This study holds various implications and usefulness toward nurses as well as hospitals in that the study empirically found out the relations among hospitals' ethical climates, employee engagement (job engagement and organizational engagement) and intention to quit. The study shows that nurses' awareness of principles of responsibilities and benevolent ethical climates impact on enhancing organizational engagement and lowering intention to quit. Internally, employees are encouraged to make decisions accompanying fairness and responsibility and thus, shared values will be created between hospitals and nurses, while it will contribute to create a good image of the hospital to the public. However, it is also revealed that climates deficient in ethics, such as a climate of selfishness, have strong negative influences on workplace attitude of nurses. Therefore, recognizing importance and effectiveness of ethical climates, hospitals should underscore personal ethics of managers and nurses, and should go further to exert strategic efforts on the organizational level to create ethical hospital climates where nurses can naturally take ethical actions.
Establishing greater reliability in property appraisal is critical because it promotes the public interest. Reliability is composed of competence and ethics. In particular, the ethics of property appraisal has individual and corporational aspects. This study aimed to evaluate how the ethical climate of a firm is affected by the scale of appraisal firms, thereby validating the effect of the 'Large Appraisal Firm System'. Hence, the ethical climate of appraisal firms, an indicator of inherent ethical value recognition, was investigated, divided into recognition of social responsibility and exclusion of self-interest. The study results showed that the ethical management systems of appraisal firms encourage the appraisers of such firms to be conscious of their social responsibility and to exclude self-interest in their work. The degree of such influence, however, differs according to the scale of appraisal firms. Based on these results, further research on the maintenance and operation of the ethical management systems of appraisal firms is required to enhance the reliability of property appraisal.

To verify the hypotheses, an analysis was conducted on 275 surveys after a pilot-test. This suggests that the higher ethical attributes of the leader, the higher the job autonomy of the person in charge when performing the works, the higher the possibility of proactive administration proactive administration being realized. In addition, it was found that the ethical climate had a moderating effect between job autonomy and proactive administration, but the moderating effect did not appear between ethical leadership and proactive administration. However, although it did not have a moderating effect, each variable of ethical leadership and ethical climate had a significant influence on proactive administration, confirming that proactive administration has a significant relationship with ethical aspects within the organization.
