to 30 in November 2011 in hotel. To summarize the results of the study, first, satisfaction of individual job environment, satisfaction of work environment support concerned in support for personal values both was not affected significantly. Second, support for work environment was also affecting more than support for personal worth to improve the quality of customer service and in support for the organization Third, satisfaction of the individual's work environment affected adaptability, conviction, and corporality in job satisfaction variables while support satisfaction for working conditions effected conviction and adaptability without corporality. In order to enhance adaptability to customers who employees serve, it should be created work environment to make employees feel satisfaction in individual's work environment. Therefore, hotel managers have to entertain feelings of loyalty for their hotel and make employees satisfaction with their job and their duty by enhancing support for work environment of hotel employees in order to increase business performance by improving service quality for customers.

This study conducted a questionnaire survey on SNS users who are conducting K-POP record collection activities using SNS and verified factors affecting the intention to continue K-POP record collection activities. The main methods of analysis were exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis using SPSS 21.0 program and AMOS 21.0 program. The results are summarized as follows. First, compatibility for K-POP record collection activities through SNS has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, and observability also has a positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Second, perceived ease of use for K-POP records collection using SNS has a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Third, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use for K-POP records collection using SNS have a positive effect on continuous intention of K-POP records collection activity through SNS. As a result of this study, it suggests that the intention to continue the collection activities of K-POP records using SNS can be explained through the integration of innovation diffusion theory and technology acceptance model.
