  • 최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 IT 서비스가 증가하면서 기업들 사이에 SLA가 중요한 화두로 대두되고 있다. 상업용 SLA 관리 툴들은 어플리케이션 또는 데이터베이스 계층에 계약관련 로직을 내장하고 있다. SLA 규칙들이 구현 로직 내에 암시적으로 표현되어 있어서 유지보수가 어렵고 계약사항을 공유하는 데 많은 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 오늘날과 같은 서비스 지향 아키텍처, 온 디맨드, 유틸리티컴퓨팅, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 전체 서비스를 자동 관리할 수 있는 기술에 대한 연구가 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 능동문서기반의 ASLM(Active Service Level Management)과 유럽에서 진행 중인 SLA@SOI 프로젝트의 계약서 작성 및 실행에 대한 구현 방법을 비교하였다. 비교결과 유지보수성과 자동화 측면을 고려할 때 계약 규칙 로직을 어플리케이션 로직과 분리한 ASLM의 구현방법이 SLA@SOI 보다 SLA 계약처리 업무에 적합함을 알 수 있었다.

  • PACS 유지보수 서비스의 중요성을 살펴보고 PACS 분분별 제안요청 요소를 분석하여 향후 시스템 유지보수 계약의 지표를 제공하는데 목적이 있으며 경희의료원의 PACS 유지보수 제안서요청의 사례를 중심으로 유지보수 RFP 작성의 필요성, 중요사항 및 분야별 요구사항 등에 대하여 기술한다. 제안 부문은 9 개로 구분하였으며 총 139 항목의 제안 요청 사항을 정리하였다. 제안 요소 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. PACS 유지보수 분야는 PACS Software 부문, 데이터베이스 부문, 서버 및 스토리지 부문, 네트워크 부문, CR 및 DR System 등과 같은 영상획득장치에 관한 부문, 판독용 및 임상용 모니터 부문 등으로 구분하며, 각 부문별 제안 요구사항을 기술한 제안요청서를 작성하여 각 부문별 제안서를 요청하여야 한다. 2. 병원에서는 PACS 부문의 외주관리를 체계적으로 구분 관리하여 시스템 유지보수의 수준을 높이고 이를 질 높은 의료서비스로 연계되도록 하여야 한다. 3. PACS 관련 회사는 병원에서 요청된 제안 요청사항을 수용하며 질 높은 관련부문 서비스를 제공하기위한 기술적 배경을 체계화하여야하며 향후 주요 매출원으로 자리 잡게 될 유지보수 서비스를 상품으로 인식하고 이에 대한 적극적인 상품화전략과 홍보 노력이 필요하다.

  • In this study We designed development and operation of computer maintenance & repair system which is efficient and systematic on the disorder of PC in the places with many computers such as company, public organization, school, etc. We designed so as to clearly measure and manage the service level by using SLA(Service Level Agreement) technique which is being used actively in network maintenance & repair contract And We designed system which can provide One Stop Service so that the whole process of service including service demand point, maintenance & repair activity, user's satisfaction.

  • 300억원 이상의 국가 및 공공기관 발주공사에 대해 최저가낙찰제를 대신하여 종합심사낙찰제 전면 실시 등의 내용을 담은 국가계약법 시행령이 개정되어 2016년 1월 1일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 종합심사낙찰제는 가격 뿐만 아니라 공사수행능력, 사회적책임을 종합 평가하여 낙찰자를 선정하는 제도로 기존의 최저가낙찰제에서 발생한 덤핑낙찰 및 이로 인한 잦은 계약변경, 부실시공, 저가하도급, 임금체불, 산업재해 증가 등의 문제점을 해소하기 위해 도입된 제도이다. 종합심사낙찰제 도입에 따라 공사 품질이 제고됨으로써 생애주기(lifecycle, 유지보수비용 등을 포함) 측면에서의 재정효율성 제고를 비롯하여 불공정 하도급 관행 개선 등 건설산업의 생태계 개선과 함께 시공결과에 책임짐으로써 기술경쟁 촉진 등 건설산업의 경쟁력 강화 효과도 기대된다. 또한 국가계약예규도 개정되어 주계약자관리방식에 의한 공동계약(주계약자 공동도급)이 최저가낙찰제에서 종합심사낙찰제로 전환됐다.

  • The vertically integrated power industry was divided into six generation companies and one market operator, where electricity trading was launched at power exchange. In this environment, the profits of each generation companies are guaranteed according to utilizing strategies of their own generation equipments. This paper presents on generator maintenance scheduling and efficient bidding strategies for generation equipments through the calculation of the contract and the application of each generator cost function based on the past demand forecasting error and market operating data.

  • The university facility is made up of multiple buildings and has many maintenance items. In addition, administrative constraints need to be handled within a limited period. Most maintenance work is small scale and multi-work construction, such as waterproofing, needs to be organized. The facility manager makes annual unit price contract with a maintenance company and carries out the maintenance work. On the other hand, delay and rework is occurring because existing maintenance work performed without scheduling based on the manpower input. This study proposed a scheduling model that can support the facility manager to manage maintenance works of multiple university facilities at the program level. The model consists of three stages in order. In object analysis, details of the maintenance items were analyzed and the quantity is calculated based on the quantity takeoff sheet. In resource analysis, the craftsmen and construction period of detailed works are derived for the effective input of craftsmen. In scheduling, the priority of each work and the optimal manpower input are derived. The optimal schedule is selected according to the goodness of fit. The applicability and effectiveness of the prototype was evaluated through a case study and interviews with case participants. The model was found to be an effective tool to support the scheduling of maintenance works for the facility manager.

A Suvey on Satisfaction Measurement of Automatic Milking System in Domestic Dairy Farm (자동착유시스템 설치농가의 설치 후 만족도에 관한 실태조사)

  • The present survey was conducted to provide basic information on automatic milking system (AMS) in relation to purchase motive, milk yield and quality, customer satisfaction, difficulties of operation and customer suggestions, etc. Purchase motives of AMS were insufficient labor (44%), planning of dairy experience farm (25%), better performance of high yield cows (19%) and others (6%), respectively. Average cow performance after using AMS was 30.9l/d for milk yield, 3.9% for milk fat, 9,100/ml for bacterial counts. Sixty-eight percentage of respondents were very positive in response to AMS use for their successors but 18% were negative. The AMS operators were owner (44%), successor (44%), wife (6%) and company worker (6%), respectively. The most difficulty (31%) in using AMS was operating the system and complicated program manual. The rate of response to system error and breakdown was 25%. The reasons for culling cow after using AMS were mastitis (28%), reproduction failure (19%), incorrect teat placement (12%), metabolic disease (7%) and others (14%), respectively. Fifty-six percentages of the respondents made AMS maintenance contract and 44% did not. Average annual cost of the maintenance contract was 6,580,000 won. Average score for AMS satisfaction measurement (1 to 5 range) was 3.2 with decrease of labor cost 3.7, company A/S 3.6, increase of milk yield 3.2 and decrease of somatic cell count 2.8, respectively. Suggestions for the higher efficiency in using AMS were selecting cows with correct udder shape and teat placement, proper environment, capital and land, and attitude for continuous observation. Systematic consulting was highly required for AMS companies followed by low cost for AMS setup and systematization of A/S.

  • For the restoration of construction industry, the government have offered the policy since the end of 1990. It has offered to develop the world-class technology and establish the effective production structure. In the government policy, the delivery and contracting method has improved so that construction industry could be recognized. Foreign countries have conducted the R&D and application of Innovative Contracting for improvement of facilities, reduction of LCC and innovation of contractor. Among the Innovative Contracting, 'Performance Warranty Contracting' is defined that A guarantee of the integrity of a product and of the makers responsibility for the replacement or repair of deficiencies. Performance Warranty Contracting is used for technology developments of contractor, improvement of quality, reduction of LCC, prevention of early deficiencies and reduction of owner's inspection works. This paper analyzes concept and effects of Performance Warranty Contracting and presents considerations according to the introduction.
