This paper present a methods for performance evaluation of digital governor and we treat the way to reduce the trial and error when the developed digital governing system is applied to station. The parameters of the model are estimated using input-output data, the model adjustment technique and a genetic algorithm(GA). To verify validity of the completed model, the comparision model and real output signals have been carried out. The developed digital governing system is applied to Sumjingang hydro-power plant, Korea Hydro Nuclear Power Corporation, it has replaced mechanical governing system. Test was performed in order to demonstrate the performance evaluation of the digital governor parameters.

본 논문에서는 새로운 칼라 모폴로지 피라미드를 제안하고. 제안된 칼라 모폴로지의 유용성 평가를 위해 이미지에서 중요한 에지를 검출하고자 한다. 여기서 이미지 피라미드 구조는 최초 컬러 이미지의 반복적인 필터링과 샘플링의 순차적인 실험 과정의 단계를 본 논문에서 제안한 CMP를 이용하여 연속적인 필터링 처리로 불필요한 크기의 물체 및 잡음을 제거하여. 효율적인 특징 추출의 유효성을 검증하고자 한다.

In this study, the project manager-oriented organization model has been verified by analysing it with forming a clear definition of detailed unitary duty entity to develop current non-efficient CM system constituted by functional organization with the decentralized responsibility and apply the model As a result from verification that the model provides valid solutions by comparing it with the existing, the model is better than the existing in cost savings, target profit sales rate, total rate of new on sales. Moreover, various activities in cost savings and cases where improvement is feasible are executed. However, the model caused some problems in organizational operation, project management and in division of duties so this study proposed improving management method

AOP(Aspect-Oriented Programming)는 어플리케이션을 다양한 관점으로 분해하여 객체지향에서 추구하는 모듈화를 더욱 잘 지원하도록 하는 프로그래밍 기법이다. AOP의 단점은 거의 모두가 실행 전에 메소드를 차단하도록 구성되어 있다. 그리고 클래스와 Aspect의 위빙시 join point의 유효성 결함이 많이 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 trace mechanism을 이용하여 유효성 결함을 감소시키며, 클래스와 Aspcet간의 메소드 호출 관계를 명백히하기 위해 참조테이블을 생성하였다. Weaver에 의해 위빙된 후 생성된 XML코드와 저장소에 저장된 참조테이블 정보는 개발자가 원하는 요구사항에 맞게 적당한 컴포넌트에 배치되도록 Validation Agent를 사용하였다.

This study is a research on the influential factor of R&D (Research and Development) personnel's job stress on their organizational effectiveness, and defined its purposes as the following in order to find out in detail what effect the R&D personnel's job stress has and what difference it makes with respect to the relation with their organizational effectiveness. As a result of testing the relation between organizational members' job stress and their organizational effectiveness through this empirical research, the following results were derived. First, job stress according to demographic characteristics has an important effect on organizational effectiveness. Second, it was revealed that job stress has a significant effect on organizational effectiveness according to organizational members' personal characteristics. Third, it was found that organizational members' job stress has a negative effect on organizational effectiveness. Finally, it was found that each variable such as role-conflict, role-ambiguity and career development has a negative effect on organizational effectiveness independently.

계량데이터 관리 시스템은 수용가에서 검침된 계량데이터를 수집하고 관리하는 시스템이다. 이 시스템에는 검침된 데이터의 오검침과 유효성을 판단하는 검증과 누락된 검침값이나 오검침으로 판단된 구간값을 추정하는 VEE 알고리즘이 있다. 그러나 기존의 VEE 알고리즘은 현장 데이터의 특성을 반영하지 않고 검증하고 추정하기 때문에 그만큼 신뢰성과 정확도가 낮아지는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 검증 신뢰성과 추정 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 차세대 VEE 알고리즘을 제안한다.

According to banking online transaction grows very rapidly, guarantee validity about business transaction has more meaning. To offer guarantee validity about banking online transaction efficiently, certificate status verification system is required that can an ieai-time offer identity certification, data integrity, guarantee confidentiality, non-repudiation. Existing real-time certificate status verification system is structural concentration problem generated that one node handling all transactions. And every time status verification is requested, network overload and communication bottleneck are occurred because ail useless informations are transmitted. it does not fit to banking transaction which make much account of real response time because of these problem. To improve problem by unnecessary information and structural concentration when existing real-time certificate status protocol requested , this paper handle status verification that break up inspection server by domain. This paper propose the method of real~time certificate status verification that solves network overload and communication bottleneck by requesting certification using really necessary Reduction information to certification status verification. And we confirm speed of certificate status verification $15\%$ faster than existing OCSP(Online Certificate Status Protocol) method by test.

In this paper, we present a first step for developing a method of verifying both safety and correctness of object-oriented design specification. As first, we analyze the discrepancies, which can occur between requirements specification and design specification, to make clear target faults. Then, we propose a new design verification method which aims at detecting faults in the design specification. The key idea of the proposed framework is that all elements to be verified can be extracted based on the requirements specification, safety standards, and design specification given for the target product These elements are expressed using three kinds of tables for verification, and thus, the verification steps can be greatly simplified. Here, we assume that component library, standards for safety and design specification obtained from the Booch's object-oriented design method are given. At the beginning, the designers construct a design table based on a design specification, and the verifiers construct a correctness table and a safety table from component library and standards for safety Then, by comparing the items on three tables, the verifiers verification a given design specification and detect faults in it. Finally, using an example of object-oriented design specification, we show that faults concerning safety or correctness can be detected by the new design verification method.

최근 전자상거래 보안을 위해 공인 인증서를 사용하는 공개키 기반구조(PKI) 환경이 널리 확대되고 있다. 이에 따라 인증서의 정당성을 확인하기 위한 공개키 인증서의 실시간 검증에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있지만 이러한 연구에서는 서비스를 제공하는 서버와 클라이언트 간의 메시지 형식만을 기술하고 실제적으로 서비스를 제공하기 위한 정보 획득에 관한 모델 제시가 나타나 있지 않으며, 현재성있는 인증서 상태를 제공하기 위한 방법이 제시되고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 공개키 기반구조에서 사용하고자 하는 인증서의 현재 상태 정보를 제공하며 인증서의 유효성을 실시간으로 제공할 수 있는 실시간 인증서 검증 시스템을 구축하는데 유용한 모델을 제시한다.
