  • 국내 제약 산업은 상위 30대 기업이 전체 생산 매출의 55.1%를 차지하는 불균형적인 구조를 가지고 있으며, 중소업체들은 공급자 과잉의 힘든 상황 속에 처해 있다. 이러한 가운데 중소제약업체를 중심으로 기존 설비를 활용하여 외국 제약회사의 Original 의약품을 복제한 Generic 의약품을 생산하여 납품하는 OEM/ODM 방식의 위탁생산이 증가하고 있다. 또한 글로벌 바이오의약품을 중심으로 CMO(Contract Manufacturing Organization) 생산에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 의약품 위 수탁 사업에 있어서 영업사원의 핵심역량인 정보제공, 전문성, 판매기술, 태도 및 관계형성, 업무유연성이 고객 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 CMO업체의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 기업들 간의 경쟁이 치열해짐에 따라 기업들은 최종 제품뿐만 아니라 최종 제품을 생산하는 프로세스에 대한 효율에 관심을 갖기 시작하였다. 또한 기업들은 자사의 핵심 역량을 중심으로 기업 구조를 재편하고, 핵심 역량 이외의 부분은 아웃소싱을 맡기고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 기업은 다양한 파트너들과 비즈니스 프로세스를 공유하고, 결합 관계에 따라 유연하게 구성할 수 있어야 한다. 기업의 비즈니스 프로세스에 대한 중요성을 일찍 깨닫고 많은 기업들이 프로세스 혁신 작업을 수행하였다. 몇몇 기업은 주목할만한 큰 성공을 거두었음에도 불구하고 기대했던 성과를 거두지 못한 체 많은 비용만 소모한 기업도 존재한다. 이와 같은 일들은 비즈니스 프로세스 디자인을 위한 방법에 대한 개선이 필요함을 시사한다. 하지만 대부분의 방법은 프로세스 디자인을 시각화하고, 평가하는데 중점을 둔 분석 도구의 기능에 편중되어 있으며, 여전히 프로세스의 실제 디자인을 지원하는 형식적인 모델링에 대한 연구는 여전히 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스의 모델링의 응용 분야로 기업 어플리케이션 통합으로 각광받고 있는 웹 서비스를 선택, 웹 서비스로 이루어진 프로세스의 최적화된 디자인을 지원하는 수리 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 4차 산업혁명이 예견하는 변화가 머지않아 보편적으로 확산되고 우리의 삶을 유의미하게 변화시킬 것이라는 점은 부정하기 어렵다. 따라서 일부 선도적인 개인이나 기업의 노력에만 의존하는 것은 충분하지 않고. 국가 차원의 정책적 제도적 대응이 필요하다. 특히 UBS(2016)의 4차 산업혁명 준비수준 평가에서 세계 25위라는 기대 이하의 결과를 차지한 한국은 더욱 정확한 방향과 전략적인 수단으로 미래의 변화를 준비해야 한다. 따라서 정부와 기업의 선제적이고 적극적인 대응책 마련이 필요한 상황이다. 무엇보다 과감한 선제적 규제 개혁과 유인제도 도입으로 한국 경제 시스템 유연성을 강화하여 민간 부분의 역량을 최대한 발휘할 수 있는 시장여건 조성에 힘써야 한다. 이 논문에서는 4차 산업혁명 관련 산업을 효율적으로 견인할 수 있는 유인수단 중 기업투자관련 세제혜택, 입법방안 등의 내용을 중심으로 논의하고자 한다.

Validation of Short Form Age Integration Scale and Relationships between Socio-Demographic Characteristics and Age Integration: A Comparison of Age Groups (단축형 연령통합척도 타당화 및 인구사회학적 특성과 연령통합인식 관계: 연령집단 간 비교)

  • This study validates an abridged version of the age integration scale by Chung et al. (2015), which constitutes sub-dimensions of age flexibility and age heterogeneity-from Riley et al. (1994)-and observes disparities in the perception of age integration among different socio-cultural characteristics. This study analyzed 1,433 people in the "Age Integration and Generation Integration Survey" data, with the support of the Social Science Competency Enhancement Project (SSK) (supported by the Korea Research Foundation). This paper analyzed the data using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, multiple-group factor analysis, and a compare means test. The results are as follows. First, the scale was abridged to 13 items from 28, of which eight items concern age heterogeneity and five concern age flexibility. Second, the multi-group analysis did not show a significant difference among younger, middle, and older age groups, therefore allowing the scale to be used among all age groups. Third, when sociocultural characteristics were observed, younger adults showed differences in their levels of age integration, age heterogeneity, and age flexibility regarding their residential area. Middle-aged adults showed dif f erences in their levels of age integration, age heterogeneity, and age flexibility regarding their residential area and social status. Older adults showed differences in their level of age integration regarding their residential area, education level, and social status. They also showed differences in the level of age flexibility regarding their residential area and social status and differences in the level of age heterogeneity regarding their residential area and education. Based on the results of the study, political and practical measures to promote perception on age integration in the future were suggested.

  • This study intended to exploratively depict the influence of interaction between Environmental Uncertainty and Learning Orientation of Korean IT companies on Marketing Capability which was adopted as one of the organizational performance indicator. Statistical Results based on AMOS and SPSS showed that smaller-sized companies under 500 employees are more inclined to desperately and flexibly meet and adapt to their environmental uncertainty, resulting positive performance, that is, marketing capabilities. On the other hand, larger-sized companies over 500 employees showed no significant interaction effect. This result of the study induces the reasoning that the differences in competitive environment and market leadership accrued by organizational size may also incur differences in environmental adaptive mechanism. However, this reasoning can have some limitation in that the types and traits of IT firms are so different. Therefore, this topic suggests the necessity of follow-up researches using enlarged samples in IT industry and comparative studies in other industries.

  • In recent years, the global financial crisis has worsened the economic environment for small and medium-sized businesses. A great number of South Korean enterprises are having various managerial difficulties, such as insufficient funds, shortage of manpower and lack of market information. To overcome these difficulties, many experts have suggested plans to encourage cooperation among small businesses, and such cooperation has provided diverse services to complement the insufficient capabilities of the individual companies. In spite of the efforts made by government to incite cooperation, however, the businesses themselves have displayed a lack of willingness to such cooperation. Cooperation requires a series of complicated and interdependent processes and, thus, governmental support alone cannot guarantee the necessary willingness to cooperate among small businesses. This research empirically analyzed how cooperative and creative leaderships influence the willingness to cooperate among corporate members. We also empirically studied how relationships among corporate members vary in accordance with their absorptive capacity.

  • The study sets out to examine the relationship between the effects of government support, network capability, and knowledge sharing on the effects of innovative behavior on innovation performance. As digital-based networks and knowledge sharing activities are rapidly becoming common in the era of the spread of Covid-19, 357 questionnaires were analyzed for incumbent employees and the research hypotheses are verified using SPSS 24 and smart PLS 3 to prove the relationships between variables. As a result of the study, it is found that innovation performance increased when government support, network capability, and knowledge sharing increased. Innovative behavior is found to significantly mediate the relationship between network capability, knowledge sharing, and innovation performance, and government support was found to have a significant effect on network capabiltiy. Therefore, in order to induce innovative actions that are important in creating innovative results, various programs to enhance the network capabilities of entrepreneurs and promote knowledge sharing should be required as government support policies. This will serve as a driving force for entrepreneurs to voluntarily develop and implement ideas more flexibly and freely, thereby enhancing competitiveness through innovative growth of companies and industries. In other words, this study verified the effectiveness of government support in the network capability to help create innovative results by inducing innovative behavior along with knowledge sharing activities, and comprehensively demonstrated the relationship between factors in the overall structure.

The Development on Core Competency Model of Scientist and Its Verification for Competency-Based Science Gifted Education (역량 중심의 과학 영재 교육을 위한 과학자의 핵심 역량 모델 개발 및 타당화)

  • There was a great need to consider a core competency-based approach as a new direction of the science education for gifted students according to the value and vision of the 21st century knowledge-based societies. Therefore we developed a core competency model of scientist and examined its validity as a prerequisite for a core competency-based education of science gifted students. In order to this, the survey was conducted after developing questionnaire through the theoretical review of the various resources such as paper, book, and newspaper articles and the qualitative analysis of the behavioral event interview, and then an exploratory factor analysis was performed to validate the factor structure based on the results of the survey. The results revealed that the core competency model with the 5 cluster units of competency and the 15 core competencies was potentially constituted. And the reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the core competency model were verified through the confirmatory factor analysis. The cognitive cluster consisted of 5 competencies and they were as follows: creative, comprehensive, exploratory, analytical, and conceptual thinking competency. The achievement-orientation cluster consisted of 3 competencies and they were as follows: initiative, preparation & problem solving, and strategic influence competency. The scientific attitude cluster consisted of 3 competencies and they were as follows: flexible thinking & attitude, passion for research, and views about science competency. The personal effectiveness cluster consisted of 2 competencies and they were as follows: diverse experiences and global attitude competency. Finally, the networking cluster consisted of 2 competencies and they were as follows: personal understanding and communication competency. Findings were expected to provide the basic data for developing programs and establishing strategies based on the core competency as well as introducing the core competency model of scientist to science education for gifted students effectively.

  • This research focused on the research on nonverbal communication among communication, an important trait of consultants, who provide knowledge for the clients. The aim was to investigate meaningful influence on the perceived evaluation of clients, as well as the influence on the consulting corporate trust. The research results can be summarized as follows. It was verified that consultants' nonverbal communication positively influenced perceived consultants' evaluation. Also, it was confirmed that clients' perceived consultant evaluation positively influenced service provision corporate trust and long-term relationships.
