Occurrences of large-scale food-related mishaps around the globe are degrading the safety and confidence on food items. This can be said to result from problems such as information asymmetry between the supplier and the consumer(information user). It makes it difficult to confirm product-related information including who produced an item how, what manufacturing process was involved, and how the product was distributed, and deal with a food-related trouble. The research verified and analyzed what has an effect on the intention to use Traceability System when the user uses information service.

식품 등의 수입이 본격화되면서 수입식품에 관한 관리 및 통상관련업무를 전담할 조직(식품유통과, 현재 식품진흥과)이 보건복지부에 설치되고, 각 검역소에서 수입검사업무가 본격화된 것이 7년여에 이른다. 얼마되지 않는 기간이지만 그동안 국제적으로는 무역에 관한 환경의 변화, 국내적으로는 수입검사제도의 변화 등 이 분야에 많은 변화가 거듭되어 왔다. WTO체제의 출범이후 세계의 시장은 하나가 되어가고 이에 따라 각종 관련제도도 점차 조화를 이루어 가고 있으며, 지금도 각 나라는 양자간 또는 다자간 협상을 통하여 서로의 입장차를 좁혀 나가기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 시점에서 각 나라는 보다 안전한 식품을 자국민에게 공급하기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있고, 우리나라도 작년 4월 식품의약품안전본부(KFDA)와 6개의 지방청이 발족되면서, 식품$\cdot$의약품 등의 안전관리를 전담하여 왔으며, 앞으로 독립외청으로 개편될 전망에 있다. 특히 내년부터는 수입식품관리업무가 완전한 전산화체제로 가동될 전망에 있어, 수입식품이 더욱더 효율적이고도 완벽한 관리가 될 것으로 기대된다. 이제 수입식품 등을 관리하는 업무가 무엇보다도 중요한 국가사무중의 하나가 되었고, 국민들의 관심과 기대 또한 높아지고 있다. 수입자가 식품 등을 수입하기 위하여 관련기관에 신고하기에서부터 검사기관에서는 이를 검사하고 수입신고필증을 발급하기 까지의 제반의 절차가 사실 식품위생법, 고시, 훈령 등에 의존하고 있는데, 이들이 여기저기 분산되어 있어 필요할 때마다 따로 따로 찾아보아야 하는 번거로움과 이해하는데에 어려움이 있어 온것이 사실이며, 오늘도 많은 담당공무원들이 민원인들의 방문 및 문의전화에 시달려야 한다. 사실 처음수입을 해본 사람이면 알 수 있을터이지만 알아야 할 사항이 한두가지가 아닌 것을 느낄 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 취지에서 수입업무를 담당하는 관련기관이나 업체에서 식품수입업무를 행하는데 있어서 조금이나마 보탬이 되었으면 하는 마음으로 집필하였다.

RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) is now being applied in the lots of fields as an alternative of barcode system. However, it is restricted within product manufacturing, sales, and delivery parts. In this paper, research results regarding an actual progress of an RFID-based system and its effect are described. In addition, this paper confirms that the RFID-based process of manufacture gives much better return of investment than the barcode-based one. Therefore, the results of this paper are highly expected to contribute to make many people, who might hesitate to replace the barcode and apply RFID system to the process of manufacture, a positive decision.

This paper examines what determines the use of contingent workers in Korean Department Stores. Drawing on internal labor market, transaction cost & agency, and bureaucracy theories, I hypothesize that four factors affect the use of contingent workers: job characteristics, HRM, occupation, and organizational characteristics. Data from a sample of employers surveyed by the author in 1997 were used to test the hypotheses, and analyses showed the following results. First, consistent with job-based perspective, we find that such job characteristics as firm-specific skill and the level of skill significantly affect the use of contingent workers. But job standardization and outcome measurability have no effects of its use. Second, also we find significant effects on the use of contingent workers of such HRM as scrutiny on employee selection and promotion system. The promotion system has expected effect on its use, but scrutiny on employee selection has opposite effect. Third, we find that occupation significantly affects the use of contingent workers, especially the extent of use of contingent workers of sales service is as five hundred times as that of managerial occupation. Fourth, also consistent with organizational-based perspective, we find that the firm's size significantly has positive effects, and affiliate company and labor union have negative effects. That is, the larger firm's size is, the more possibility of use of contingent workers exists, and the possibilities of its use reduce in case of affiliate company and in front of labor union. Finally, we discuss the implications and limits of theses findings.

인터넷이 정보사회의 핵심 역할을 담당하면서 각 산업별로 생성되는 방대한 양의 콘텐츠들이 디지털화 되고, 각 인터넷 사이트는 고객의 수요에 따라 다양한 콘텐츠 선점을 통한 사이트의 경쟁력을 높이려 경주하고 있으나 자체 생산과 관리의 한계로 콘텐츠 신디케이션이 등장하였다. 그러나 산업기술 콘텐츠 신디케이터의 입장에서는 다양한 분류와 콘텐츠 제공업체(CP)에 따라서 서로 다른 데이터 표현으로 인하여 정보 수집에 있어 표준화된 프레임웍이 요원하였다. 따라서 이러한 문제점에 기초하여 관련 산업과 국제표준을 고찰해보고 융화시켜 국내 현실에 맞는 범용의 메타정보 프레임웍 구축을 통한 산업기술 콘텐츠 신디케이션 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다.

2017년 상반기 우리 게임 시장의 특징 중 하나가 중국산 모바일 게임의 국내 흥행이라 할 만 하다. 3월 경만 해도 중국 게임사들이 카카오 등 국내 유통 업체 등을 통해 시장에 들어왔다면 7월 이후 우리 시장을 포함한 구글 플레이 마켓에서 초강세를 보이는 소녀전선 등은 국내 시장을 노린 한글화 작업 이외에는 중국, 대만, 홍콩 등의 업계가 제작과 배급을 다 담당하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 이러한 국내 모바일 게임 시장에서 강세를 보이는 중국 게임을 플레이하는 국내 사용자들이 중국 게임임을 인지하고 있었는지, 또 어떤 면에서 국내 게임보다 더 선호되었는지를 여러 모바일 게임 사이트를 통한 201명의 설문 조사를 통해 밝히고자 하였다. 중국산 게임의 한국 사용자들은 79%가 남성이고 대부분이 20대 이하였으며 미소녀 함선 게임을 주로 하지만 그런 장르적 특성 이외에 소녀성, 판타지성, 선정성이 강화된 일러스트와 한국 게임과는 다른 과금정책 및 운영정책에 높은 점수를 주었음이 드러났다. 더 이상 한국 모바일 게임이 중국 수출품용이 아니라 오히려 우리가 시장을 방어해야 할 단계가 아닌지 심히 우려되는 상황이라 하겠다.

The area of Chojung is famous for its mineral water quality. Because of this reason, massive groundwater development was induced in the area. As a result of excessive pumping. the depletion of the groundwater resources is expected seriously. This study was conducted to analyse groundwater flow in Chojung using a numerical model. Simulation results show the groundwater level change slowly in the mountain area but steep groundwater drawdown occurred in the pumping area in the downstream. This steep groundwater drawdown is due to excessive pumping in the hilly region. Because of this excessive, desiccation of water resources were predicted and proper countermeasure is in great demand.

Purpose: To evaluate and analyze the quality of Korean prescription lenses according to international standards. Methods: We measured the refractive power, the thickness at optical center and the transmittance, and then made a comparative analysis them with foreign brand products according to international standards. Results: Most of Korean products had good qualities on the refractive power and transmittance, even if there was out of tolerance in a case of korean products. Conclusions: To ensure a higher preference of Korean products in the home and abroad marketplace, a high-powered quality control and marketing strategy are necessary to domestic lens manufacturers.

최근 ICT/loT 기술들이 다양한 산업분야에 적용하는 사례가 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 특히 노동 집약적인 농업 분야에도 다양한 형태로 적용되고 있지만, 대내외적으로 복잡하게 얽혀 있는 농업/농촌의 활성화를 위해서는 다른 방안 제시가 필요하다, 본 논문에서는 1차 산업을 중심으로 2차, 3차 산업과 연계 또는 융복합하여 영세 규묘의 지역 농가들 및 업체들의 클러스터화를 통해 새로운 고부가가치를 창출 시킬 수 있는 6차 산업화를 지원할 수 있는 통합 지원 플랫폼을 제안하였다. 제안된 통합 지원 플랫폼은 육묘의 품질 관리 단계에서 최종 소비자에 이르는 전 과정을 지원하는 통합 지원할 수 있는 서비스 플랫폼이다. 육묘, 생산, 가공, 유통/수출, 체험/관광, 판매, 소비에 이르는 전체 시스템을 단계적으로 연결하고, 통합 운영/관리될 수 있도록 함으로써, 농식품에 대한 신뢰도 및 지역 농가 및 지역 농촌의 경제활성화에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하였다.

국내 실감형 콘텐츠 시장은 전년도비 42.9%의 연평균 성장률을 보이며 2020년에는 약 5조 7,271억원의 규모에 이를 것으로 전망된다. 특히 2018년 기점으로 하드웨어보다는 콘텐츠 시장이 확대되었다. 최근 실감형 콘텐츠의 유통이 본격적으로 시작됨에 따라 저작권 침해 사례들이 나타나고 있으나 시장의 저변확대 측면에서 그렇게 주목받지 못하고 있다. 실감형 저작물을 제작하는 업체가 주로 소기업이고, 제작하는 비용이 고비용인 점을 고려할 때 저작권 보호 기술인 필터링 기술이 절대적으로 요구되고 있다. 필터링 기술의 성능 평가할 기준인 강인성 지표가 미정립 된 상태이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 특정 기술에 종속되지 않는 실감형 360도 영상 콘텐츠 강인성 지표를 제안한다.
