변압기의 절연진단 기술

  • 지금까지 변압기의 유지보수는 일상순시와 전력설비를 일정기간 사용함에 따른 정기점검에 의하여 불량개소를 발견하고 보수하는 일정주기에 따른 예방보수를 하였으나, 경제적인 유지와 신뢰성 있는 전력공급을 위하여 변압기의 상태를 점검하여 정비하는 상태점검으로 전환하고 있다. 따라서 최근에는 변압기의 이상징후를 운전상태(on-line)에서 상시 감시하여 장래에 일어날 사태 등을 예측하고 그것이 치명적이기 이전에 처리하는 예측보전기술 중심으로 변하고 있다. 변압기의 내부이상을 진단하는 방법으로는 부분방전법, 절연유의 특성시험 및 가스분석법, 역률측정법, 저압서어지 시험법 등이 있으나, 진단방법의 특성 및 신뢰성을 고려할 때, 어느 한 방법으로는 불충분하므로 각종 진단 결과의 종합분석이 필요하다.

  • In this paper, The investment prioritization model was investigated for keeping the service level of mooring facilities more than the target level of management with a limited budget in the right time. Network level prioritization criteria of the national scale was developed to take into criteria index and quantitative evaluation, management authority's opinion. Delphi method was conducted maintenance exports of mooring facilities over twice for verifying the validity and adequacy. In order to improve the objectivity of criteria, the criteria for evaluating the utilization of port facilities is presented form yearly facility traffic/facility's length, the result of the analysis of facility traffic data. The investment prioritization criteria of mooring facilities is expected to be utilized for more efficient and national budget distribution applied to the maintenance budget plan of nationwide.

  • 도시철도유지보수체계 정보화시스템 연구에서 예방정비시스템 구축을 위해 RCM 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 특히 예방정비에서 RCM은 지난 십 수년간 정비보수(Maintenance) 분야의 관리 기법으로 다른 어느 분야의 관리 기법 보다 한층 탁월한 발전을 하고 있다. 특히, 도시철도분야는 매우 복잡한 시스템으로 유지보수에 대한 신뢰성과 효율성 및 안전성을 가장 먼저 확보하여야 한다. 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 여러 분야에서 오랜 기간동안 운영한 결과 상당한 유익점이 있다고 증명된 신뢰도 중심 정비 (Reliability Centered Maintenance: RCM)에 대한 소개를 하면서 도시철도 시스템에 대한 적용하고자 한다.

Service Life Prediction and Cost Estimation of Repaired Concrete Structures Under Marine Environment (염해 환경 하 보수된 콘크리트 구조물의 사용수명 예측 및 보수 비용 평가)

  • The service life of concrete structures exposed to a marine environment can be extended by controlling the amount of chloride in cover concrete. Patching is one of the appropriate maintenance techniques for chloride contamination. Chloride-contaminated cover concrete is removed and replaced with sound one. It can provide less risk of corrosion of steel, so that the structure can be maintained for required service life. In this study, a quantitative assessment of the service life subjected to the chloride attack is proposed to determine the effective repair options such as repair depth, repair material and timing of repair. The Crank-Nicolson based finite difference formulation from Fick's second law is proposed to predict the profiles of chloride ion in a repaired concrete structure, considering ingress of chloride from outer and redistribution of residual chloride from the substrate concrete. Therefore, the repair application times and maintenance cost for the target service life can be estimated. Finally, the numerical examples are presented to ensure its applicability.

  • Because of a number of internet concurrent users and the diversity of goods and data items to be managed, the web sites for internet shopping mall are changed and their management application are updated frequently. So the existing internet shopping mall systems to be implemented by process-based design have the bad adaptability, then we have the difficulty for its maintenance and the overhead cost owing to a variety of changes in the future. Therefore to improve on its adaptability and maintenance, in this study, we design and implement the natural soap shopping mall system with the data model based method. In this paper, the data model designed for the system is considered requirements in the future, and in the view of DA(Data Architecture) it is designed and implemented including the data standardization, then the system has the improved adaptability and maintenance.

  • 전력은 공공재화로서 광역정전이나 전역정전이 발생하면 전력공급에 매우 심각한 문제가 발생하므로 이에 대한 합리적인 분석과 효과적인 대책 수립이 필요하다. 송전계통의 주 구성요소인 선로, 철탑, 변압기, 개폐장치들은 장기 사용에 따른 노후화와 같은 문제와 절연의 특성상 초고압전기 절연의 근원적 난점 등으로 다수의 절연파괴 고장이 불시에 발생하게 되어 전력공급의 신뢰성을 떨어뜨리게 된다. 이와 같이 전력기기들은 사전에 진단을 하여 기기의 상태를 알아내는 것이 필요하다. 주요 기기에 대한 진단은 데이터베이스의 구축과 이로부터 고장을 예측하고 신뢰성을 평가하는 것으로 이루어진다. 이를 위해 보다 정교하고 정확한 고장 예측 기술, 진단기술, 신뢰성 평가기술을 개발할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 송전기기의 유지보수를 위한 기기 상태 추정 모델을 제시하고, 송전유지보수 전략 수립을 위한 방법을 제시한다.

  • 많은 embedded 소프트웨어는 전통적 절차적 언어인 C로 작성되며 embedded 시스템에 특화된 역할을 수행한다. 한편 기존 절차적 언어인 C는 현대의 객체지향적 개발 패러다임과 비교하면 코드의 확장성, 유지 보수성, 재사용성에 있어서 많은 어려움이 있으며 아직도 많이 사용하고 있지만 이 C의 유지 보수성과 확장성, 유연성을 확보하여 보다 생산적이고 유지 보수가 쉬운 패러다임으로서 함수 pooling이라는 개념과 이를 이용한 framework를 구현한다.

  • In recent years, with the rapid development of large and medium-sized urban rail transit in China, the total operating mileage of high-speed railway and the total number of EMUs(Electric Multiple Units) are rising. The system complexity of high-speed EMU is constantly increasing, which puts forward higher requirements for the safety of equipment and the efficiency of maintenance.At present, the maintenance mode of high-speed EMU in China still adopts the post maintenance method based on planned maintenance and fault maintenance, which leads to insufficient or excessive maintenance, reduces the efficiency of equipment fault handling, and increases the maintenance cost. Based on the intelligent operation and maintenance technology of PHM(prognostics and health management). This thesis builds an integrated PHM platform of "vehicle system-communication system-ground system" by integrating multi-source heterogeneous data of different scenarios of high-speed EMU, and combines the equipment fault mechanism with artificial intelligence algorithms to build a fault prediction model for traction motors of high-speed EMU.Reliable fault prediction and accurate maintenance shall be carried out in advance to ensure safe and efficient operation of high-speed EMU.

  • In this paper, a maintenance system is developed for LNG-FPSO topside and hullside equipment based CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) methodology. First, the development system defined the PWBS(Product Work Breakdown Structure) of major equipment of LNG-FPSO. Second, the development system developed the failure analysis, economic evaluation for optimal maintenance plan and database systems that save and manage information about equipment, failure mode, failure rate and failure cause. Finally, the verification of the development system was applied to the inlet system of topside and the pump tower system of hullside and the system was confirmed the effectiveness of CBMS(Condition Based Maintenance System).
