This study defined that the construct of work-family is not the opposite meaning but the construct having positive synergy effects each other. For more meaningful implications to HR partitioner in the era of smart working, Data collection was done from the manufacturing companies in Kyungsangnamdo and hierarchical regression was conducted. we investigated the relationship between work-family facilitation and organizational commitment and moderating effect of perceived organizational support between work-family facilitation and organizational commitment. Based on the result, we have proposed some implications. First, we should study more detail processes between work-family facilitation and organizational commitment not only continuous commitment but also affective and normative commitment. Second, we could know that not only work-family balance but also work-family facilitation could positively impact on organizational commitment, there when we design the job of employees, we should consider the family issues of job holder.

Although recent policies and regulations in Korea strongly advocate and encourage cultivation of venture foundations, studies on venture foundation and success are very limited and often primarily focus on entrepreneurship or individual quality as a venture founder in addition to such studies' validity in question. Therefore, this study primarily focuses on venture preparation process which is subject to venture founder's effort to verify the policy effectiveness in the relationship between venture preparation and business performance. Major goal of this study is to reduce social cost of venture failure by suggesting systematic policy support for venture foundations and analyzing the relationship between following variables: first, venture preparation and financial performance, second, venture preparation and non-financial performance, and third, venture preparation and business performance. 400 initial venture foundations less than 5 years are selected from KISED(Korea Institute Startup & Entrepreneurship Development) trend analysis to carry out statistical analysis using SPSS 18.0. To organize the data features, frequency analysis as well as descriptive statistics are performed to verify the hypothesis. As a result, sub-factors in measurement of venture preparation which are venture education period, venture benefit, and experience of incubating organization are selected as independent variables. Likewise, sub-factors in measurement of business performance which are financial performance and non-financial performance are used as dependent variables. To validate interactive effect, venture preparation period is selected as control variable to perform hierarchical regression analysis. The analysis result verifies that venture benefit has positive influence on financial and non-financial performance while venture education period has positive influence on non-financial influence and experience of incubating organization has negative influence on non-financial performance without influence on financial performance. In addition, interaction of venture preparation period has positive influence solely between venture benefit and non-financial performance. Through this study, appropriate supporting plans depending on the level of venture preparation can be derived to improve business performance of initial venture foundations for policy designer of venture support, and quality rather than quality improvement of venture businesses is possible through investigation of structural issues of individual venture businesses. Ultimately, this study suggests venture founders to determine whether to focus on venture preparation process or to start a venture business.
This study aims to investigate the effects of the Big Five Aspects on psychological adjustment and the practical use of the Big Five Aspects in personality studies. Correlations between psychological adjustment(subjective well-being, life satisfaction, anxiety, depression) and the Big Five Aspects were compared to correlations between the Big Five and psychological adjustment. The results showed distinction between two aspects within each of the Big Five that major personality traits that are actually related to psychological adjustment were found. Multiple regressions were used with subjective well-being, life satisfaction, anxiety, and depression as criterion variables to investigate the effect of the Big Five Aspect on psychological adjustment and the results are as followed. Big Five Aspects accounted for 66.2% of the variance in subjective well-being and withdrawal, compassion, industriousness, enthusiasm, assertiveness, openness significantly predicted subjective well-being. Life satisfaction and depression were significantly predicted by withdrawal and enthusiasm. Withdrawal was the only variable that significantly predicted anxiety. Multiple regression also showed that withdrawal and enthusiasm were the most consistent, accountable variables in predicting overall psychological adjustment. This findings indicate that individual's personality traits played a significant role in predicting subjective well-being and mental health as consistent with past findings, and that the Big Five Aspects can offer more detailed and specific description than the Big Five can. Finally, the research discusses implications, limitations and suggestions for further studies.

This study explored how the family resilience of participants in self-sufficiency programs relates to their willingness to be self-sufficient and analyzed the mediating effects of family support in the relationship. The subjects of the study were 283 people in their 20s to 70s who are participating in a local self-sufficiency center in Gangwon-do. Statistical analyses were conducted using IBM SPSS 18, with descriptive statistics, difference verification and regression, and mediating effects analyzed following Baron & Kenny(1986). The results of the analysis are as follows. First, we conducted difference verification between the sociodemographic characteristics of participants in the self-sufficiency program and major variables. There was a significant difference in the willingness to be self-sufficient in terms of the caregiving family and household income. Family resilience differed significantly depending on age group, marital status, health condition, household type, caregiving family, and homeownership, while family support differed significantly in age group, marital status, health condition, household type, caregiving family, and debt. Second, we conducted a hierarchical regression analysis to determine the factors influencing the will of self-sufficiency of those participating in the self-sufficiency program and found that the better the health condition, the presence of caregiving families, and the higher the level of family resilience and family support, the higher the level of will to be self-sufficient. Third, analyses of the mediating effect following Baron & Kenny(1986) have shown that family support has a full mediating effect on the relationship between family resilience and the will to be self-sufficient. Thus, we have verified that family resilience and family support are important factors as an alternative to improving the level of willingness for self-sufficiency program participants.
This study attempted to identify the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention and to confirm the moderating effect of social support that plays a positive role in increasing entrepreneurial intention. The subjects of the study were 419 ordinary people, and data were obtained online and analyzed. The analysis method of this study was based on the SPSS statistical program Ver. 24, and a hierarchical regression analysis method was conducted to analyze the moderating effect. The results of hypothesis verification analysis in this study are as follows. First, innovativeness, risk-taking, self-fulfillment, economic motivation, immersion in a drama, drama role model, and indirect experience, all had a significant positive(+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, among the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention, self-fulfillment was found to have the greatest influence. Third, it was confirmed that the moderating effect of social support between various variables and entrepreneurial intention had a significant effect on innovativeness, self-fulfillment, drama role model, and indirect experience, and entrepreneurial intention. The academic value of this study is to confirm the effect of drama characteristic variables on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, it was possible to confirm the moderating effect of social support, which is the total of individual external support. The implication of this study is that the desire for achievement had the greatest influence on entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a desire to achieve in start-up support policies and start-up education. In addition, in light of the ripple effect of TV dramas, drama role model and indirect experience increase entrepreneurial intention, so it was possible to predict its influence on changes in perception of start-ups and entrepreneurs.

This study investigated how career support for professional college students affects career preparation behavior and verified the mediating effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between career support and career preparation behavior. The specific research problems are as follows. First, what is the relationship between social support, positive psychological capital, and career preparedness? Second, does social support and positive psychological capital directly affect career preparation behavior? Third, does social support influence the career preparation behavior by supplying positive psychological capital? For this purpose, the subjects were 240 students from G college. Correlation analysis and step-wise multiple regression analysis were used to examine the study's research questions. The results of this study are as follows. First, social support, positive psychological capital and career preparation behaviors all have significant positive correlation. Second, social support and positive psychological capital had an impact on the career preparation behavior. Third, there was a partial mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the effect of social support on career preparation behavior. The result of this study is meaningful in that it provides basic data that is the foundation for professional career guidance and career education of professional college students.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect on intellectual wellness between the physical and emotional wellness of the caregivers of children with disabilities and to provide the relevant data necessary for the response of the caregivers of disabled children. The study subjects were 177 caregivers of children with disabilities, and data were collected from June 2019 to November 2019. Data analysis was performed using the PROCESS macro. Independent sample t-test and one-way batch analyses were conducted to analyze the general characteristics and variables of the collected data. Through this, Scheffé's post-test was performed for variables with statistically significant differences. The relationship between variables was analyzed by Pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple accounting analyses. The results of the study indicate that the physical and intellectual wellness of the main caregivers of children with disabilities provide a direct effect on their emotional wellness as well, and that intellectual wellness provides a mediating effect between physical wellness and emotional wellness. It was found that the influence of the physical environment of children with disabilities is also important, but emotional wellness can be improved only when the main caregivers are provided with an appropriate and sufficient intellectual education. Therefore, the expansion of various educational programs for the main caregivers of children with disabilities could contribute to the improvement of their own overall wellness.
This study examined the relative influence of the five factors of the self-determination motivation on academic hatred. A total of 938 high school seniors (female 535, 57.0%) across eight schools in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi province were surveyed a month before Soo-neng (College Scholastic Ability Test). The findings of correlation analyses and hierarchical multiple regression analyses were summarized as follows. Academic hatred showed significant correlations with all the self-determination motivation factors except for introjected regulation. For hierarchical multiple regression analyses, starting with amotivation, the motivation factors indicating low level of self-determination were entered in order. In the final model, amotivation and introjected regulation had positive influence on academic hatred, and intrinsic regulation had negative influence on academic hatred. Specifically, introjected regulation which had no significant effect on academic hatred with amotivation and external regulation showed significant effect after identified regulation was added. Identified regulation lost its significant influence after intrinsic regulation was included. This study was meaningful in that it was the first study to clarify motivational characteristics of academic hatred based on self-determination theory. The study also presented its limitations, implications for school counseling intervention, and directions for future research.

This study attempts to empirically examine the influence of entrepreneurial education in university on entrepreneurial intentions of undergraduate and graduate students as potential entrepreneur and new moderating factors on the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intentions. We suggested EO(innovativeness, risk-taking propensity, proactiveness and locus of control) and environmental factors(entrepreneurial family background and resource accessibility) as new moderating factors in the relationship. For this study, the following research questions are raised : First, is there a significant difference in entrepreneurial intentions of enrolled and unenrolled students in entrepreneurial education? Second, does entrepreneurial education affect entrepreneurial intentions positively? Finally, do EO and environmental factors have moderating effects in the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intentions? In order to test our research model, the current study collected data from 265 undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in natural sciences or engineering in Seoul National Univ., Hanyang Univ., and KAIST. To investigate our research questions and hypotheses, independent-sample T-test and hierarchical regression analysis were employed. The results of empirical analysis revealed that entrepreneurial education positively related to entrepreneurial intentions and that the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intentions moderated by EO and environmental factors. First, the result showed the significant difference in entrepreneurial intentions between enrolled and unenrolled students in entrepreneurial education. Entrepreneurial intentions of students who enrolled entrepreneurial education was higher than others. Second, entrepreneurial education affected the entrepreneurial intentions positively. Finally, the moderating effects of innovativeness, risk-taking propensity, proactiveness and entrepreneurial family background among investigated six moderators were significant. entrepreneurial education-entrepreneurial intentions relationship was even stronger under high innovativeness and high proactiveness. But risk-taking propensity and entrepreneurial family background decreased the effect of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intentions.
This paper intends to find the determinants of the occupational aspirations of college students in Korea. According to Wisconsin model, the occupational aspiration of youth has a statistically significant influence on his or her actual education level and occupation choice implying that the more motivated with high-level occupational aspiration will obtain the higher level of occupation. The analysis for this study is based on the survey of undergraduate students' perception, attitude and lifestyle in Korea 2004, which was conducted against 1,947 respondents, and multiple regression model was utilized. The dependent variable for occupational aspirations was measured by the Standard International Occupational Prestige Scale (SIOPS) of Donald J. Treiman. Independent variables include social capital and cultural capital as well as demographic variables, socio-economic status, and human capital variables. Social capital variable was measured by the position generator scale of Nan Lin and Mary Dumin, and cultural capital variable was done to our original index. This study shows that social and cultural capitals are factors having significant influence on occupational aspiration, in addition to the well-known factors such as gender, human capital and the occupation of father.
