The Optimization path searching Method Development for Destination (목적지를 고려한 최적 경로탐색 기법 개발)

  • In this paper, we propose the new technique to compute the optimal route by considering the direction of distribution vehicles and the location for delivery, developing the algorithm of the shortest route to approach the location as applying the gemetic algorithm. This approach makes it possible for us to find the best route even under itineraries which include many destinations. Lively studies are currently in progress on the development of vehicle navigation software, combining PDA GPS, and electronic maps. Many web-sites are providing a varier of services which use electronic maps. Popular among these services is one that computes the optimal route between two positions that a user inputs. This service of computing the optimal route plays an important role in distribution industries such as home-delivery. For the distribution system. the construction of a vehicle regulation system enables us to calculate and manipulate the optimal route for distribution vehicles, to enhance the efficiency in making use of vehicles and labor, and to reduce costs.

Development of Contents for KFDA Drug Safety Information Website (식품의약품안전청의 의약품안전사용정보방 웹사이트 구축을 위한 컨텐츠 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to construct database for a drug safety information website to serve as an access point of up-to-date resources for a wide variety of drug-safety information helping patients and healthcare professionals make well-informed decisions about medication use. All the contents developed were confirmed by the council of advisors who were the experts in drug safety. The detailed contents of database on frequently prescribed drug including 9 NSAIDs, 19 antibiotics, 24 cardiovascular, 21 metabolic, 14 respiratory, 20 digestive, 22 hormonal, 10 genitourinary, 10 anti-allergic, 27 antifungal/antiviral, and 71 neuropsychiatric agents were developed based on the approved drug labeling of the Korean FDA. A separately searchable database of drug-specific safety information for patients and health professionals was constructed for users in need of different depth of knowledge on using medications safely. The safety information on highly prevalent chronic diseases and drug classes was also developed. Finally the most recent global drug safety news was provided. The consumer directed information was developed in layman's terms as means of proving user-friendly information. The creation of this type of website is part of the Korean FDA's ongoing initiative to address and promote the safe use of medications for the public.

  • 시맨틱 웹 관련연구가 증가함에 따라 하나의 관련분야로 규칙기반 시스템 동의 지능적인 웹 환경에 대한 기대 역시 커지고 있다. 하지만 규칙기반 시스템을 활용하기에는 아직도 규칙습득이 많은 제약이 되고 있다. 규칙습득은 웹으로부터 필요한 규칙을 습득하는 일련의 방법인데, 이러한 규칙을 습득하기 위해서는 규칙구성요소를 먼저 식별해야만 한다. 그러나 이러한 규칙을 식별하는 작업은 대부분 지식관리자의 수작업에 의해 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 웹으로부터 규칙구성요소 식별을 최대한 자동화하고 지식관리자의 수작업을 최소화함으로써 그 부담을 줄여 주는 데 있다. 이러한 방법으로는 온톨로지를 근간으로 하여 웹 페이지와의 문자열 비교, 이러한 비교의 한계를 극복하기 위한 확장등의 방법이 있다. 첫 번째 방법은 온툴로지 기반으로 규칙식별 할 웹 페이지와 비교를 통해 지식관리자의 규칙식별 과정을 최대한 자동화하여 주는 것이다. 여기서 만약 현재 규칙을 식별하고자 하는 웹 사이트와 유사한 시스템의 규칙들을 활용하여 일반화 된 온툴로지가 구축되었다면, 이 온톨로지를 기반으로 규칙을 식별하고자 하는 웹사이트와의 비교를 통해 규칙구성요소를 자동화하여 추출 할 수 있다. 이러한 온툴로지를 기반으로 규칙을 식별하기 위해서는 문자열 비교 기법을 사용하게 된다. 하지만 단순한 문자열 비교 기법만으로는 규칙을 식별하는 데에 자연어 처리에 대한 한계가 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해 다음의 두 번째 방법을 사용하고자 한다. 두 번째 방법은 정형화되지 않은 정보들을 확장하여 사용하는 것이다. 우선 찾고자 하는 단어들의 원형을 찾기 위한 스테밍 알고리즘 기법, WordNet을 이용하여 동의어 유의어등으로 확장을 하는 WordNet Expansion 기법, 의미 유사도를 측정하기 위한 방법인 Semantic Similarity Measure 등을 단계적으로 수행하여 자동화되고 정확한 규칙식별을 하고자 한다. 이러한 방법들의 조합으로 인하여 규칙구성요소 추출이 되지 않을 후보 단어들의 수를 줄여서 보다 더 정확하고, 지능적인 규칙구성요소 추출 방법론을 제시하고 구현하여 지식관리자의 규칙습득에 대한 부담을 줄여 주고자 한다.

Improved Tag Selection for Tag-cloud using the Dynamic Characteristics of Tag Co-occurrence (태그 동시 출현의 동적인 특징을 이용한 개선된 태그 클라우드의 태그 선택 방법)

  • Tagging system is the system that allows internet users to assign new meta-data which is called tag to article, photo, video and etc. for facilitating searching and browsing of web contents. Tag cloud, a visual interface is widely used for browsing tag space. Tag cloud selects the tags with the highest frequency and presents them alphabetically with font size reflecting their popularity. However the conventional tag selection method includes known weaknesses. So, we propose a novel tag selection method Freshness, which helps to find fresh web contents. Freshness is the mean value of Kullback-Leibler divergences between each consecutive change of tag co-occurrence probability distribution. We collected tag data from three web sites, Allblog, Eolin and Technorati and constructed the system, 'Fresh Tag Cloud' which collects tag data and creates our tag cloud. Comparing the experimental results between Fresh Tag Cloud and the conventional one with data from Allblog, our one shows 87.5% less overlapping average, which means Fresh Tag Cloud outperforms the conventional tag cloud.

A Study on the Current Situations of Knowledge Management Systems Introduction in Korean University Libraries (우리 나라 대학도서관의 지식관리시스템 도입현황에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the factors needed to introduce knowledge management systems to university libraries in Korea, to suggest various methods needed to offer much more improved services of a library than now by investigating the current situations about introducing such factors in national and pubic university libraries in Korea. Almost all of the 33 university libraries selected the subject of investigation have offered the on-line reference service, e-mail pushing service, and full text constructions out of the 11 knowledge management system elements presented in this study, but the other services else have been offered by less than half the number of the libraries. The findings suggest to greatly improve the current services of libraries such as information education and selective dissemination of information, and immediately to introduce new systems including e-book and wireless service systems in order to the university competitiveness. The study implies that each library has already introduced the knowledge management systems, in proportion to a budget of the library, ifs librarian number, and a degree restructuring organization, and that an introduction of knowledge management systems such as policy and culture of organization, its librarian number, and its related security of budget takes the most important role in improving services of a library.

  • With China Market and strengthening of an international and political position of China, we need to promote exchange and cooperation with China for the supplement of economic vitality and for contriving the contribution of the flow of growth. The necessity of salient traits is needed such as sharing information, training a specialist, network between China Specialists, system establishment of China information DB and sharing China information. Accordingly, KIEP makes the most of limited special manpower and information, and developed China Specialist Forum Website : CSF which will make a stepping stone of systematic, synthetic exchange and cooperation with China. KIEP presented a development direction, comparing and analyzing promptly easy to get the information China Specialists want here, CSF made for mutual exchange of science, trade and the other issue, Taiwan website "a commercial business intelligence network of China and Taiwan", and Singapore "IE Singapore".

  • The geophysical data management system was developed to meet both the increasing demands of geophysical data in the practical application of civil engineering, underground water survey, and environmental problems and needs for digital archive and quality control of geophysical data. The system for a data manager is developed under Client/Server (C/S) environment. This manager system is characterized by a relational geophysical database system using MS SQL-server, standardization of geophysical data format, the development of C/S interface program for Windows environment, and the development of transfer program module for the searched data. The system developed for a general user under the internet environment is characterized by Web service (URL:http//geophy.kigam.re.kr) and the development of plug-in module to visualize geophysical image data.

Comparative research on urban image assets of Iksan by analysing bigdata (빅데이터 분석을 통한 익산의 도시 이미지 자산 비교 연구)

  • Iksan is one of medium city in Jellabukdo, South Korea. It has a favorable natural environment for the specialization potential of natural industries and development projects. In addition, it has various historical and cultural resources including Mireuksajji, and KTX Honam line which has been opened for a representative feature as transport city. However, it faces week connection with neighboring cities and large scale of development in neighboring areas, especially in Jeonju and Gunsan. In this paper, we try to classify the urban image assets of Iksan as 'Iksan Station' and 'ktx' on keywords and analyze the possibility of being a center of transportation and logistics through big data analysis extracted from SNS and website. In comparison with Gwangju Songjeong, KTX Honam line station, which has been developed with similar regional characteristics, it is aimed to establish the basis of improvement and establishment of urban image of Iksan city in the future.

  • This study focused on the state that CMS(Content Management System) is not widely implemented in Korea and many companies lack a sense of the necessity. The author proceeded as follows. First of all, the definition of CMS was mentioned. Next, the history and current state of CMS in domestic and foreign nations were proposed. And the methodology and rationales were explained to use CMS effectively. The results may be summarized as follows. First, the appropriate design should be processed. Second, value-oriented management (not technology-oriented) should be aimed. Third, feedback by publicity and responses should be activated. When a content provider adopts CMS, the provider should take special care of long-term communications and trust building with non-technical users.

How different is a web site that many people visit?-focused on the Plastic Surgery Websites in Korea (많은 사람이 방문하는 웹 사이트는 무엇이 다를까? - 2011년 성형외과 웹 사이트의 경우 -)

  • In order to know the characteristics of high visit web sites that many people have visited, 37 high visit websites of plastic surgery were compared to 69 benchmark sites of same industry. We selected 36 web site attributes that can be measured objectively from existing studies and composed the data set of 36 attributes multiplied by 106 websites. For analysis, Multiple Discriminant Analysis(MDA) and Decision Tree Technique are conducted for searching what attributes divide two group definitely. The result of this study shows the dividing attributes fall into 3 categories like 'Community', 'Mobile', 'Up to date'. Thus, we are able to conclude that high visit plastic surgery web sites are community centric site but not contents centric, response a change to mobile environment rapidly and are maintained with tide up to date. The methodology employed in this study provides an efficient way of improving satisfaction of visitors of plastic surgery website.
