The purpose of this study was to suggest rating factors of the importance and the satisfaction for selecting physical education institutes for preschoolers and to provide an implication of vitalizing physical education class for preschooler with comparative analysis between importance and satisfaction using IPA analysis. 253 directors of educational institutes for preschooler have chosen through a convenience sampling method, and 430 was used for analysis. The results were as follows. First, the instructor qualification items and the program items ranked highly positions in physical education institute for preschooler. Second, the instructor qualification items, the program items, tuition items of discount benefit and institution image items of reputation had the significant difference between importance and satisfaction. Lastly, The quadrant I is "the keep up the good work" part and includes 8 items such as the expertise of the physical education teacher for preschooler. The quadrant II is "the concentrate here" part and includes 2 items such as teaching ability of the physical education teacher for preschooler. The quadrant III is "the low priority" part and includes 6 items such as reasonable prices of tuitions.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the parent's self-esteem and parenting stress in accordance with the Childhood Education Center satisfaction. The survey was conducted and the subjects of study were selected for Childhood education center Parent 700 people in the city, Gyeongsangnam-do OOcity from September 20, 2014 to October 10.Analysis methodology using the program AMOS 18.0 was carried out and verified at the significance level of 5% by performing frequency analysis, factor analysis and the multiple regression analysis. Results are as follows. First, the satisfaction for the children education institute did not have a direct effect on parenting stress of the parent. Second, the satisfaction for the children education institute not directly affected the parent parenting stress but self-esteem can be seen that has a significant effect on parenting stress. The higher the satisfaction for the children education institute and self-esteem of the parents, the lower Parenting Stress. The implications of this study are considered to be a material based onself-esteem and improve parenting stress of their parents.

This study analyzed the satisfaction and utilization of the institutional applications used by child-education institutions from a parent's perspective. The research target is a parent who enlisted their children in private kindergarten institution located in Gyeong-gi province and final research outcomes are 443 in total. The difference in satisfaction and utilization have been identified with demographic descriptive statistics, students t-test, and F-test statistics analysis method. First, the result of T-test on the difference in satisfaction and utilization based on parents' employment status shows that statistically significant difference was found in convenience from overall satisfaction, communication from overall utilization and child-parent relationship. Second, the F-test of differences in satisfaction and utilization showed a statistically significant difference in education utilization variables, with all variables in educational background and motivation. In terms of utilization, parents' educational background and overall utilization, and children's age were confirmed to have significant differences in communication, children's relationship, and motivation in basic life. Third, the result of multiple regression analysis shows that all predictors, including ease of use, communication, and satisfaction with educational activities, have a statistically significant impact on utilization standard variables, relative contributions showed the highest level of communication satisfaction. Therefore this paper implicates that institutional applications can maximize educational effectiveness by checking the applicability of active communication and educational activities with parents and actively communicating with parents in early childhood through various educational content applications.

This study is an empirical survey of the job status and job satisfaction of early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were teachers of early childhood education in (the province of) Chungcheongnam-do. The Early Childhood Education Institution was conducted with 255 teachers for teachers working in public day care centers, private day care centers, public kindergartens and private kindergartens. o carry out this study, we analyzed the collected questionnaires by using the SPSS statistical package program. T-test, χ²-validation and ANOVA analysis were used for this study, and Scheffé analysis was applied as a post hoc analysis. As a result of this study, job status was examined by type, age, educational attainment, and educational experience. The satisfaction level of educational institutions was highest in the national public day care centers, and the age was 50 years or older, and the education level was high in graduate school. In addition, the job satisfaction of early childhood teachers was significantly analyzed in relation to fellow teacher, relationship with the director, self-identity and teaching environment. Through this study, understanding the current job status and satisfaction of early childhood education teachers can be used as an important data in preparing a plan to raise their job performance and work efficiency.

This study reviewed communication between mothers and teachers of early childhood educational institutions and the effect of communication on mothers' satisfaction with the institution and on parenting stress. Results showed that (1) the most discussed topic pertained to children's friendships at the educational institutions. (2) Attitudes during communication were comparatively favorable. (3) Increased communication of mothers with the teachers showed increased satisfaction with the early childhood educational institution. (4) Mothers with positive understanding of communication and understanding of teachers showed higher satisfaction rate towards the early childhood educational institution. (5) Mothers showing higher satisfaction towards early childhood educational institution and positive attitudes during communication with teachers exhibited less parenting stress.

The purpose of this study was to examine parents' selection factors and satisfaction degree in selecting an early childhood education institute according to various types of early childhood education institutes. The subjects were 650 parents of early childhood education institutes from Andong city. The result of the study can be summarized as follows. The parents' consideration degrees in the selection factors were different according to the types of early childhood education institutes. The parents' satisfaction degree on the early childhood education institutes was also different according to the types of early childhood education institutes. This result might be helpful in determining future directions for the improvement of the qualitative growth of early childhood education reflecting the demands and characteristics of parents.

This study aims to find out the effect of attributes for selecting physical education institutions for preschooler by the director of early childhood education institutions on relationship quality and loyalty. The subjects were 254 directors of early childhood education institutions, which offer visiting physical education of physical education institutions for preschooler located in Busan and Gyeongnam Province, using convenience sampling method. 244 questionnaires of them were used for analysis. First, among attributes for selecting physical education institutions for preschooler recognized by the directors of early childhood education institutions, instructors qualification and the image of the institution had a positive influence on relationship satisfaction and all the four variables of early childhood education institutions directors' attributes had a positive effect on relationship trust. Second, among the four variables of attributes for selecting physical education institutions for preschooler recognized by the directors of early childhood education institutions, instructors qualification, tuition fee, and the image of the institution had a positive influence on loyalty. Third, both the two variables of relationship quality of the director of early childhood education institutions toward preschool physical education institutions had a positive influence on loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to study a quality properties of design education program for enlightenment of creativity in young child. We studied preschool education professionals for perspective of design education quality properties in young child. So the study contents of our paper are design education for enlightenment of creativity in young child using a Importance-Performance Analysis. Results of T-test between importance and performance, we understand these facts: necessity for policy or/and financial support, thinking activities for production of ideas in problems or stimulus, delicate and detail attitude for search activities in environments and situations. In IPA, we realized that require the necessity of professional design educators, necessity for policy or/and financial support and change of mind at organizations related education. Our studies means a quality of design education program for enlightenment of creativity in young child. So, we expect our studies provide an useful data at a fields.

The aim of the study intends to investigate the fire safety awareness level of the young children's parents in Seoul and to provide the base data in the education for the fire safety. The results of the study are as follows. The young children's parents consider the fire safety awareness level of our society low, though their fire safety awareness level be above the average. The young children's parents choose infants schools as appropriate place to receive education for fire safety. And the young children's parents consider the development and diffusion of fire-safety teaching materials for young children to be supplied first of all. Also the young children's parents recognized observation learning and a field trip activity as appropriate teaching-learning method for fire-safety education.
