건설공사단계의 자금 유동성 확보 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Securing the Funds Liquidity of Construction Phase)

  • During the financial crisis in the late 1990s, we witnessed the large corporations failing at one moment. It is clear that the debt-dependant size augmentation and duplicate investment, and the failure in fund liquidity adjustment were the greatest causes rather than the long-term strategic advantage. Such fact, however, has led to the introduction of advanced financial techniques and security/management of fund liquidity. In order to propose a method to secure fund liquidity at the construction level, this study considers the documentational/precedent studies on project financing among fund procurement methods. And the fund liquidity status at construction level is investigated domestically/internationally to analyze the fund flow. Finally, the actual data is used to analyze progress rate and sales rate to end with the proposal of the method to secure fund liquidity in the progression of this study.

  • In this study, flowability and strength on ultra high performance concrete(UHPC) pre-mixed binders with fiber was investigated. The flow of UHPC with pre-mixed binders was higher than that of seperate mixing conditions. The UHPC using PVA fiber with high specific surface area showed a low flow compared to steel fiber. An pre-mixing method led to improved strength of UHPC and low deviation of specimens due to dispersion effect of each materials.

  • The Research is underway to utilize heavyweight concrete for various applications. One of them is to use heavy concrete as a marine concrete such as a breakwater to resist wave. Marine concrete is often complex in shape and requires high fluidity. When the heavyweight concrete is high fluidity, there is a high risk of segregation due to the high density of the coarse aggregate. Therefore, we evaluate the fluidity of heavyweight concrete using heavy fine aggregate. As a result of the fluidity evaluation of the heavyweight concrete, the fluidity of the heavy fine aggregate was similar to that of ordinary concrete. Therefore, it is considered that the use of heavy fine aggregate in the development of high fluidity heavyweight concrete will be one of the methods.

  • This study has analyze the suitable area of slump and slump flow among the fluidity evaluation of concrete by measuring slum and slump flow variation according to unit quantity and fine aggregate percentage in a low W/C mix. The fluidity of concrete can be expressed well with the slump value when sump value is 122mm or less. On the other hand, the fluidity of concrete can be expressed more accurately with slump flow value when slump is 122mm or greater.

  • Although there has been many research regarding improving anti-shock performance and durability of concrete using fiber-reinforcement, there are still drawback on workability with interruption of fibers such as fiber-ball. Hence to solve this problem, in previous research, the optimum combination of fibers to improve workability of HPFRCC. In this research, based on the result of previous research, to improve the workability further, various fine aggregate contents is evaluated on workability, and the most appropriate mixing proportion is suggested.

  • Domestic construction industry is facing big difficulties by a worldwide financial crisis. Especially the deterioration of liquidity by the reject of banks for project financing and unsold housing project made a big problem on financing for the ongoing and new projects. To solve this, it is critical for construction companies. banking facilities and public organizations to cooperate and support each other. In this study, the methods which each part can do are investigated. Construction companies can do a price reduction, finance condition improvement for deposit and down payment, asset sale and cost reduction. And Public organizations can buy the assets of construction companies with proper price and ease the regulation to activate transactions of real estate. In the case of Banking facilities, they can support arrangement and liquidation of insolvent projects and so on.

광물질 혼화재의 분산성 향상을 위한 프리믹스 시멘트의 유동성 실험 (A Fluidity Experiment of Pre-Mix Cement for Dispersibility Improvement of Mineral Admixture)

  • 최근 도심부의 건축구조물이 점차 고층화함에 따라 고강도 콘크리트에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 특히 100 MPa 이상의 초고강도 콘크리트에는 산업부산물로서 강도증진 등의 목적에 사용되는 SF와 공사비 절감 및 장기강도증진 등의 목적에 사용되는 FA 및 BS 등 광물질 혼화재의 분상성과 관련한 유동성 검토가 매우 중요하다. 즉, 각각의 혼화재들이 가진 고결현상으로 인하여 분산성이 크게 저하되어 유동성을 저감시키는 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이를 개선시키기 위해 프리믹스 시멘트의 효과를 분석하기 위하여 시멘트 페이스트의 유동성 실험을 하였는데, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 결합재 종류에 따라서는 OFS의 경우보다 OBS의 경우가 유동성이 증가하였는데, 이는 OBS의 경우는 BS의 유리질 표면에 의해 유동성이 증가하고, OFS의 경우는 FA의 혼화제 흡착작용에 의한 점성이 증가하여 유동성이 감소하였다. 혼합방법에 따라서는 개별혼합의 경우보다 프리믹스의 경우가 유동성이 증가하였는데, 이는 개별혼합의 경우는 페이스트 혼합 시 각각의 결합재가 균일하게 분산되기 어렵기 때문에 유동성이 나쁘게 나타난 반면, 프리믹스의 경우는 분산성이 증가하여 상대적으로 유동성이 양호하게 나타났다. 또한 믹싱시간은 30, 60, 180초로 길어질수록 결합재의 분산성이 좋아지고, SP제가 페이스트 입자 사이에 균등하게 분포되어 유동성이 증가하였다.

  • This study is part of the research for improving the performance of mortar and concrete using blended slag aggregate to develope economical and high quality replacement aggregate. The characteristics of the fluidity and strength of mortar using the blended slag, which replaced the blended slag aggregate by 0, 25, 50, 75, 100% for the aggregate volume, were compared and analyzed.
