  • As the social and technical circumstance changes rapidly, passive learners who were knowledge-finders not only remember and regenerate about the given information but also critically grasp the phenomena of real life, and then also it became necessary for us to help cultivate the ability to solve the problem creatively in the new form of educational goal, educational content, educational methods and evaluation, educational environment. As a result, this study analyzes the smart learning education, fit the model of smart learning education training in high school information ethics parts, design the lesson that is proposal class of 'Information protection and Security' section, and develop the teaching and experience educational contents, furthermore, It is to investigate the impact on the ethics consciousness about information communications.

  • This paper is based on a literature review in the areas of philosophy of science. sociology. psychology, scientific research and development in technology, and new ethics established in recent years. The study was performed in order to achieve two-fold goals: to identify any necessity of teaching ethical aspects of science, and to investigate the current instructional states of the ethical aspects of science. The results of the literature review showed that teaching ethical aspects of science was necessary in all school levels. and the analyses of the actual states of the ethical education revealed that the majority of science educators considered the ethical characteristics of science as major goals and contents of science curriculum.

  • 연구윤리는 학자나 학계에 국한된 문제가 아니다. 만일 부정 연구를 행하는 학자들이 버젓이 행세하고 다닌다면 성실히 연구를 수행하는 많은 학자들의 의지가 꺾이고 학문 발전의 암적 요소가 될 것은 불 보듯 뻔한 일히다. 또한 학문의 지적 경쟁력은 약화되고 사회와 국가의 역량도 더불어 약화될 것이다. 연구윤리를 높이기 위해서는 온정주의나 부실한 논문 관리 시스템, 정량 평가 문제 등을 해결하는 구조적인 차원에서의 접근이 필요하다. 아울러 장기적인 계획을 세우고 관리 인프라를 구축하는 등 정부 차원에서의 노력도 필요하다.

The Effect of Copyright Education on Ethical Consciousness, Moral Judgement and Piracy Intention (인터넷에서의 저작권 교육이 저작권 윤리의식, 도덕적 판단과 침해의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Internet copyright education on ethical consciousness, moral judgement and piracy intention in Internet copyright. The result of empirical research shows that Internet copyright education effects on piracy intention through moral judgement in order to make a right or wrong decision about the actual piracy behavior. On the other hand, the internet copyright education does not effect on ethical consciousness and piracy intention directly. This result implies that internet copyright education do not actually impact on the attitude and consciousness of online piracy, and that right understanding and proper internet ethic education program have to be considered to protect negative consequences by online piracy.

Survey of Elementary and Middle School Gifted Students' Perceptions on Research Ethics (초ㆍ중등 영재학생의 연구윤리 의식 조사)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the research ethics elementary and secondary gifted students enrolled in science-gifted education center of university and to get the implications of research ethics education. 180 elementary and secondary gifted students and 180 general students were participated. The results obtained from this study were as follows: First, the item, such as 'The researchers must have self-esteem and responsibility in their study', both the gifted students and the general students showed the highest perception. On the contrary, the item 'I think that it is right to exclude the person who didn't participate in research' both the gifted students and the general students showed the lowest perception. And gifted students' perception on research ethics was higher than the general students' on the whole. There was a statistically significant difference between two groups(p<.05). Second, the scientifically gifted students' research ethics in 'basic attitude of the researchers' was significantly higher than mathematically gifted students' and IT gifted students' (p<.05). Third, there was a statistically significant difference between the elementary gifted students and secondary gifted students in 'ethics of thought and expression' (p<.05). Fourth, experience in research ethics education and the number of research experience was significantly effect on perception of research ethics. There was a statistically significant interaction effect between gifted students and general students in 'science, technology, biomedical research ethics' items(p<.05).

  • 인터넷의 급속한 성장으로 인하여 인터넷의 순기능에 대한 긍정적인 면보다는 역기능에 대한 우려가 커지고 있다. 따라서 인터넷의 역기능으로 빚어지는 비인간적이고 비윤리적인 문제들을 해결할 수 있는 정보통신윤리교육 프로그램 및 교재 개발이 필요하다. 특히 가정의 주체가 되는 학부모를 대상으로 한 프로그램 및 교재의 개발은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 학부모 정보통신윤리교육을 위한 e-Learning 컨텐츠를 설계 및 구현하고자 한다. 학습내용에는 학부모의 인터넷 활용수준 평가 인터넷의 역기능에 대한 통계, 자녀와 함께 하는 인터넷 활용법, 유해물 차단방법 및 도움기관에 대한 정보를 제공하고 있다. 학부모의 e-Learning 컨텐츠 학습을 통하여 인터넷 사용법에 대한 안내자의 역할뿐만 아니라 가정에서 부모와 자녀간의 올바른 인터넷 사용 문화의 정착을 할 수 있도록 개발 및 적용하고자 한다.

A Study on the Policy Direction for Establishing Research Ethics (연구윤리 정착을 위한 정책방향에 관한 연구)

  • Hwang's scandal give us opportunity to aware about the research ethics, but that can not be established firmly in researcher or the researcher communities. This study analyse the case of research misconduct in order to establish research ethics that was appeared in Assembly hearing process for the candidate of the minister of education(MOE) in July 9, 2014. Based on the analytic results, this study is proposed that provide the institutions to promote responsible conduct of research, implement the research ethics education to all researchers and improve the laboratory culture and evaluation system. This study has the limitations because a single case study. The study is expected to have interest in research ethics and to be up to empirical generalizations through quantitative research.

Design of the Prediction Model for Information Ethics Behavior of Adolescents (청소년의 정보윤리행동 예측 모형 설계)

  • The most adolescents have become themselves perpetrators and victims unknowingly about variety illegal behaviors of the Information Ethics(IE) in the Information-oriented society. To solve the problem, in this paper, we developed the IE Behavior Prediction model through various social psychology theories. And then, we analyzed the relationship between the factors influencing about the adolescents's behavioral intention to perform the Information Ethics by using regression analysis. As a result, 'Attitudes toward the behavior', 'Subjective norms', 'Perceived behavior control', and 'Past behavior' about behavioral intention of the Information Ethics have performed positively. And also they have statically significant. Especially, 'Attitudes toward the behavior' gave the larger effect than the other 3 factors about the Information Ethics Behavior. This result would provide the useful guideline to develop the educational resources, counsel materials, and test items for Information Ethics Behavior.

  • Until now, the study of Internet addiction have focused on (1)Internet overuse (2)addiction (3)the real situation of disability in order. This approach have given a social awareness about Internet addiction as well as have been used as base for introduction of psychological and emotional means to prevent and treat Internet addiction. However, There are very few an ethical approach that is related in human values that what purpose does people use Internet for and how to use Internet. Accordingly, This study provides teleological, deontological, virtue and responsible ethics of Internet addiction. And, this study insist that Internet addiction is a wrongdoing on the basis of four ethical views. Based on these claims, this study stress the needs for Internet ethical education as a program to prevent and treat Internet addiction and se to tu1rn pop1 computer ethics into theoretical computer ethics.
