Research on Grouping and Operation Control of Multiple Nodes by Direction in a Wireless Personal Area Network Environment (근거리 무선 네트워크 환경에서 다수 노드의 방향 별 그룹화 및 동작 제어를 위한 연구)

  • This paper simulates an environment similar to the operational environment of intelligent remote control smart landmines on the battlefield and describes a method for configuring a wireless personal area network in which the control unit(Master node) wirelessly controls smart landmines(Slave nodes) and manages the separation of slave nodes from the master node. We propose a study on a method of grouping by direction using the characteristics of directional antennas without a location tracking device(e.g., GPS). The short-distance wireless network communication environment, within a maximum range of 100 meters, is designed based on the IEEE 802.15.4e standard. The signal strength of the slave nodes is collected using the directional antennas attached to the master node, and the signal strength is measured by direction(0 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 270 degrees). The process of specifying and controlling groups by direction is described. The effects of the proposed research show improvements such as reducing the production cost of smart landmines(slave nodes) with one-time use characteristics and simplifying the overall system.

  • With the evolution of power systems and advancements in IT technology, there is an increasing demand to shift from serial-based communication to TCP/IP-based communication. However, TCP/IP communication entails various security threats, necessitating extensive consideration from an information security perspective. Security measures such as authentication and encryption cannot be rapidly implemented due to issues like the replacement of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) and the performance requirements of encryption algorithms. This paper proposes a state estimation-based intrusion detection model to identify and effectively detect threats to power control systems in such a context. The proposed model, in addition to signature detection methods, verifies the validity of acquired data, enabling it to detect attacks that are difficult to identify using traditional methods, such as data tampering.

  • According to the increase of various AV media devices and contents in the digital home, the DLNA becomes to play an important role as the interoperability standard between then Since this guideline only focuses on the interoperability among home networked devices, media players, and media contents existing inside of the homenetwork, there is no retrieval and transmission method for sharing multimedia contents located over several homes via Internet. Additionally, this guideline lets device-detection and notification messages to be transmitted using W multicast methods, and current Internet environment cannot guarantee consistent IP multicast services, it has the limitation that it cannot retrieve and control DLNA devices in other digital homes remotely via the Internet. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the IHM(Inter-Home Media) proxy system and its operating mechanism to provide a way of sharing media contents distributed over multiple DLNA-based homes, through analyzing these limitations and building up a sharing method for A/V media contents distributed over the DLNA homes based on the dynamic or private IP networks. Our method removes the limitation on the user locations through sharing distributed media contents, and also makes cost-downs for storing media contents, from the view point of individual residents.

  • The heat recovery system that was applied in this study, is the energy-saving type that can produce the maximum cooling capacity less power in use. In order to have a more precise control function the temperature and humidity of the constant temperature and humidity machine, control algorithm is applied to designed a fuzzy PID controller, and the outside air compensation device (air-cooled) demonstrated excellent ability to dehumidify the moisture, $-20^{\circ}C$ in winter. High efficiency and the low-noise type sirocco fan operate quitely and designed to fit the bottom-up and top-down in accordance with the characteristics of equipment. as a result of experiment data, the conversion efficiency is 95% or more, power recovery time is within 5sec, stop delay time is within 30sec, pump down time is 10sec, pump delay time is 5sec, heating delay time is 5sec, temperature deviation is ${\pm}2^{\circ}C$ (cooling deviation: $2^{\circ}C$, Heating deviation : $2^{\circ}C$), humidity deviation is a ${\pm}5%$ (humidification deviation 3.0%, dehumidification deviation 3.0%). Recently, ubiquitous technology is important. so, the constant temperature and humidity machine designed to be able to remotely control to via the mobile phone, and more scalable to support MMI software and automatic interface. Further, the life of the parts and equipment is extended by the failure.

  • 무인 잠수정은 자율 무인잠수정(이하 'AUV' 또는 '자율무인잠수정'을 혼용)과 원격조정잠수정(이하 'ROV'로 지칭)으로 분류를 할 수 있다. ROV는 테더 게이블로 인한 작업 범위의 한계와 운동성능 효율이 떨어지는 단점을 지니고 있어, 테더 케이블이 필요 없는 AUV에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 추측 항법 시스템인 관성 항법 시스템(inertial navigation system, 이하 'INS'로 지칭)은 외부 도움없이 관성측정 장치(inertial measurement unit, 이하 'IMU'로 지칭)를 활용하여 구성된 시스템을 말한다. IMU는 자이로 스코프(gyroscope), 가속도계(accelerometer), 지자기(magnetic)센서로 구성된 측정 장치로 3개의 센서를 사용하여 상호 보정을 통한 기동 체의 위치, 속도 및 자세 정보를 제공한다. 복합항법시스템은 추측항법시스템이 가지는 누적오차와 측위 항법시스템이 가지는 외부환경에 대한 단점을 상호 보완하는 방법으로 연구가 진행 중이다. 하지만 심해서 또는 해양의 특성에 따라 측위 시스템이 사용되지 못하기 때문에 추측 항법시스템의 다양한 관성 센서를 활용한 상로 보완과 신호처리 방법을 통한 연구 개발이 진행 중이다. 다양한 센서 정보를 통합하는 목적으로 칼만 필터와 같은 최적 필터기법이 보편적으로 사용되고 있다. 칼만 필터는 확률 선형 시스템에 대하여 공정잡음 및 측정 잡음이 가우시안 확률 분포를 따를 때 최적의 추정자가 된다. 또한 가우시안 조건을 만족하지 않는 경우에도 선형 추정자 중에 추정 오차의 분산이 가장 작은 추정자이다. 칼만 필터가 최상의 성능을 발휘 하려면 공정잡음과 측정 잡음의 실제 값을 정확히 알아내는 것이 중요하다. 잡음 수준에 대한 정보가 부정확 할 경우 칼만 필터는 발산 할 수 있기 때문에 시스템에서 잡음 수준의 공산은 칼만 필터의 최적 이득을 결정하는 중요한 요소로 추정치에 큰 영향을 준다. 따라서 칼만 필터를 추측항법시스템에 적용 시킬 경우 실제 모텔의 잡음 공분산을 정확히 추정할 수 있는 기법이 요구된다. 추측항법시스템은 다양한 센서를 활용하기 때문에 움직이는 기동 표적에 적용시 잡음공분상이 변하기 때문에 항법시스템이 저하 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 센서를 융합하여 해양 생체 로봇의 정밀 자세 제어가 가능한 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

Development of a Moving Monitor System for Growing Crops and Environmental Information in Green House (시설하우스 이동형 환경 및 생장 모니터링 시스템 개발)

  • In rural area, our farmers confront decreasing benefits owing to imported crops and increased cost. Recently, the government encourage the 6th Industry that merges farming, rural resources, and information and communication technology. Therefor the government makes an investment in supplying 'smart greenhouse' in which a farmer monitor growing crops and environment information to control growing condition. The objective of this study is developing an Moving Monitor and Control System for crops in green House. This system includes a movable sensing unit, a controlling unit, and a server PC unit. The movable sensing unit contains high resolution IP camera, temperature and humidity sensor and WiFi repeater. It rolls on a rail hanging beneath the ceiling of a green house. The controlling unit contains embedded PC, PLC module, WiFi router, and BLDC motor to drive the movable sensing unit. And the server PC unit contains a integrated farm management software and home pages and databases in which the images of crops and environment informations. The movable sensing unit moves widely in a green house and gathers lots of information. The server saves these informations and provides them to customers with the direct commercing web page. This system will help farmers to control house environment and sales their crops in online market. Eventually It will be helpful for farmers to increase their benefits.

  • Digital substation refers to a substation that digitizes functions and communication methods of power facilities such as monitoring, measuring, control, protection, and operation based on IEC 61850, an international standard for the purpose of intelligent power grids. Based on the intelligent operating system, efficient monitoring and control of power facilities is possible, and automatic recovery function and remote control are possible in the event of an accident, enabling rapid power failure recovery. With the development of digital technology and the expansion of the introduction of eco-friendly renewable energy and electric vehicles, the spread of direct current distribution systems is expected to expand. MVDC is a system that utilizes direct current lines with voltage levels and transmission capacities between HVDCs applied to conventional transmission systems and LVDCs from consumers. Converting existing lines in substations, where most power equipment is alternating current centric, to direct current lines will reduce transmission losses and ensure greater current capacity. The process bus of a digital substation is a communication network consisting of communication equipment such as Ethernet switches that connect installed devices between bay level and process level. For MVDC linkage to existing digital substations, the process level was divided into two buses: AC and DC, and a system that can be comprehensively managed in conjunction with diagnostic IEDs as well as surveillance and control was proposed.

A Study on the Development of High Sensitivity Collision Simulation with Digital Twin (디지털 트윈을 적용한 고감도 충돌 시뮬레이션 개발을 위한 연구)

  • Purpose: In order to maximize the stability and productivity of the work through simulation prior to high-risk facilities and high-cost work such as dismantling the facilities inside the reactor, we intend to use digital twin technology that can be closely controlled by simulating the specifications of the actual control equipment. Motion control errors, which can be caused by the time gap between precision control equipment and simulation in applying digital twin technology, can cause hazards such as collisions between hazardous facilities and control equipment. In order to eliminate and control these situations, prior research is needed. Method: Unity 3D is currently the most popular engine used to develop simulations. However, there are control errors that can be caused by time correction within Unity 3D engines. The error is expected in many environments and may vary depending on the development environment, such as system specifications. To demonstrate this, we develop crash simulations using Unity 3D engines, which conduct collision experiments under various conditions, organize and analyze the resulting results, and derive tolerances for precision control equipment based on them. Result: In experiments with collision experiment simulation, the time correction in 1/1000 seconds of an engine internal function call results in a unit-hour distance error in the movement control of the collision objects and the distance error is proportional to the velocity of the collision. Conclusion: Remote decomposition simulators using digital twin technology are considered to require limitations of the speed of movement according to the required precision of the precision control devices in the hardware and software environment and manual control. In addition, the size of modeling data such as system development environment, hardware specifications and simulations imitated control equipment and facilities must also be taken into account, available and acceptable errors of operational control equipment and the speed required of work.

Real-Time Shooting Area Analysis Algorithm of UAV Considering Three-Dimensional Topography (입체적 지형을 고려한 무인항공기의 실시간 촬영 영역 분석 알고리즘)

  • In this paper, based on the information about navigation system of UAV with PTZ camera and 3D topography, algorithm able to show us in real-time UAV's geographical shooting location and automatically calculate superficial measure of the shooting area is proposed. And the method that can automatically estimate whether UAV is allowed to shoot a specific area is shown. In case of an UAV's shooting attempt at the specific area, obtainability of valid image depends on not only UAV's location but also information of 3D topography. As a result of the study, Ground Control Center will have real-time information about whether UAV can shoot the needed topography. Therefore, accurate remote flight control will be possible in real-time. Furthermore, the algorithm and the method of estimating shooting probability can be applied to pre-flight simulation and set of flight route.

Dose modeling and its Application of Ir-192 for substitution of Ralstron Brachytherapy source (Ralstron 선원대체형 Iridium-192 선원의 선량모델링과 응용)

  • We designed high dose rate Ir-192 source which was prepared for substitute the Co-60 source in Ralstron unit (Simatsu, Japan) which is supplied for cervical cancer treatment. The source dimension is 1.5 mm in a diameter and 1.5mm thickness of cylinder and encapsulated with 3 mm diameter of stainless steel(SUS316L) to substituted for the Co-60 source size. The Ir-192 source was prepared the dose model for tissue dose computation through the experimental determination of apparent activity and applied the empirical tissue correction factors extended to 20cm distance. The tissue dose model was applied the 4.69 R/cm-mCi-hr gamma constant and the ratio of energy absorption coefficient of water to that of air showed 1.112 include filteration of the self-absorptions. In this experiments, we prepared the dose computation software to clinical usefulness.
